Saheeh International
A supplicant asked for a punishment bound to happen

বিসমিল্লাহির রাহমা-নির রাহি-ম সায়ালা সা-য়িলুম্ বি 'আযা-বিওঁ ওয়া- ক্বিই'ল্।

لِّلْكَافِرِينَ لَيْسَ لَهُ دَافِعٌ
Saheeh International
To the disbelievers; of it there is no preventer.

[It is] from Allah, owner of the ways of ascent.

تَعْرُجُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ إِلَيْهِ فِي يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ
Saheeh International
The angels and the Spirit will ascend to Him during a Day the extent of which is fifty thousand years.

তা'রুজুল্ মালা-য়িকাতু র্অরূহু ইলাইহি ফী ইয়াওমিন্ কা-না মিকদা-রুহূ খম্সীনা আল্ফা সানাহ্।

تَعْرُجُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ إِلَيْهِ فِى يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُۥ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ

فَاصْبِرْ صَبْرًا جَمِيلًا
Saheeh International
So be patient with gracious patience.

ফার্ছ্বি ছোয়াব্রন্ জ্বামীলা-।

Indeed, they see it [as] distant,

But We see it [as] near.

يَوْمَ تَكُونُ السَّمَاءُ كَالْمُهْلِ
Saheeh International
On the Day the sky will be like murky oil,

ইয়াওমা তাকূনুস্ সামা-য়ু কাল্ মুহ্লি।

يَوْمَ تَكُونُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ كَٱلْمُهْلِ

وَتَكُونُ الْجِبَالُ كَالْعِهْنِ
Saheeh International
And the mountains will be like wool,

অতাকূনুল্ জ্বিবা-লু কাল্ ইহ্নি।

Saheeh International
And no friend will ask [anything of] a friend,

অলা-ইয়াসয়ালু হামীমুন্ হামীমা-।

يُبَصَّرُونَهُمْ ۚ يَوَدُّ الْمُجْرِمُ لَوْ يَفْتَدِي مِنْ عَذَابِ يَوْمِئِذٍ بِبَنِيهِ
Saheeh International
They will be shown each other. The criminal will wish that he could be ransomed from the punishment of that Day by his children

ইয়ুবাছ্ছোয়ারূনাহুম্ ইয়াওয়াদ্দুল্ মুজরিমু লাও ইয়াফ্তাদী মিন্ 'আযা-বি ইয়াওমায়িযিম্ বিবানীহ।

And his wife and his brother

And his nearest kindred who shelter him

অফাছীলাতিহিল্লাতী তু”ওয়ীহি।

وَمَن فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ يُنجِيهِ
Saheeh International
And whoever is on earth entirely [so] then it could save him.

অমান্ ফিল্ র্আদ্বি জ্বামী'আন্ ছুম্মা ইয়ুন্জ্বীহ।

No! Indeed, it is the Flame [of Hell],

It invites he who turned his back [on truth] and went away [from obedience]

তাদ্'ঊ মান্ আদ্বার অতাওয়াল্লা-।

And collected [wealth] and hoarded.

۞ إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ خُلِقَ هَلُوعًا
Saheeh International
Indeed, mankind was created anxious:

When evil touches him, impatient,

ইযা-মাস্সাহুশ্ র্শারু জ্বাযূআঁও।

And when good touches him, withholding [of it],

For the petitioner and the deprived -

লিস্সা-য়িলি অল্ মাহ্রূম।

وَالَّذِينَ يُصَدِّقُونَ بِيَوْمِ الدِّينِ

And those who believe in the Day of Recompense

অল্লাযীনা ইয়ুছোয়াদ্দিকুনা বিইয়াওমিদ্দীন্।

وَٱلَّذِينَ يُصَدِّقُونَ بِيَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ

وَالَّذِينَ هُم مِّنْ عَذَابِ رَبِّهِم مُّشْفِقُونَ
Saheeh International
And those who are fearful of the punishment of their Lord -

অল্লাযীনা হুম্ মিন্ 'আযা-বি রব্বিহিম্ মুশ্ফিকুন্।

وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم مِّنْ عَذَابِ رَبِّهِم مُّشْفِقُونَ

إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّهِمْ غَيْرُ مَأْمُونٍ
Saheeh International
Indeed, the punishment of their Lord is not that from which one is safe -

ইন্না 'আযা-বা রব্বিহিম্ গইরু মা”মূন্।

إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّهِمْ غَيْرُ مَأْمُونٍ

وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ
Saheeh International
And those who guard their private parts

অল্লাযীনা হুম্ লিফুরূজ্বিহিম্ হাফিজূন্।

وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَٰفِظُونَ

إِلَّا عَلَىٰ أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ
Saheeh International
Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they are not to be blamed -

ইল্লা- 'আলা য় আয্ওয়া জ্বিহিম্ আও মা-মালাকাত্ আইমা -নুহুম্ ফাইন্নাহুম্ গইরু মালূমীন্।

إِلَّا عَلَىٰٓ أَزْوَٰجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ

فَمَنِ ابْتَغَىٰ وَرَاءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ
Saheeh International
But whoever seeks beyond that, then they are the transgressors -

ফামানিব্তাগা-অরা য় য়া যা- লিকা ফাউলা-য়িকা হুমুল্ 'আ-দূন্।

فَمَنِ ٱبْتَغَىٰ وَرَآءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْعَادُونَ

وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَانَاتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَاعُونَ
Saheeh International
And those who are to their trusts and promises attentive
বাংলা উচ্চারণ
অল্লাযীনা হুম্ লিআ মা-না-তিহিম্ অ 'আহ্দিহিম্ রা-'ঊন।

وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَٰنَٰتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَٰعُونَ

وَالَّذِينَ هُم بِشَهَادَاتِهِمْ قَائِمُونَ
Saheeh International
And those who are in their testimonies upright

অল্লাযীনা হুম্ বিশাহা-দা-তিহিম্ ক্ব-য়িমূন্।

وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِشَهَٰدَٰتِهِمْ قَآئِمُونَ
Arabic, with marks
وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ يُحَافِظُونَ
Saheeh International
And those who [carefully] maintain their prayer:
বাংলা উচ্চারণ
অল্লাযীনা হুম্ 'আলা- ছলা-তিহিম্ ইয়ুহা-ফিজুন্।

وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ يُحَافِظُونَ

أُولَٰئِكَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ مُّكْرَمُونَ
Saheeh International
They will be in gardens, honored.

উলা-য়িকা ফী জ্বান্না-তিম্ মুক্রামূন্।

أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ فِى جَنَّٰتٍ مُّكْرَمُونَ

فَمَالِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا قِبَلَكَ مُهْطِعِينَ
Saheeh International
So what is [the matter] with those who disbelieve, hastening [from] before you, [O Muhammad],

ফামা-লিল্লাযীনা কাফারূ ক্বিবালাকা মুহ্ত্বি'ঈন্।

فَمَالِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ قِبَلَكَ مُهْطِعِينَ

عَنِ الْيَمِينِ وَعَنِ الشِّمَالِ عِزِينَ
Saheeh International
[To sit] on [your] right and [your] left in separate groups?

আ'নিল্ ইয়ামীনি অ'আনিশ্ শিমা-লি 'ঈযীন্।

أَيَطْمَعُ كُلُّ امْرِئٍ مِّنْهُمْ أَن يُدْخَلَ جَنَّةَ نَعِيمٍ
Saheeh International
Does every person among them aspire to enter a garden of pleasure?

আইয়াতমা'উ কুল্লুম্ রিয়িম্ মিন্হুম্ আইঁ ইয়ুদখলা জ্বান্নাতা না'ঈমি।

أَيَطْمَعُ كُلُّ ٱمْرِئٍ مِّنْهُمْ أَن يُدْخَلَ جَنَّةَ نَعِيمٍ

كَلَّا ۖ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاهُم مِّمَّا يَعْلَمُونَ
Saheeh International
No! Indeed, We have created them from that which they know.

কাল্লা- ইন্না-খলাকনা-হুম্ মিম্মা-ইয়া'লামূন।

فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشَارِقِ وَالْمَغَارِبِ إِنَّا لَقَادِرُونَ
Saheeh International
So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able

ফালা য় উক্বসিমু বিরব্বিল্ মাশা-রিক্বি অল্ মাগ-রিবি ইন্না-লাক্ব-দিরূন।

فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْمَشَٰرِقِ وَٱلْمَغَٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَٰدِرُونَ

عَلَىٰ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ
Saheeh International
To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone.

'আলা য় আন্ নুবাদ্দিলা খইরম্ মিন্হুম্ অমা- নাহ্নু বিমাস্বূক্বীন্।

عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ

فَذَرْهُمْ يَخُوضُوا وَيَلْعَبُوا حَتَّىٰ يُلَاقُوا يَوْمَهُمُ الَّذِي يُوعَدُونَ
Saheeh International
So leave them to converse vainly and amuse themselves until they meet their Day which they are promised -

ফার্যাহুম্ ইয়াখূদ্বূ অইয়াল্'আবূ হাত্তা-ইয়ুলা-কু ইয়াওমাহুমু ল্লাযী ইয়ূ'আদূনা।

فَذَرْهُمْ يَخُوضُوا۟ وَيَلْعَبُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ يُلَٰقُوا۟ يَوْمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِى يُوعَدُونَ

يَوْمَ يَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ الْأَجْدَاثِ سِرَاعًا كَأَنَّهُمْ إِلَىٰ نُصُبٍ يُوفِضُونَ
Saheeh International
The Day they will emerge from the graves rapidly as if they were, toward an erected idol, hastening.

ইয়াওমা ইয়াখ্রুজুনা মিনাল্ আজদা-ছি সিরা-'আন্ কায়ান্নাহুম্ ইলা-নুছুবিঁই ইয়ূফিদুনা ।

يَوْمَ يَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ ٱلْأَجْدَاثِ سِرَاعًا كَأَنَّهُمْ إِلَىٰ نُصُبٍ يُوفِضُونَ
Arabic, with marks
خَاشِعَةً أَبْصَارُهُمْ تَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةٌ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ الْيَوْمُ الَّذِي كَانُوا يُوعَدُونَ
Saheeh International
Their eyes humbled, humiliation will cover them. That is the Day which they had been promised.
বাংলা উচ্চারণ
খ-শি'আতান্ আব্ছোয়া-রুহুম্ র্তাহাকুহুম্ যিল্লাহ্ যা-লিকাল্ ইয়াওমুল্ লাযী কা-নূ ইয়ূ'আদূন্।

خَٰشِعَةً أَبْصَٰرُهُمْ تَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةٌ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمُ ٱلَّذِى كَانُوا۟ يُوعَدُونَ
