Chapter 48, 29 verses
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم إنا فتحنا لك فتحا مبينا
নিশ্চয় আমি আপনার জন্যে এমন একটা ফয়সালা করে দিয়েছি, যা সুস্পষ্ট।
Surely We have given to you a clear victory
ليغفر لك الله ما تقدم من ذنبك وما تأخر ويتم نعمته عليك ويهديك صراطا مستقيما
যাতে আপনার অতীত ও ভবিষ্যত ত্রুটিসমূহ মার্জনা করে দেন এবং আপনার প্রতি তাঁর নেয়ামত পূর্ণ করেন ও আপনাকে সরল পথে পরিচালিত করেন।
That Allah may forgive your community their past faults and those to follow and complete His favor to you and keep you on a right way,
وينصرك الله نصرا عزيزا
এবং আপনাকে দান করেন বলিষ্ঠ সাহায্য।
And that Allah might help you with a mighty help.
هو الذي أنزل السكينة في قلوب المؤمنين ليزدادوا إيمانا مع إيمانهم ۗ ولله جنود السماوات والأرض ۚ وكان الله عليما حكيما
তিনি মুমিনদের অন্তরে প্রশান্তি নাযিল করেন, যাতে তাদের ঈমানের সাথে আরও ঈমান বেড়ে যায়। নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের বাহিনীসমূহ আল্লাহরই এবং সর্বজ্ঞ, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
He it is Who sent down tranquillity into the hearts of the believers that they might have more of faith added to their faith - - and Allah's are the hosts of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is Knowing, Wise - -
ليدخل المؤمنين والمؤمنات جنات تجري من تحتها الأنهار خالدين فيها ويكفر عنهم سيئاتهم ۚ وكان ذلك عند الله فوزا عظيما
ঈমান এজন্যে বেড়ে যায়, যাতে তিনি পুরুষ ও নারীদেরকে জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করান, যার তলদেশে নদী প্রবাহিত। সেথায় তারা চিরকাল বসবাস করবে এবং যাতে তিনি তাদের পাপ মোচন করেন। এটাই আল্লাহর কাছে মহাসাফল্য।
That He may cause the believing men and the believing women to enter gardens beneath which rivers flow to abide therein and remove from them their evil; and that is a grand achievement with Allah
ويعذب المنافقين والمنافقات والمشركين والمشركات الظانين بالله ظن السوء ۚ عليهم دائرة السوء ۖ وغضب الله عليهم ولعنهم وأعد لهم جهنم ۖ وساءت مصيرا
এবং যাতে তিনি কপট পুরুষ ও কপট বিশ্বাসিনী নারী এবং অংশীবাদী পুরুষ ও অংশীবাদিনী নারীদেরকে শাস্তি দেন, যারা সম্পর্কে মন্দ ধারণা পোষন করে। তাদের জন্য মন্দ পরিনাম। তাদের প্রতি ক্রুদ্ধ হয়েছেন, তাদেরকে অভিশপ্ত করেছেন। এবং তাহাদের জন্যে জাহান্নাম প্রস্তুত রেখেছেন। তাদের প্রত্যাবর্তন স্থল অত্যন্ত মন্দ।
And (that) He may punish the hypocritical men and the hypocritical women, and the polytheistic men and the polytheistic women, the entertainers of evil thoughts about Allah. On them is the evil turn, and Allah is wroth with them and has cursed them and prepared hell for them, and evil is the resort.
ولله جنود السماوات والأرض ۚ وكان الله عزيزا حكيما
নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের বাহিনীসমূহ আল্লাহরই। পরাক্রমশালী, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
And Allah's are the hosts of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is Mighty, Wise.
إنا أرسلناك شاهدا ومبشرا ونذيرا
আমি আপনাকে প্রেরণ করেছি অবস্থা ব্যক্তকারীরূপে, সুসংবাদদাতা ও ভয় প্রদর্শনকারীরূপে।
Surely We have sent you as a witness and as a bearer of good news and as a warner,
لتؤمنوا بالله ورسوله وتعزروه وتوقروه وتسبحوه بكرة وأصيلا
যাতে তোমরা ও রসূলের প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন কর এবং তাঁকে সাহায্য ও সম্মান কর এবং সকাল - সন্ধ্যায় আল্লাহর পবিত্রতা ঘোষণা কর।
That you may believe in Allah and His Apostle and may aid him and revere him; and (that) you may declare His glory, morning and evening.
إن الذين يبايعونك إنما يبايعون الله يد الله فوق أيديهم ۚ فمن نكث فإنما ينكث على نفسه ۖ ومن أوفى بما عاهد عليه الله فسيؤتيه أجرا عظيما
যারা আপনার কাছে আনুগত্যের শপথ করে, তারা তো আল্লাহর কাছে আনুগত্যের শপথ করে। আল্লাহর হাত তাদের হাতের উপর রয়েছে। অতএব, যে শপথ ভঙ্গ করে; অতি অবশ্যই সে তা নিজের ক্ষতির জন্যেই করে এবং যে আল্লাহর সাথে কৃত অঙ্গীকার পূর্ণ করে; সত্ত্বরই তাকে মহাপুরস্কার দান করবেন।
Surely those who swear allegiance to you do but swear allegiance to Allah; the hand of Allah is above their hands. Therefore whoever breaks (his faith), he breaks it only to the injury of his own soul, and whoever fulfills what he has covenanted with Allah, He will grant him a mighty reward.
سيقول لك المخلفون من الأعراب شغلتنا أموالنا وأهلونا فاستغفر لنا ۚ يقولون بألسنتهم ما ليس في قلوبهم ۚ قل فمن يملك لكم من الله شيئا إن أراد بكم ضرا أو أراد بكم نفعا ۚ بل كان الله بما تعملون خبيرا
মরুবাসীদের মধ্যে যারা গৃহে বসে রয়েছে, তারা আপনাকে বলবেঃ আমরা আমাদের ধন - সম্পদ ও পরিবার - পরিজনের কাজে ব্যস্ত ছিলাম। অতএব, আমাদের পাপ মার্জনা করান। তারা মুখে এমন কথা বলবে, যা তাদের অন্তরে নেই। বলুনঃ তোমাদের ক্ষতি অথবা উপকার সাধনের ইচ্ছা করলে কে তাকে বিরত রাখতে পারে? বরং তোমরা যা কর, সে বিষয় পরিপূর্ণ জ্ঞাত।
Those of the dwellers of the desert who were left behind will say to you: Our property and our families kept us busy, so ask forgiveness for us. They say with their tongues what is not in their hearts. Say: Then who can control anything for you from Allah if He intends to do you harm or if He intends to do you good; nay, Allah is Aware of what you do:
بل ظننتم أن لن ينقلب الرسول والمؤمنون إلى أهليهم أبدا وزين ذلك في قلوبكم وظننتم ظن السوء وكنتم قوما بورا
বরং তোমরা ধারণ করেছিলে যে, রসূল ও মুমিনগণ তাদের বাড়ী - ঘরে কিছুতেই ফিরে আসতে পারবে না এবং এই ধারণা তোমাদের জন্যে খুবই সুখকর ছিল। তোমরা মন্দ ধারণার বশবর্তী হয়েছিলে। তোমরা ছিলে ধ্বংসমুখী এক সম্প্রদায়।
Nay! you rather thought that the Apostle and the believers would not return to their families ever, and that was made fairseeming to your hearts and you thought an evil thought and you were a people doomed to perish.
ومن لم يؤمن بالله ورسوله فإنا أعتدنا للكافرين سعيرا
যারা ও তাঁর রসূলে বিশ্বাস করে না, আমি সেসব কাফেরের জন্যে জ্বলন্ত অগ্নি প্রস্তুত রেখেছি।
And whoever does not believe in Allah and His Apostle, then surely We have prepared burning fire for the unbelievers.
ولله ملك السماوات والأرض ۚ يغفر لمن يشاء ويعذب من يشاء ۚ وكان الله غفورا رحيما
নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের রাজত্ব আল্লাহরই। তিনি যাকে ইচ্ছা ক্ষমা করেন এবং যাকে ইচ্ছা শাস্তি দেন। তিনি ক্ষমাশীল, পরম মেহেরবান।
And Allah's is the kingdom. of the heavens and the earth; He forgives whom He pleases and punishes whom He pleases, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
سيقول المخلفون إذا انطلقتم إلى مغانم لتأخذوها ذرونا نتبعكم ۖ يريدون أن يبدلوا كلام الله ۚ قل لن تتبعونا كذلكم قال الله من قبل ۖ فسيقولون بل تحسدوننا ۚ بل كانوا لا يفقهون إلا قليلا
তোমরা যখন যুদ্ধলব্ধ ধন - সম্পদ সংগ্রহের জন্য যাবে, তখন যারা পশ্চাতে থেকে গিয়েছিল, তারা বলবেঃ আমাদেরকেও তোমাদের সঙ্গে যেতে দাও। তারা আল্লাহর কালাম পরিবর্তন করতে চায়। বলুনঃ তোমরা কখনও আমাদের সঙ্গে যেতে পারবে না। পূর্ব থেকেই এরূপ বলে দিয়েছেন। তারা বলবেঃ বরং তোমরা আমাদের প্রতি বিদ্বেষ পোষণ করছ। পরন্তু তারা সামান্যই বোঝে।
Those who are left behind will say when you set forth for the gaining of acquisitions: Allow us (that) we may follow you. They desire to change the world of Allah. Say: By no means shall you follow us; thus did Allah say before. But they will say: Nay! you are jealous of us. Nay! they do not understand but a little.
قل للمخلفين من الأعراب ستدعون إلى قوم أولي بأس شديد تقاتلونهم أو يسلمون ۖ فإن تطيعوا يؤتكم الله أجرا حسنا ۖ وإن تتولوا كما توليتم من قبل يعذبكم عذابا أليما
গৃহে অবস্থানকারী মরুবাসীদেরকে বলে দিনঃ আগামীতে তোমরা এক প্রবল পরাক্রান্ত জাতির সাথে যুদ্ধ করতে আহুত হবে। তোমরা তাদের সাথে যুদ্ধ করবে, যতক্ষণ না তারা মুসলমান হয়ে যায়। তখন যদি তোমরা নির্দেশ পালন কর, তবে তোমাদেরকে উত্তম পুরস্কার দিবেন। আর যদি পৃষ্ঠপ্রদর্শন কর যেমন ইতিপূর্বে পৃষ্ঠপ্রদর্শন করেছ, তবে তিনি তোমাদেরকে যন্ত্রনাদায়ক শাস্তি দিবেন।
Say to those of the dwellers of the desert who were left behind: You shall soon be invited (to fight) against a people possessing mighty prowess; you will fight against them until they submit; then if you obey, Allah will grant you a good reward; and if you turn back as you turned back before, He will punish you with a painful punishment.
ليس على الأعمى حرج ولا على الأعرج حرج ولا على المريض حرج ۗ ومن يطع الله ورسوله يدخله جنات تجري من تحتها الأنهار ۖ ومن يتول يعذبه عذابا أليما
অন্ধের জন্যে, খঞ্জের জন্যে ও রুগ্নের জন্যে কোন অপরাধ নাই এবং যে কেউ ও তাঁর রসূলের অনুগত্য করবে তাকে তিনি জান্নাতে দাখিল করবেন, যার তলদেশে নদী প্রবাহিত হয়। পক্ষান্তরে যে, ব্যক্তি পৃষ্ঠপ্রদর্শন করবে, তাকে যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি দিবেন।
There is no harm in the blind, nor is there any harm in the lame, nor is there any harm in the sick (if they do not go forth); and whoever obeys Allah and His Apostle, He will cause him to enter gardens beneath which rivers flow, and whoever turns back, He will punish him with a painful punishment.
۞ لقد رضي الله عن المؤمنين إذ يبايعونك تحت الشجرة فعلم ما في قلوبهم فأنزل السكينة عليهم وأثابهم فتحا قريبا
মুমিনদের প্রতি সন্তুষ্ট হলেন, যখন তারা বৃক্ষের নীচে আপনার কাছে শপথ করল। অবগত ছিলেন যা তাদের অন্তরে ছিল। অতঃপর তিনি তাদের প্রতি প্রশান্তি নাযিল করলেন এবং তাদেরকে আসন্ন বিজয় পুরস্কার দিলেন।
Certainly Allah was well pleased with the believers when they swore allegiance to you under the tree, and He knew what was in their hearts, so He sent down tranquillity on them and rewarded them with a near victory,
ومغانم كثيرة يأخذونها ۗ وكان الله عزيزا حكيما
এবং বিপুল পরিমাণে যুদ্ধলব্ধ সম্পদ, যা তারা লাভ করবে। পরাক্রমশালী, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
And many acquisitions which they will take; and Allah is Mighty, Wise.
وعدكم الله مغانم كثيرة تأخذونها فعجل لكم هذه وكف أيدي الناس عنكم ولتكون آية للمؤمنين ويهديكم صراطا مستقيما
তোমাদেরকে বিপুল পরিমাণ যুদ্ধলব্ধ সম্পদের ওয়াদা দিয়েছেন, যা তোমরা লাভ করবে। তিনি তা তোমাদের জন্যে ত্বরান্বিত করবেন। তিনি তোমাদের থেকে শত্রুদের স্তব্দ করে দিয়েছেন - যাতে এটা মুমিনদের জন্যে এক নিদর্শন হয় এবং তোমাদেরকে সরল পথে পরিচালিত করেন।
Allah promised you many acquisitions which you will take, then He hastened on this one for you and held back the hands of men from you, and that it may be a sign for the believers and that He may guide you on a right path.
وأخرى لم تقدروا عليها قد أحاط الله بها ۚ وكان الله على كل شيء قديرا
আর ও একটি বিজয় রয়েছে যা এখনও তোমাদের অধিকারে আসেনি, তা বেষ্টন করে আছেন। সর্ববিষয়ে ক্ষমতাবান।
And others which you have not yet been able to achieve Allah has surely encompassed them, and Allah has power over all things.
ولو قاتلكم الذين كفروا لولوا الأدبار ثم لا يجدون وليا ولا نصيرا
যদি কাফেররা তোমাদের মোকাবেলা করত, তবে অবশ্যই তারা পৃষ্ঠপ্রদর্শন করত। তখন তারা কোন অভিভাবক ও সাহায্যকারী পেত না।
And if those who disbelieve fight with you, they would certainly turn (their) backs, then they would not find any protector or a helper.
سنة الله التي قد خلت من قبل ۖ ولن تجد لسنة الله تبديلا
এটাই আল্লাহর রীতি, যা পূর্ব থেকে চালু আছে। তুমি আল্লাহর রীতিতে কোন পরিবর্তন পাবে না।
Such has been the course of Allah that has indeed run before, and you shall not find a change in Allah's course.
وهو الذي كف أيديهم عنكم وأيديكم عنهم ببطن مكة من بعد أن أظفركم عليهم ۚ وكان الله بما تعملون بصيرا
তিনি মক্কা শহরে তাদের হাত তোমাদের থেকে এবং তোমাদের হাত তাদের থেকে নিবারিত করেছেন তাদের উপর তোমাদেরকে বিজয়ী করার পর। তোমরা যা কিছু কর, তা দেখেন।
And He it is Who held back their hands from you and your hands from them in the valley of Mecca after He had given you victory over them; and Allah is Seeing what you do.
هم الذين كفروا وصدوكم عن المسجد الحرام والهدي معكوفا أن يبلغ محله ۚ ولولا رجال مؤمنون ونساء مؤمنات لم تعلموهم أن تطئوهم فتصيبكم منهم معرة بغير علم ۖ ليدخل الله في رحمته من يشاء ۚ لو تزيلوا لعذبنا الذين كفروا منهم عذابا أليما
তারাই তো করেছে এবং বাধা দিয়েছে তোমাদেরকে মসজিদে হারাম থেকে এবং অবস্থানরত কোরবানীর জন্তুদেরকে যথাস্থানে পৌছতে। যদি মক্কায় কিছুসংখ্যক পুরুষ ও নারী না থাকত, যাদেরকে তোমরা জানতে না। অর্থাৎ তাদের পিষ্ট হয়ে যাওয়ার আশংকা না থাকত, অতঃপর তাদের কারণে তোমরা অজ্ঞাতসারে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হতে, তবে সব কিছু চুকিয়ে দেয়া হত; কিন্তু এ কারণে চুকানো হয়নি, যাতে তা’আলা যাকে ইচ্ছা স্বীয় রহমতে দাখিল করে নেন। যদি তারা সরে যেত, তবে আমি অবশ্যই তাদের মধ্যে যারা তাদেরকে যন্ত্রনাদায়ক শস্তি দিতাম।
It is they who disbelieved and turned you away from the Sacred Mosque and (turned off) the offering withheld from arriving at its destined place; and were it not for the believing men and the believing women, whom, not having known, you might have trodden down, and thus something hateful might have afflicted you on their account without knowledge - - so that Allah may cause to enter into His mercy whomsoever He pleases; had they been widely separated one from another, We would surely have punished those who disbelieved from among them with a painful punishment.
إذ جعل الذين كفروا في قلوبهم الحمية حمية الجاهلية فأنزل الله سكينته على رسوله وعلى المؤمنين وألزمهم كلمة التقوى وكانوا أحق بها وأهلها ۚ وكان الله بكل شيء عليما
কেননা, কাফেররা তাদের অন্তরে মূর্খতাযুগের জেদ পোষণ করত। অতঃপর তাঁর রসূল ও মুমিনদের উপর স্বীয় প্রশান্তি নাযিল করলেন এবং তাদের জন্যে সংযমের দায়িত্ব অপরিহার্য করে দিলেন। বস্তুতঃ তারাই ছিল এর অধিকতর যোগ্য ও উপযুক্ত। সর্ববিষয়ে সম্যক জ্ঞাত।
When those who disbelieved harbored in their hearts (feelings of) disdain, the disdain of (the days of) ignorance, but Allah sent down His tranquillity on His Apostle and on the believers, and made them keep the word of guarding (against evil), and they were entitled to it and worthy of it; and Allah is Cognizant of all things.
لقد صدق الله رسوله الرؤيا بالحق ۖ لتدخلن المسجد الحرام إن شاء الله آمنين محلقين رءوسكم ومقصرين لا تخافون ۖ فعلم ما لم تعلموا فجعل من دون ذلك فتحا قريبا
তাঁর রসূলকে সত্য স্বপ্ন দেখিয়েছেন। চাহেন তো তোমরা অবশ্যই মসজিদে হারামে প্রবেশ করবে নিরাপদে মস্তকমুন্ডিত অবস্থায় এবং কেশ কর্তিত অবস্থায়। তোমরা কাউকে ভয় করবে না। অতঃপর তিনি জানেন যা তোমরা জান না। এছাড়াও তিনি দিয়েছেন তোমাদেরকে একটি আসন্ন বিজয়।
Certainly Allah had shown to His Apostle the vision with truth: you shall most certainly enter the Sacred Mosque, if Allah pleases, in security, (some) having their heads shaved and (others) having their hair cut, you shall not fear, but He knows what you do not know, so He brought about a near victory before that.
هو الذي أرسل رسوله بالهدى ودين الحق ليظهره على الدين كله ۚ وكفى بالله شهيدا
তিনিই তাঁর রসূলকে হেদায়েত ও সত্য ধর্মসহ প্রেরণ করেছেন, যাতে একে অন্য সমস্ত ধর্মের উপর জয়যুক্ত করেন। সত্য প্রতিষ্ঠাতারূপে যথেষ্ট।
He it is Who sent His Apostle with the guidance and the true religion that He may make it prevail over all the religions; and Allah is enough for a witness.
محمد رسول الله ۚ والذين معه أشداء على الكفار رحماء بينهم ۖ تراهم ركعا سجدا يبتغون فضلا من الله ورضوانا ۖ سيماهم في وجوههم من أثر السجود ۚ ذلك مثلهم في التوراة ۚ ومثلهم في الإنجيل كزرع أخرج شطأه فآزره فاستغلظ فاستوى على سوقه يعجب الزراع ليغيظ بهم الكفار ۗ وعد الله الذين آمنوا وعملوا الصالحات منهم مغفرة وأجرا عظيما
মুহাম্মদ আল্লাহর রসূল এবং তাঁর সহচরগণ কাফেরদের প্রতি কঠোর, নিজেদের মধ্যে পরস্পর সহানুভূতিশীল। আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ ও সন্তুষ্টি কামনায় আপনি তাদেরকে রুকু ও সেজদারত দেখবেন। তাদের মুখমন্ডলে রয়েছে সেজদার চিহ্ন । তওরাতে তাদের অবস্থা এরূপ এবং ইঞ্জিলে তাদের অবস্থা যেমন একটি চারা গাছ যা থেকে নির্গত হয় কিশলয়, অতঃপর তা শক্ত ও মজবুত হয় এবং কান্ডের উপর দাঁড়ায় দৃঢ়ভাবে - চাষীকে আনন্দে অভিভুত করে - যাতে তাদের দ্বারা কাফেরদের অন্তর্জালা সৃষ্টি করেন। তাদের মধ্যে যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে এবং সৎকর্ম করে, তাদেরকে ক্ষমা ও মহাপুরস্কারের ওয়াদা দিয়েছেন।
Muhammad is the Apostle of Allah, and those with him are firm of heart against the unbelievers, compassionate among themselves; you will see them bowing down, prostrating themselves, seeking grace from Allah and pleasure; their marks are in their faces because of the effect of prostration; that is their description in the Taurat and their description in the Injeel; like as seed - produce that puts forth its sprout, then strengthens it, so it becomes stout and stands firmly on its stem, delighting the sowers that He may enrage the unbelievers on account of them; Allah has promised those among them who believe and do good, forgiveness and a great reward.
