Chapter 51, 60 verses
Waalththariyati tharwan
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. By (the winds) that scatter dust.
শপথ অণু ঝড়ের,
وَٱلذَّٰرِيَٰتِ ذَرْوًا
Faalhamilati wiqran
And (the clouds) that bear heavy weight of water.
শপথ ভারি পানি বহনকারী মেঘমালার,
فَٱلْحَٰمِلَٰتِ وِقْرًا
Faaljariyati yusran
And (the ships) that float with ease and gentleness.
শপথ সহজ গতির নৌযানের,
فَٱلْجَٰرِيَٰتِ يُسْرًا
Faalmuqassimati amran
And those (angels) who distribute (provisions, rain, and other blessings) by (Allah's) Command.
শপথ কাজ বণ্টনকারী (ফেরেশতা)দের,
فَٱلْمُقَسِّمَٰتِ أَمْرًا
Innama tooAAadoona lasadiqun
Verily, that which you are promised (i.e. Resurrection in the Hereafter and receiving the reward or punishment of good or bad deeds) is surely true.
তোমাদের যে ওয়াদা দেয়া হয়েছে তা অবশ্য অবশ্যি সত্য।
إِنَّمَا تُوعَدُونَ لَصَادِقٌ
Wainna alddeena lawaqiAAun
And verily, the Recompense is sure to happen.
প্রতিফল দিবস অবশ্যি সংঘটিত হবে।
وَإِنَّ ٱلدِّينَ لَوَٰقِعٌ
Waalssamai thati alhubuki
By the heaven full of paths,
শপথ অনেক পথ বিশিষ্ট আসমানের,
وَٱلسَّمَآءِ ذَاتِ ٱلْحُبُكِ
Innakum lafee qawlin mukhtalifin
Certainly, you have different ideas (about Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم and the Qur'an).
নিশ্চয়ই তোমরা লিপ্ত (আল্লাহর রসূল ও কুরআন সম্পর্কে) পরস্পর বিরোধী কথাবার্তায়।
إِنَّكُمْ لَفِى قَوْلٍ مُّخْتَلِفٍ
Yufaku AAanhu man ofika
Turned aside therefrom (i.e. from Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم and the Qur'an) is he who is turned aside (by the Decree and Preordainment القضاء والقدر of Allah).
তা থেকে (কুরআন থেকে) মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয় তো ঐ ব্যক্তি যে সত্যভ্রষ্ট।
يُؤْفَكُ عَنْهُ مَنْ أُفِكَ
Qutila alkharrasoona
Cursed be the liars
মিথ্যাবাদীরা মারা পড়েছে,
قُتِلَ ٱلْخَرَّٰصُونَ
Allatheena hum fee ghamratin sahoona
Who are under a cover of heedlessness (think not about the gravity of the Hereafter),
যারা নিমজ্জিত অজ্ঞতা আর উদাসীনতায়।
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ فِى غَمْرَةٍ سَاهُونَ
Yasaloona ayyana yawmu alddeeni
They ask: "When will be the Day of Recompense?"
তারা তোমাকে জিজ্ঞাসা করে, কবে আসবে প্রতিদান দিবস?
يَسْـَٔلُونَ أَيَّانَ يَوْمُ ٱلدِّينِ
Yawma hum AAala alnnari yuftanoona
(It will be) a Day when they will be tried (punished i.e. burnt) over the Fire!
সেদিন আসবে প্রতিদান দিবস, যেদিন তাদের শাস্তি দেয়া হবে জাহান্নামে।
يَوْمَ هُمْ عَلَى ٱلنَّارِ يُفْتَنُونَ
Thooqoo fitnatakum hatha allathee kuntum bihi tastaAAjiloona
"Taste you your trial (punishment i.e. burning)! This is what you used to ask to be hastened!"
তোমরা আস্বাদন করো তোমাদের শাস্তি। এই আযাবই তোমরা দ্রুত চেয়েছিলে।
ذُوقُوا۟ فِتْنَتَكُمْ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِى كُنتُم بِهِۦ تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ
Inna almuttaqeena fee jannatin waAAuyoonin
Verily, the Muttaqun (the pious. See V.2:2) will be in the midst of Gardens and Springs (in the Paradise),
মুত্তাকিরা থাকবে জান্নাতে আর ঝরণা ধারায়,
إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى جَنَّٰتٍ وَعُيُونٍ
Akhitheena ma atahum rabbuhum innahum kanoo qabla thalika muhsineena
Taking joy in the things which their Lord has given them. Verily, they were before this Muhsinun (good-doers. See V.2:112).
তারা সেখানে উপভোগ করবে তাদের প্রভুর দেয়া নিয়ামতরাজি। কারণ ইতোপূর্বে (পৃথিবীর জীবনে) তারা ছিলো কল্যাণপরায়ণ পুণ্যবান।
ءَاخِذِينَ مَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ قَبْلَ ذَٰلِكَ مُحْسِنِينَ
Kanoo qaleelan mina allayli ma yahjaAAoona
They used to sleep but little by night [invoking their Lord (Allah) and praying, with fear and hope].
তারা রাতের সামান্য অংশই ব্যয় করতো নিদ্রায়,
كَانُوا۟ قَلِيلًا مِّنَ ٱلَّيْلِ مَا يَهْجَعُونَ
Wabialashari hum yastaghfiroona
And in the hours before dawn, they were (found) asking (Allah) for forgiveness.
শেষ রাতে তারা ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করতো,
وَبِٱلْأَسْحَارِ هُمْ يَسْتَغْفِرُونَ
Wafee amwalihim haqqun lilssaili waalmahroomi
And in their properties there was the right of the Sa'il (the beggar who asks) and the Mahrum (the poor who does not ask others) .
তাদের অর্থ - সম্পদে ছিলো অধিকার সাহায্যপ্রার্থী এবং বঞ্চিতদের।
وَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ
Wafee alardi ayatun lilmooqineena
And on the earth are signs for those who have Faith with certainty.
পৃথিবীতেই রয়েছে নিদর্শন বিশ্বাসীদের জন্যে,
وَفِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ءَايَٰتٌ لِّلْمُوقِنِينَ
Wafee anfusikum afala tubsiroona
And also in your ownselves. Will you not then see?
এবং তোমাদের নিজেদের মধ্যেও। তোমরা কি ভেবে দেখবে না?
وَفِىٓ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَفَلَا تُبْصِرُونَ
Wafee alssamai rizqukum wama tooAAadoona
And in the heaven is your provision, and that which you are promised.
আর তোমাদের জীবিকা রয়েছে আসমানে এবং তোমাদের যা কিছুর ওয়াদা দেয়া হয়েছে সেগুলোও।
وَفِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ رِزْقُكُمْ وَمَا تُوعَدُونَ
Fawarabbi alssamai waalardi innahu lahaqqun mithla ma annakum tantiqoona
Then by the Lord of the heaven and the earth, it is the truth (i.e. what has been promised to you), just as it is the truth that you can speak.
আকাশ ও পৃথিবীর প্রভুর শপথ, তোমাদের পারস্পরিক কথাবার্তার মতোই এ (কুরআন) এক মহাসত্য।
فَوَرَبِّ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُۥ لَحَقٌّ مِّثْلَ مَآ أَنَّكُمْ تَنطِقُونَ
Hal ataka hadeethu dayfi ibraheema almukrameena
Has the story reached you, of the honoured guests [three angels; Jibril (Gabriel) along with another two] of Ibrahim (Abraham)?
তোমার কাছে কি এসেছে ইবরাহিমের সম্মানিত মেহমানদের ঘটনা?
هَلْ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ ضَيْفِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ ٱلْمُكْرَمِينَ
Ith dakhaloo AAalayhi faqaloo salaman qala salamun qawmun munkaroona
When they came in to him and said: "Salam, (peace be upon you)!" He answered: "Salam, (peace be upon you)," and said: "You are a people unknown to me."
তারা যখন তার ঘরে প্রবেশ করেছিল, বলেছিল: ‘সালাম।’ জবাবে সেও বলেছিল: ‘সালাম।’ সে আরো বলেছিল: আপনারা তো অপরিচিত লোক!’
إِذْ دَخَلُوا۟ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالُوا۟ سَلَٰمًا قَالَ سَلَٰمٌ قَوْمٌ مُّنكَرُونَ
Faragha ila ahlihi fajaa biAAijlin sameenin
Then he turned to his household, and brought out a roasted calf [as the property of Ibrahim (Abraham) was mainly cows].
তখন সে তার পরিবারের (স্ত্রীর) কাছে ছুটে গেলো এবং একটি মাংসল গো - ভুনা করে নিয়ে এলো।
فَرَاغَ إِلَىٰٓ أَهْلِهِۦ فَجَآءَ بِعِجْلٍ سَمِينٍ
Faqarrabahu ilayhim qala ala takuloona
And placed it before them, (saying): "Will you not eat?"
সেটি তাদের কাছে রাখলো। তারপর বললো: ‘আপনারা খাচ্ছেন না যে?’
فَقَرَّبَهُۥٓ إِلَيْهِمْ قَالَ أَلَا تَأْكُلُونَ
Faawjasa minhum kheefatan qaloo la takhaf wabashsharoohu bighulamin AAaleemin
Then he conceived fear of them (when they ate not). They said: "Fear not." And they gave him glad tidings of a son having knowledge (about Allah and His religion of True Monotheism).
এতে করে তাদের ব্যাপারে তার মনে ভয়ের সঞ্চার হয়। তখন তারা বললো: ‘আপনি ভয় পাবেন না।’ তারা তাকে সুসংবাদ দিলো এক জ্ঞানী পুত্র সন্তানের।
فَأَوْجَسَ مِنْهُمْ خِيفَةً قَالُوا۟ لَا تَخَفْ وَبَشَّرُوهُ بِغُلَٰمٍ عَلِيمٍ
Faaqbalati imraatuhu fee sarratin fasakkat wajhaha waqalat AAajoozun AAaqeemun
Then his wife came forward with a loud voice: she smote her face, and said: "A barren old woman!"
তখন তার স্ত্রী চীৎকার করতে করতে সামনে এগিয়ে এলো এবং গাল চাপড়িয়ে বললো: ‘এই বৃদ্ধার সন্তান হবে?’
فَأَقْبَلَتِ ٱمْرَأَتُهُۥ فِى صَرَّةٍ فَصَكَّتْ وَجْهَهَا وَقَالَتْ عَجُوزٌ عَقِيمٌ
Qaloo kathaliki qala rabbuki innahu huwa alhakeemu alAAaleemu
They said: "Even so says your Lord. Verily, He is the All-Wise, the All-Knower."
তারা বললো: ‘আপনার প্রভু একথাই বলেছেন, তিনি প্রজ্ঞাবান সর্বজ্ঞানী।’
قَالُوا۟ كَذَٰلِكِ قَالَ رَبُّكِ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ
Qala fama khatbukum ayyuha almursaloona
[Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Then for what purpose you have come, O Messengers?"
ইবরাহিম বললো: ‘হে প্রেরিত ফেরেশতারা! আপনারা বিশেষ কী দায়িত্ব নিয়ে এসেছেন?’
قَالَ فَمَا خَطْبُكُمْ أَيُّهَا ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ
Qaloo inna orsilna ila qawmin mujrimeena
They said: "We have been sent to a people who are Mujrimun (polytheists, sinners, criminals, disbelievers in Allah)
তারা বললো: ‘‘আমাদের পাঠানো হয়েছে অপরাধী (লুত) সম্প্রদায়ের প্রতি
قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّآ أُرْسِلْنَآ إِلَىٰ قَوْمٍ مُّجْرِمِينَ
Linursila AAalayhim hijaratan min teenin
To send down upon them stones of baked clay.
তাদের উপর পোড়া মাটির ঢিল নিক্ষেপ করার জন্যে,
لِنُرْسِلَ عَلَيْهِمْ حِجَارَةً مِّن طِينٍ
Musawwamatan AAinda rabbika lilmusrifeena
Marked by your Lord for the Musrifun (polytheists, criminals, sinners - those who trespass Allah's set limits in evil-doings by committing great sins).
সেগুলো সীমালংঘনকারীদের জন্যে চিহ্নিত আপনার প্রভুর পক্ষ থেকে।
مُّسَوَّمَةً عِندَ رَبِّكَ لِلْمُسْرِفِينَ
Faakhrajna man kana feeha mina almumineena
So We brought out from therein the believers.
সেখানে যারা ছিলো তাদেরকে আমরা বের করে এনেছিলাম,
فَأَخْرَجْنَا مَن كَانَ فِيهَا مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Fama wajadna feeha ghayra baytin mina almuslimeena
But We found not there any household of the Muslims except one [of Lut (Lot) and his two daughters].
আর সেখানে আমরা একটির বেশি মুসলিম পরিবার পাইনি।’’
فَمَا وَجَدْنَا فِيهَا غَيْرَ بَيْتٍ مِّنَ ٱلْمُسْلِمِينَ
Watarakna feeha ayatan lillatheena yakhafoona alAAathaba alaleema
And We have left there a sign (i.e. the place of the Dead Sea in Palestine) for those who fear the painful torment.
যারা যন্ত্রণাদায়ক আযাবকে ভয় করে, তাদের জন্যে আমরা সেখানে একটি নিদর্শন রেখেছি।
وَتَرَكْنَا فِيهَآ ءَايَةً لِّلَّذِينَ يَخَافُونَ ٱلْعَذَابَ ٱلْأَلِيمَ
Wafee moosa ith arsalnahu ila firAAawna bisultanin mubeenin
And in Musa (Moses) (too, there is a sign), when We sent him to Fir'aun (Pharaoh) with a manifest authority.
নিদর্শন রেখেছি আমরা মূসার ঘটনাতেও, যখন আমরা তাকে পাঠিয়েছিলাম ফেরাউনের কাছে সুস্পষ্ট প্রমাণ নিয়ে।
وَفِى مُوسَىٰٓ إِذْ أَرْسَلْنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ بِسُلْطَٰنٍ مُّبِينٍ
Fatawalla biruknihi waqala sahirun aw majnoonun
But [Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] turned away (from Belief in might) along with his hosts, and said: "A sorcerer, or a madman."
তখন সে (ফেরাউন) ক্ষমতার দম্ভে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিয়ে বলেছিল: ‘এতো একজন ম্যাজেসিয়ান, কিংবা পাগল।’
فَتَوَلَّىٰ بِرُكْنِهِۦ وَقَالَ سَٰحِرٌ أَوْ مَجْنُونٌ
Faakhathnahu wajunoodahu fanabathnahum fee alyammi wahuwa muleemun
So We took him and his hosts, and dumped them into the sea, for he was blameworthy.
ফলে আমরা পাকড়াও করেছিলাম তাকে এবং তার বাহিনীকে এবং তাদের নিক্ষেপ করেছিলাম সমুদ্রে। সে এক তিরস্কারযোগ্য ব্যক্তি।
فَأَخَذْنَٰهُ وَجُنُودَهُۥ فَنَبَذْنَٰهُمْ فِى ٱلْيَمِّ وَهُوَ مُلِيمٌ
Wafee AAadin ith arsalna AAalayhimu alrreeha alAAaqeema
And in 'Ad (there is also a sign) when We sent against them the barren wind;
নিদর্শন রয়েছে আদ সম্প্রদায়ের ঘটনাতেও। আমরা তাদের উপর পাঠিয়েছিলাম এক বন্ধ্যা ঝড়।
وَفِى عَادٍ إِذْ أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلرِّيحَ ٱلْعَقِيمَ
Ma tatharu min shayin atat AAalayhi illa jaAAalathu kaalrrameemi
It spared nothing that it reached, but blew it into broken spreads of rotten ruins.
তা যা কিছুর উপর দিয়ে বয়ে গিয়েছিল, সবই ধূলিস্যাত করে দিয়েছিল।
مَا تَذَرُ مِن شَىْءٍ أَتَتْ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا جَعَلَتْهُ كَٱلرَّمِيمِ
Wafee thamooda ith qeela lahum tamattaAAoo hatta heenin
And in Thamud (there is also a sign), when they were told: "Enjoy yourselves for a while!"
সামুদ সম্প্রদায়ের ঘটনাতেও রয়েছে নিদর্শন। তাদের বলা হয়েছিল: ‘সামান্য ক’দিন ভোগ করে নাও।’
وَفِى ثَمُودَ إِذْ قِيلَ لَهُمْ تَمَتَّعُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ حِينٍ
FaAAataw AAan amri rabbihim faakhathathumu alssaAAiqatu wahum yanthuroona
But they insolently defied the Command of their Lord, so the Sa'iqah overtook them while they were looking.
কিন্তু তারা অমান্য করে তাদের প্রভুর নির্দেশ। ফলে তাদের পাকড়াও করে প্রচন্ড বজ্রাঘাত এবং তারা তা দেখছিল।
فَعَتَوْا۟ عَنْ أَمْرِ رَبِّهِمْ فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ ٱلصَّٰعِقَةُ وَهُمْ يَنظُرُونَ
Fama istataAAoo min qiyamin wama kanoo muntasireena
Then they were unable to rise up, nor could they help themselves.
তারা উঠেও দাঁড়াতে পারেনি এবং প্রতিরোধও করতে পারেনি।
فَمَا ٱسْتَطَٰعُوا۟ مِن قِيَامٍ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ مُنتَصِرِينَ
Waqawma noohin min qablu innahum kanoo qawman fasiqeena
(So were) the people of Nuh (Noah) before them. Verily, they were a people who were Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah).
আরো আগে আমরা ধ্বংস করে দিয়েছিলাম নূহের জাতিকেও। তারা ছিলো এক ফাসিক (সীমালংঘনকারী সত্যত্যাগী) জাতি।
وَقَوْمَ نُوحٍ مِّن قَبْلُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ قَوْمًا فَٰسِقِينَ
Waalssamaa banaynaha biaydin wainna lamoosiAAoona
With power did We construct the heaven. Verily, We are Able to extend the vastness of space thereof.
আমরা আকাশ বানিয়েছি শক্ত হাতে এবং নিশ্চয়ই আমরা এর বিস্তৃতি সম্প্রসারণ করতে সক্ষম।
وَٱلسَّمَآءَ بَنَيْنَٰهَا بِأَيْي۟دٍ وَإِنَّا لَمُوسِعُونَ
Waalarda farashnaha faniAAma almahidoona
And We have spread out the earth: how Excellent Spreader (thereof) are We!
আর পৃথিবীকে আমরা বিছিয়ে দিয়েছি, কতো যে উত্তম প্রসারণকারী আমরা!
وَٱلْأَرْضَ فَرَشْنَٰهَا فَنِعْمَ ٱلْمَٰهِدُونَ
Wamin kulli shayin khalaqna zawjayni laAAallakum tathakkaroona
And of everything We have created pairs, that you may remember (the Grace of Allah).
প্রতিটি বস্ত্তকে আমরা সৃষ্টি করেছি জোড়ায় জোড়ায়, যাতে করে তোমরা শিক্ষা গ্রহণ করো।
وَمِن كُلِّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقْنَا زَوْجَيْنِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ
Fafirroo ila Allahi innee lakum minhu natheerun mubeenun
So flee to Allah (from His Torment to His Mercy - Islamic Monotheism). Verily, I (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) am a plain warner to you from Him.
অতএব তোমরা দৌড়াও আল্লাহর দিকে, আমি তোমাদের প্রতি আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে এক সুস্পষ্ট সতর্ককারী।
فَفِرُّوٓا۟ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ إِنِّى لَكُم مِّنْهُ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ
Wala tajAAaloo maAAa Allahi ilahan akhara innee lakum minhu natheerun mubeenun
And set not up (or worship not) any other ilah (god) along with Allah [Glorified be He (Alone), Exalted above all that they associate as partners with Him]. Verily, I (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) am a plain warner to you from Him.
তোমরা আল্লাহর সাথে অপর কোনো ইলাহ্ সাব্যস্ত করোনা। আমি তাঁর পক্ষ থেকে তোমাদের জন্যে এক সুস্পষ্ট সতর্ককারী।
وَلَا تَجْعَلُوا۟ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ إِنِّى لَكُم مِّنْهُ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ
Kathalika ma ata allatheena min qablihim min rasoolin illa qaloo sahirun aw majnoonun
Likewise, no Messenger came to those before them but they said: "A sorcerer or a madman!"
এভাবে তাদের আগেকার লোকদের কাছেও যখনই কোনো রসূল এসেছিল, তারা তাকে বলেছিল: ‘তুমি একজন ম্যাজেসিয়ান কিংবা পাগল।’
كَذَٰلِكَ مَآ أَتَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا قَالُوا۟ سَاحِرٌ أَوْ مَجْنُونٌ
Atawasaw bihi bal hum qawmun taghoona
Have they (the people of the past) transmitted this saying to these (Quraish pagans)? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds (in disbelief)!
তারা কি একে অপরকে (ধারাবাহিকভাবে) এই অসিয়তই করে আসছে? আসলে তারা একটি সীমালংঘনকারী কওম।
أَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِهِۦ بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ
Fatawalla AAanhum fama anta bimaloomin
So turn away (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) from them (Quraish pagans), you are not blame-worthy (as you have conveyed Allah's Message).
সুতরাং তুমি তাদের উপেক্ষা করো। এর জন্যে তুমি তিরস্কৃত হবেনা।
فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ فَمَآ أَنتَ بِمَلُومٍ
Wathakkir fainna alththikra tanfaAAu almumineena
And remind (by preaching the Qur'an, O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), for verily, the reminding profits the believers.
তুমি উপদেশ দিতে থাকো। কারণ, উপদেশ মুমিনদের উপকারে আসে।
وَذَكِّرْ فَإِنَّ ٱلذِّكْرَىٰ تَنفَعُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Wama khalaqtu aljinna waalinsa illa liyaAAbudooni
And I (Allah) created not the jinn and mankind except that they should worship Me (Alone).
আমরা জিন এবং ইনসানকে এজন্যেই সৃষ্টি করেছি যে, তারা একমাত্র আমারই ইবাদত করবে।
وَمَا خَلَقْتُ ٱلْجِنَّ وَٱلْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ
Ma oreedu minhum min rizqin wama oreedu an yutAAimooni
I seek not any provision from them (i.e. provision for themselves or for My creatures) nor do I ask that they should feed Me (i.e. feed themselves or My creatures).
আমি তো তাদের কাছে রিযিক চাইনা এবং এটাও চাইনা যে, তারা আমাকে খাবার খাওয়াবে।
مَآ أُرِيدُ مِنْهُم مِّن رِّزْقٍ وَمَآ أُرِيدُ أَن يُطْعِمُونِ
Inna Allaha huwa alrrazzaqu thoo alquwwati almateenu
Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong.
নিশ্চয়ই রাজজাক (রিযিক সরবরাহকারী) তো হলেন এবং তিনি মহাশক্তিধর, প্রবল পরাক্রান্ত।
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلرَّزَّاقُ ذُو ٱلْقُوَّةِ ٱلْمَتِينُ
Fainna lillatheena thalamoo thanooban mithla thanoobi ashabihim fala yastaAAjiloona
And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a portion of torment like to the evil portion of torment (which came for) their likes (of old); so let them not ask Me to hasten on!
যালিমদের ভাগ্যে তাই রয়েছে, অতীতে তাদের সমমতের লোকেরা যা ভোগ করেছিল। ফলে তারা যেনো তাড়াহুড়া না করে।
فَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ ذَنُوبًا مِّثْلَ ذَنُوبِ أَصْحَٰبِهِمْ فَلَا يَسْتَعْجِلُونِ
Fawaylun lillatheena kafaroo min yawmihimu allathee yooAAadoona
Then woe to those who disbelieve (in Allah and His Oneness - Islamic Monotheism) from their Day which they have been promised (for their punishment).
কাফিরদের জন্যে রয়েছে সেই দিনের দুর্ভোগ, যার ওয়াদা তাদের দেয়া হয়েছে।
فَوَيْلٌ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مِن يَوْمِهِمُ ٱلَّذِى يُوعَدُونَ
