About this chapter

" الْخَنَّاسِ খান্নাস"  ভালো কাজে আর যে বাধা দেয়, কুমন্ত্রণা দেয়, গুপ্ত থাকে এবং আল্লাহের স্বরণ যেখানে হয় সেখান হইতে সরিয়া পড়ে। এটি শয়তানের একটি 
গুণবাচক নাম (জালালাইন)।

লাবীদ ইব্‌ন আসিম নামক এক ইহুদী তার কন্যাদের সহযোগিতায় রাসূলুল্লাহ্ (সা)-কে তাঁহার একটি কেশে এগারটি গ্রন্থি দিয়া জাদু করেছিল । এর প্রভাবে রাসূলুল্লাহ্ (সা)-এর কষ্ট হচ্ছিলো, তখন ১১ আয়াত বিশিষ্ট সূরা ফালাক ও সূরা নাস—এই দুইটি সূরা নাযিল হয়। প্রতিটি আয়াত আবৃত্তি করিয়া ফুঁক দেওয়া হইলে এক-একটি গ্রন্থি খুলিয়া যায় এবং জাদুর প্রভাব চলে যায়। 

এটি পবিত্র কুরআনের সবশেষ সূরা বা chapter.

(হে নবী!) বলো : আমি আশ্রয় চাই মানবজাতির প্রভুর কাছে
