AAabasa watawalla
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. (The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم) frowned and turned away.
Er blickte düster und kehrte sich ab,
An jaahu alaAAma
Because there came to him the blind man (i.e. 'Abdullah bin Umm-Maktum, who came to the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم while he was preaching to one or some of the Quraish chiefs).
weil der Blinde zu ihm kam.
Wama yudreeka laAAallahu yazzakka
And how can you know that he might become pure (from sins)?
Was läßt dich wissen, vielleicht läutert er sich
Aw yaththakkaru fatanfaAAahu alththikra
Or he might receive admonition, and the admonition might profit him?
Amma mani istaghna
As for him who thinks himself self-sufficient,
Faanta lahu tasadda
To him you attend;
so widmest du dich ihm,
Wama AAalayka alla yazzakka
What does it matter to you if he will not become pure (from disbelief: you are only a Messenger, your duty is to convey the Message of Allah).
Waamma man jaaka yasAAa
But as to him who came to you running,
Wahuwa yakhsha
And is afraid (of Allah and His punishment).
und dabei gottesfürchtig ist,
Faanta AAanhu talahha
Of him you are neglectful and divert your attention to another,
von dem läßt du dich ablenken.
Kalla innaha tathkiratun
Nay, (do not do like this); indeed it (this Qur'an) is an admonition.
Keineswegs! Gewiß, es ist eine Erinnerung.
Faman shaa thakarahu
So whoever wills, let him pay attention to it.
Wer nun will, gedenkt seiner.
Fee suhufin mukarramatin
(It is) in Records held (greatly) in honour (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz),
(Er steht) auf in Ehren gehaltenen Blättern,
MarfooAAatin mutahharatin
Exalted (in dignity), purified,
erhöhten und rein gehaltenen,
Biaydee safaratin
In the hands of scribes (angels).
durch die Hände von Entsandten,
Kiramin bararatin
Honourable and obedient.
edlen, frommen.
Qutila alinsanu ma akfarahu
Be cursed (the disbelieving) man! How ungrateful he is!
Tod dem Menschen, wie undankbar er ist!
Min ayyi shayin khalaqahu
From what thing did He create him?
Woraus hat Er ihn erschaffen?
Min nutfatin khalaqahu faqaddarahu
From Nutfah (male and female semen drops) He created him and then set him in due proportion.
Thumma alssabeela yassarahu
Then He makes the Path easy for him.
Den Weg hierauf macht Er ihm leicht.
Thumma amatahu faaqbarahu
Then He causes him to die and puts him in his grave.
Hierauf läßt Er ihn sterben und bringt ihn dann ins Grab.
Thumma itha shaa ansharahu
Then when it is His Will, He will resurrect him (again).
Hierauf, wenn Er will, läßt Er ihn auferstehen.
Kalla lamma yaqdi ma amarahu
Nay, but (man) has not done what He commanded him.
Keineswegs!
Falyanthuri alinsanu ila taAAamihi
Then let man look at his food:
So schaue der Mensch doch auf seine Nahrung:
Anna sababna almaa sabban
We pour forth water in abundance.
Wir gießen ja Güsse von Wasser,
Thumma shaqaqna alarda shaqqan
And We split the earth in clefts.
Faanbatna feeha habban
And We cause therein the grain to grow,
und lassen dann auf ihr Korn wachsen
WaAAinaban waqadban
And grapes and clover plants (i.e. green fodder for the cattle),
und Rebstöcke und Grünzeug
Wazaytoonan wanakhlan
And olives and date-palms,
und Ölbäume und Palmen
Wahadaiqa ghulban
And gardens dense with many trees,
und Gärten mit dicken Bäumen
Wafakihatan waabban
And fruits and herbage
und Früchte und Futter,
MataAAan lakum walianAAamikum
(To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle.
Faitha jaati alssakhkhatu
Then when there comes As-Sakhkhah (the second blowing of the Trumpet on the Day of Resurrection)
Wenn dann der betäubende (Schrei) kommt,
Yawma yafirru almaro min akheehi
That Day shall a man flee from his brother,
Waommihi waabeehi
And from his mother and his father,
und seiner Mutter und seinem Vater
Wasahibatihi wabaneehi
And from his wife and his children.
und seiner Gefährtin und seinen Söhnen
Likulli imriin minhum yawmaithin shanun yughneehi
Everyman that Day will have enough to make him careless of others.
Wujoohun yawmaithin musfiratun
Some faces that Day will be bright (true believers of Islamic Monotheism),
Dahikatun mustabshiratun
Laughing, rejoicing at good news (of Paradise).
lachen und sich freuen.
Wawujoohun yawmaithin AAalayha ghabaratun
And other faces, that Day, will be dust-stained.
Tarhaquha qataratun
Darkness will cover them.
und sie werden von Dunkelheit bedeckt sein.
Olaika humu alkafaratu alfajaratu
Such will be the Kafarah (disbelievers in Allah, in His Oneness, and in His Messenger Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم, etc.), the Fajarah (wicked evil doers).
Das sind die Ungläubigen und Sittenlosen.
