আমোস - 7ভু এই জিনিসটি আমাকে দেখিয়েছিলেন: যখন দ্বিতীয়বার শস্য বাড়তে আরম্ভ করেছে সেই সময়ে তিনি পঙ্গপালদের তৈরী করেছিলেন। রাজা প্রথম শস্য কেটে নেওয়ার পর এটা ছিল দ্বিতীয় শস্য চাষ।

Amos 7:1Thus hath the Lord GOD shewed unto me; and, behold, he formed grasshoppers in the beginning of the shooting up of the latter growth; and, lo, it was the latter growth after the king's mowings.

Amos 7:9And the high places of Isaac shall be desolate, and the sanctuaries of Israel shall be laid waste; and I will rise against the house of Jeroboam with the sword.

Amos 7:10Then Amaziah the priest of Bethel sent to Jeroboam king of Israel, saying, Amos hath conspired against thee in the midst of the house of Israel: the land is not able to bear all his words.

Amos 7:16Now therefore hear thou the word of the LORD: Thou sayest, Prophesy not against Israel, and drop not thy word against the house of Isaac.

আমোস - 7কিন্তু প্রভু বলেন, ‘তোমার স্ত্রী নগরের মধ্যে বেশ্যা হবে। তোমার পুত্র-কন্যাদের তরবারি দ্বারা হত্যা করা হবে। অন্য লোকরা তোমার জমি হস্তগত করে নিজেদের মধ্যে ভাগ করে নেবে আর এক বিজাতীয দেশে তোমার মৃত্যু হবে। ইস্রায়েলের লোকদের নিশ্চিতভাবে এই দেশ থেকে বন্দী হিসাবে নিয়ে যাওয়া হবে।”‘

Amos 7:17Therefore thus saith the LORD; Thy wife shall be an harlot in the city, and thy sons and thy daughters shall fall by the sword, and thy land shall be divided by line; and thou shalt die in a polluted land: and Israel shall surely go into captivity forth of his land.
