Saheeh International
A supplicant asked for a punishment bound to happen

Es fragt ein Fragesteller nach einer Strafe, die hereinbrechen wird
জহুরুল হক
এক প্রশ্নকারী প্রশ্ন করছে অবধারিত শাস্তি সম্পর্কে - -

سَأَلَ سَآئِلٌۢ بِعَذَابٍ وَاقِعٍ
Arabic, with marks
لِّلْكَافِرِينَ لَيْسَ لَهُ دَافِعٌ
Saheeh International
To the disbelievers; of it there is no preventer.
Deutsch
für die Ungläubigen, (einer Strafe,) die niemand abwehren kann;
জহুরুল হক
অবিশ্বাসীদের জন্য, এর প্রতিরোধকারী কেউ নেই - -

لِّلْكَٰفِرِينَ لَيْسَ لَهُۥ دَافِعٌ
Arabic, with marks
مِّنَ اللَّهِ ذِي الْمَعَارِجِ
Saheeh International
[It is] from Allah, owner of the ways of ascent.

von Allah, dem Besitzer der Aufstiegswege.
জহুরুল হক
র নিকট থেকে, যিনি উন্নয়নের সোপানের অধিকর্তা।

مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ذِى ٱلْمَعَارِجِ
Arabic, with marks
تَعْرُجُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ إِلَيْهِ فِي يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ
Saheeh International
The angels and the Spirit will ascend to Him during a Day the extent of which is fifty thousand years.
Deutsch
Es steigen die Engel und der Geist zu Ihm auf an einem Tag, dessen (Aus)maß fünfzigtausend Jahre ist.
জহুরুল হক
ফিরিশ্তাগণ ও আত্মা তাঁর দিকে আরোহণ করে এমন এক দিনে যার পরিমাপ হলো পঞ্চাশ হাজার বছর।

تَعْرُجُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ إِلَيْهِ فِى يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُۥ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ

فَاصْبِرْ صَبْرًا جَمِيلًا
Saheeh International
So be patient with gracious patience.

Darum sei standhaft in schöner Geduld.
জহুরুল হক
অতএব তুমি অধ্যবসায় চালিয়ে যাও এক সুমহান ধৈর্যধারণে।

فَٱصْبِرْ صَبْرًا جَمِيلًا
Arabic, with marks
إِنَّهُمْ يَرَوْنَهُ بَعِيدًا
Saheeh International
Indeed, they see it [as] distant,

Gewiß, sie sehen sie weit entfernt,
জহুরুল হক
নিঃসন্দেহ তারা একে মনে করে বহু দূরে,

إِنَّهُمْ يَرَوْنَهُۥ بَعِيدًا

وَنَرَاهُ قَرِيبًا
Saheeh International
But We see it [as] near.
Deutsch
Wir aber sehen sie nahe.
জহুরুল হক
কিন্তু আমরা দেখছি এ নিকটে।

وَنَرَىٰهُ قَرِيبًا
Arabic, with marks
يَوْمَ تَكُونُ السَّمَاءُ كَالْمُهْلِ
Saheeh International
On the Day the sky will be like murky oil,

Am Tag, da der Himmel wie siedendes Öl
জহুরুল হক
সেইদিন আকাশ হয়ে যাবে গলানো তামার মতো,

يَوْمَ تَكُونُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ كَٱلْمُهْلِ
Arabic, with marks
وَتَكُونُ الْجِبَالُ كَالْعِهْنِ
Saheeh International
And the mountains will be like wool,

und die Berge wie gefärbte Wolle sein werden
জহুরুল হক
আর পাহাড়গুলো হবে উলের মতো,

وَتَكُونُ ٱلْجِبَالُ كَٱلْعِهْنِ
Arabic, with marks
وَلَا يَسْأَلُ حَمِيمٌ حَمِيمًا
Saheeh International
And no friend will ask [anything of] a friend,

und kein warmherziger Freund seinen Freund (irgend etwas) fragt.
জহুরুল হক
আর কোনো অন্তরঙ্গ বন্ধু জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করবে না অন্তরঙ্গ বন্ধু সন্বন্ধে - -

وَلَا يَسْـَٔلُ حَمِيمٌ حَمِيمًا
Arabic, with marks
يُبَصَّرُونَهُمْ ۚ يَوَدُّ الْمُجْرِمُ لَوْ يَفْتَدِي مِنْ عَذَابِ يَوْمِئِذٍ بِبَنِيهِ
Saheeh International
They will be shown each other. The criminal will wish that he could be ransomed from the punishment of that Day by his children

obwohl sie ihrem Anblick ausgesetzt sein werden. Der Übeltäter hätte es gern, wenn er sich von der Strafe jenes Tages loskaufte mit seinen Söhnen
জহুরুল হক
তাদের পরস্পরকে দৃষ্টিগোচরে রাখা হবে। অপরাধী ব্যক্তি শাস্তি থেকে সেইদিন মুক্তিলাভ করতে চাইবে তার সন্তানদের বিনিময়ে,

يُبَصَّرُونَهُمْ يَوَدُّ ٱلْمُجْرِمُ لَوْ يَفْتَدِى مِنْ عَذَابِ يَوْمِئِذٍۭ بِبَنِيهِ

وَصَاحِبَتِهِ وَأَخِيهِ
Saheeh International
And his wife and his brother

und seiner Gefährtin und seinem Bruder
জহুরুল হক
আর তার সহধর্মিণীর ও তার ভাইয়ের,

وَصَٰحِبَتِهِۦ وَأَخِيهِ
Arabic, with marks
وَفَصِيلَتِهِ الَّتِي تُؤْوِيهِ
Saheeh International
And his nearest kindred who shelter him

und seiner Familie, die ihn aufgenommen hat,
জহুরুল হক
আর তার নিকট - আত্মীয়ের যারা তাকে আশ্রয় দিত,

وَفَصِيلَتِهِ ٱلَّتِى تُـْٔوِيهِ
Arabic, with marks
وَمَن فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ يُنجِيهِ
Saheeh International
And whoever is on earth entirely [so] then it could save him.

und allen, die auf der Erde sind. (Er wünscht,) dies möge ihn hierauf retten.
জহুরুল হক
আর যা - কিছু আছে পৃথিবীতে সে - সমস্তটাই, - - যেন তাকে মুক্তি দেওয়া হয়।

وَمَن فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ يُنجِيهِ
Arabic, with marks
كَلَّا ۖ إِنَّهَا لَظَىٰ
Saheeh International
No! Indeed, it is the Flame [of Hell],

Keineswegs! Es ist doch ein loderndes Feuer,
জহুরুল হক
কখনোই নয়! নিঃসন্দেহ এটি এক শিখায়িত আগুন, - -

كَلَّآ إِنَّهَا لَظَىٰ

نَزَّاعَةً لِّلشَّوَىٰ
Saheeh International
A remover of exteriors.

das die Kopfhaut abzieht',
জহুরুল হক
চামড়া ঝলসিয়ে খসাতে উদগ্রীব, - -

نَزَّاعَةً لِّلشَّوَىٰ
Arabic, with marks
تَدْعُو مَنْ أَدْبَرَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ
Saheeh International
It invites he who turned his back [on truth] and went away [from obedience]

das (den) rufen wird, wer den Rücken kehrt und sich abkehrt,
জহুরুল হক
এ ডাকবে তাকে যে পালিয়েছিল ও ফিরে গিয়েছিল,

تَدْعُوا۟ مَنْ أَدْبَرَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ
Arabic, with marks
وَجَمَعَ فَأَوْعَىٰ
Saheeh International
And collected [wealth] and hoarded.
Deutsch
(Besitz) zusammenträgt und dann in Behältern hortet.
জহুরুল হক
আর জমা করেছিল এবং আটকে রেখেছিল।

وَجَمَعَ فَأَوْعَىٰٓ
Arabic, with marks
۞ إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ خُلِقَ هَلُوعًا
Saheeh International
Indeed, mankind was created anxious:

Gewiß, der Mensch ist als kleinmütig erschaffen.

নিঃসন্দেহ মানুষের বেলা - - তাকে সৃষ্টি করা হয়েছে ব্যস্তসমস্ত করে,

إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ خُلِقَ هَلُوعًا
Arabic, with marks
إِذَا مَسَّهُ الشَّرُّ جَزُوعًا
Saheeh International
When evil touches him, impatient,

Wenn ihm Schlechtes widerfährt, ist er sehr mutlos;
জহুরুল হক
যখন খারাপ অবস্থা তাকে স্পর্শ করে তখন অতীব ব্যথাতুর,

إِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلشَّرُّ جَزُوعًا
Arabic, with marks
وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ الْخَيْرُ مَنُوعًا
Saheeh International
And when good touches him, withholding [of it],

und wenn ihm Gutes widerfährt, (ist er) ein stetiger Verweigerer,
জহুরুল হক
আর যখন সচ্ছলতা তাকে স্পর্শ করে তখন হাড় - কিপটে,

وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلْخَيْرُ مَنُوعًا

إِلَّا الْمُصَلِّينَ
Saheeh International
Except the observers of prayer -

außer den Betenden,
জহুরুল হক
তারা ব্যতীত যারা মুছল্লী, - -

إِلَّا ٱلْمُصَلِّينَ
Arabic, with marks
الَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ دَائِمُونَ
Saheeh International
Those who are constant in their prayer

diejenigen, die in ihrem Gebet beharrlich sind
জহুরুল হক
যারা তাদের নামাযের প্রতি স্বতঃনিষ্ঠাবান,

ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ دَآئِمُونَ
Arabic, with marks
وَالَّذِينَ فِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ
Saheeh International
And those within whose wealth is a known right

und die ein festgesetztes Recht an ihrem Besitz (zugestehen)
জহুরুল হক
আর যারা তাদের ধনসম্পত্তিতে নির্দিষ্ট অধিকার রেখেছে - -

وَٱلَّذِينَ فِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ
Arabic, with marks
لِّلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ
Saheeh International
For the petitioner and the deprived -

dem Bettler und dem Unbemittelten
জহুরুল হক
ভিখারির ও বঞ্চিতের জন্য,

لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ
Arabic, with marks
وَالَّذِينَ يُصَدِّقُونَ بِيَوْمِ الدِّينِ
Saheeh International
And those who believe in the Day of Recompense

und die den Tag des Gerichts für wahr halten
জহুরুল হক
আর যারা বিচারের দিনকে সত্য বলে গ্রহণ করে,

وَٱلَّذِينَ يُصَدِّقُونَ بِيَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ
Arabic, with marks
وَالَّذِينَ هُم مِّنْ عَذَابِ رَبِّهِم مُّشْفِقُونَ
Saheeh International
And those who are fearful of the punishment of their Lord -

und diejenigen, die wegen der Strafe ihres Herrn besorgt sind,
জহুরুল হক
আর যারা তাদের প্রভুর শাস্তি সম্পর্কে খোদ ভীতসন্ত্রস্ত, - -

وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم مِّنْ عَذَابِ رَبِّهِم مُّشْفِقُونَ
Arabic, with marks
إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّهِمْ غَيْرُ مَأْمُونٍ
Saheeh International
Indeed, the punishment of their Lord is not that from which one is safe -
Deutsch
- denn gewiß, vor der Strafe ihres Herrn (kann) sich niemand sicher glauben,
জহুরুল হক
নিশ্চয় তাদের প্রভুর শাস্তি প্রশান্তিদায়ক নয়;

إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّهِمْ غَيْرُ مَأْمُونٍ
Arabic, with marks
وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ
Saheeh International
And those who guard their private parts

- und diejenigen, die ihre Scham hüten,
জহুরুল হক
আর যারা নিজেরাই তাদের আঙ্গিক - কর্তব্যাবলী সম্পর্কে যত্নবান, - -

وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَٰفِظُونَ
Arabic, with marks
إِلَّا عَلَىٰ أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ
Saheeh International
Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they are not to be blamed -
Deutsch
außer gegenüber ihren Gattinnen oder was ihre rechte Hand (an Sklavinnen) besitzt, denn sie sind (hierin) nicht zu tadeln,
জহুরুল হক
তবে নিজেদের দম্পতি অথবা তাদের ডানহাত যাদের ধরে রেখেছে তাদের ছাড়া, কেননা সেক্ষেত্রে তারা নিন্দনীয় নহে,

إِلَّا عَلَىٰٓ أَزْوَٰجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ
Arabic, with marks
فَمَنِ ابْتَغَىٰ وَرَاءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ
Saheeh International
But whoever seeks beyond that, then they are the transgressors -
Deutsch
- wer aber darüber hinaus (etwas) begehrt, das sind die Übertreter,
জহুরুল হক
কিন্তু যে এর বাইরে যাওয়া কামনা করে তাহলে তারা নিজেরাই হবে সীমালংঘনকারী।

فَمَنِ ٱبْتَغَىٰ وَرَآءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْعَادُونَ
Arabic, with marks
وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَانَاتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَاعُونَ
Saheeh International
And those who are to their trusts and promises attentive

- und diejenigen, die auf die ihnen anvertrauten Güter und ihre Verpflichtung achtgeben,
জহুরুল হক
আর যারা খোদ তাদের আমানত সন্বন্ধে ও তাদের অংগীকার সন্বন্ধে সজাগ থাকে,

وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَٰنَٰتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَٰعُونَ
Arabic, with marks
وَالَّذِينَ هُم بِشَهَادَاتِهِمْ قَائِمُونَ
Saheeh International
And those who are in their testimonies upright
Deutsch
und diejenigen, die ihr Zeugnis in Aufrichtigkeit ablegen,
জহুরুল হক
আর যারা স্বয়ং তাদের সাক্ষ্যদানে সুপ্রতিষ্ঠিত,

وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِشَهَٰدَٰتِهِمْ قَآئِمُونَ
Arabic, with marks
وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ يُحَافِظُونَ
Saheeh International
And those who [carefully] maintain their prayer:
Deutsch
und diejenigen, die ihr Gebet einhalten.
জহুরুল হক
আর যারা নিজেরা তাদের সন্বন্ধে সদা যত্নবান,

وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ يُحَافِظُونَ
Arabic, with marks
أُولَٰئِكَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ مُّكْرَمُونَ
Saheeh International
They will be in gardens, honored.

Jene werden sich in Gärten befinden und (darin) geehrt.
জহুরুল হক
তারাই থাকবে জান্নাতে পরম সম্মানিত অবস্থায়।

أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ فِى جَنَّٰتٍ مُّكْرَمُونَ
Arabic, with marks
فَمَالِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا قِبَلَكَ مُهْطِعِينَ
Saheeh International
So what is [the matter] with those who disbelieve, hastening [from] before you, [O Muhammad],

Was ist mit denjenigen, die ungläubig sind, daß sie hastig auf dich zukommen
জহুরুল হক
কিন্তু কি হয়েছে তাদের যারা অবিশ্বাস পোষণ করে, যে তারা তোমার দিকে উদগ্রীব হয়ে ছুটে আসছে - -

فَمَالِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ قِبَلَكَ مُهْطِعِينَ
Arabic, with marks
عَنِ الْيَمِينِ وَعَنِ الشِّمَالِ عِزِينَ
Saheeh International
[To sit] on [your] right and [your] left in separate groups?

rechts und links, in Gruppen aufgeteilt?
জহুরুল হক
ডান দিক থেকে ও বাম দিক থেকে, দলেদলে?

عَنِ ٱلْيَمِينِ وَعَنِ ٱلشِّمَالِ عِزِينَ
Arabic, with marks
أَيَطْمَعُ كُلُّ امْرِئٍ مِّنْهُمْ أَن يُدْخَلَ جَنَّةَ نَعِيمٍ
Saheeh International
Does every person among them aspire to enter a garden of pleasure?
Deutsch
Begehrt (etwa) jedermann von ihnen, in einen Garten der Wonne eingelassen zu werden?
জহুরুল হক
তাদের মধ্যের প্রত্যেক লোকই কি আশা করে যে তাকে প্রবেশ করানো হবে আনন্দময় উদ্যানে?

أَيَطْمَعُ كُلُّ ٱمْرِئٍ مِّنْهُمْ أَن يُدْخَلَ جَنَّةَ نَعِيمٍ
Arabic, with marks
كَلَّا ۖ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاهُم مِّمَّا يَعْلَمُونَ
Saheeh International
No! Indeed, We have created them from that which they know.
Deutsch
Keineswegs! Wir haben sie doch aus dem erschaffen, was sie wissen.
জহুরুল হক
কখনই না। নিঃসন্দেহ আমরা কি দিয়ে তাদের গড়েছি তা তারা জানে।

كَلَّآ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَٰهُم مِّمَّا يَعْلَمُونَ
Arabic, with marks
فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشَارِقِ وَالْمَغَارِبِ إِنَّا لَقَادِرُونَ
Saheeh International
So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able

Nein! Ich schwöre beim Herrn der Osten und der Westen, Wir haben fürwahr die Macht dazu,
জহুরুল হক
কিন্তু না, আমি উদয়াচলের ও অস্তাচলের প্রভুর নামে শপথ করছি যে আমরা আলবৎ সমর্থ - -

فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْمَشَٰرِقِ وَٱلْمَغَٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَٰدِرُونَ
Arabic, with marks
عَلَىٰ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ
Saheeh International
To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone.
Deutsch
daß Wir sie durch bessere als sie austauschen. Und niemand kann Uns zuvorkommen.
জহুরুল হক
যে আমরা তাদের চেয়ে ভালোদের দিয়ে বদলে দেব, আর আমরা পরাজিত হবার নই।

عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ
Arabic, with marks
فَذَرْهُمْ يَخُوضُوا وَيَلْعَبُوا حَتَّىٰ يُلَاقُوا يَوْمَهُمُ الَّذِي يُوعَدُونَ
Saheeh International
So leave them to converse vainly and amuse themselves until they meet their Day which they are promised -
Deutsch
So lasse sie nur schweifende Gespräche führen und ihr Spiel treiben, bis sie ihrem Tag begegnen, der ihnen angedroht ist,
জহুরুল হক
সেজন্য তাদের ছেড়ে দাও গল্পগুজব ও খেলাধুলো করতে যে পর্যন্ত না তারা তাদের সেই দিনটির সাক্ষাৎ পায় যার সন্বন্ধে তাদের ওয়াদা করা হয়েছিল, - -

فَذَرْهُمْ يَخُوضُوا۟ وَيَلْعَبُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ يُلَٰقُوا۟ يَوْمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِى يُوعَدُونَ
Arabic, with marks
يَوْمَ يَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ الْأَجْدَاثِ سِرَاعًا كَأَنَّهُمْ إِلَىٰ نُصُبٍ يُوفِضُونَ
Saheeh International
The Day they will emerge from the graves rapidly as if they were, toward an erected idol, hastening.
Deutsch
dem Tag, da sie aus den Gräbern eilig herauskommen werden, als würden sie hastig zu einem aufgerichteten Opferstein laufen,
জহুরুল হক
সেইদিন তারা কবরগুলো থেকে বেরিয়ে আসবে ব্যস্তসমস্ত হয়ে, যেন তারা একটি লক্ষ্যস্থলের দিকে ধাবিত হয়েছে,

يَوْمَ يَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ ٱلْأَجْدَاثِ سِرَاعًا كَأَنَّهُمْ إِلَىٰ نُصُبٍ يُوفِضُونَ
Arabic, with marks
خَاشِعَةً أَبْصَارُهُمْ تَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةٌ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ الْيَوْمُ الَّذِي كَانُوا يُوعَدُونَ
Saheeh International
Their eyes humbled, humiliation will cover them. That is the Day which they had been promised.
Deutsch
mit demütigen Blicken, bedeckt mit Erniedrigung. Das ist der Tag, der ihnen immer wieder angedroht wurde.
জহুরুল হক
তাদের চোখ হবে অবনত, হীনতা তাদের আচ্ছন্ন করবে। এমনটাই সেইদিন যার বিষয়ে তাদের ওয়াদা করা হয়েছিল।

خَٰشِعَةً أَبْصَٰرُهُمْ تَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةٌ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمُ ٱلَّذِى كَانُوا۟ يُوعَدُونَ
