Chapter 33, 73 verses
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. O Prophet! Keep thy duty to Allah and obey not the disbelievers and the hypocrites. Lo! Allah is Knower, Wise.
হে নবী ! কে ভয় কর এবং কাফিরদের ও মুনাফিকদের আনুগত্য করিও না। তো সর্বজ্ঞ, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
O Prophet! Fear Allah, and hearken not to the Unbelievers and the Hypocrites: verily Allah is full of Knowledge and Wisdom.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ ٱتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ وَلَا تُطِعِ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا
And follow that which is inspired in thee from thy Lord. Lo! Allah is Aware of what ye do.
তোমার প্রতিপালকের নিকট হইতে তোমার প্রতি যাহা ওহী হয় তাহার অনুসরণ কর ; তোমরা যা কর, তো সে বিষয়ে সম্যক অবহিত।
But follow that which comes to thee by inspiration from thy Lord: for Allah is well acquainted with (all) that ye do.
وَٱتَّبِعْ مَا يُوحَىٰٓ إِلَيْكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا
And put thy trust in Allah, for Allah is sufficient as Trustee.
আর তুমি নির্ভর কর র উপর এবং কর্মবিধানে ই যথেষ্ট।
And put thy trust in Allah, and enough is Allah as a disposer of affairs.
وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَكِيلًا
Allah hath not assigned unto any man two hearts within his body, nor hath He made your wives whom ye declare (to be your mothers) your mothers, nor hath He made those whom ye claim (to be your sons) your sons. This is but a saying of your mouths. But Allah saith the truth and He showeth the way.
কোন মানুষের অভ্যন্তরে দুইটি হৃদয় সৃষ্টি করেন নাই। তোমাদের স্ত্রীগণ, যাহাদের সঙ্গে তোমরা জিহার করিয়া থাক, তিনি তাহাদেরকে তোমাদের জননী করেন নাই এবং তোমাদের পোষ্য পুত্রদেরকে তিনি তোমাদের পুত্র করেন নাই; এইগুলি তোমাদের মুখের কথা। সত্য কথাই বলেন এবং তিনিই সরল পথ নির্দেশ করেন।
Allah has not made for any man two hearts in his (one) body: nor has He made your wives whom ye divorce by Zihar your mothers: nor has He made your adopted sons your sons. Such is (only) your (manner of) speech by your mouths. But Allah tells (you) the Truth, and He shows the (right) Way.
مَّا جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لِرَجُلٍ مِّن قَلْبَيْنِ فِى جَوْفِهِۦ وَمَا جَعَلَ أَزْوَٰجَكُمُ ٱلَّٰٓـِٔى تُظَٰهِرُونَ مِنْهُنَّ أُمَّهَٰتِكُمْ وَمَا جَعَلَ أَدْعِيَآءَكُمْ أَبْنَآءَكُمْ ذَٰلِكُمْ قَوْلُكُم بِأَفْوَٰهِكُ
Proclaim their real parentage. That will be more equitable in the sight of Allah. And if ye know not their fathers, then (they are) your brethren in the faith, and your clients. And there is no sin for you in the mistakes that ye make unintentionally, but what your hearts purpose (that will be a sin for you). Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful.
তোমরা তাহাদেরকে ডাক তাহাদের পিতৃ - পরিচয়ে; আল্লাহর দৃষ্টিতে ইহা অধিক ন্যায়সংগত। যদি তোমরা তাহাদের পিতৃ - পরিচয় না জান তবে তাহারা তোমাদের দীনী ভাই এবং বন্ধু। এই ব্যাপারে তোমরা কোন ভুল করিলে তোমাদের কোন অপরাধ নাই ; কিন্তু তোমাদের অন্তরে সংকল্প থাকিলে অপরাধ হইবে। আর ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।
Call them by (the names of) their fathers: that is juster in the sight of Allah. But if ye know not their father's (names, call them) your Brothers in faith, or your maulas. But there is no blame on you if ye make a mistake therein: (what counts is) the intention of your hearts: and Allah is Oft - Returning, Most Merciful.
ٱدْعُوهُمْ لِءَابَآئِهِمْ هُوَ أَقْسَطُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ فَإِن لَّمْ تَعْلَمُوٓا۟ ءَابَآءَهُمْ فَإِخْوَٰنُكُمْ فِى ٱلدِّينِ وَمَوَٰلِيكُمْ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ فِيمَآ أَخْطَأْتُم بِهِۦ وَلَٰكِن مَّا تَعَم
The Prophet is closer to the believers than their selves, and his wives are (as) their mothers. And the owners of kinship are closer one to another in the ordinance of Allah than (other) believers and the fugitives (who fled from Mecca), except that ye should do kindness to your friends. This is written in the Book (of nature).
নবী মু’মিনদের নিকট তাহাদের নিজেদের অপেক্ষা ঘনিষ্ঠতর এবং তাহার পত্নীগণ তাহাদের মাতা। র বিধান অনুসারে ও মুহাজিরগণ অপেক্ষা - যাহারা আত্মীয় তাহারা পরস্পরের নিকটতর। তবে তোমরা যদি তোমাদের বন্ধু - বান্ধবের প্রতি আনুকূল্য প্রদর্শন করিতে চাও - তাহা করিতে পার। ইহা কিতাবে লিপিবদ্ধ।
The Prophet is closer to the Believers than their own selves, and his wives are their mothers. Blood - relations among each other have closer personal ties, in the Decree of Allah. Than (the Brotherhood of) Believers and Muhajirs: nevertheless do ye what is just to your closest friends: such is the writing in the Decree (of Allah).
ٱلنَّبِىُّ أَوْلَىٰ بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنْ أَنفُسِهِمْ وَأَزْوَٰجُهُۥٓ أُمَّهَٰتُهُمْ وَأُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْأَرْحَامِ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلَىٰ بِبَعْضٍ فِى كِتَٰبِ ٱللَّهِ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُهَٰجِرِينَ إِلَّآ أَن تَفْعَ
And when We exacted a covenant from the prophets, and from thee (O Muhammad) and from Noah and Abraham and Moses and Jesus son of Mary. We took from them a solemn covenant;
স্মরণ কর, যখন আমি নবীদের নিকট হইতে অঙ্গীকার গ্রহণ করিয়াছিলাম এবং তোমার নিকট হইতেও এবং নূহ, ইব্রাহীম, মূসা ও মার্ইয়াম - তনয় ‘ঈসার নিকট হইতেও - তাহাদের নিকট হইতে গ্রহণ করিয়াছিলাম দৃঢ় অঙ্গীকার -
And remember We took from the prophets their covenant: As (We did) from thee: from Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus the son of Mary: We took from them a solemn covenant:
وَإِذْ أَخَذْنَا مِنَ ٱلنَّبِيِّۦنَ مِيثَٰقَهُمْ وَمِنكَ وَمِن نُّوحٍ وَإِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ وَعِيسَى ٱبْنِ مَرْيَمَ وَأَخَذْنَا مِنْهُم مِّيثَٰقًا غَلِيظًا
That He may ask the loyal of their loyalty. And He hath prepared a painful doom for the unfaithful.
সত্যবাদীদেরকে তাহাদের সত্যবাদিতা সম্বন্ধে জিজ্ঞাসা করিবার জন্য। তিনি কাফিরদের জন্য প্রস্তুত রাখিয়াছেন মর্মন্তুদ শাস্তি।
That (Allah) may question the (custodians) of Truth concerning the Truth they (were charged with): And He has prepared for the Unbelievers a grievous Penalty.
لِّيَسْـَٔلَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ عَن صِدْقِهِمْ وَأَعَدَّ لِلْكَٰفِرِينَ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا
O ye who believe! Remember Allah's favour unto you when there came against you hosts, and We sent against them a great wind and hosts ye could not see. And Allah is ever Seer of what ye do.
হে মু’মিনগণ ! তোমরা তোমাদের প্রতি র অনুগ্রহের কথা স্মরণ কর, যখন শত্রুবাহিনী তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে সমাগত হইয়াছিল এবং আমি উহাদের বিরুদ্ধে প্রেরণ করিয়াছিলেন ঝঞ্ঝাবায়ু এবং এক বাহিনী যাহা তোমরা দেখ নাই। তোমরা যাহা কর তাহার সম্যক দ্রষ্টা।
O ye who believe! Remember the Grace of Allah, (bestowed) on you, when there came down on you hosts (to overwhelm you): But We sent against them a hurricane and forces that ye saw not: but Allah sees (clearly) all that ye do.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱذْكُرُوا۟ نِعْمَةَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ جَآءَتْكُمْ جُنُودٌ فَأَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ رِيحًا وَجُنُودًا لَّمْ تَرَوْهَا وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرًا
When they came upon you from above you and from below you, and when eyes grew wild and hearts reached to the throats, and ye were imagining vain thoughts concerning Allah.
যখন উহারা তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে সমাগত হইয়াছিল তোমাদের উপরের দিক ও নিচের দিক হইতে, তোমাদের চক্ষু বিস্ফারিত হইয়াছিল, তোমাদের প্রাণ হইয়া পড়িয়াছিল কণ্ঠাগত এবং তােমরা সম্বন্ধে নানাবিধ ধারণা পােষণ করিতেছিলে ;
Behold! they came on you from above you and from below you, and behold, the eyes became dim and the hearts gaped up to the throats, and ye imagined various (vain) thoughts about Allah!
إِذْ جَآءُوكُم مِّن فَوْقِكُمْ وَمِنْ أَسْفَلَ مِنكُمْ وَإِذْ زَاغَتِ ٱلْأَبْصَٰرُ وَبَلَغَتِ ٱلْقُلُوبُ ٱلْحَنَاجِرَ وَتَظُنُّونَ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلظُّنُونَا۠
There were the believers sorely tried, and shaken with a mighty shock.
তখন মু’মিনগণ পরীক্ষিত হইয়াছিল এবং তাহারা ভীষণভাবে প্রকম্পিত হইয়াছিল।
In that situation were the Believers tried: they were shaken as by a tremendous shaking.
هُنَالِكَ ٱبْتُلِىَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَزُلْزِلُوا۟ زِلْزَالًا شَدِيدًا
And when the hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, were saying: Allah and His messenger promised us naught but delusion.
আর স্মরণ কর, মুনাফিকরা ও যাহাদের অন্তরে ছিল ব্যাধি, তাহারা বলিতেছিল, ‘ এবং তাঁহার রাসূল আমাদেরকে যে প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়াছিলেন তাহা প্রতারণা ব্যতীত কিছুই নয়।’
And behold! The Hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease (even) say: "Allah and His Messenger promised us nothing but delusion!"
وَإِذْ يَقُولُ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقُونَ وَٱلَّذِينَ فِى قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ مَّا وَعَدَنَا ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥٓ إِلَّا غُرُورًا
And when a party of them said: O folk of Yathrib! There is no stand (possible) for you, therefor turn back. And certain of them (even) sought permission of the Prophet, saying: Our homes lie open (to the enemy). And they lay not open. They but wished to flee.
আর উহাদের একদল বলিয়াছিল, ‘হে ইয়াস্রিববাসী ! এখানে তোমাদের কোন স্থান নাই তোমরা ফিরিয়া চল’ এবং উহাদের মধ্যে একদল নবীর নিকট অব্যাহতি প্রার্থনা করিয়া বলিতেছিল, ‘আমাদের বাড়িঘর অরক্ষিত’; অথচ ঐগুলি অরক্ষিত ছিল না, আসলে পলায়ন করাই ছিল উহাদের উদ্দেশ্য।
Behold! A party among them said: "Ye men of Yathrib! ye cannot stand (the attack)! therefore go back!" And a band of them ask for leave of the Prophet, saying, "Truly our houses are bare and exposed," though they were not exposed they intended nothing but to run away.
وَإِذْ قَالَت طَّآئِفَةٌ مِّنْهُمْ يَٰٓأَهْلَ يَثْرِبَ لَا مُقَامَ لَكُمْ فَٱرْجِعُوا۟ وَيَسْتَـْٔذِنُ فَرِيقٌ مِّنْهُمُ ٱلنَّبِىَّ يَقُولُونَ إِنَّ بُيُوتَنَا عَوْرَةٌ وَمَا هِىَ بِعَوْرَةٍ إِن يُرِيدُونَ إِ
If the enemy had entered from all sides and they had been exhorted to treachery, they would have committed it, and would have hesitated thereupon but little.
যদি বিভিন্ন দিক হইতে তাহাদের বিরুদ্ধে শত্রুদের প্রবেশ ঘটিত, অতঃপর তাহাদেরকে বিদ্রোহের জন্য প্ররোচিত করা হইত, তবে তাহারা অবশ্য তাহাই করিয়া বসিত, তাহারা ইহাতে কালবিলম্ব করিত না।
And if an entry had been effected to them from the sides of the (city), and they had been incited to sedition, they would certainly have brought it to pass, with none but a brief delay!
وَلَوْ دُخِلَتْ عَلَيْهِم مِّنْ أَقْطَارِهَا ثُمَّ سُئِلُوا۟ ٱلْفِتْنَةَ لَءَاتَوْهَا وَمَا تَلَبَّثُوا۟ بِهَآ إِلَّا يَسِيرًا
And verily they had already sworn unto Allah that they would not turn their backs (to the foe). An oath to Allah must be answered for.
ইহারা তো পূর্বেই র সঙ্গে অঙ্গীকার করিয়াছিল যে, ইহারা পৃষ্ঠ প্রদর্শন করিবে না। র সঙ্গে কৃত অঙ্গীকার সম্বন্ধে অবশ্যই জিজ্ঞাসা করা হইবে।
And yet they had already covenanted with Allah not to turn their backs, and a covenant with Allah must (surely) be answered for.
وَلَقَدْ كَانُوا۟ عَٰهَدُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ مِن قَبْلُ لَا يُوَلُّونَ ٱلْأَدْبَٰرَ وَكَانَ عَهْدُ ٱللَّهِ مَسْـُٔولًا
Say: Flight will not avail you if ye flee from death or killing, and then ye dwell in comfort but a little while.
বল, ‘তোমাদের কোন লাভ হইবে না যদি তোমরা মৃত্যু অথবা হত্যার ভয়ে পলায়ন কর, তবে সেই ক্ষেত্রে তোমাদেরকে সামান্যই ভোগ করিতে দেওয়া হইবে।’
Say: "Running away will not profit you if ye are running away from death or slaughter; and even if (ye do escape), no more than a brief (respite) will ye be allowed to enjoy!"
قُل لَّن يَنفَعَكُمُ ٱلْفِرَارُ إِن فَرَرْتُم مِّنَ ٱلْمَوْتِ أَوِ ٱلْقَتْلِ وَإِذًا لَّا تُمَتَّعُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا
Say: Who is he who can preserve you from Allah if He intendeth harm for you, or intendeth mercy for you. They will not find that they have any friend or helper other than Allah.
বল, ‘কে তোমাদেরকে হইতে রক্ষা করিবে, যদি তিনি তোমাদের অমঙ্গল ইচ্ছা করেন অথবা তিনি যদি তোমাদেরকে অনুগ্রহ করিতে ইচ্ছা করেন, তবে কে তোমাদের ক্ষতি করিবে?’ উহারা ব্যতীত নিজেদের কোন অভিভাবক ও সাহায্যকারী পাইবে না।
Say: "Who is it that can screen you from Allah if it be His wish to give you punishment or to give you Mercy?" Nor will they find for themselves, besides Allah, any protector or helper.
قُلْ مَن ذَا ٱلَّذِى يَعْصِمُكُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ إِنْ أَرَادَ بِكُمْ سُوٓءًا أَوْ أَرَادَ بِكُمْ رَحْمَةً وَلَا يَجِدُونَ لَهُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِيًّا وَلَا نَصِيرًا
Allah already knoweth those of you who hinder, and those who say unto their brethren: "Come ye hither unto us!" and they come not to the stress of battle save a little,
অবশ্যই জানেন তোমাদের মধ্যে কাহারা বাধাদানকারী এবং কাহারা তাহাদের ভ্রাতৃবর্গকে বলে, ‘আমাদের সঙ্গে আস।’ উহারা অল্পই যুদ্ধে অংশ নেয় -
Verily Allah knows those among you who keep back (men) and those who say to their brethren, "Come along to us", but come not to the fight except for just a little while.
قَدْ يَعْلَمُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُعَوِّقِينَ مِنكُمْ وَٱلْقَآئِلِينَ لِإِخْوَٰنِهِمْ هَلُمَّ إِلَيْنَا وَلَا يَأْتُونَ ٱلْبَأْسَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا
Being sparing of their help to you (believers). But when the fear cometh, then thou (Muhammad) seest them regarding thee with rolling eyes like one who fainteth unto death. Then, when the fear departeth, they scald you with sharp tongues in their greed for wealth (from the spoil). Such have not believed. Therefor Allah maketh their deeds fruitless. And that is easy for Allah.
তোমাদের ব্যাপারে কৃপণতাবশত। আর যখন ভীতি আসে তখন তুমি দেখিবে, মৃত্যুভয়ে মূর্চ্ছাতুর ব্যক্তির মত চক্ষু উল্টাইয়া উহারা তোমার দিকে তাকায়। কিন্তু যখন ভয় চলিয়া যায় তখন উহারা ধনের লালসায় তোমাদেরকে তীক্ষ্ণ ভাষায় বিদ্ধ করে। উহারা ঈমান আনে নাই, এইজন্য উহাদের কার্যাবলী নিষ্ফল করিয়াছেন এবং র পক্ষে ইহা সহজ।
Covetous over you. Then when fear comes, thou wilt see them looking to thee, their eyes revolving, like (those of) one over whom hovers death: but when the fear is past, they will smite you with sharp tongues, covetous of goods. Such men have no faith, and so Allah has made their deeds of none effect: and that is easy for Allah.
أَشِحَّةً عَلَيْكُمْ فَإِذَا جَآءَ ٱلْخَوْفُ رَأَيْتَهُمْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَيْكَ تَدُورُ أَعْيُنُهُمْ كَٱلَّذِى يُغْشَىٰ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ ٱلْمَوْتِ فَإِذَا ذَهَبَ ٱلْخَوْفُ سَلَقُوكُم بِأَلْسِنَةٍ حِدَادٍ أَشِحَّةً ع
They hold that the clans have not retired (for good); and if the clans should advance (again), they would fain be in the desert with the wandering Arabs, asking for the news of you; and if they were among you, they would not give battle, save a little.
উহারা মনে করে, সম্মিলিত বাহিনী চলিয়া যায় নাই। যদি সম্মিলিত বাহিনী আবার আসিয়া পড়ে, তখন উহারা কামনা করিবে যে, ভাল হইত যদি উহারা যাযাবর মরুবাসীদের সঙ্গে থাকিয়া তোমাদের সংবাদ লইত! উহারা তোমাদের সঙ্গে অবস্থান করিলেও উহারা যুদ্ধ অল্পই করিত।
They think that the Confederates have not withdrawn; and if the Confederates should come (again), they would wish they were in the deserts (wandering) among the Bedouins, and seeking news about you (from a safe distance); and if they were in your midst, they would fight but little.
يَحْسَبُونَ ٱلْأَحْزَابَ لَمْ يَذْهَبُوا۟ وَإِن يَأْتِ ٱلْأَحْزَابُ يَوَدُّوا۟ لَوْ أَنَّهُم بَادُونَ فِى ٱلْأَعْرَابِ يَسْـَٔلُونَ عَنْ أَنۢبَآئِكُمْ وَلَوْ كَانُوا۟ فِيكُم مَّا قَٰتَلُوٓا۟ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا
Verily in the messenger of Allah ye have a good example for him who looketh unto Allah and the Last Day, and remembereth Allah much.
তোমাদের মধ্যে যাহারা ও আখিরাতকে ভয় করে এবং কে অধিক স্মরণ করে তাহাদের জন্য তো রাসূলুল্লাহ্র মধ্যে রহিয়াছে উত্তম আদর্শ।
Ye have indeed in the Messenger of Allah a beautiful pattern (of conduct) for any one whose hope is in Allah and the Final Day, and who engages much in the Praise of Allah.
لَّقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِى رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ لِّمَن كَانَ يَرْجُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلْيَوْمَ ٱلْءَاخِرَ وَذَكَرَ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرًا
And when the true believers saw the clans, they said: This is that which Allah and His messenger promised us. Allah and His messenger are true. It did but confirm them in their faith and resignation.
মু’মিনগণ যখন সম্মিলিত বাহিনীকে দেখিল, উহারা বলিয়া উঠিল, ‘ইহা তো তাহাই, ও তাঁহার রাসূল যাহার প্রতিশ্রুতি আমাদেরকে দিয়াছিলেন এবং ও তাঁহার রাসূল সত্যই বলিয়াছিলেন।’ আর ইহাতে তাহাদের ঈমান ও আনুগত্যই বৃদ্ধি পাইল।
When the Believers saw the Confederate forces, they said: "This is what Allah and his Messenger had promised us, and Allah and His Messenger told us what was true." And it only added to their faith and their zeal in obedience.
وَلَمَّا رَءَا ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ ٱلْأَحْزَابَ قَالُوا۟ هَٰذَا مَا وَعَدَنَا ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ وَصَدَقَ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ وَمَا زَادَهُمْ إِلَّآ إِيمَٰنًا وَتَسْلِيمًا
Of the believers are men who are true to that which they covenanted with Allah. Some of them have paid their vow by death (in battle), and some of them still are waiting; and they have not altered in the least;
মু’মিনদের মধ্যে কতক র সঙ্গে তাহাদের কৃত অঙ্গীকার পূর্ণ করিয়াছে, উহাদের কেহ কেহ শাহাদত বরণ করিয়াছে এবং কেহ কেহ প্রতীক্ষায় রহিয়াছে। উহারা তাহাদের অঙ্গীকারে কোন পরিবর্তন করে নাই ;
Among the Believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah: of them some have completed their vow (to the extreme), and some (still) wait: but they have never changed (their determination) in the least:
مِّنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا۟ مَا عَٰهَدُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُم مَّن قَضَىٰ نَحْبَهُۥ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا۟ تَبْدِيلًا
That Allah may reward the true men for their truth, and punish the hypocrites if He will, or relent toward them (if He will). Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
কারণ সত্যবাদীদেরকে পুরস্কৃত করেন তাহাদের সত্যবাদিতার জন্য এবং তাঁহার ইচ্ছা হইলে মুনাফিকদেরকে শাস্তি দেন অথবা উহাদেরকে ক্ষমা করেন। নিশ্চয়ই ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।
That Allah may reward the men of Truth for their Truth, and punish the Hypocrites if that be His Will, or turn to them in Mercy: for Allah is Oft - Forgiving, Most Merciful.
لِّيَجْزِىَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ بِصِدْقِهِمْ وَيُعَذِّبَ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ إِن شَآءَ أَوْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا
And Allah repulsed the disbelievers in their wrath; they gained no good. Allah averted their attack from the believers. Allah is ever Strong, Mighty.
কাফিরদেরকে ক্রুদ্ধাবস্থায় ফিরাইয়া দিলেন, তাহারা কোন কল্যাণ লাভ করে নাই। যুদ্ধে মু’মিনদের জন্য ই যথেষ্ট ; সর্বশক্তিমান, পরাক্রমশালী।
And Allah turned back the Unbelievers for (all) their fury: no advantage did they gain; and enough is Allah for the believers in their fight. And Allah is full of Strength, able to enforce His Will.
وَرَدَّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ بِغَيْظِهِمْ لَمْ يَنَالُوا۟ خَيْرًا وَكَفَى ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ٱلْقِتَالَ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ قَوِيًّا عَزِيزًا
And He brought those of the People of the Scripture who supported them down from their strongholds, and cast panic into their hearts. Some ye slew, and ye made captive some.
কিতাবীদের মধ্যে যাহারা উহাদেরকে সাহায্য করিয়াছিল, তাহাদেরকে তিনি তাহাদের দুর্গ হইতে অবতরণ করাইলেন এবং তাহাদের অন্তরে ভীতি সঞ্চার করিলেন; এখন তোমরা উহাদের কতককে হত্যা করিতেছ এবং কতককে করিতেছ বন্দী।
And those of the People of the Book who aided them - Allah did take them down from their strongholds and cast terror into their hearts. (So that) some ye slew, and some ye made prisoners.
وَأَنزَلَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَٰهَرُوهُم مِّنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِن صَيَاصِيهِمْ وَقَذَفَ فِى قُلُوبِهِمُ ٱلرُّعْبَ فَرِيقًا تَقْتُلُونَ وَتَأْسِرُونَ فَرِيقًا
And He caused you to inherit their land and their houses and their wealth, and land ye have not trodden. Allah is ever Able to do all things.
আর তিনি তোমাদেরকে অধিকারী করিলেন উহাদের ভূমি, ঘরবাড়ি ও ধন - সম্পদের এবং এমন ভূমির যাহাতে তোমরা এখনও পদার্পণ কর নাই। সর্ববিষয়ে সর্বশক্তিমান।
And He made you heirs of their lands, their houses, and their goods, and of a land which ye had not frequented (before). And Allah has power over all things.
وَأَوْرَثَكُمْ أَرْضَهُمْ وَدِيَٰرَهُمْ وَأَمْوَٰلَهُمْ وَأَرْضًا لَّمْ تَطَـُٔوهَا وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرًا
O Prophet! Say unto thy wives: If ye desire the world's life and its adornment, come! I will content you and will release you with a fair release.
হে নবী ! তুমি তোমার স্ত্রীদেরকে বল, ‘তোমরা যদি পার্থিব জীবন ও উহার ভূষণ কামনা কর তবে আস, আমি তোমাদের ভোগ - সামগ্রীর ব্যবস্থা করিয়া দেই এবং সৌজন্যের সঙ্গে তোমাদেরকে বিদায় দেই।
O Prophet! Say to thy Consorts: "If it be that ye desire the life of this World, and its glitter, - then come! I will provide for your enjoyment and set you free in a handsome manner.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَٰجِكَ إِن كُنتُنَّ تُرِدْنَ ٱلْحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَزِينَتَهَا فَتَعَالَيْنَ أُمَتِّعْكُنَّ وَأُسَرِّحْكُنَّ سَرَاحًا جَمِيلًا
But if ye desire Allah and His messenger and the abode of the Hereafter, then lo! Allah hath prepared for the good among you an immense reward.
‘আর যদি তোমরা কামনা কর , তাঁহার রাসূল ও , তবে তোমাদের মধ্যে যাহারা সৎকর্মশীল তাহাদের জন্য মহাপ্রতিদান প্রস্তুত রাখিয়াছেন।’
But if ye seek Allah and His Messenger, and the Home of the Hereafter, verily Allah has prepared for the well - doers amongst you a great reward.
وَإِن كُنتُنَّ تُرِدْنَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَٱلدَّارَ ٱلْءَاخِرَةَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ أَعَدَّ لِلْمُحْسِنَٰتِ مِنكُنَّ أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا
O ye wives of the Prophet! Whosoever of you committeth manifest lewdness, the punishment for her will be doubled, and that is easy for Allah.
হে নবী - পত্নীগণ ! যে কাজ স্পষ্টত অশ্লীল, তোমাদের মধ্যে কেহ তাহা করিলে তাহাকে দ্বিগুণ শাস্তি দেওয়া হইবে এবং ইহা র জন্য সহজ।
O Consorts of the Prophet! If any of you were guilty of evident unseemly conduct, the Punishment would be doubled to her, and that is easy for Allah.
يَٰنِسَآءَ ٱلنَّبِىِّ مَن يَأْتِ مِنكُنَّ بِفَٰحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍ يُضَٰعَفْ لَهَا ٱلْعَذَابُ ضِعْفَيْنِ وَكَانَ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ يَسِيرًا
And whosoever of you is submissive unto Allah and His messenger and doeth right, We shall give her her reward twice over, and We have prepared for her a rich provision.
তোমাদের মধ্যে যে কেহ এবং তাঁহার রাসূলের প্রতি অনুগত হইবে ও সৎকর্ম করিবে তাহাকে আমি পুরস্কার দিব দুইবার এবং তাহার জন্য আমি প্রস্তুত রাখিয়াছি সম্মানজনক রিযিক।
But any of you that is devout in the service of Allah and His Messenger, and works righteousness, - to her shall We grant her reward twice: and We have prepared for her a generous Sustenance.
وَمَن يَقْنُتْ مِنكُنَّ لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَتَعْمَلْ صَٰلِحًا نُّؤْتِهَآ أَجْرَهَا مَرَّتَيْنِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لَهَا رِزْقًا كَرِيمًا
O ye wives of the Prophet! Ye are not like any other women. If ye keep your duty (to Allah), then be not soft of speech, lest he in whose heart is a disease aspire (to you), but utter customary speech.
হে নবী - পত্মীগণ! তোমরা অন্য নারীদের মত নও ; যদি তোমরা কে ভয় কর তবে পর - পুরুষের সঙ্গে কোমলকণ্ঠে এমনভাবে কথা বলিও না, যাহাতে অন্তরে যাহার ব্যাধি আছে, সে প্রলুব্ধ হয় এবং তোমরা ন্যায়সংগত কথা বলিবে।
O Consorts of the Prophet! Ye are not like any of the (other) women: if ye do fear (Allah), be not too complacent of speech, lest one in whose heart is a disease should be moved with desire: but speak ye a speech (that is) just.
يَٰنِسَآءَ ٱلنَّبِىِّ لَسْتُنَّ كَأَحَدٍ مِّنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ إِنِ ٱتَّقَيْتُنَّ فَلَا تَخْضَعْنَ بِٱلْقَوْلِ فَيَطْمَعَ ٱلَّذِى فِى قَلْبِهِۦ مَرَضٌ وَقُلْنَ قَوْلًا مَّعْرُوفًا
And stay in your houses. Bedizen not yourselves with the bedizenment of the Time of Ignorance. Be regular in prayer, and pay the poor - due, and obey Allah and His messenger. Allah's wish is but to remove uncleanness far from you, O Folk of the Household, and cleanse you with a thorough cleansing.
আর তোমরা স্বগৃহে অবস্থান করিবে এবং প্রাচীন যুগের মত নিজেদেরকে প্রদর্শন করিয়া বেড়াইবে না। তোমরা কায়েম করিবে ও যাকাত প্রদান করিবে এবং ও তাঁহার রাসূলের অনুগত থাকিবে। হে নবী - পরিবার! তো কেবল চান তোমাদের হইতে অপবিত্রতা দূর করিতে এবং তোমাদেরকে সম্পূর্ণরূপে পবিত্র করিতে।
And stay quietly in your houses, and make not a dazzling display, like that of the former Times of Ignorance; and establish regular Prayer, and give regular Charity; and obey Allah and His Messenger. And Allah only wishes to remove all abomination from you, ye members of the Family, and to make you pure and spotless.
وَقَرْنَ فِى بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ ٱلْجَٰهِلِيَّةِ ٱلْأُولَىٰ وَأَقِمْنَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتِينَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَأَطِعْنَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥٓ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنكُمُ ٱلرِّجْسَ
And bear in mind that which is recited in your houses of the revelations of Allah and wisdom. Lo! Allah is Subtile, Aware.
র আয়াত ও জ্ঞানের কথা যাহা তোমাদের গৃহে পঠিত হয়, তাহা তোমরা স্মরণ রাখিবে ; নিশ্চয়ই অতি সূক্ষ্মদর্শী, র্সববিষয়ে অবহিত।
And recite what is rehearsed to you in your homes, of the Signs of Allah and His Wisdom: for Allah understands the finest mysteries and is well - acquainted (with them).
وَٱذْكُرْنَ مَا يُتْلَىٰ فِى بُيُوتِكُنَّ مِنْ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلْحِكْمَةِ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ لَطِيفًا خَبِيرًا
Lo! men who surrender unto Allah, and women who surrender, and men who believe and women who believe, and men who obey and women who obey, and men who speak the truth and women who speak the truth, and men who persevere (in righteousness) and women who persevere, and men who are humble and women who are humble, and men who give alms and women who give alms, and men who fast and women who fast, and men who guard their modesty and women who guard (their modesty), and men who remember Allah much and women who remember - Allah hath prepared for them forgiveness and a vast reward.
অবশ্যই আত্মসর্মপণকারী পুরুষ ও আত্মসর্মপণকারী নারী, পুরুষ ও নারী, অনুগত পুরুষ ও অনুগত নারী, সত্যবাদী পুরুষ ও সত্যবাদী নারী, ধৈর্যশীল পুরুষ ও ধৈর্যশীল নারী, বিনীত পুরুষ ও বিনীত নারী, দানশীল পুরুষ ও দানশীল নারী, সাওম পালনকারী পুরুষ ও সাওম পালনকারী নারী, যৌন অংগ হিফাযতকারী পুরুষ ও যৌন অংগ হিফাযতকারী নারী, কে অধিক স্মরণকারী পুরুষ ও অধিক স্মরণকারী নারী - ইহাদের জন্য রাখিয়াছেন ক্ষমা ও মহা - প্রতিদান।
For Muslim men and women, - for believing men and women, for devout men and women, for true men and women, for men and women who are patient and constant, for men and women who humble themselves, for men and women who give in Charity, for men and women who fast (and deny themselves), for men and women who guard their chastity, and for men and women who engage much in Allah's praise, - for them has Allah prepared forgiveness and great reward.
إِنَّ ٱلْمُسْلِمِينَ وَٱلْمُسْلِمَٰتِ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ وَٱلْقَٰنِتِينَ وَٱلْقَٰنِتَٰتِ وَٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ وَٱلصَّٰدِقَٰتِ وَٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ وَٱلصَّٰبِرَٰتِ وَٱلْخَٰشِعِينَ وَٱلْخَٰشِعَٰتِ وَٱلْمُتَصَدِّقِينَ وَٱلْمُ
And it becometh not a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His messenger have decided an affair (for them), that they should (after that) claim any say in their affair; and whoso is rebellious to Allah and His messenger, he verily goeth astray in error manifest.
ও তাঁহার রাসূল কোন বিষয়ে নির্দেশ দিলে কোন পুরুষ কিংবা নারীর সে বিষয়ে ভিন্ন সিদ্ধান্তের অধিকার থাকিবে না। কেহ এবং তাঁহার রাসূলকে অমান্য করিলে সে তো স্পষ্ট পথভ্রষ্ট হইবে।
It is not fitting for a Believer, man or woman, when a matter has been decided by Allah and His Messenger to have any option about their decision: if any one disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he is indeed on a clearly wrong Path.
وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلَا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥٓ أَمْرًا أَن يَكُونَ لَهُمُ ٱلْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ وَمَن يَعْصِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَٰلًا مُّبِينًا
And when thou saidst unto him on whom Allah hath conferred favour and thou hast conferred favour: Keep thy wife to thyself, and fear Allah. And thou didst hide in thy mind that which Allah was to bring to light, and thou didst fear mankind whereas Allah hath a better right that thou shouldst fear Him. So when Zeyd had performed that necessary formality (of divorce) from her, We gave her unto thee in marriage, so that (henceforth) there may be no sin for believers in respect of wives of their adopted sons, when the latter have performed the necessary formality (of release) from them. The commandment of Allah must be fulfilled.
স্মরণ কর, যাহাকে অনুগ্রহ করিয়াছেন এবং তুমিও যাহার প্রতি অনুগ্রহ করিয়াছ, তুমি তাহাকে বলিতেছিলে, ‘তুমি তোমার স্ত্রীর সঙ্গে সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখ এবং কে ভয় কর।’ তুমি তোমার অন্তরে যাহা গোপন করিতেছ তাহা প্রকাশ করিয়া দিতেছেন ; তুমি লোকভয় করিতেছিলে, অথচ কেই ভয় করা তোমার পক্ষে অধিকতর সংগত। অতঃপর যায়দ যখন যয়নবের সঙ্গে বিবাহ সম্পর্ক ছিন্ন করিল, তখন আমি তাহাকে তোমার সঙ্গে পরিণয়সূত্রে আবদ্ধ করিলাম, যাহাতে মু’মিনদের পোষ্য পুত্রগণ নিজ স্ত্রীর সঙ্গে বিবাহসূত্র ছিন্ন করিলে সেইসব রমণীকে বিবাহ করায় মু’মিনদের কোন বিঘ্ন না হয়। র আদেশ কার্যকরী হইয়াই থাকে।
Behold! Thou didst say to one who had received the grace of Allah and thy favour: "Retain thou (in wedlock) thy wife, and fear Allah." But thou didst hide in thy heart that which Allah was about to make manifest: thou didst fear the people, but it is more fitting that thou shouldst fear Allah. Then when Zaid had dissolved (his marriage) with her, with the necessary (formality), We joined her in marriage to thee: in order that (in future) there may be no difficulty to the Believers in (the matter of) marriage with the wives of their adopted sons, when the latter have dissolved with the necessary (formality) (their marriage) with them. And Allah's command must be fulfilled.
وَإِذْ تَقُولُ لِلَّذِىٓ أَنْعَمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَأَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْسِكْ عَلَيْكَ زَوْجَكَ وَٱتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ وَتُخْفِى فِى نَفْسِكَ مَا ٱللَّهُ مُبْدِيهِ وَتَخْشَى ٱلنَّاسَ وَٱللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَن تَخْ
There is no reproach for the Prophet in that which Allah maketh his due. That was Allah's way with those who passed away of old - and the commandment of Allah is certain destiny -
নবীর জন্য যাহা বিধিসম্মত করিয়াছেন তাহা করিতে তাহার জন্য কোন বাধা নাই। পূর্বে যেসব নবী অতীত হইয়া গিয়াছে, তাহাদের ক্ষেত্রেও ইহাই ছিল র বিধান। র বিধান সুনির্ধারিত।
There can be no difficulty to the Prophet in what Allah has indicated to him as a duty. It was the practice (approved) of Allah amongst those of old that have passed away. And the command of Allah is a decree determined.
مَّا كَانَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّ مِنْ حَرَجٍ فِيمَا فَرَضَ ٱللَّهُ لَهُۥ سُنَّةَ ٱللَّهِ فِى ٱلَّذِينَ خَلَوْا۟ مِن قَبْلُ وَكَانَ أَمْرُ ٱللَّهِ قَدَرًا مَّقْدُورًا
Who delivered the messages of Allah and feared Him, and feared none save Allah. Allah keepeth good account.
তাহারা র বাণী প্রচার করিত এবং তাঁহাকে ভয় করিত, আর ব্যতীত অন্য কাহাকেও ভয় করিত না। হিসাব গ্রহণে ই যথেষ্ট।
(It is the practice of those) who preach the Messages of Allah, and fear Him, and fear none but Allah. And enough is Allah to call (men) to account.
ٱلَّذِينَ يُبَلِّغُونَ رِسَٰلَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَخْشَوْنَهُۥ وَلَا يَخْشَوْنَ أَحَدًا إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ حَسِيبًا
Muhammad is not the father of any man among you, but he is the messenger of Allah and the Seal of the Prophets; and Allah is ever Aware of all things.
মুহাম্মদ তোমাদের মধ্যে কোন পুরুষের পিতা নহে ; বরং সে র রাসূল এবং শেষ নবী। সর্ববিষয়ে সর্বজ্ঞ।
Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but (he is) the Messenger of Allah, and the Seal of the Prophets: and Allah has full knowledge of all things.
مَّا كَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ أَبَآ أَحَدٍ مِّن رِّجَالِكُمْ وَلَٰكِن رَّسُولَ ٱللَّهِ وَخَاتَمَ ٱلنَّبِيِّۦنَ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمًا
O ye who believe! Remember Allah with much remembrance.
হে মু’মিনগণ ! তােমরা কে অধিক স্মরণ কর,
O ye who believe! Celebrate the praises of Allah, and do this often;
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱذْكُرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ ذِكْرًا كَثِيرًا
And glorify Him early and late.
এবং সকাল - সন্ধ্যায় র পবিত্রতা ও মহিমা ঘোষণা কর।
And glorify Him morning and evening.
وَسَبِّحُوهُ بُكْرَةً وَأَصِيلًا
He it is Who blesseth you, and His angels (bless you), that He may bring you forth from darkness unto light; and He is ever Merciful to the believers.
তিনি তোমাদের প্রতি অনুগ্রহ করেন এবং তাঁহার ফিরিশ্তাগণও তোমাদের জন্য অনুগ্রহ প্রার্থনা করে। অন্ধকার হইতে তোমাদেরকে আলোকে আনিবার জন্য, এবং তিনি মু’মিনদের প্রতি পরম দয়ালু।
He it is Who sends blessings on you, as do His angels, that He may bring you out from the depths of Darkness into Light: and He is Full of Mercy to the Believers.
هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُصَلِّى عَلَيْكُمْ وَمَلَٰٓئِكَتُهُۥ لِيُخْرِجَكُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ وَكَانَ بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَحِيمًا
Their salutation on the day when they shall meet Him will be: Peace. And He hath prepared for them a goodly recompense.
যেদিন তাহারা র সঙ্গে সাক্ষাত করিবে, সেদিন তাহাদের প্রতি অভিবাদন হইবে ‘সালাম’। তিনি তাহাদের জন্য প্রস্তুত রাখিয়াছেন উত্তম প্রতিদান।
Their salutation on the Day they meet Him will be "Peace!"; and He has prepared for them a generous Reward.
تَحِيَّتُهُمْ يَوْمَ يَلْقَوْنَهُۥ سَلَٰمٌ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ أَجْرًا كَرِيمًا
O Prophet! Lo! We have sent thee as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner.
হে নবী! আমি তো তোমাকে পাঠাইয়াছি সাক্ষীরূপে এবং সুসংবাদদাতা ও সতর্ককারীরূপে,
O Prophet! Truly We have sent thee as a Witness, a Bearer of Glad Tidings, and Warner, -
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ إِنَّآ أَرْسَلْنَٰكَ شَٰهِدًا وَمُبَشِّرًا وَنَذِيرًا
And as a summoner unto Allah by His permission, and as a lamp that giveth light.
র অনুমতিক্রমে তাঁহার দিকে আহ্বানকারীরূপে এবং উজ্জ্বল প্রদীপরূপে।
And as one who invites to Allah's (grace) by His leave, and as a lamp spreading light.
وَدَاعِيًا إِلَى ٱللَّهِ بِإِذْنِهِۦ وَسِرَاجًا مُّنِيرًا
And announce unto the believers the good tidings that they will have great bounty from Allah.
তুমি মু’মিনদেরকে সুসংবাদ দাও যে, তাহাদের জন্য র নিকট রহিয়াছে মহাঅনুগ্রহ।
Then give the Glad Tidings to the Believers, that they shall have from Allah a very great Bounty.
وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ بِأَنَّ لَهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ فَضْلًا كَبِيرًا
And incline not to the disbelievers and the hypocrites. Disregard their noxious talk, and put thy trust in Allah. Allah is sufficient as Trustee.
আর তুমি ও মুনাফিকদের কথা শুনিও না, উহাদের নির্যাতন উপেক্ষা করিও এবং নির্ভর করিও র উপর ; কর্মবিধায়করূপে ই যথষ্টে।
And obey not (the behests) of the Unbelievers and the Hypocrites, and heed not their annoyances, but put thy Trust in Allah. For enough is Allah as a Disposer of affairs.
وَلَا تُطِعِ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ وَدَعْ أَذَىٰهُمْ وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَكِيلًا
O ye who believe! If ye wed believing women and divorce them before ye have touched them, then there is no period that ye should reckon. But content them and release them handsomely.
হে মু’মিনগণ! তোমরা নারীগণকে বিবাহ করিবার পর উহাদেরকে স্পর্শ করিবার পূর্বে তালাক দিলে তোমাদের জন্য তাহাদের পালনীয় কোন ইদ্দত নাই যাহা তোমরা গণনা করিবে। তোমরা উহাদেরকে কিছু সামগ্রী দিবে এবং সৌজন্যের সঙ্গে উহাদেরকে বিদায় করিবে।
O ye who believe! When ye marry believing women, and then divorce them before ye have touched them, no period of 'Iddat have ye to count in respect of them: so give them a present. And set them free in a handsome manner.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِذَا نَكَحْتُمُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ ثُمَّ طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِن قَبْلِ أَن تَمَسُّوهُنَّ فَمَا لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ عِدَّةٍ تَعْتَدُّونَهَا فَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ وَسَرِّحُوهُنَّ سَرَاحًا
O Prophet! Lo! We have made lawful unto thee thy wives unto whom thou hast paid their dowries, and those whom thy right hand possesseth of those whom Allah hath given thee as spoils of war, and the daughters of thine uncle on the father's side and the daughters of thine aunts on the father's side, and the daughters of thine uncle on the mother's side and the daughters of thine aunts on the mother's side who emigrated with thee, and a believing woman if she give herself unto the Prophet and the Prophet desire to ask her in marriage - a privilege for thee only, not for the (rest of) believers - We are Aware of that which We enjoined upon them concerning their wives and those whom their right hands possess - that thou mayst be free from blame, for Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful.
হে নবী ! আমি তোমার জন্য বৈধ করিয়াছি তোমার স্ত্রীগণকে, যাহাদের মাহ্র তুমি প্রদান করিয়াছ এবং বৈধ করিয়াছি ফায় হিসাবে তোমাকে যাহা দান করিয়াছেন তন্মধ্য হইতে যাহারা তোমার মালিকানাধীন হইয়াছে তাহাদেরকে, এবং বিবাহের জন্য বৈধ করিয়াছি তোমার চাচার কন্যা ও ফুফুর কন্যাকে, মামার কন্যা ও খালার কন্যাকে, যাহারা তোমার সঙ্গে দেশ ত্যাগ করিয়াছে এবং কোন নারী নবীর নিকট নিজকে নিবেদন করিলে এবং নবী তাহাকে বিবাহ করিতে চাহিলে সেও বৈধ - ইহা বিশেষ করিয়া তোমারই জন্য, অন্য মু’মিনদের জন্য নয় ; যাহাতে তোমার কোন অসুবিধা না হয়। মু’মিনদের স্ত্রী এবং তাহাদের মালিকানাধীন দাসিগণ সম্বন্ধে যাহা নির্ধারিত করিয়াছি, তাহা আমি জানি। ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।
O Prophet! We have made lawful to thee thy wives to whom thou hast paid their dowers; and those whom thy right hand possesses out of the prisoners of war whom Allah has assigned to thee; and daughters of thy paternal uncles and aunts, and daughters of thy maternal uncles and aunts, who migrated (from Makka) with thee; and any believing woman who dedicates her soul to the Prophet if the Prophet wishes to wed her; - this only for thee, and not for the Believers (at large); We know what We have appointed for them as to their wives and the captives whom their right hands possess; - in order that there should be no difficulty for thee. And Allah is Oft - Forgiving, Most Merciful.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ إِنَّآ أَحْلَلْنَا لَكَ أَزْوَٰجَكَ ٱلَّٰتِىٓ ءَاتَيْتَ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ يَمِينُكَ مِمَّآ أَفَآءَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ وَبَنَاتِ عَمِّكَ وَبَنَاتِ عَمَّٰتِكَ وَبَنَاتِ خَالِكَ و
Thou canst defer whom thou wilt of them and receive unto thee whom thou wilt, and whomsoever thou desirest of those whom thou hast set aside (temporarily), it is no sin for thee (to receive her again); that is better; that they may be comforted and not grieve, and may all be pleased with what thou givest them. Allah knoweth what is in your hearts (O men), and Allah is ever Forgiving, Clement.
তুমি উহাদের মধ্যে যাহাকে ইচ্ছা তোমার নিকট হইতে দূরে রাখিতে পার এবং যাহাকে ইচ্ছা তোমার নিকট স্থান দিতে পার। আর তুমি যাহাকে দূরে রাখিয়াছ তাহাকে কামনা করিলে তোমার কোন অপরাধ নাই। এই বিধান এইজন্য যে, ইহাতে উহাদের তুষ্টি সহজতর হইবে এবং উহারা দুঃখ পাইবে না আর উহাদেরকে তুমি যাহা দিবে তাহাতে উহাদের প্রত্যেকেই প্রীত থাকিবে। তোমাদের অন্তরে যাহা আছে তাহা জানেন। র্সবজ্ঞ, সহনশীল।
Thou mayest defer (the turn of) any of them that thou pleasest, and thou mayest receive any thou pleasest: and there is no blame on thee if thou invite one whose (turn) thou hadst set aside. This were nigher to the cooling of their eyes, the prevention of their grief, and their satisfaction - that of all of them - with that which thou hast to give them: and Allah knows (all) that is in your hearts: and Allah is All - Knowing, Most Forbearing.
تُرْجِى مَن تَشَآءُ مِنْهُنَّ وَتُـْٔوِىٓ إِلَيْكَ مَن تَشَآءُ وَمَنِ ٱبْتَغَيْتَ مِمَّنْ عَزَلْتَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكَ ذَٰلِكَ أَدْنَىٰٓ أَن تَقَرَّ أَعْيُنُهُنَّ وَلَا يَحْزَنَّ وَيَرْضَيْنَ بِمَآ ءَا
It is not allowed thee to take (other) women henceforth, nor that thou shouldst change them for other wives even though their beauty pleased thee, save those whom thy right hand possesseth. And Allah is ever Watcher over all things.
ইহার পর, তোমার জন্য কোন নারী বৈধ নয় এবং তোমার স্ত্রীদের পরিবর্তে অন্য স্ত্রী গ্রহণও বৈধ নয় যদিও উহাদের সৌন্দর্য তোমাকে মুগ্ধ করে; তবে তোমার অধিকারভুক্ত দাসীদের ব্যাপারে এই বিধান প্রযোজ্য নয়। সমস্ত কিছুর উপর তীক্ষ্ম দৃষ্টি রাখেন।
It is not lawful for thee (to marry more) women after this, nor to change them for (other) wives, even though their beauty attract thee, except any thy right hand should possess (as handmaidens): and Allah doth watch over all things.
لَّا يَحِلُّ لَكَ ٱلنِّسَآءُ مِنۢ بَعْدُ وَلَآ أَن تَبَدَّلَ بِهِنَّ مِنْ أَزْوَٰجٍ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَكَ حُسْنُهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا مَلَكَتْ يَمِينُكَ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ رَّقِيبًا
O Ye who believe! Enter not the dwellings of the Prophet for a meal without waiting for the proper time, unless permission be granted you. But if ye are invited, enter, and, when your meal is ended, then disperse. Linger not for conversation. Lo! that would cause annoyance to the Prophet, and he would be shy of (asking) you (to go); but Allah is not shy of the truth. And when ye ask of them (the wives of the Prophet) anything, ask it of them from behind a curtain. That is purer for your hearts and for their hearts. And it is not for you to cause annoyance to the messenger of Allah, nor that ye should ever marry his wives after him. Lo! that in Allah's sight would be an enormity.
হে মু’মিনগণ ! তোমাদেরকে অনুমতি দেওয়া না হইলে তোমরা আহার্য প্রস্তুতির জন্য অপেক্ষা না করিয়া ভোজনের জন্য নবীগৃহে প্রবেশ করিও না। তবে তোমাদেরকে আহবান করিলে তোমরা প্রবেশ করিও এবং ভোজনশেষে চলিয়া যাইও ; তোমরা কথাবার্তায় মশগুল হইয়া পড়িও না। কারণ তোমাদের এই আচরণ নবীকে পীড়া দেয়, সে তোমাদেরকে উঠাইয়া দিতে সংকোচ বোধ করে। কিন্তু সত্য বলিতে সংকোচ বোধ করেন না। তোমরা তাহার পত্নীদের নিকট হইতে কিছু চাইলে পর্দার অন্তরাল হইতে চাইবে। এই বিধান তোমাদের ও তাহাদের হৃদয়ের জন্য অধিকতর পবিত্র। তোমাদের কাহারও পক্ষে র রাসূলকে কষ্ট দেওয়া সংগত নয় এবং তাহার মৃত্যুর পর তাহার পত্নীদেরকে বিবাহ করা তোমাদের জন্য কখনও বৈধ নয়। র দৃষ্টিতে ইহা ঘোরতর অপরাধ।
O ye who believe! Enter not the Prophet's houses, - until leave is given you, - for a meal, (and then) not (so early as) to wait for its preparation: but when ye are invited, enter; and when ye have taken your meal, disperse, without seeking familiar talk. Such (behaviour) annoys the Prophet: he is ashamed to dismiss you, but Allah is not ashamed (to tell you) the truth. And when ye ask (his ladies) for anything ye want, ask them from before a screen: that makes for greater purity for your hearts and for theirs. Nor is it right for you that ye should annoy Allah's Messenger, or that ye should marry his widows after him at any time. Truly such a thing is in Allah's sight an enormity.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَدْخُلُوا۟ بُيُوتَ ٱلنَّبِىِّ إِلَّآ أَن يُؤْذَنَ لَكُمْ إِلَىٰ طَعَامٍ غَيْرَ نَٰظِرِينَ إِنَىٰهُ وَلَٰكِنْ إِذَا دُعِيتُمْ فَٱدْخُلُوا۟ فَإِذَا طَعِمْتُمْ فَٱنتَشِرُوا۟
Whether ye divulge a thing or keep it hidden, lo! Allah is ever Knower of all things.
তােমরা কোন বিষয় প্রকাশ কর অথবা গােপন রাখ - সর্ববিষয়ে র্সবজ্ঞ।
Whether ye reveal anything or conceal it, verily Allah has full knowledge of all things.
إِن تُبْدُوا۟ شَيْـًٔا أَوْ تُخْفُوهُ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمًا
It is no sin for them (thy wives) to converse freely) with their fathers, or their sons, or their brothers, or their brothers' sons, or the sons of their sisters or of their own women, or their slaves. O women! Keep your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is ever Witness over all things.
নবী - পত্নীদের জন্য তাহাদের পিতৃগণ, পুত্রগণ, ভ্রাতৃগণ, ভ্রাতষ্পুত্রগণ, ভগ্নীপুত্রগণ, সেবিকাগণ এবং তাহাদের অধিকারভুক্ত দাস - দাসীগণের ব্যাপারে উহা পালন না করা অপরাধ নয়। হে নবী - পত্নীগণ ! কে ভয় কর, সমস্ত কিছু প্রত্যক্ষ করেন।
There is no blame (on these ladies if they appear) before their fathers or their sons, their brothers, or their brother's sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the (slaves) whom their right hands possess. And, (ladies), fear Allah; for Allah is Witness to all things.
لَّا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِنَّ فِىٓ ءَابَآئِهِنَّ وَلَآ أَبْنَآئِهِنَّ وَلَآ إِخْوَٰنِهِنَّ وَلَآ أَبْنَآءِ إِخْوَٰنِهِنَّ وَلَآ أَبْنَآءِ أَخَوَٰتِهِنَّ وَلَا نِسَآئِهِنَّ وَلَا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُهُنَّ وَٱ
Lo! Allah and His angels shower blessings on the Prophet. O ye who believe! Ask blessings on him and salute him with a worthy salutation.
নবীর প্রতি অনুগ্রহ করেন এবং তাঁহার ফিরিশ্তাগণও নবীর জন্য অনুগ্রহ প্রার্থনা করে। হে মু’মিনগণ ! তোমরাও নবীর জন্য অনুগ্রহ প্রার্থনা কর এবং তাহাকে যথাযথভাবে সালাম জানাও।
Allah and His angels send blessings on the Prophet: O ye that believe! Send ye blessings on him, and salute him with all respect.
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلَٰٓئِكَتَهُۥ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ صَلُّوا۟ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا۟ تَسْلِيمًا
Lo! those who malign Allah and His messenger, Allah hath cursed them in the world and the Hereafter, and hath prepared for them the doom of the disdained.
যাহারা ও রাসূলকে পীড়া দেয়, তো তাহাদেরকে দুনিয়া ও আখিরাতে অভিশপ্ত করেন এবং তিনি তাহাদের জন্য প্রস্তুত রাখিয়াছেন লাঞ্ছনাদায়ক শাস্তি।
Those who annoy Allah and His Messenger - Allah has cursed them in this World and in the Hereafter, and has prepared for them a humiliating Punishment.
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ لَعَنَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلْءَاخِرَةِ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا مُّهِينًا
And those who malign believing men and believing women undeservedly, they bear the guilt of slander and manifest sin.
যাহারা পুরুষ ও নারীদেরকে পীড়া দেয় এমন কোন অপরাধের জন্য যাহা তাহারা করে নাই; তাহারা অপবাদের ও স্পষ্ট পাপের বোঝা বহন করে।
And those who annoy believing men and women undeservedly, bear (on themselves) a calumny and a glaring sin.
وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ بِغَيْرِ مَا ٱكْتَسَبُوا۟ فَقَدِ ٱحْتَمَلُوا۟ بُهْتَٰنًا وَإِثْمًا مُّبِينًا
O Prophet! Tell thy wives and thy daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks close round them (when they go abroad). That will be better, so that they may be recognised and not annoyed. Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful.
হে নবী ! তুমি তোমার স্ত্রীগণকে, কন্যাগণকে ও মু’মিনদের নারীগণকে বল, তাহারা যেন তাহাদের চাদরের ক্রিয়দংশ নিজেদের উপর টানিয়া দেয়। উহাতে তাহাদেরকে চেনা সহজতর হইবে, ফলে তাহাদেরকে উত্যক্ত করা হবে না। ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।
O Prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad): that is most convenient, that they should be known (as such) and not molested. And Allah is Oft - Forgiving, Most Merciful.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَٰجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَآءِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلَٰبِيبِهِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ أَدْنَىٰٓ أَن يُعْرَفْنَ فَلَا يُؤْذَيْنَ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا
If the hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and the alarmists in the city do not cease, We verily shall urge thee on against them, then they will be your neighbours in it but a little while.
মুনাফিকরা এবং যাহাদের অন্তরে ব্যাধি আছে এবং যাহারা নগরে গুজব রটনা করে তাহারা বিরত না হইলে আমি নিশ্চয়ই তাহাদের বিরুদ্ধে তোমাকে প্রবল করিব; ইহার পর এই নগরীতে তোমার প্রতিবেশীরূপে উহারা স্বল্প সময়ই থাকিবে -
Truly, if the Hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and those who stir up sedition in the City, desist not, We shall certainly stir thee up against them: Then will they not be able to stay in it as thy neighbours for any length of time:
لَّئِن لَّمْ يَنتَهِ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقُونَ وَٱلَّذِينَ فِى قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ وَٱلْمُرْجِفُونَ فِى ٱلْمَدِينَةِ لَنُغْرِيَنَّكَ بِهِمْ ثُمَّ لَا يُجَاوِرُونَكَ فِيهَآ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا
Accursed, they will be seized wherever found and slain with a (fierce) slaughter.
অভিশপ্ত হইয়া; উহাদেরকে যেখানেই পাওয়া যাইবে সেখানেই ধরা হইবে এবং নির্দয়ভাবে হত্যা করা হইবে।
They shall have a curse on them: whenever they are found, they shall be seized and slain (without mercy).
مَّلْعُونِينَ أَيْنَمَا ثُقِفُوٓا۟ أُخِذُوا۟ وَقُتِّلُوا۟ تَقْتِيلًا
That was the way of Allah in the case of those who passed away of old; thou wilt not find for the way of Allah aught of power to change.
পূর্বে যাহারা অতীত হইয়া গিয়াছে তাহাদের ব্যাপারে ইহাই ছিল র রীতি। তুমি কখনও র রীতিতে কোন পরিবর্তন পাইবে না।
(Such was) the practice (approved) of Allah among those who lived aforetime: No change wilt thou find in the practice (approved) of Allah.
سُنَّةَ ٱللَّهِ فِى ٱلَّذِينَ خَلَوْا۟ مِن قَبْلُ وَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّةِ ٱللَّهِ تَبْدِيلًا
Men ask thee of the Hour. Say: The knowledge of it is with Allah only. What can convey (the knowledge) unto thee ? It may be that the Hour is nigh.
লোকে তোমাকে কিয়ামত সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসা করে। বল, ‘ইহার জ্ঞান কেবল রই আছে।’ তুমি ইহা কী করিয়া জানিবে? সম্ভবত কিয়ামত শীঘ্রই হইয়া যাইতে পারে।
Men ask thee concerning the Hour: Say, "The knowledge thereof is with Allah (alone)": and what will make thee understand? - perchance the Hour is nigh!
يَسْـَٔلُكَ ٱلنَّاسُ عَنِ ٱلسَّاعَةِ قُلْ إِنَّمَا عِلْمُهَا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَمَا يُدْرِيكَ لَعَلَّ ٱلسَّاعَةَ تَكُونُ قَرِيبًا
Lo! Allah hath cursed the disbelievers, and hath prepared for them a flaming fire,
কাফিরদেরকে অভিশপ্ত করিয়াছেন এবং তাহাদের জন্য প্রস্তুত রাখিয়াছেন জ্বলন্ত অগ্নি।
Verily Allah has cursed the Unbelievers and prepared for them a Blazing Fire, -
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَعَنَ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ سَعِيرًا
Wherein they will abide for ever. They will find (then) no protecting friend nor helper.
সেখানে উহারা স্থায়ী হইবে এবং উহারা কোন অভিভাবক ও সাহায্যকারী পাইবে না।
To dwell therein for ever: no protector will they find, nor helper.
خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدًا لَّا يَجِدُونَ وَلِيًّا وَلَا نَصِيرًا
On the day when their faces are turned over in the Fire, they say: Oh, would that we had obeyed Allah and had obeyed His messenger!
যেদিন উহাদের মুখমণ্ডল অগ্নিতে উলটপালট করা হইবে সেদিন উহারা বলিবে, ‘হায়, আমরা যদি আল্লাহকে মানিতাম ও রাসূলকে মানিতাম!’
The Day that their faces will be turned upside down in the Fire, they will say: "Woe to us! Would that we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger!"
يَوْمَ تُقَلَّبُ وُجُوهُهُمْ فِى ٱلنَّارِ يَقُولُونَ يَٰلَيْتَنَآ أَطَعْنَا ٱللَّهَ وَأَطَعْنَا ٱلرَّسُولَا۠
And they say: Our Lord! Lo! we obeyed our princes and great men, and they misled us from the Way.
তাহারা আরও বলিবে, ‘হে আমাদের প্রতিপালক ! আমরা আমাদের নেতা ও প্রভাবশালীদের আনুগত্য করিয়াছিলাম এবং উহারা আমাদেরকে পথভ্রষ্ট করিয়াছিল;
And they would say: "Our Lord! We obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they misled us as to the (right) Path.
وَقَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَآ إِنَّآ أَطَعْنَا سَادَتَنَا وَكُبَرَآءَنَا فَأَضَلُّونَا ٱلسَّبِيلَا۠
Our Lord! Oh, give them double torment and curse them with a mighty curse.
‘হে আমাদের প্রতিপালক! উহাদেরকে দ্বিগুণ শাস্তি দাও এবং উহাদেরকে দাও মহাঅভিসম্পাত।’
"Our Lord! Give them double Penalty and curse them with a very great Curse!"
رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِهِمْ ضِعْفَيْنِ مِنَ ٱلْعَذَابِ وَٱلْعَنْهُمْ لَعْنًا كَبِيرًا
O ye who believe! Be not as those who slandered Moses, but Allah proved his innocence of that which they alleged, and he was well esteemed in Allah's sight.
হে মু’মিনগণ ! মূসাকে যাহারা ক্লেশ দিয়াছে তোমরা উহাদের ন্যায় হইও না; উহারা যাহা রটনা করিয়াছিল উহা হইতে তাহাকে নির্দোষ প্রমাণ করেন; এবং র নিকট সে মর্যাদাবান।
O ye who believe! Be ye not like those who vexed and insulted Moses, but Allah cleared him of the (calumnies) they had uttered: and he was honourable in Allah's sight.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَكُونُوا۟ كَٱلَّذِينَ ءَاذَوْا۟ مُوسَىٰ فَبَرَّأَهُ ٱللَّهُ مِمَّا قَالُوا۟ وَكَانَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَجِيهًا
O ye who believe! Guard your duty to Allah, and speak words straight to the point;
হে মু’মিনগণ ! কে ভয় কর এবং সঠিক কথা বল;
O ye who believe! Fear Allah, and (always) say a word directed to the Right:
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَقُولُوا۟ قَوْلًا سَدِيدًا
He will adjust your works for you and will forgive you your sins. Whosoever obeyeth Allah and His messenger, he verily hath gained a signal victory.
তাহা হইলে তিনি তোমাদের জন্য তোমাদের কর্ম ত্রটিমুক্ত করিবেন এবং তোমাদের পাপ ক্ষমা করিবেন। যাহারা ও তাঁহার রাসূলের আনুগত্য করে, তাহারা অবশ্যই মহাসাফল্য অর্জন করিবে।
That He may make your conduct whole and sound and forgive you your sins: He that obeys Allah and His Messenger, has already attained the highest achievement.
يُصْلِحْ لَكُمْ أَعْمَٰلَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَمَن يُطِعِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا
Lo! We offered the trust unto the heavens and the earth and the hills, but they shrank from bearing it and were afraid of it. And man assumed it. Lo! he hath proved a tyrant and a fool.
আমি তো আসমান, যমীন ও পর্বতমালার প্রতি এই আমানত পেশ করিয়াছিলাম, উহারা ইহা বহন করিতে অস্বীকার করিল এবং উহাতে শংকিত হইল, কিন্তু মানুষ উহা বহন করিল; সে তো অতিশয় , অতিশয় অজ্ঞ।
We did indeed offer the Trust to the Heavens and the Earth and the Mountains; but they refused to undertake it, being afraid thereof: but man undertook it; - He was indeed unjust and foolish; -
إِنَّا عَرَضْنَا ٱلْأَمَانَةَ عَلَى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱلْجِبَالِ فَأَبَيْنَ أَن يَحْمِلْنَهَا وَأَشْفَقْنَ مِنْهَا وَحَمَلَهَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ ظَلُومًا جَهُولًا
So Allah punisheth hypocritical men and hypocritical women, and idolatrous men and idolatrous women. But Allah pardoneth believing men and believing women, and Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful.
পরিণামে মুনাফিক পুরুষ ও মুনাফিক নারী এবং মুশরিক পুরুষ ও মুশরিক নারীকে শাস্তি দিবেন এবং পুরুষ ও নারীকে ক্ষমা করিবেন। ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।
(With the result) that Allah has to punish the Hypocrites, men and women, and the Unbelievers, men and women, and Allah turns in Mercy to the Believers, men and women: for Allah is Oft - Forgiving, Most Merciful.
لِّيُعَذِّبَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقَٰتِ وَٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ وَٱلْمُشْرِكَٰتِ وَيَتُوبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًۢا
