Chapter 63, 11 verses

Shakir
When the hypocrites come to you, they say: We bear witness that you are most surely Allah's Apostle; and Allah knows that you are most surely His Apostle, and Allah bears witness that the hypocrites are surely liars.
সমকালীন বাংলা
আল্লাহর নামে শুরু করছি, পরম করুণাময় পরম দয়ালু; যখন মুনাফিকরা তোমার কাছে আসে, তারা বলে, “আমরা সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছি যে আপনি অবশ্যই আল্লাহর রাসূল।” আর জানেন যে আপনি অবশ্যই তাঁর রাসূল। আর সাক্ষ্য দেন যে মুনাফিকরা অবশ্যই মিথ্যাবাদী।

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم إذا جاءك المنافقون قالوا نشهد إنك لرسول الله ۗ والله يعلم إنك لرسوله والله يشهد إن المنافقين لكاذبون
Shakir
They make their oaths a shelter, and thus turn away from Allah's way; surely evil is that which they do.
সমকালীন বাংলা
তারা তাদের শপথকে ঢাল হিসেবে গ্রহণ করেছে, অতঃপর তারা আল্লাহর পথ থেকে মানুষকে ফিরিয়ে রাখে। নিশ্চয়ই তারা যা করে, তা কতই না নিকৃষ্ট!
Arabic
اتخذوا أيمانهم جنة فصدوا عن سبيل الله ۚ إنهم ساء ما كانوا يعملون
Shakir
That is because they believe, then disbelieve, so a seal is set upon their hearts so that they do not understand.

তা এজন্য যে, তারা ঈমান এনেছিল, তারপর অবিশ্বাস করল। ফলে তাদের অন্তরের উপর মোহর লাগিয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে। তাই তারা বুঝতে পারে না।

ذلك بأنهم آمنوا ثم كفروا فطبع على قلوبهم فهم لا يفقهون
Shakir
And when you see them, their persons will please you, and If they speak, you will listen to their speech; (they are) as if they were big pieces of wood clad with garments; they think every cry to be against them. They are the enemy, therefore beware of them; may Allah destroy them, whence are they turned back?

আর যখন তুমি তাদের দেখো, তাদের অবয়ব তোমাকে মুগ্ধ করে। আর যদি তারা কথা বলে, তুমি তাদের কথা শোনো। তারা যেন ঠেস দিয়ে রাখা কাঠের গুঁড়ি। তারা সকল উচ্চ শব্দকে নিজেদের বিরুদ্ধে মনে করে। তারাই শত্রু; অতএব তাদের থেকে সতর্ক থাকো। তাদের ধ্বংস করুন! তারা কতই না বিপথগামী!

۞ وإذا رأيتهم تعجبك أجسامهم ۖ وإن يقولوا تسمع لقولهم ۖ كأنهم خشب مسندة ۖ يحسبون كل صيحة عليهم ۚ هم العدو فاحذرهم ۚ قاتلهم الله ۖ أنى يؤفكون
Shakir
And when it is said to them: Come, the Apostle of Allah will ask forgiveness for you, they turn back their heads and you may see them turning away while they are big with pride.
সমকালীন বাংলা
আর যখন তাদের বলা হয়, “এসো, আল্লাহর রাসূল তোমাদের জন্য ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করবেন,” তখন তারা তাদের মাথা ঘুরিয়ে নেয়, আর তুমি তাদেরকে অহংকারভরে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিতে দেখো।

وإذا قيل لهم تعالوا يستغفر لكم رسول الله لووا رءوسهم ورأيتهم يصدون وهم مستكبرون
Shakir
It is alike to them whether you beg forgiveness for them or do not beg forgiveness for them; Allah will never forgive them; surely Allah does not guide the transgressing people.
সমকালীন বাংলা
তাদের জন্য সমান—তুমি তাদের জন্য ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করো অথবা না করো, কখনো তাদের ক্ষমা করবেন না। নিশ্চয়ই অবাধ্য জাতিকে পথনির্দেশ করেন না।
Arabic
سواء عليهم أستغفرت لهم أم لم تستغفر لهم لن يغفر الله لهم ۚ إن الله لا يهدي القوم الفاسقين
Shakir
They it is who say: Do not spend upon those who are with the Apostle of Allah until they break up. And Allah's are the treasures of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites do not understand.
সমকালীন বাংলা
তারাই বলে, “তোমরা আল্লাহর রাসূলের কাছে যারা আছে তাদের জন্য ব্যয় করো না, যতক্ষণ না তারা ছত্রভঙ্গ হয়ে যায়।”, অথচ আকাশসমূহ ও পৃথিবীর ধনভাণ্ডার আল্লাহরই। কিন্তু মুনাফিকরা বোঝে না।

هم الذين يقولون لا تنفقوا على من عند رسول الله حتى ينفضوا ۗ ولله خزائن السماوات والأرض ولكن المنافقين لا يفقهون
Shakir
They say: If we return to Medina, the mighty will surely drive out the meaner therefrom; and to Allah belongs the might and to His Apostle and to the believers, but the hypocrites do not know.
সমকালীন বাংলা
তারা বলে, “আমরা যদি মাদীনায় ফিরে যাই, তবে অবশ্যই সম্মানিতরা সেখান থেকে অপমানিতদের বের করে দেবে।” অথচ সম্মান তো আল্লাহর, তাঁর রাসূলের এবং মুমিনদের। কিন্তু মুনাফিকরা জানে না।

يقولون لئن رجعنا إلى المدينة ليخرجن الأعز منها الأذل ۚ ولله العزة ولرسوله وللمؤمنين ولكن المنافقين لا يعلمون
Shakir
O you who believe! let not your wealth, or your children, divert you from the remembrance of Allah; and whoever does that, these are the losers.
সমকালীন বাংলা
হে যারা ঈমান এনেছো, তোমাদের সম্পদ ও সন্তানেরা যেন তোমাদেরকে আল্লাহর স্মরণ থেকে উদাসীন না করে। আর যারা তা করবে, তারাই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।

يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تلهكم أموالكم ولا أولادكم عن ذكر الله ۚ ومن يفعل ذلك فأولئك هم الخاسرون
Shakir
And spend out of what We have given you before death comes to one of you, so that he should say: My Lord! why didst Thou not respite me to a near term, so that I should have given alms and been of the doers of good deeds?
সমকালীন বাংলা
আর আমি তোমাদেরকে যা জীবিকা দিয়েছি, তা থেকে ব্যয় করো, তোমাদের কারো কাছে মৃত্যু আসার আগে। তখন সে বলবে, “হে আমার পালনকর্তা, যদি আপনি আমাকে আরেকটু সময় দিতেন, তবে আমি দান করতাম এবং সৎকর্মশীলদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতাম।”

وأنفقوا من ما رزقناكم من قبل أن يأتي أحدكم الموت فيقول رب لولا أخرتني إلى أجل قريب فأصدق وأكن من الصالحين
Shakir
And Allah does not respite a soul when its appointed term has come, and Allah is Aware of what you do.
সমকালীন বাংলা
আর যখন কারো নির্ধারিত সময় এসে যায়, তখন তাকে কখনো বিলম্ব করেন না। আর তোমরা যা করো, সে সম্পর্কে সর্বজ্ঞ।
