Deuteronomy 6:1Now these are the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments, which the LORD your God commanded to teach you, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go to possess it:

দ্বিতীয় বিবরণ - 6“প্রভু, তোমাদের ঈশ্বর আমাকে তোমাদের এই আজ্ঞাসমুহ, বিধি এবং নিয়মসমূহ শেখাতে বলেছিলেন য়েন য়ে দেশে তোমরা বসবাস করতে যাচ্ছ সেখানে এই বিধিগুলো মেনে চলতে পার।

Deuteronomy 6:2That thou mightest fear the LORD thy God, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy son's son, all the days of thy life; and that thy days may be prolonged.

দ্বিতীয় বিবরণ - 6য়েন তোমরা এবং তোমাদের উত্তরপুরুষরা যতদিন বাঁচবে ততদিন তোমাদের প্রভু ঈশ্বরকে সম্মান জানাতে পার। তোমরা নিশ্চয়ই তাঁর সমস্ত বিধি এবং আজ্ঞাসমুহ মেনে চলবে, য়েগুলো আমি তোমাদের দিলাম। যদি তোমরা এটা করো, তাহলে সেই নতুন দেশে তোমাদের দীর্ঘ জীবন হবে।

Deuteronomy 6:3Hear therefore, O Israel, and observe to do it; that it may be well with thee, and that ye may increase mightily, as the LORD God of thy fathers hath promised thee, in the land that floweth with milk and honey.

Deuteronomy 6:7And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.

দ্বিতীয় বিবরণ - 6তোমাদের সন্তানদেরও ঐগুলো শেখানোর ব্যাপারে নিশ্চিত থাকবে। যখন তোমরা বাড়ীতে বসে থাকো এবং যখন তোমরা রাস্তায় হাঁট সেই সময় তোমরা এই সকল বিধিগুলো নিয়ে আলোচনা করবে। যখন তোমরা শুয়ে থাক এবং যখন তোমরা ঘুম থেকে ওঠো সেই সময় ঐগুলো নিয়ে আলোচনা করবে।

Deuteronomy 6:8And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.

দ্বিতীয় বিবরণ - 6“প্রভু তোমাদের ঈশ্বর, তোমাদের পূর্বপুরুষ অব্রাহাম, ইসহাক, এবং যাকোবের কাছে প্রতিজ্ঞা করেছিলেন। তোমাদের এই দেশ দেওয়ার জন্য প্রভু প্রতিজ্ঞা করেছিলেন। প্রভু সেই দেশ তোমাদের দেবেন এবং তোমরা য়েগুলো তৈরী করো নি সেই বৃহত্ এবং সম্পদশালী শহরগুলোও তিনি তোমাদের দেবেন।

Deuteronomy 6:11And houses full of all good things, which thou filledst not, and wells digged, which thou diggedst not, vineyards and olive trees, which thou plantedst not; when thou shalt have eaten and be full;

দ্বিতীয় বিবরণ - 6প্রভু তোমাদের উত্তম এমন দ্রব্য়ে পরিপূর্ণ বাড়ী দেবেন, য়ে দ্রব্য তোমরা সেখানে রাখো নি। প্রভু তোমাদের এমন অনেক কূপ দেবেন যা তোমরা খনন করো নি। খেযে দেযে তৃপ্ত হলে পর প্রভু তোমাদের প্রচুর দ্রাক্ষার ক্ষেত এবং জলপাইযের গাছ দেবেন য়েগুলো তোমরা রোপণ করনি।

Deuteronomy 6:12Then beware lest thou forget the LORD, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.

Deuteronomy 6:15(For the LORD thy God is a jealous God among you) lest the anger of the LORD thy God be kindled against thee, and destroy thee from off the face of the earth.

Deuteronomy 6:18And thou shalt do that which is right and good in the sight of the LORD: that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest go in and possess the good land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers.

দ্বিতীয় বিবরণ - 6য়েগুলো ঠিক এবং ভালো, সেরকম কাজ তোমরা অবশ্যই করবে, য়েগুলো প্রভুকে খুশী করে। তাহলে সব কিছুতেই তোমরা সফল হবে এবং তোমরা সেই সুন্দর দেশে প্রবেশ করে তা অধিগ্রহণ করবে যা প্রভু তোমাদের পূর্বপুরুষদের কাছে প্রতিজ্ঞা করেছিলেন।

Deuteronomy 6:19To cast out all thine enemies from before thee, as the LORD hath spoken.

Deuteronomy 6:20And when thy son asketh thee in time to come, saying, What mean the testimonies, and the statutes, and the judgments, which the LORD our God hath commanded you?

Deuteronomy 6:22And the LORD showed signs and wonders, great and sore, upon Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his household, before our eyes:

Deuteronomy 6:24And the LORD commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear the LORD our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as it is at this day.

দ্বিতীয় বিবরণ - 6এই শিক্ষাগুলো মেনে চলার জন্য প্রভু আমাদের আজ্ঞা দিয়েছিলেন। আমরা নিশ্চয়ই আমাদের প্রভু ঈশ্বরকে শ্রদ্ধা করবো। তাহলেই আজ আমরা য়েমন আছি ঠিক সেভাবেই প্রভু আমাদের বাঁচিয়ে রাখবেন এবং আমাদের ভালো করবেন।

Deuteronomy 6:25And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments before the LORD our God, as he hath commanded us.
