Chapter 55, 78 verses
বিসমিল্লাহির রাহমা-নির রাহি-ম র্আরহমা-নু
পরম করুণাময়,
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The Most Gracious (Allah)!
ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ
'আল্লামাল্ কুরআ-ন্ ।
তিনি শিক্ষা দিয়েছেন কুরআন,
He has taught (you mankind) the Qur'an (by His Mercy).
عَلَّمَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ
খলাক্বল্ ইন্সা-না
তিনি সৃষ্টি করেছেন মানুষ,
He created man.
خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ
'আল্লামাহুল বাইয়া-ন্।
তিনি তাকে শিখিয়েছেন ভাষা।
He taught him eloquent speech.
عَلَّمَهُ ٱلْبَيَانَ
আশ্শামসু অল্ক্বমারু বিহুস্বা-নিঁও।
সূর্য ও চাঁদ (নির্ধারিত) হিসাব অনুযায়ী চলে,
The sun and the moon run on their fixed courses (exactly) calculated with measured out stages for each (for reckoning).
ٱلشَّمْسُ وَٱلْقَمَرُ بِحُسْبَانٍ
অন্নাজ্ব্ মু অশ্শাজ্বারু ইয়াস্জুদা-ন্ ।
আর তারকা ও গাছ-পালা সিজদা করে।
And the herbs (or stars) and the trees both prostrate themselves (to Allah - See V.22:18) (Tafsir Ibn Kathir)
وَٱلنَّجْمُ وَٱلشَّجَرُ يَسْجُدَانِ
অস্সামা-য়া রফা'আহা-অওয়াদ্বোয়া'আল্ মীযা-ন্।
আর তিনি আকাশকে সমুন্নত করেছেন এবং দাঁড়িপাল্লা স্থাপন করেছেন।
And the heaven: He has raised it high, and He has set up the Balance.
وَٱلسَّمَآءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ ٱلْمِيزَانَ
আল্লা-তাত্ব গও ফিল্ মীযা-ন্।
যাতে তোমরা দাঁড়িপাল্লায় সীমালঙ্ঘন না কর।
In order that you may not transgress (due) balance.
أَلَّا تَطْغَوْا۟ فِى ٱلْمِيزَانِ
অআক্বীমুল্ অয্না বিল্ক্বিস্ত্বি অলা-তুখ্সিরুল্ মীযা-ন্।
আর তোমরা ন্যায়সঙ্গতভাবে ওযন প্রতিষ্ঠা কর এবং ওযনকৃত বস্তু কম দিও না।
And observe the weight with equity and do not make the balance deficient.
وَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلْوَزْنَ بِٱلْقِسْطِ وَلَا تُخْسِرُوا۟ ٱلْمِيزَانَ
অল্ র্আদ্বোয়া অদ্বোয়া'আহা-লিল্আনা-ম্।
আর যমীনকে বিছিয়ে দিয়েছেন সৃষ্টজীবের জন্য।
And the earth: He has put down (laid) for the creatures.
وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلْأَنَامِ
ফীহা- ফা-কিহাতুঁও অ-ন্নাখ্লু যা-তুল্ আক্মা-ম্।
তাতে রয়েছে ফলমূল ও খেজুরগাছ, যার খেজুর আবরণযুক্ত।
Therein are fruits and date-palms producing sheathed fruit-stalks (enclosing dates).
فِيهَا فَٰكِهَةٌ وَٱلنَّخْلُ ذَاتُ ٱلْأَكْمَامِ
অল্ হাব্বু যুল্'আছফি র্অরইহা-ন্।
আর আছে খোসাযুক্ত দানা ও সুগন্ধিযুক্ত ফুল।
And also corn, with (its) leaves and stalk for fodder, and sweet-scented plants.
وَٱلْحَبُّ ذُو ٱلْعَصْفِ وَٱلرَّيْحَانُ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে* অস্বীকার করবে ? *‘উভয়ে’ দ্বারা জিন ও মানুষকে বুঝানো হয়েছে।
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
খলাক্বল্ ইন্সা-না মিন্ ছোয়াল্ছোয়া-লিন্ কাল্ফাখ্খ-রি।
তিনি মানুষকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন শুষ্ক ঠনঠনে মাটি থেকে যা পোড়া মাটির ন্যায়।
He created man (Adam) from sounding clay like the clay of pottery.
خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ مِن صَلْصَٰلٍ كَٱلْفَخَّارِ
অখলাক্বল্ জ্বা-ন্না মিম্ মা-রিজ্বিম্ মিন্ নার্-।
আর তিনি জিনকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন ধোঁয়াবিহীন অগ্নিশিখা থেকে।
And the jinn: He created from a smokeless flame of fire.
وَخَلَقَ ٱلْجَآنَّ مِن مَّارِجٍ مِّن نَّارٍ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা- তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
রব্বুল্ মাশ্রিক্বইনি অরব্বুল্ মাগ্রিবাইন্।
তিনি দুই পূর্ব ও দুই পশ্চিমের* রব। * দুই পূর্ব বলতে গ্রীষ্ম ও শীতকালের উদয়স্থল এবং দুই পশ্চিম বলতে গ্রীষ্ম ও শীতকালের অস্তস্থলকে বুঝানো হয়েছে।
(He is) the Lord of the two easts (places of sunrise during early summer and early winter) and the Lord of the two wests (places of sunset during early summer and early winter).
رَبُّ ٱلْمَشْرِقَيْنِ وَرَبُّ ٱلْمَغْرِبَيْنِ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা- তুকায্যিবান্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
মারজ্বাল্ বাহ্রাইনি ইয়াল্তাক্বিয়া-ন্।
তিনি দুই সমুদ্রকে প্রবাহিত করেন, যারা পরস্পর মিলিত হয়।
He has let loose the two seas (the salt and fresh water) meeting together.
مَرَجَ ٱلْبَحْرَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ
বাইনাহুমা-র্বাযাখুল্ লা-ইয়াব্গিয়া-ন্।
উভয়ের মধ্যে রয়েছে এক আড়াল যা তারা অতিক্রম করতে পারে না।
Between them is a barrier which none of them can transgress.
بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخٌ لَّا يَبْغِيَانِ
ফাবি আইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা- তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
ইয়াখ্রুজু মিন্হুমাল্ লু''লুয়ু অল্ র্মাজ্বা-ন্ ।
উভয় সমুদ্র থেকে উৎপন্ন হয় মণিমুক্তা ও প্রবাল।
Out of them both come out pearl and coral.
يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُمَا ٱللُّؤْلُؤُ وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
অলাহুল্ জ্বাওয়া-রিল্ মুন্শা য়া-তু ফিল্বাহ্রি কাল্আ'লা-ম্।
আর সমুদ্রে চলমান পাহাড়সম জাহাজসমূহ তাঁরই।
And His are the ships going and coming in the seas, like mountains.
وَلَهُ ٱلْجَوَارِ ٱلْمُنشَـَٔاتُ فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ كَٱلْأَعْلَٰمِ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
কুল্লু মান্ 'আলাইহা-ফা-ন্।
যমীনের উপর যা কিছু রয়েছে, সবই ধ্বংসশীল।
Whatsoever is on it (the earth) will perish.
كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٍ
অ ইয়াব্ক্বা-অজ্ব হু রব্বিকা যুল্ জ্বালা-লি অল্ইক্র-ম্।
আর থেকে যাবে শুধু মহামহিম ও মহানুভব তোমার রবের চেহারা*। *চেহারা বলতে কোন কোন তাফসীরকার আল্লাহর সত্তাকে বুঝিয়েছেন।
And the Face of your Lord full of Majesty and Honour will remain forever.
وَيَبْقَىٰ وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو ٱلْجَلَٰلِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা -তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের রবের কোন্ অনুগ্রহকে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
ইয়াস্য়ালুহূ মান্ ফিস্ সামা-ওয়া-তি অল্র্আদ্ব্ কুল্লা ইয়াওমিন্ হুওয়া ফী শান্।
আসমানসমূহ ও যমীনে যারা রয়েছে, সবাই তাঁর কাছে চায়। প্রতিদিন তিনি কোন না কোন কাজে রত।
Whosoever is in the heavens and on earth begs of Him (its needs from Him). Every day He is (engaged) in some affair (such as giving honour or disgrace to some, life or death to some, etc.)!
يَسْـَٔلُهُۥ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِى شَأْنٍ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্ ।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
সানাফ্রুগু লাকুম্ আইয়ুহাছ্ ছাক্বলা-ন্।
হে মানুষ ও জিন, আমি অচিরেই তোমাদের (হিসাব-নিকাশ গ্রহণের) প্রতি মনোনিবেশ করব।
We shall attend to you, O you two classes (jinn and men)!
سَنَفْرُغُ لَكُمْ أَيُّهَ ٱلثَّقَلَانِ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
ইয়া মা'শারল্ জ্বিন্নি অল্ ইন্সি ইনিস্ তাত্বোয়া'তুম্ আন্ তান্ফুযূ মিন্ আক্ব ত্বোয়া-রিস্ সামা-ওয়া-তি অল্র্আদ্বি ফান্ফুযূ লা-তান্ফুযূনা ইল্লা-বিসুল্ত্বোয়া-ন্।
হে জিন ও মানবজাতি, যদি তোমরা আসমানসমূহ ও যমীনের সীমানা থেকে বের হতে পার, তাহলে বের হও। কিন্তু তোমরা তো (আল্লাহর দেয়া) শক্তি ছাড়া বের হতে পারবে না।
O assembly of jinn and men! If you have power to pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, then pass beyond (them)! But you will never be able to pass them, except with authority (from Allah)!
يَٰمَعْشَرَ ٱلْجِنِّ وَٱلْإِنسِ إِنِ ٱسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَن تَنفُذُوا۟ مِنْ أَقْطَارِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱنفُذُوا۟ لَا تَنفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَٰنٍ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
ইর্য়ুসালু 'আলাইকুমা-শুওয়া-জুম্ মিন্ না-রিঁও অনুহা-সুন্ ফালা-তান্তাছির-ন্।
তোমাদের উভয়ের প্রতি প্রেরণ করা হবে অগ্নিশিখা ও কালো ধোঁয়া, তখন তোমরা প্রতিরোধ করতে পারবে না।
There will be sent against you both, smokeless flames of fire and (molten) brass, and you will not be able to defend yourselves.
يُرْسَلُ عَلَيْكُمَا شُوَاظٌ مِّن نَّارٍ وَنُحَاسٌ فَلَا تَنتَصِرَانِ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
ফাইযান্ শাক্ব ক্বাতিস্ সামা-য়ু ফাকা-নাত্ র্অদাতান্ কাদ্দিহা-ন্।
যে দিন আকাশ বিদীর্ণ হয়ে যাবে, অতঃপর তা রক্তিম গোলাপের ন্যায় লাল চামড়ার মত হবে।
Then when the heaven is rent asunder, and it becomes rosy or red like red-oil, or red hide - [See V.70:8]
فَإِذَا ٱنشَقَّتِ ٱلسَّمَآءُ فَكَانَتْ وَرْدَةً كَٱلدِّهَانِ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
ফাইয়াওমাইযিল্লা-ইয়ুস্য়ালু 'আন্ যাম্বিহী য় ইন্সুঁও অলা-জ্বা-ন্ ।
অতঃপর সেদিন না মানুষকে তার অপরাধ সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করা হবে, না জিনকে।
So on that Day no question will be asked of man or jinns as to his sin, [because they have already been known from their faces either white (dwellers of Paradise - true believers of Islamic Monotheism) or black (dwellers of Hell - polytheists; disbelievers, criminals)].
فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَّا يُسْـَٔلُ عَن ذَنۢبِهِۦٓ إِنسٌ وَلَا جَآنٌّ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের রবের কোন্ অনুগ্রহকে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
ইয়ু'রফুল্ মুজ¦ রিমূনা বিসীমা-হুম্ ফাইয়ুখাযু বিন্নাওয়া-ছী অল্ আক্ব্ দা-ম্।
অপরাধীদেরকে চেনা যাবে তাদের চিহ্নর সাহায্যে। অতঃপর তাদেরকে মাথার অগ্রভাগের চুল ও পা ধরে নেয়া হবে।
The Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, sinners) will be known by their marks (black faces), and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet.
يُعْرَفُ ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمَٰهُمْ فَيُؤْخَذُ بِٱلنَّوَٰصِى وَٱلْأَقْدَامِ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
হা-যিহী জ্বাহান্নামু ল্লাতী ইয়ুকায্যিবু বিহাল্ মুজ্ব রিমূন্।
এই সেই জাহান্নাম, যাকে অপরাধীরা অস্বীকার করত।
This is the Hell which the Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, sinners) denied.
هَٰذِهِۦ جَهَنَّمُ ٱلَّتِى يُكَذِّبُ بِهَا ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ
ইয়াত্ব ূফূনা বাইনাহা-অবাইনা হামীমিন্ আ-ন্।
তারা ঘুরতে থাকবে জাহান্নাম ও ফুটন্ত পানির মধ্যে।
They will go between it (Hell) and the fierce boiling water!
يَطُوفُونَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ حَمِيمٍ ءَانٍ
ফাবি আইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্ ।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
অ লিমান্ খ-ফা মাক্ব-মা রব্বিহী জ্বান্নাতা-ন্ ।
আর যে তার রবের সামনে দাঁড়াতে ভয় করে, তার জন্য থাকবে দু’টি জান্নাত।
But for him who fears the standing before his Lord, there will be two Gardens (i.e. in Paradise).
وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ جَنَّتَانِ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
যাওয়াতা য় আফ্না-ন্।
উভয়ই বহু ফলদার শাখাবিশিষ্ট।
With spreading branches.
ذَوَاتَآ أَفْنَانٍ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
ফীহিমা-'আইনা-নি তাজ্ব রিয়া-ন্।
উভয়ের মধ্যে থাকবে দু’টি ঝর্ণাধারা যা প্রবাহিত হবে।
In them (both) will be two springs flowing (free).
فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ تَجْرِيَانِ
ফাবি আইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
ফীহিমা-মিন্ কুল্লি ফা-কিহাতিন্ যাওজ্বা-ন্।
উভয়ের মধ্যে প্রত্যেক ফল থেকে থাকবে দু’ প্রকারের।
In them (both) will be every kind of fruit in pairs.
فِيهِمَا مِن كُلِّ فَٰكِهَةٍ زَوْجَانِ
ফাবি আইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা- তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
মুত্তাকিয়ীনা 'আলা ফুরুশিম্ বাত্বোয়া-য়িনুহা-মিন্ ইস্তাব্রাক্ব অজ্বানাল্ জ্বান্নাতাইনি দা-ন্।
সেখানে পুরু রেশমের আস্তরবিশিষ্ট বিছানায় তারা হেলান দেয়া অবস্থায় থাকবে এবং দুই জান্নাতের ফল-ফলাদি থাকবে নিকটবর্তী।
Reclining upon the couches lined with silk brocade, and the fruits of the two Gardens will be near at hand.
مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ فُرُشٍۭ بَطَآئِنُهَا مِنْ إِسْتَبْرَقٍ وَجَنَى ٱلْجَنَّتَيْنِ دَانٍ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্ ।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
ফীহিন্না ক্বছিরা-তুত্ব ত্বোর্য়াফি লাম্ ইয়াত্ব মিছ্হুন্না ইন্সুন্ ক্বব্লাহুম্ অলা-জ্বা-ন্।
সেখানে থাকবে স্বামীর প্রতি দৃষ্টি সীমিতকারী মহিলাগণ, যাদেরকে ইতঃপূর্বে স্পর্শ করেনি কোন মানুষ আর না কোন জিন।
Wherein both will be Qasirat-ut-Tarf [chaste females (wives) restraining their glances, desiring none except their husbands], with whom no man or jinni has had tamth before them.
فِيهِنَّ قَٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرْفِ لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنٌّ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা- তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
কাআন্নাহুন্নাল্ ইয়া-ক্বুতু অর্ল্মাজ্বা-ন্ ।
তারা যেন হীরা ও প্রবাল।
(In beauty) they are like rubies and coral.
كَأَنَّهُنَّ ٱلْيَاقُوتُ وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
হাল্ জ্বাযা-য়ুল্ ইহ্সা-নি ইল্লাল্ ইহ্সা-ন্।
উত্তম কাজের প্রতিদান উত্তম ছাড়া আর কী হতে পারে ?
Is there any reward for good other than good?
هَلْ جَزَآءُ ٱلْإِحْسَٰنِ إِلَّا ٱلْإِحْسَٰنُ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
অমিন দূনিহিমা- জ্বান্নাতা-ন্।
আর ঐ দু’টি জান্নাত ছাড়াও আরো দু’টি জান্নাত রয়েছে।
And besides these two, there are two other Gardens (i.e. in Paradise).
وَمِن دُونِهِمَا جَنَّتَانِ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকাযযিবান।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
মুদ্হা-ম্মাতা-ন্।
জান্নাত দু’টি গাঢ় সবুজ।
Dark green (in colour).
مُدْهَآمَّتَانِ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
ফীহিমা-আ'ইনা-নি নাদ্দোয়া-খতা-ন্ ।
এ দু’টিতে থাকবে অবিরাম ধারায় উচ্ছলমান দু’টি ঝর্ণাধারা।
In them (both) will be two springs gushing forth.
فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ نَضَّاخَتَانِ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
ফীহিমা ফা-কিহাতুঁও অনাখ্লুঁও অরুম্মা-ন্।
এ দু’টিতে থাকবে ফলমূল, খেজুর ও আনার।
In them (both) will be fruits, and date-palms and pomegranates.
فِيهِمَا فَٰكِهَةٌ وَنَخْلٌ وَرُمَّانٌ
ফাবি আইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
ফীহিন্না খইর-তুন্ হিসা-ন্।
সেই জান্নাতসমূহে থাকবে উত্তম চরিত্রবতী অনিন্দ্য সুন্দরীগণ।
Therein (Gardens) will be Khairatun-Hisan [fair (wives) good and beautiful];
فِيهِنَّ خَيْرَٰتٌ حِسَانٌ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা- তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
হূরুম্ মাক্ব ছূর তুন্ ফিল্ খিয়া-ম্।
তারা হূর, তাঁবুতে থাকবে সুরক্ষিতা।
Hur (beautiful, fair females) guarded in pavilions;
حُورٌ مَّقْصُورَٰتٌ فِى ٱلْخِيَامِ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা- তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
লাম্ ইয়াত্বমিছ্হুন্না ইন্সুন্ ক্বব্লাহুম্ অলা-জ্বা-ন্।
যাদেরকে ইতঃপূর্বে স্পর্শ করেনি কোন মানুষ আর না কোন জিন ।
With whom no man or jinni has had tamth before them.
لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنٌّ
ফাবি আইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা-তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নিআমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
মুত্তাকিয়ীনা 'আলা-রফ্রফিন্ খুদ্ব্রিঁও অ'আব্ক্বারিয়্যিন্ হিসা-ন্।
তারা সবুজ বালিশে ও সুন্দর কারুকার্য খচিত গালিচার উপর হেলান দেয়া অবস্থায় থাকবে।
Reclining on green cushions and rich beautiful mattresses.
مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ رَفْرَفٍ خُضْرٍ وَعَبْقَرِىٍّ حِسَانٍ
ফাবিআইয়্যি আ-লা-য়ি রব্বিকুমা তুকায্যিবা-ন্।
সুতরাং তোমাদের রবের কোন্ নি‘আমতকে তোমরা উভয়ে অস্বীকার করবে ?
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinn and men) deny?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
তাবা-রকাস্মু রব্বিকা যিল্ জ্বালা-লি অল্ইক্রা-ম্।
তোমার রবের নাম বরকতময়, যিনি মহামহিম ও মহানুভব।
Blessed be the Name of your Lord (Allah), the Owner of Majesty and Honour.
تَبَٰرَكَ ٱسْمُ رَبِّكَ ذِى ٱلْجَلَٰلِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ
