Arabic
١ بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الذين كفروا وصدوا عن سبيل الله أضل أعمالهم

১ বিসমিল্লাহির রাহমা-নির রাহি-ম আল্লাযীনা কাফারূ অছোয়াদ্দু 'আন্ সাবীলিল্লা-হি আদ্বোয়াল্লা আ'মা-লাহুম্

1 Those who reject Allah and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah, - their deeds will Allah render astray (from their mark).

٢ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَآمَنُوا بِمَا نُزِّلَ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَهُوَ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّهِمْ ۙ كَفَّرَ عَنْهُمْ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ وَأَصْلَحَ بَالَهُمْ

٢ والذين آمنوا وعملوا الصالحات وآمنوا بما نزل على محمد وهو الحق من ربهم ۙ كفر عنهم سيئاتهم وأصلح بالهم

২ অল্লাযীনা আ-মানূ ওয়া আ'মিলুছ্ ছোয়া-লিহা-তি ওয়া আ-মানূ বিমা-নুয্যিলা 'আলা-মুহাম্মাদিঁও অহুওয়াল্ হাককু র্মি রব্বিহিম্ কাফ্ফারা 'আন্হুম্ সাইয়িয়া-তিহিম্ অআছ্লাহা বা-লাহুম্।

2 But those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, and believe in the (Revelation) sent down to Muhammad - for it is the Truth from their Lord, - He will remove from them their ills and improve their condition.

٣ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا اتَّبَعُوا الْبَاطِلَ وَأَنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّبَعُوا الْحَقَّ مِن رَّبِّهِمْ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يَضْرِبُ اللَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ أَمْثَالَهُمْ

٣ ذلك بأن الذين كفروا اتبعوا الباطل وأن الذين آمنوا اتبعوا الحق من ربهم ۚ كذلك يضرب الله للناس أمثالهم

৩ যা-লিকা বিআন্নাল্লাযীনা কাফারূ ত্তাবা'উল্ বা-ত্বিলা অআন্নাল্ লাযীনা আ-মানুত্ তাবা'উল্ হাকক্ব র্মি রব্বিহিম্ কাযা-লিকা ইয়াদ্ব্রিবু ল্লা-হু লিন্না-সি আম্ছা-লাহুম্।

3 This because those who reject Allah follow vanities, while those who believe follow the Truth from their Lord: Thus does Allah set forth for men their lessons by similitudes.

٤ فَإِذَا لَقِيتُمُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَضَرْبَ الرِّقَابِ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا أَثْخَنتُمُوهُمْ فَشُدُّوا الْوَثَاقَ فَإِمَّا مَنًّا بَعْدُ وَإِمَّا فِدَاءً حَتَّىٰ تَضَعَ الْحَرْبُ أَوْزَارَهَا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ وَلَوْ يَشَاءُ اللَّهُ لَانتَصَرَ مِنْهُمْ وَلَٰكِن لِّيَبْلُوَ بَعْضَكُم بِبَعْضٍ ۗ وَالَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَلَن يُضِلَّ أَعْمَالَهُمْ

٤ فإذا لقيتم الذين كفروا فضرب الرقاب حتى إذا أثخنتموهم فشدوا الوثاق فإما منا بعد وإما فداء حتى تضع الحرب أوزارها ۚ ذلك ولو يشاء الله لانتصر منهم ولكن ليبلو بعضكم ببعض ۗ والذين قتلوا في سبيل الله فلن يضل أعمالهم

৪ ফাইযা-লাক্বীতুমু ল্লাযীনা কাফারূ ফাদ্বোর্য়াবার রিক্ব-ব্ হাত্তা য় ইযা য় আছখান্তুমূহুম্ ফাশুদ্দুল্ অছা-ক্ব ফাইম্মা-মান্নাম্ বা'দু অইম্মা-ফিদা-য়ান্ হাত্তা-তাদ্বোয়া'আল্ র্হাবু আওযা-রহা-যা-লিক্ অ লাও ইয়াশা-য়ু ল্লা-হু লান্তাছোয়ারা মিন্হুম্ অলা-কিল্ লিইয়াব্লুওয়া বা'দ্বোয়াকুম্ বিবা'দ্ব্ অল্লাযীনা কুতিলূ ফী সাবীলি ল্লা-হি ফালাইঁ ইয়ুদ্বিল্লা আ'মা-লাহুম্।

4 Therefore, when ye meet the Unbelievers (in fight), smite at their necks; At length, when ye have thoroughly subdued them, bind a bond firmly (on them): thereafter (is the time for) either generosity or ransom: Until the war lays down its burdens. Thus (are ye commanded): but if it had been Allah's Will, He could certainly have exacted retribution from them (Himself); but (He lets you fight) in order to test you, some with others. But those who are slain in the Way of Allah, - He will never let their deeds be lost.

5 Soon will He guide them and improve their condition,

6 And admit them to the Garden which He has announced for them.

٧ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِن تَنصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ

٧ يا أيها الذين آمنوا إن تنصروا الله ينصركم ويثبت أقدامكم

7 O ye who believe! If ye will aid (the cause of) Allah, He will aid you, and plant your feet firmly.

٨ والذين كفروا فتعسا لهم وأضل أعمالهم

8 But those who reject (Allah), - for them is destruction, and (Allah) will render their deeds astray (from their mark).

9 That is because they hate the Revelation of Allah; so He has made their deeds fruitless.

١٠ ۞ أَفَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَيَنظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ ۚ دَمَّرَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ ۖ وَلِلْكَافِرِينَ أَمْثَالُهَا

١٠ ۞ أفلم يسيروا في الأرض فينظروا كيف كان عاقبة الذين من قبلهم ۚ دمر الله عليهم ۖ وللكافرين أمثالها

১০ আফালাম্ ইয়াসীরূ ফিল্ র্আদ্বি ফাইয়ান্জুরূ কাইফা কা-না আ'ক্বিবাতুল্লাযীনা মিন্ ক্বব্লিহিম দাম্মারল্লা-হু 'আলাইহিম্ অলিল্কা-ফিরীনা আম্ছা-লুহা-।

10 Do they not travel through the earth, and see what was the End of those before them (who did evil)? Allah brought utter destruction on them, and similar (fates await) those who reject Allah.

١١ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ مَوْلَى الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَأَنَّ الْكَافِرِينَ لَا مَوْلَىٰ لَهُمْ

١١ ذلك بأن الله مولى الذين آمنوا وأن الكافرين لا مولى لهم

১১ যা-লিকা বিআন্নাল্লা-হা মাওলাল্ লাযীনা আ-মানূ অআন্নাল্ কা-ফিরীনা লা-মাওলা-লাহুম্।

11 That is because Allah is the Protector of those who believe, but those who reject Allah have no protector.

١٢ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُدْخِلُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ ۖ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يَتَمَتَّعُونَ وَيَأْكُلُونَ كَمَا تَأْكُلُ الْأَنْعَامُ وَالنَّارُ مَثْوًى لَّهُمْ

١٢ إن الله يدخل الذين آمنوا وعملوا الصالحات جنات تجري من تحتها الأنهار ۖ والذين كفروا يتمتعون ويأكلون كما تأكل الأنعام والنار مثوى لهم

১২ ইন্না ল্লা-হা ইয়ুদ্খিলুল্ লাযীনা আ-মানূ অ'আমিলুছ্ ছোয়া-লিহা-তি জ্বান্না-তিন্ তাজ্ব ্রী মিন্ তাহ্তিহাল্ আন্হার্- অল্লাযীনা কাফারূ ইয়াতামাত্তাঊ'না অ ইয়াকুলূনা কামা-তাকুলুল্ আন্আমু অন্না-রু মাছ্ওয়াল্লাহুম্।

12 Verily Allah will admit those who believe and do righteous deeds, to Gardens beneath which rivers flow; while those who reject Allah will enjoy (this world) and eat as cattle eat; and the Fire will be their abode.

١٣ وَكَأَيِّن مِّن قَرْيَةٍ هِيَ أَشَدُّ قُوَّةً مِّن قَرْيَتِكَ الَّتِي أَخْرَجَتْكَ أَهْلَكْنَاهُمْ فَلَا نَاصِرَ لَهُمْ
Arabic
١٣ وكأين من قرية هي أشد قوة من قريتك التي أخرجتك أهلكناهم فلا ناصر لهم

১৩ অকায়াইঁয়িম্ মিন্ র্ক্বইয়াতিন্ হিয়া আশাদ্দু কুওয়্রাতাম্ মিন্ র্ক্বইয়াতিকাল্ লাতী য় আখ্রজ্বাত্কা আহ্লাক্না-হুম্ ফালা- না-ছিরলাহুম্।

13 And how many cities, with more power than thy city which has driven thee out, have We destroyed (for their sins)? and there was none to aid them.

١٤ أَفَمَن كَانَ عَلَىٰ بَيِّنَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّهِ كَمَن زُيِّنَ لَهُ سُوءُ عَمَلِهِ وَاتَّبَعُوا أَهْوَاءَهُم

١٤ أفمن كان على بينة من ربه كمن زين له سوء عمله واتبعوا أهواءهم

১৪ আফামান্ কা-না 'আলা-বাইয়িনাতিম্ র্মি রব্বিহী কামান্ যুইয়্যিনা লাহূ সূ-য়ু 'আমালিহী অত্তাবা'ঊ য় আহ্ওয়া-য়াহুম্।

14 Is then one who is on a clear (Path) from his Lord, no better than one to whom the evil of his conduct seems pleasing, and such as follow their own lusts?

١٥ مَّثَلُ الْجَنَّةِ الَّتِي وُعِدَ الْمُتَّقُونَ ۖ فِيهَا أَنْهَارٌ مِّن مَّاءٍ غَيْرِ آسِنٍ وَأَنْهَارٌ مِّن لَّبَنٍ لَّمْ يَتَغَيَّرْ طَعْمُهُ وَأَنْهَارٌ مِّنْ خَمْرٍ لَّذَّةٍ لِّلشَّارِبِينَ وَأَنْهَارٌ مِّنْ عَسَلٍ مُّصَفًّى ۖ وَلَهُمْ فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ الثَّمَرَاتِ وَمَغْفِرَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ ۖ كَمَنْ هُوَ خَالِدٌ فِي النَّارِ وَسُقُوا مَاءً حَمِيمًا فَقَطَّعَ أَمْعَاءَهُمْ

١٥ مثل الجنة التي وعد المتقون ۖ فيها أنهار من ماء غير آسن وأنهار من لبن لم يتغير طعمه وأنهار من خمر لذة للشاربين وأنهار من عسل مصفى ۖ ولهم فيها من كل الثمرات ومغفرة من ربهم ۖ كمن هو خالد في النار وسقوا ماء حميما فقطع أمعاءهم

১৫ মাছালুল্ জ্বান্নাতি ল্লাতী উ'ইদাল্ মুত্তাকুন্ ফীহা য় আন্হা-রুম্ মিম্ মা-য়িন গইরি আ-সিনিন্ অআন্হা-রুম্ মিল্লাবানিল্লাম্ ইয়াতাগাইর্য়া ত্বোয়া'মুহূ অআন্হা-রুম্ মিন্ খম্রিল লায্ যাতিল্লিশ্-শা রিবীনা অআন্হা-রুম্ মিন্ 'আসালিম্ মুছোয়াফ্ফা অলাহুম্ ফীহা-মিন্ কুল্লিছ্ ছামার-তি অমাগ্ফিরতুম্ র্মি রব্বিহিম্ কামান্ হুওয়া খ-লিদূন্ ফিন্না-রি অসুকুমা-য়ান্ হামীমান্ ফাক্বতত্বো'আ আম্'আ-য়াহুম্।

15 (Here is) a Parable of the Garden which the righteous are promised: in it are rivers of water incorruptible; rivers of milk of which the taste never changes; rivers of wine, a joy to those who drink; and rivers of honey pure and clear. In it there are for them all kinds of fruits; and Grace from their Lord. (Can those in such Bliss) be compared to such as shall dwell for ever in the Fire, and be given, to drink, boiling water, so that it cuts up their bowels (to pieces)?

١٦ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَسْتَمِعُ إِلَيْكَ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا خَرَجُوا مِنْ عِندِكَ قَالُوا لِلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ مَاذَا قَالَ آنِفًا ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ طَبَعَ اللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَاتَّبَعُوا أَهْوَاءَهُمْ

١٦ ومنهم من يستمع إليك حتى إذا خرجوا من عندك قالوا للذين أوتوا العلم ماذا قال آنفا ۚ أولئك الذين طبع الله على قلوبهم واتبعوا أهواءهم

১৬ অমিন্হুম্ মাইঁ ইয়াস্তামি'উ ইলাইকা হাত্তা য় ইযা-খারাজু মিন্ 'ইন্দিকা ক্ব-লূ লিল্লাযীনা ঊতুল্ 'ইল্মা মা-যা- ক্ব-লা আ-নিফান্ উলা-য়িকাল্ লাযীনা ত্বোয়াবা'আ ল্লা-হু'আলা-কুলূ বিহিম্ অত্তাবাঊ' য় আহ্ওয়া-য়াহুম্।

16 And among them are men who listen to thee, but in the end, when they go out from thee, they say to those who have received Knowledge, "What is it he said just then?" Such are men whose hearts Allah has sealed, and who follow their own lusts.

١٧ وَالَّذِينَ اهْتَدَوْا زَادَهُمْ هُدًى وَآتَاهُمْ تَقْوَاهُمْ
Arabic
١٧ والذين اهتدوا زادهم هدى وآتاهم تقواهم

১৭ অল্লাযী নাহ্ তাদাও যা-দাহুম্ হুদাঁও অআ-তা-হুম্ তাক্ব ওয়া-হুম্।

17 But to those who receive Guidance, He increases the (light of) Guidance, and bestows on them their Piety and Restraint (from evil).

١٨ فَهَلْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا السَّاعَةَ أَن تَأْتِيَهُم بَغْتَةً ۖ فَقَدْ جَاءَ أَشْرَاطُهَا ۚ فَأَنَّىٰ لَهُمْ إِذَا جَاءَتْهُمْ ذِكْرَاهُمْ
Arabic
١٨ فهل ينظرون إلا الساعة أن تأتيهم بغتة ۖ فقد جاء أشراطها ۚ فأنى لهم إذا جاءتهم ذكراهم

১৮ ফাহাল্ ইয়ান্জুরূনা ইল্লাস্ সা-'আতা আন্ তাতিয়াহুম্ বাগ্তাতান্ ফাক্বদ্ জ্বা-য়া আশ্রত্ব ুহা-ফাআন্না-লাহুম্ ইযা-জ্বা-য়াত্হুম্ যিক্র-হুম্।

18 Do they then only wait for the Hour, - that it should come on them of a sudden? But already have come some tokens thereof, and when it (actually) is on them, how can they benefit then by their admonition?

١٩ فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لِذَنبِكَ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مُتَقَلَّبَكُمْ وَمَثْوَاكُمْ
Arabic
١٩ فاعلم أنه لا إله إلا الله واستغفر لذنبك وللمؤمنين والمؤمنات ۗ والله يعلم متقلبكم ومثواكم

১৯ ফা'লাম্ আন্নাহূ লা য় ইলা-হা ইল্লাল্লা-হু অস্তার্গ্ফি লিযাম্বিকা অলিল্মুমিনীনা অল্মুমিনা-ত্ অল্লা-হু ইয়া'লামু মুতাক্বাল্লাবাকুম্ অমাছ্ওয়া-কুম্।

19 Know, therefore, that there is no god but Allah, and ask forgiveness for thy fault, and for the men and women who believe: for Allah knows how ye move about and how ye dwell in your homes.

٢٠ وَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَوْلَا نُزِّلَتْ سُورَةٌ ۖ فَإِذَا أُنزِلَتْ سُورَةٌ مُّحْكَمَةٌ وَذُكِرَ فِيهَا الْقِتَالُ ۙ رَأَيْتَ الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَيْكَ نَظَرَ الْمَغْشِيِّ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الْمَوْتِ ۖ فَأَوْلَىٰ لَهُمْ

٢٠ ويقول الذين آمنوا لولا نزلت سورة ۖ فإذا أنزلت سورة محكمة وذكر فيها القتال ۙ رأيت الذين في قلوبهم مرض ينظرون إليك نظر المغشي عليه من الموت ۖ فأولى لهم

২০ অইয়াকুলুল্ লাযীনা আ-মানূ লাওলা-নুয্যিলাত্ সূরাতুন্ ফাইযা-উন্যিলাত্ সূরতুম্ মুহ্কামাতুঁও অযুকিরা ফীহাল্ ক্বিতা-লু রয়াইতাল্ লাযীনা ফী কুলূ বিহিম্ মারাদ্বুইঁ ইয়ান্জুরূনা ইলাইকা নাজোয়রল্ মাগ্শিয়্যি 'আলাইহি মিনাল্ মাওত্ ফাআওলালাহুম্।

20 Those who believe say, "Why is not a sura sent down (for us)?" But when a sura of basic or categorical meaning is revealed, and fighting is mentioned therein, thou wilt see those in whose hearts is a disease looking at thee with a look of one in swoon at the approach of death. But more fitting for them -

٢١ طَاعَةٌ وَقَوْلٌ مَّعْرُوفٌ ۚ فَإِذَا عَزَمَ الْأَمْرُ فَلَوْ صَدَقُوا اللَّهَ لَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَّهُمْ

٢١ طاعة وقول معروف ۚ فإذا عزم الأمر فلو صدقوا الله لكان خيرا لهم

২১ ত্বোয়া- 'আতুঁও অক্বওলুম্ মা'রূফুন্ ফাইযা- 'আযামাল্ আম্রু ফালাও ছোয়াদাকু ল্লা-হা লাকা-না খাইরল্লা-হুম্।

21 Were it to obey and say what is just, and when a matter is resolved on, it were best for them if they were true to Allah.

٢٢ فَهَلْ عَسَيْتُمْ إِن تَوَلَّيْتُمْ أَن تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَتُقَطِّعُوا أَرْحَامَكُمْ

٢٢ فهل عسيتم إن توليتم أن تفسدوا في الأرض وتقطعوا أرحامكم

২২ ফাহাল্ 'আসাইতুম্ ইন্ তাওয়াল্লাইতুম্ আন্ তুফ্সিদূ ফিল্ র্আদ্বি অতুক্বাত্ব ত্বিঊ' য় র্আহা-মাকুম্।

22 Then, is it to be expected of you, if ye were put in authority, that ye will do mischief in the land, and break your ties of kith and kin?

٢٣ أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ لَعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ فَأَصَمَّهُمْ وَأَعْمَىٰ أَبْصَارَهُمْ

25 Those who turn back as apostates after Guidance was clearly shown to them, - the Evil One has instigated them and busied them up with false hopes.

26 This, because they said to those who hate what Allah has revealed, "We will obey you in part of (this) matter"; but Allah knows their (inner) secrets.

28 This because they followed that which called forth the Wrath of Allah, and they hated Allah's good pleasure; so He made their deeds of no effect.

30 Had We so wiled, We could have shown them up to thee, and thou shouldst have known them by their marks: but surely thou wilt know them by the tone of their speech! And Allah knows all that ye do.

32 Those who reject Allah, hinder (men) from the Path of Allah, and resist the Messenger, after Guidance has been clearly shown to them, will not injure Allah in the least, but He will make their deeds of no effect.

36 The life of this world is but play and amusement: and if ye believe and guard against Evil, He will grant you your recompense, and will not ask you (to give up) your possessions.

38 Behold, ye are those invited to spend (of your substance) in the Way of Allah: But among you are some that are niggardly. But any who are niggardly are so at the expense of their own souls. But Allah is free of all wants, and it is ye that are needy. If ye turn back (from the Path), He will substitute in your stead another people; then they would not be like you!
