A supplicant asked for a punishment bound to happen
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. A questioner asked concerning a torment about to befall
To the disbelievers; of it there is no preventer.
Upon the disbelievers, which none can avert,
[It is] from Allah, owner of the ways of ascent.
From Allah, the Lord of the ways of ascent.

So be patient with gracious patience.
So be patient (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), with a good patience.

But We see it (quite) near.

They will be shown each other. The criminal will wish that he could be ransomed from the punishment of that Day by his children
Though they shall be made to see one another [(i.e. on the Day of Resurrection), there will be none but see his father, children and relatives, but he will neither speak to them nor will ask them for any help]. The Mujrim, (criminal, sinner, ) would desire to ransom himself from the punishment of that Day by his children,
And his wife and his brother
And his wife and his brother,
And his nearest kindred who shelter him
And his kindred who sheltered him,
And whoever is on earth entirely [so] then it could save him.
And all that are in the earth, so that it might save him.
No! Indeed, it is the Flame [of Hell],
By no means! Verily, it will be the Fire of Hell,
A remover of exteriors.
Taking away (burning completely) the head skin!
It invites he who turned his back [on truth] and went away [from obedience]
Calling (all) such as turn their backs and turn away their faces (from Faith) [picking and swallowing them up from that great gathering of mankind on the Day of Resurrection just as a bird picks up a food-grain from the earth with its beak and swallows it up] (Tafsir Al-Qurtubi)
And collected [wealth] and hoarded.
And collect (wealth) and hide it (from spending it in the Cause of Allah).
Indeed, mankind was created anxious:
Verily, man () was created very impatient;

Irritable (discontented) when evil touches him;
And when good touches him, withholding [of it],
And niggardly when good touches him.
