সামসঙ্গীত / Psalms - 1একজন ব্যক্তি প্রকৃত সুখী হবে যদি সে মন্দ লোকের পরামর্শে না চলে, যদি সে পাপীদের মত জীবনযাপন না করে, যদি সে তাদের সঙ্গে স্বাচ্ছন্দ্য বোধ না করে - যারা ঈশ্বরকে অশ্রদ্ধা করে।

Psalms 1:1Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

সামসঙ্গীত / Psalms - 1একজন সত্ ব্যক্তি প্রভুর শিক্ষাকে ভালোবাসে। সে প্রভুর শিক্ষা বিষযে দিনরাত চিন্তা করে।

সামসঙ্গীত / Psalms - 1এই জন্য সেই ব্যক্তি নদীর ধারে পোঁতা গাছের মত শক্ত ও দৃঢ় হয়। য়ে গাছ ঠিক সময় ফল দেয়, সেই লোক সেই গাছের মত হয়। সেই লোক, সেই গাছের মতই হয়, যার পাতা কোনদিন ঝরে যায় না। সে যা কিছু করে, সবই সফল হয়।

Psalms 1:3And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

সামসঙ্গীত / Psalms - 1মন্দ লোকরা সে রকম নয়। মন্দ লোকরা বাতাসে উড়িযে নিয়ে যাওয়া তুষের মত।

সামসঙ্গীত / Psalms - 1সত্ লোকরা যদি একটা বিচারের সিদ্ধান্ত নেবার জন্য একত্রিত হয়, তবে মন্দ লোকরা অপরাধী হিসেবেই প্রমাণিত হবে। সেই পাপীরা, বিচারে সরল নিষ্পাপ বলে প্রমাণিত হবে না।

Psalms 1:5Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

সামসঙ্গীত / Psalms - 1কেন? কারণ প্রভু সত্ লোকদের রক্ষা করেন, কিন্তু মন্দ লোকদের বিনাশ করেন।

Psalms 1:6For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.
