بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ وَيْلٌ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُّمَزَةٍ
ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন
দুর্ভোগ প্রত্যেকের, যে পশ্চাতে ও সম্মুখে লোকের নিন্দা করে,

Woe to every (kind of) scandal - monger and - backbiter,
Saheeh International
Woe to every scorner and mocker

وَيْلٌ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُّمَزَةٍ

الَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالًا وَعَدَّدَهُ
ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন
যে অর্থ জমায় ও উহা বারবার গণনা করে;

Who pileth up wealth and layeth it by,
Saheeh International
Who collects wealth and [continuously] counts it.

ٱلَّذِى جَمَعَ مَالًا وَعَدَّدَهُۥ

يَحْسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُ أَخْلَدَهُ
ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন
সে ধারণা করে যে, তাহার অর্থ তাহাকে অমর করিয়া রাখিবে;

Thinking that his wealth would make him last for ever!
Saheeh International
He thinks that his wealth will make him immortal.

يَحْسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُۥٓ أَخْلَدَهُۥ

كَلَّا ۖ لَيُنبَذَنَّ فِي الْحُطَمَةِ
ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন
কখনও না, সে অবশ্যই নিক্ষিপ্ত হইবে হুতামায়;
Yusuf Ali
By no means! He will be sure to be thrown into That which Breaks to Pieces,
Saheeh International
No! He will surely be thrown into the Crusher.

كَلَّا لَيُنۢبَذَنَّ فِى ٱلْحُطَمَةِ

وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْحُطَمَةُ

তুমি কি জান হুতামা কী?

And what will explain to thee That which Breaks to Pieces?
Saheeh International
And what can make you know what is the Crusher?

وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلْحُطَمَةُ

نَارُ اللَّهِ الْمُوقَدَةُ

ইহা র প্রজ্জ্বলিত হুতাশন।

(It is) the Fire of (the Wrath of) Allah kindled (to a blaze),

It is the fire of Allah, [eternally] fueled,

الَّتِي تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى الْأَفْئِدَةِ

যাহা হৃদয়কে গ্রাস করিবে;

The which doth mount (Right) to the Hearts:
Saheeh International
Which mounts directed at the hearts.

ٱلَّتِى تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى ٱلْأَفْـِٔدَةِ

إِنَّهَا عَلَيْهِم مُّؤْصَدَةٌ

নিশ্চয়ই ইহা উহাদেরকে পরিবেষ্টন করিয়া রাখিবে

It shall be made into a vault over them,
Saheeh International
Indeed, Hellfire will be closed down upon them
