Pickthall

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. When the heaven is cleft asunder,

Deutsch

Wenn der Himmel zerbricht

Pickthall

When the planets are dispersed,

Deutsch

und wenn die Sterne sich zerstreuen

Pickthall

When the seas are poured forth,

Deutsch

und wenn die Meere gesprengt werden

Pickthall

And the sepulchres are overturned,

Deutsch

und wenn die Gräber durchwühlt werden,

Pickthall

A soul will know what it hath sent before (it) and what left behind.

Deutsch

Pickthall

O man! What hath made thee careless concerning thy Lord, the Bountiful,

Deutsch

O Mensch, was hat dich hinsichtlich deines edelmütigen Herrn getäuscht,

Pickthall

Who created thee, then fashioned, then proportioned thee ?

Deutsch

Pickthall

Into whatsoever form He will, He casteth thee.

Deutsch

Pickthall

Nay, but ye deny the Judgment.

Deutsch

Keineswegs! Vielmehr erklärt ihr das Gericht für Lüge.

Pickthall

Lo! there are above you guardians,

Deutsch

Über euch sind wahrlich Hüter (eingesetzt),

Pickthall

Generous and recording,

Deutsch

edle, die (alles) aufschreiben

Pickthall

Who know (all) that ye do.

Deutsch

und die wissen, was ihr tut.

Pickthall

Lo! the righteous verily will be in delight.

Deutsch

Die Frommen werden wahrlich in Wonne sein.

Pickthall

And lo! the wicked verily will be in hell;

Deutsch

এবং দুষ্কর্মীরা থাকবে জাহান্নামে;

Pickthall

They will burn therein on the Day of Judgment,

Deutsch

Pickthall

And will not be absent thence.

Deutsch

und dem sie nicht abwesend sein werden.

Pickthall

Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Day of Judgment is!

Deutsch

Und was läßt dich wissen, was der Tag des Gerichts ist?

Pickthall

Again, what will convey unto thee what the Day of Judgment is!

Deutsch

Abermals: Was läßt dich wissen, was der Tag des Gerichts ist?

Pickthall

A day on which no soul hath power at all for any (other) soul. The (absolute) command on that day is Allah's.

Deutsch
