Chapter 236, 13 verses
2 John 1:1 The elder unto the elect lady and her children, whom I love in the truth; and not I only, but also all they that have known the truth;
যোহনের ২য় পত্র - 1 সেই প্রাচীন এই চিঠি ঈশ্বরের মনোনীত মহিলা ও তাঁর সন্তানদের কাছে লিখেছে৷ আমি তোমাদের সকলকে সত্যে ভালবাসি৷ কেবল আমি নই, যাঁরা সত্য কি জানে তারাও তোমাদের ভালবাসে৷
2 John 1:2 For the truth's sake, which dwelleth in us, and shall be with us for ever.
যোহনের ২য় পত্র - 1 সেই সত্য আমাদের অন্তরে আছে বলেই আমরা তোমাদের ভালবাসি৷ সেই সত্য আমাদের সঙ্গে চিরকাল থাকবে৷
2 John 1:3 Grace be with you, mercy, and peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.
যোহনের ২য় পত্র - 1 পিতা ঈশ্বর ও তাঁর পুত্র যীশু খ্রীষ্টের কাছ থেকে অনুগ্রহ, দয়া ও শান্তি আমাদের সঙ্গে থাকবে৷ সত্য ও ভালবাসার মধ্য দিয়ে আমরা এই আশীর্বাদের অধিকারী হয়েছি৷
2 John 1:4 I rejoiced greatly that I found of thy children walking in truth, as we have received a commandment from the Father.
যোহনের ২য় পত্র - 1 তোমার সন্তানদের মধ্যে কেউ কেউ সত্য পথে চলছে ও পিতা আমাদের য়েমন আদেশ করেছেন সেই অনুসারে জীবনযাপন করছে দেখে আমি অত্যন্ত আনন্দিত হয়েছি৷
2 John 1:5 And now I beseech thee, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.
যোহনের ২য় পত্র - 1 প্রিয় ভদ্রমহিলা, তোমার কাছে আমার অনুরোধ আমরা য়েন একে অপরকে ভালবাসি৷ এটা কোন নতুন আদেশ নয়৷ এই আদেশ তো আমরা শুরু থেকেই শুনে আসছি৷
2 John 1:6 And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.
যোহনের ২য় পত্র - 1 এবং এই ভালবাসার অর্থ হল, ঈশ্বর য়েমন আদেশ করেছেন সেইরকমভাবে জীবনযাপন করা৷ ঈশ্বরের আদেশ হল তোমরা ভালবাসায় ভরা জীবনযাপন কর৷
2 John 1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
যোহনের ২য় পত্র - 1 এই জগতে অনেক ভণ্ড শিক্ষক তৈরী হয়েছে৷ যীশু খ্রীষ্ট য়ে মানব দেহে আত্মপ্রকাশ করেছিলেন একথা তারা স্বীকার করে না৷ য়ে এইরকম করে, সে শিক্ষক হিসেবে ঠগ ও খ্রীষ্টারি৷
2 John 1:8 Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.
যোহনের ২য় পত্র - 1 তোমরা নিজেদের সম্পর্কে সাবধান হও! যাতে য়ে পুরস্কারের জন্য তোমরা কাজ করেছ তা থেকে তোমরা বঞ্চিত না হও৷ সতর্ক থেকো য়েন পুরো পুরস্কারটাই পেতে পারো৷
2 John 1:9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
যোহনের ২য় পত্র - 1 কেবল খ্রীষ্টের শিক্ষারই অনুসরণ করা উচিত, যদি কেউ খ্রীষ্টের শিক্ষাকে পরিবর্তিত করে তবে সে ঈশ্বরকে পায় না; কিন্তু য়ে কেউ সেই শিক্ষানুসারে চলে সে পিতা ও পুত্র উভয়কেই পায়৷
2 John 1:10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
যোহনের ২য় পত্র - 1 যদি কেউ যীশুর বিষয়ে এই সত্য শিক্ষা না নিয়ে তোমাদের কাছে শিক্ষা দিতে আসে, তবে তাকে বাড়িতে গ্রহণ করো না, কোন রকম শুভেচ্ছাও তাকে জানিও না৷
2 John 1:11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.
যোহনের ২য় পত্র - 1 কারণ য়ে তাকে শুভেচ্ছা জানায় সে তার দুষ্কর্মের ভাগী হয়৷
2 John 1:12 Having many things to write unto you, I would not write with paper and ink: but I trust to come unto you, and speak face to face, that our joy may be full.
যোহনের ২য় পত্র - 1 যদিও তোমাদের কাছে লেখার অনেক বিষয়ই আমার ছিল, কিন্তু আমি কলম ও কালি ব্যবহার করতে চাই না৷ আমি আশা করছি তোমাদের কাছে যাব তাহলে আমরা একসাথে হয়ে অনেক কথা বলতে পারব, য়েন আমাদের আনন্দ সম্পূর্ণ হয়৷
2 John 1:13 The children of thy elect sister greet thee. Amen.
যোহনের ২য় পত্র - 1 ঈশ্বরের মনোনীত তোমার বোনেরসন্তানেরা তোমাকে শুভেচ্ছা জানাচ্ছে৷
