Tilka ayatu alkitabi alhakeemi
এইগুলি জ্ঞানগর্ভ কিতাবের আয়াত,
These are Verses of the Wise Book, -
Hudan warahmatan lilmuhsineena
পথনির্দেশ ও দয়াস্বরূপ সৎকর্মপরায়ণদের জন্য;
A Guide and a Mercy to the Doers of Good, -
Allatheena yuqeemoona alssalata wayutoona alzzakata wahum bialakhirati hum yooqinoona
যাহারা কায়েম করে, যাকাত দেয়, আর তাহারাই আখিরাতে নিশ্চিত ;
Those who establish regular Prayer, and give regular Charity, and have (in their hearts) the assurance of the Hereafter.
Olaika AAala hudan min rabbihim waolaika humu almuflihoona
তাহারাই তাহাদের প্রতিপালকের নির্দেশিত পথে আছে এবং তাহারাই ।
These are on (true) guidance from their Lord: and these are the ones who will prosper.
Wamina alnnasi man yashtaree lahwa alhadeethi liyudilla AAan sabeeli Allahi bighayri AAilmin wayattakhithaha huzuwan olaika lahum AAathabun muheenun
মানুষের মধ্যে কেহ কেহ অজ্ঞতাবশত র পথ হইতে বিচ্যুত করিবার জন্য অসার বাক্য ক্রয় করিয়া নেয় এবং র পথ লইয়া ঠাট্টা - বিদ্রপ করে। উহাদেরই জন্য রহিয়াছে অবমাননাকর শাস্তি।
But there are, among men, those who purchase idle tales, without knowledge (or meaning), to mislead (men) from the Path of Allah and throw ridicule (on the Path): for such there will be a Humiliating Penalty.
Waitha tutla AAalayhi ayatuna walla mustakbiran kaan lam yasmaAAha kaanna fee othunayhi waqran fabashshirhu biAAathabin aleemin
যখন উহার নিকট আমার আয়াত অবৃত্তি করা হয় তখন সে দম্ভভরে মুখ ফিরাইয়া নেয় যেন সে ইহা শুনিতে পায় নাই, যেন উহার কর্ণ দুইটি বধির ; অতএব উহাদেরকে মর্মন্তুদ শাস্তির সংবাদ দাও।
When Our Signs are rehearsed to such a one, he turns away in arrogance, as if he heard them not, as if there were deafness in both his ears: announce to him a grievous Penalty.
Inna allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati lahum jannatu alnnaAAeemi
যাহারা ঈমান আনে ও সৎকর্ম করে তাহাদের জন্য আছে সুখদ কানন;
For those who believe and work righteous deeds, there will be Gardens of Bliss, -
Khalideena feeha waAAda Allahi haqqan wahuwa alAAazeezu alhakeemu
সেখানে তাহার স্থায়ী হইবে। র প্রতিশ্রুতি সত্য। তিনি পরাক্রমশালী, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
To dwell therein. The promise of Allah is true: and He is Exalted in Power, Wise.
Khalaqa alssamawati bighayri AAamadin tarawnaha waalqa fee alardi rawasiya an tameeda bikum wabaththa feeha min kulli dabbatin waanzalna mina alssamai maan faanbatna feeha min kulli zawjin kareemin
তিনি আকাশমণ্ডলী নির্মাণ করিয়াছেন স্তম্ভ ব্যতীত - তোমরা ইহা দেখিতেছ; তিনিই পৃথিবীতে স্থাপন করিয়াছেন পর্বতমালা যাহাতে ইহা তোমাদেরকে লইয়া ঢলিয়া না পড়ে এবং ইহাতে ছড়াইয়া দিয়াছেন সর্বপ্রকার জীবজন্তু। এবং আমিই আকাশ হইতে বারি বর্ষণ করিয়া ইহাতে উদ্গত করি সর্বপ্রকার কল্যাণকর উদ্ভিদ।
He created the heavens without any pillars that ye can see; He set on the earth mountains standing firm, lest it should shake with you; and He scattered through it beasts of all kinds. We send down rain from the sky, and produce on the earth every kind of noble creature, in pairs.
Hatha khalqu Allahi faaroonee matha khalaqa allatheena min doonihi bali alththalimoona fee dalalin mubeenin
ইহা র সৃষ্টি ! তিনি ব্যতীত অন্যেরা কী সৃষ্টি করিয়াছে আমাকে দেখাও। সীমালংঘনকারীরা তো স্পষ্ট বিভ্রান্তিতে রহিয়াছে।
Such is the Creation of Allah: now show Me what is there that others besides Him have created: nay, but the Transgressors are in manifest error.
Walaqad atayna luqmana alhikmata ani oshkur lillahi waman yashkur fainnama yashkuru linafsihi waman kafara fainna Allaha ghaniyyun hameedun
আমি তো লুকমানকে জ্ঞান দান করিয়াছিলাম এবং বলিয়াছিলাম যে, র প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ কর। যে কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করে সে তো তাহা করে নিজেরই জন্য এবং কেহ অকৃতজ্ঞ হইলে তো অভাবমুক্ত, প্রশংসার্হ।
we bestowed (in the past) Wisdom on Luqman: "Show (thy) gratitude to Allah." Any who is (so) grateful does so to the profit of his own soul: but if any is ungrateful, verily Allah is free of all wants, Worthy of all praise.
Waith qala luqmanu liibnihi wahuwa yaAAithuhu ya bunayya la tushrik biAllahi inna alshshirka lathulmun AAatheemun
স্মরণ কর, যখন লুক্মান উপদেশচ্ছলে তাহার পুত্রকে বলিয়াছিল, ‘হে বৎস! র কোন শরীক করিও না। নিশ্চয়ই শির্ক চরম জুলুম।’
Behold, Luqman said to his son by way of instruction: "O my son! join not in worship (others) with Allah: for false worship is indeed the highest wrong - doing."
Wawassayna alinsana biwalidayhi hamalathu ommuhu wahnan AAala wahnin wafisaluhu fee AAamayni ani oshkur lee waliwalidayka ilayya almaseeru
আমি তো মানুষকে তাহার পিতামাতার প্রতি সদাচরণের নির্দেশ দিয়াছি। জননী সন্তানকে কষ্টের পর কষ্ট বরণ করিয়া গর্ভে ধারণ করে এবং তাহার দুধ ছাড়ান হয় দুই বৎসরে। সুতরাং আমার প্রতি ও তোমার পিতামাতার প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞ হও। প্রত্যাবর্তন তো আমারই নিকট।
And We have enjoined on man (to be good) to his parents: in travail upon travail did his mother bear him, and in years twain was his weaning: (hear the command), "Show gratitude to Me and to thy parents: to Me is (thy final) Goal.
Wain jahadaka AAala an tushrika bee ma laysa laka bihi AAilmun fala tutiAAhuma wasahibhuma fee alddunya maAAroofan waittabiAA sabeela man anaba ilayya thumma ilayya marjiAAukum faonabbiokum bima kuntum taAAmaloona
তোমার পিতামাতা যদি তোমাকে পীড়াপীড়ি করে আমার সমকক্ষ দাঁড় করাইতে যে বিষয়ে তোমার কোন জ্ঞান নাই, তুমি তাহাদের কথা মানিও না, তবে পৃথিবীতে তাহাদের সঙ্গে বসবাস করিবে সদ্ভাবে এবং যে বিশুদ্ধচিত্তে আমার অভিমুখী হইয়াছে তাহার পথ অবলম্বন কর, অতঃপর তোমাদের প্রত্যাবর্তন আমারই নিকট এবং তোমরা যাহা করিতে সে বিষয়ে আমি তোমাদেরকে অবহিত করিব।
"But if they strive to make thee join in worship with Me things of which thou hast no knowledge, obey them not; yet bear them company in this life with justice (and consideration), and follow the way of those who turn to me (in love): in the end the return of you all is to Me, and I will tell you the truth (and meaning) of all that ye did."
Ya bunayya innaha in taku mithqala habbatin min khardalin fatakun fee sakhratin aw fee alssamawati aw fee alardi yati biha Allahu inna Allaha lateefun khabeerun
‘হে বৎস ! ক্ষুদ্র বস্তুটি যদি সরিষার দানা পরিমাণও হয় এবং উহা যদি থাকে শিলাগর্ভে অথবা আকাশে কিংবা মৃত্তিকার নিচে, তাহাও উপস্থিত করিবেন। নিশ্চয়ই সূক্ষ্মদর্শী, সম্যক অবগত।
"O my son!" (said Luqman), "If there be (but) the weight of a mustard - seed and it were (hidden) in a rock, or (anywhere) in the heavens or on earth, Allah will bring it forth: for Allah understands the finest mysteries, (and) is well - acquainted (with them).
Ya bunayya aqimi alssalata wamur bialmaAAroofi wainha AAani almunkari waisbir AAala ma asabaka inna thalika min AAazmi alomoori
‘হে বৎস ! কায়েম করিও, সৎকর্মের নির্দেশ দিও আর অসৎ কর্মে নিষেধ করিও এবং আপদে - বিপদে ধৈর্য ধারণ করিও। ইহাই তো দৃঢ়সংকল্পের কাজ।
"O my son! establish regular prayer, enjoin what is just, and forbid what is wrong: and bear with patient constancy whatever betide thee; for this is firmness (of purpose) in (the conduct of) affairs.
Wala tusaAAAAir khaddaka lilnnasi wala tamshi fee alardi marahan inna Allaha la yuhibbu kulla mukhtalin fakhoorin
‘অহংকারবশে তুমি মানুষকে অবজ্ঞা করিও না এবং পৃথিবীতে উদ্ধতভাবে বিচরণ করিও না ; নিশ্চয়ই কােন উদ্ধত, অহংকারীকে পসন্দ করেন না।
"And swell not thy cheek (for pride) at men, nor walk in insolence through the earth; for Allah loveth not any arrogant boaster.
Waiqsid fee mashyika waoghdud min sawtika inna ankara alaswati lasawtu alhameeri
‘তুমি পদক্ষেপ করিও সংযতভাবে এবং তোমার কণ্ঠস্বর নিচু করিও; নিশ্চয়ই স্বরের মধ্যে গর্দভের স্বরই সর্বাপেক্ষা অপ্রীতিকর।’
"And be moderate in thy pace, and lower thy voice; for the harshest of sounds without doubt is the braying of the ass."
Alam taraw anna Allaha sakhkhara lakum ma fee alssamawati wama fee alardi waasbagha AAalaykum niAAamahu thahiratan wabatinatan wamina alnnasi man yujadilu fee Allahi bighayri AAilmin wala hudan wala kitabin muneerin
তোমরা কি দেখ না, আকাশমণ্ডলী ও পৃথিবীতে যাহা কিছু আছে সমস্তই তোমাদের কল্যাণে নিয়োজিত করিয়াছেন এবং তোমাদের প্রতি তাঁহার প্রকাশ্য ও অপ্রকাশ্য অনুগ্রহ সম্পূর্ণ করিয়াছেন? মানুষের মধ্যে কেহ কেহ অজ্ঞতাবশত সম্বন্ধে বিতণ্ডা করে, তাহাদের না আছে পথনির্দেশক আর না আছে কোন দীপ্তিমান কিতাব।
Do ye not see that Allah has subjected to your (use) all things in the heavens and on earth, and has made his bounties flow to you in exceeding measure, (both) seen and unseen? Yet there are among men those who dispute about Allah, without knowledge and without guidance, and without a Book to enlighten them!
Waitha qeela lahumu ittabiAAoo ma anzala Allahu qaloo bal nattabiAAu ma wajadna AAalayhi abaana awalaw kana alshshaytanu yadAAoohum ila AAathabi alssaAAeeri
উহাদেরকে যখন বলা হয়, ‘ যাহা অবতীর্ণ করিয়াছেন তাহা অনুসরণ কর।’ উহারা বলে, ‘বরং আমরা আমাদের পিতৃপুরুষদেরকে যাহাতে পাইয়াছি তাহারই অনুসরণ করিব।’ শয়তান যদি উহাদেরকে জ্বলন্ত অগ্নির শাস্তির দিকে আহ্বান করে, তবুও কি?
When they are told to follow the (Revelation) that Allah has sent down, they say: "Nay, we shall follow the ways that we found our fathers (following). "What! even if it is Satan beckoning them to the Penalty of the (Blazing) Fire?
Waman yuslim wajhahu ila Allahi wahuwa muhsinun faqadi istamsaka bialAAurwati alwuthqa waila Allahi AAaqibatu alomoori
যে কেহ র নিকট আত্মসর্মপণ করে এবং সৎকর্মপরায়ণ হয় সে তো দৃঢ়ভাবে ধারণ করে এক মযবুত হাতল, যাবতীয় কর্মের পরিণাম র ইখ্তিয়ারে।
Whoever submits his whole self to Allah, and is a doer of good, has grasped indeed the most trustworthy hand - hold: and with Allah rests the End and Decision of (all) affairs.
Waman kafara fala yahzunka kufruhu ilayna marjiAAuhum fanunabbiohum bima AAamiloo inna Allaha AAaleemun bithati alssudoori
আর কেহ করিলে তাহার যেন তোমাকে ক্লিষ্ট না করে। আমারই নিকট উহাদের প্রত্যাবর্তন। অতঃপর আমি উহাদেরকে অবহিত করিব উহারা যাহা করিত। অন্তরে যাহা রহিয়াছে সে সম্বন্ধে সবিশেষ অবহিত।
But if any reject Faith, let not his rejection grieve thee: to Us is their return, and We shall tell them the truth of their deeds: for Allah knows well all that is in (men's) hearts.
NumattiAAuhum qaleelan thumma nadtarruhum ila AAathabin ghaleethin
আমি উহাদেরকে জীবনোপকরণ ভোগ করিতে দিব স্বল্পকালের জন্য। অতঃপর উহাদেরকে কঠিন শাস্তি ভোগ করিতে বাধ্য করিব।
We grant them their pleasure for a little while: in the end shall We drive them to a chastisement unrelenting.
Walain saaltahum man khalaqa alssamawati waalarda layaqoolunna Allahu quli alhamdu lillahi bal aktharuhum la yaAAlamoona
তুমি যদি উহাদেরকে জিজ্ঞাসা কর, ‘আকাশমণ্ডলী ও পৃথিবী কে সৃষ্টি করিয়াছেন ?’ উহারা অবশ্যই বলিবে, ‘’। বল, ‘সকল প্রশংসা রই’, কিন্তু উহাদের অধিকাংশই জানে না।
If thou ask them, who it is that created the heavens and the earth. They will certainly say, "Allah". Say: "Praise be to Allah!" But most of them understand not.
Lillahi ma fee alssamawati waalardi inna Allaha huwa alghaniyyu alhameedu
আকাশমণ্ডলী ও পৃথিবীতে যাহা কিছু আছে তাহা রই ; , তিনি তো অভাবমুক্ত, প্রশংসার্হ।
To Allah belong all things in heaven and earth: verily Allah is He (that is) free of all wants, worthy of all praise.
Walaw annama fee alardi min shajaratin aqlamun waalbahru yamudduhu min baAAdihi sabAAatu abhurin ma nafidat kalimatu Allahi inna Allaha AAazeezun hakeemun
পৃথিবীর সমস্ত বৃক্ষ যদি কলম হয় আর সমুদ্র হয় কালি এবং ইহার সঙ্গে আরও সাত সমুদ্র যুক্ত হয়, তবুও র বাণী নিঃশেষ হইবে না। নিশ্চয়ই পরাক্রমশালী, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
And if all the trees on earth were pens and the ocean (were ink), with seven oceans behind it to add to its (supply), yet would not the words of Allah be exhausted (in the writing): for Allah is Exalted in Power, full of Wisdom.
Ma khalqukum wala baAAthukum illa kanafsin wahidatin inna Allaha sameeAAun baseerun
তোমাদের সকলের সৃষ্টি ও পুনরুত্থান একটি প্রাণীর সৃষ্টি ও পুনরুত্থানেরই অনুরূপ। নিশ্চয়ই সর্বশ্রোতা, সম্যক দ্রষ্টা।
And your creation or your resurrection is in no wise but as an individual soul: for Allah is He Who hears and sees (all things).
Alam tara anna Allaha yooliju allayla fee alnnahari wayooliju alnnahara fee allayli wasakhkhara alshshamsa waalqamara kullun yajree ila ajalin musamman waanna Allaha bima taAAmaloona khabeerun
তুমি কি দেখ না রাত্রিকে দিবসে এবং দিবসকে রাত্রিতে পরিণত করেন ? তিনি চন্দ্র - সূর্যকে করিয়াছেন নিয়মাধীন, প্রত্যেকটি বিচরণ করে নির্দিষ্ট কাল পর্যন্ত ; তোমরা যাহা কর সে সম্পর্কে অবহিত।
Seest thou not that Allah merges Night into Day and he merges Day into Night; that He has subjected the sun, and the moon (to his Law), each running its course for a term appointed; and that Allah is well - acquainted with all that ye do?
Thalika bianna Allaha huwa alhaqqu waanna ma yadAAoona min doonihi albatilu waanna Allaha huwa alAAaliyyu alkabeeru
এইগুলি প্রমাণ যে, ই সত্য এবং উহারা তাঁহার পরিবর্তে যাহাকে ডাকে, তাহা মিথ্যা। , তিনি তো সমুচ্চ, মহান।
That is because Allah is the (only) Reality, and because whatever else they invoke besides Him is Falsehood; and because Allah, - He is the Most High, Most Great.
Alam tara anna alfulka tajree fee albahri biniAAmati Allahi liyuriyakum min ayatihi inna fee thalika laayatin likulli sabbarin shakoorin
তুমি কি লক্ষ্য কর না যে, র অনুগ্রহে নৌযানগুলি সমুদ্রে বিচরণ করে, যদ্দ্বারা তিনি তোমাদেরকে তাঁহার নিদর্শনাবলীর কিছু প্রদর্শন করেন ? ইহাতে অবশ্যই নিদর্শন রহিয়াছে প্রত্যেক ধৈর্যশীল কৃতজ্ঞ ব্যক্তির জন্য।
Seest thou not that the ships sail through the ocean by the Grace of Allah? - that He may show you of His Signs? Verily in this are Signs for all who constantly persevere and give thanks.
Waitha ghashiyahum mawjun kaalththulali daAAawoo Allaha mukhliseena lahu alddeena falamma najjahum ila albarri faminhum muqtasidun wama yajhadu biayatina illa kullu khattarin kafoorin
যখন তরংগ উহাদেরকে আচ্ছন্ন করে মেঘচ্ছায়ার মত তখন উহারা কে ডাকে তাহার আনুগত্যে বিশুদ্ধচিত্ত হইয়া। কিন্তু যখন তিনি উহাদেরকে উদ্ধার করিয়া স্থলে পৌঁছান তখন উহাদের কেহ কেহ সরল পথে থাকে ; কেবল বিশ্বাসঘাতক, অকৃতজ্ঞ ব্যক্তিই আমার নিদর্শনাবলী অস্বীকার করে।
When a wave covers them like the canopy (of clouds), they call to Allah, offering Him sincere devotion. But when He has delivered them safely to land, there are among them those that halt between (right and wrong). But none reject Our Signs except only a perfidious ungrateful (wretch)!
Ya ayyuha alnnasu ittaqoo rabbakum waikhshaw yawman la yajzee walidun AAan waladihi wala mawloodun huwa jazin AAan walidihi shayan inna waAAda Allahi haqqun fala taghurrannakumu alhayatu alddunya wala yaghurrannakum biAllahi algharooru
হে মানুষ ! তোমরা তোমাদের প্রতিপালককে ভয় কর এবং ভয় কর সেই দিনের, যখন পিতা সন্তানের কোন উপকারে আসিবে না, সন্তানও কোন উপকারে আসিবে না তাহার পিতার। র প্রতিশ্রুতি সত্য; সুতরাং পার্থিব জীবন যেন তোমাদেরকে কিছুতেই প্রতারিত না করে এবং সেই প্রবঞ্চক যেন তোমাদেরকে কিছুইতেই সম্পর্কে প্রবঞ্চিত না করে।
O mankind! do your duty to your Lord, and fear (the coming of) a Day when no father can avail aught for his son, nor a son avail aught for his father. Verily, the promise of Allah is true: let not then this present life deceive you, nor let the chief Deceiver deceive you about Allah.
Inna Allaha AAindahu AAilmu alssaAAati wayunazzilu alghaytha wayaAAlamu ma fee alarhami wama tadree nafsun matha taksibu ghadan wama tadree nafsun biayyi ardin tamootu inna Allaha AAaleemun khabeerun
কিয়ামতের জ্ঞান কেবল র নিকট রহিয়াছে, তিনি বৃষ্টি বর্ষণ করেন এবং তিনি জানেন যাহা জরায়ুতে আছে। কেহ জানে না আগামীকল্য সে কি অর্জন করিবে এবং কেহ জানে না কােন্ স্থানে তাহার মৃত্যু ঘটিবে। নিশ্চয়ই সর্বজ্ঞ, সর্ববিষয়ে অবহিত।
Verily the knowledge of the Hour is with Allah (alone). It is He Who sends down rain, and He Who knows what is in the wombs. Nor does any one know what it is that he will earn on the morrow: Nor does any one know in what land he is to die. Verily with Allah is full knowledge and He is acquainted (with all things).
