Sie fragen dich nach der (zugedachten) Beute. Sag: Die (zugedachte) Beute gehört Allah und dem Gesandten. So fürchtet Allah und stiftet Frieden untereinander, und gehorcht Allah und Seinem Gesandten, wenn ihr gläubig seid!

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. They ask thee (O Muhammad) of the spoils of war. Say: The spoils of war belong to Allah and the messenger, so keep your duty to Allah, and adjust the matter of your difference, and obey Allah and His messenger, if ye are (true) believers.

তারা তোমাকে যুদ্ধে - লব্ধ ধনসম্পদ সন্বন্ধে জিজ্ঞাসা করছে। বলো - - ''যুদ্ধে - লব্ধ ধনসম্পত্তি ও রসূলের জন্য। সুতরাং কে তোমরা ভয়ভক্তি করো, আর তোমাদের নিজেদের মধ্যে সাব স্থাপন করো, আর ও তাঁর রসূলকে মেনে চলো যদি তোমরা হও।’’

Die (wahren) Gläubigen sind ja diejenigen, deren Herzen sich vor Ehrfurcht regen, wenn Allahs gedacht wird, und die, wenn ihnen Seine Zeichen verlesen werden, es ihren Glauben mehrt, und die sich auf ihren Herrn verlassen,

They only are the (true) believers whose hearts feel fear when Allah is mentioned, and when His revelations are recited unto them they increase their faith, and who trust in their Lord;

তো কেবল তারাই যাদের হৃদয় ভয়ে কাঁপে যখন র কথা বলা হয়, আর যখন তাদের কাছে তাঁর বাণীসমূহ পাঠ করা হয় তা তাদের জন্য ধর্মবিশ্বাস বাড়িয়ে দেয়, আর তাদের প্রভুর উপরেই তারা নির্ভর করে, - -
Deutsch
die das Gebet verrichten und von dem, womit Wir sie versorgt haben, ausgeben.

Who establish worship and spend of that We have bestowed on them.
জহুরুল হক
যারা কায়েম করে আর আমরা তাদের যা রিযেক দিয়েছি তা থেকে তারা খরচ করে থাকে।
Deutsch
Das sind die wahren Gläubigen. Für sie gibt es bei ihrem Herrn Rangstufen und Vergebung und ehrenvolle Versorgung.

Those are they who are in truth believers. For them are grades (of honour) with their Lord, and pardon, and a bountiful provision.
জহুরুল হক
তারা নিজেরাই হচ্ছে সত্যিকারের । তাদের জন্য রয়েছে তাদের প্রভুর কাছে মর্যাদার স্তরসমূহ, আর পরিত্রাণ ও সম্মানজনক জীবিকা।
Deutsch
So wie dein Herr dich aus deinem Haus hinausziehen ließ mit der Wahrheit, während es einer Gruppe der Gläubigen wahrlich zuwider war,

Even as thy Lord caused thee (Muhammad) to go forth from thy home with the Truth, and lo! a party of the believers were averse (to it).
জহুরুল হক
যেমন, - - তোমার প্রভু তোমাকে তোমার বাড়িঘর থেকে বের ক’রে আনলেন সত্যের সাথে, যদিও মুমিনদের মধ্যের একটি দল অবশ্যই ছিল বিরূপভাবাপন্ন।
Deutsch
und sie mit dir über die Wahrheit stritten, nachdem (es) klargeworden war, als ob sie in den Tod getrieben würden, während sie zuschauten.

Disputing with thee of the Truth after it had been made manifest, as if they were being driven to death visible.
জহুরুল হক
তারা তোমার সঙ্গে সত্য সন্বন্ধে বিতর্ক করছিল তা সুস্পষ্ট হবার পরেও, যেন তারা মৃত্যুর দিকে তাড়িত হচ্ছিল, আর তারা তাকিয়ে রয়েছিল।
Deutsch
Und als Allah euch versprach, daß die eine der beiden Gruppen euch gehören sollte, und ihr (es) lieber gehabt hättet, daß diejenige ohne Kampfkraft euer sein sollte! Aber Allah will mit Seinen Worten die Wahrheit bestätigen und die Rückkehr der Ungläubigen abschneiden,

And when Allah promised you one of the two bands (of the enemy) that it should be yours, and ye longed that other than the armed one might be yours. And Allah willed that He should cause the Truth to triumph by His words, and cut the root of the disbelievers;

আর স্মরণ করো! তোমাদের প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়েছিলেন দুই দলের একটি সন্বন্ধে যে তা তোমাদের হবে, আর তোমরা চেয়েছিলে যা অস্ত্রসজ্জিত নয় তাই তোমাদের হোক, অথচ চেয়েছিলেন যেন সত্য সত্য প্রতিপন্ন হয় তাঁর বাণীর দ্বারা, আর যেন তিনি অবিশ্বাসীদের শিকড় কেটে দেন - -

um die Wahrheit zu bestätigen und das Falsche zunichte zu machen, auch wenn es den Übeltätern zuwider ist.

That He might cause the Truth to triumph and bring vanity to naught, however much the guilty might oppose;
জহুরুল হক
যেন তিনি সত্যকে সত্য প্রতিপন্ন করেন ও মিথ্যাকে বাতিল করে দেন, যদিও অপরাধীরা তা অপছন্দ করে।’’
Deutsch
(Gedenke) als ihr euren Herrn um Hilfe anrieft. Da erhörte Er euch: "Ich werde euch mit Tausend von den Engeln unterstützen, hintereinander reitend."

When ye sought help of your Lord and He answered you (saying): I will help you with a thousand of the angels, rank on rank.
জহুরুল হক
স্মরণ করো! তোমরা তোমাদের প্রভুর সাহায্য প্রার্থনা করেছিলে, তাই তিনি তোমাদের প্রতি সাড়া দিয়েছিলেন - - ''আমি নিশ্চয়ই তোমাদের সাহায্য করবো অক্ষুন্ন পরম্পরায় আগত ফিরিশ্তাদের একহাজার জন দিয়ে।’’
Deutsch
Allah machte es nur zu einer frohen Botschaft und damit eure Herzen dadurch Ruhe fänden. Der Sieg kommt ja nur von Allah. Gewiß, Allah ist Allmächtig und Allweise.

Allah appointed it only as good tidings, and that your hearts thereby might be at rest. Victory cometh only by the help of Allah. Lo! Allah is Mighty, Wise.
জহুরুল হক
আর এটি করেন নি সুসংবাদ দান ছাড়া আর যেন এর দ্বারা তোমাদের হৃদয় প্রশান্তি লাভ করে, আর সাহায্য তো আসে না র কাছ থেকে ছাড়া। নিঃসন্দেহ হচ্ছেন মহাশক্তিশালী, পরমজ্ঞানী।
Deutsch
Als Er Schläfrigkeit euch überkommen ließ als (Gefühl der) Sicherheit von Ihm und Wasser vom Himmel auf euch herabsandte, um euch damit zu reinigen und das Unheil des Satans von euch zu entfernen und um eure Herzen zu stärken und (eure) Füße damit zu festigen.

When He made the slumber fall upon you as a reassurance from him and sent down water from the sky upon you, that thereby He might purify you, and remove from you the fear of Satan, and make strong your hearts and firm (your) feet thereby.
জহুরুল হক
স্মরণ করো! তিনি তোমাদের উপরে প্রশান্তি এনেছিলেন তাঁর তরফ থকে স্বস্তিরূপে, আর তিনি তোমাদের উপরে আকাশ থেকে বর্ষণ করলেন বৃষ্টি, যেন তিনি এর দ্বারা তোমাদের পরিস্কার করতে পারেন, আর যেন তোমাদের থেকে দূর করতে পারেন শয়তানের নোংরামি, আর যেন তিনি তোমাদের অন্তরে বলসঞ্চার করতে পারেন, আর যেন এর দ্বারা পদক্ষেপ দৃঢ়প্রতিষ্ঠিত করতে পারেন।
Deutsch
Als dein Herr den Engeln eingab: "Gewiß, Ich bin mit euch. So festigt diejenigen, die glauben! Ich werde in die Herzen derer, die ungläubig sind, Schrecken einjagen. So schlagt oberhalb der Nacken und schlagt von ihnen jeden Finger!"

When thy Lord inspired the angels, (saying): I am with you. So make those who believe stand firm. I will throw fear into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Then smite the necks and smite of them each finger.

স্মরণ করো! তোমার প্রভু ফিরিশ্তাদের কাছে প্রেরণা দিলেন - - ''আমি নিশ্চয়ই তোমাদের সাথে আছি, কাজেই যারা ঈমান এনেছে তাদের সুপ্রতিষ্ঠিত করো। আমি অচিরেই তাদের অন্তরে ভীতি সঞ্চার করবো যারা অবিশ্বাস পোষণ করে, অতএব ঘাড়ের উপরে আঘাত করো আর তাদের থেকে সমস্ত প্রত্যঙ্গ কেটে ফেলো।’’
Deutsch
Dies dafür, daß sie Allah und Seinem Gesandten entgegenwirkten. Wer Allah und Seinem Gesandten entgegenwirkt, - gewiß, Allah ist streng im Bestrafen.
Pickthall
That is because they opposed Allah and His messenger. Whoso opposeth Allah and His messenger, (for him) lo! Allah is severe in punishment.
জহুরুল হক
এটি এইজন্য যে তারা ও তাঁর রসূলের বিরোধিতা করে, আর যে কেউ ও রসূলের বিরুদ্ধে দাঁড়ায় - - তবে নিশ্চয়ই শাস্তিদানে কঠোর।
Deutsch
Das (ist eure Strafe dafür), so kostet sie! Und (wisset,) daß es für die Ungläubigen die Strafe des (Höllen)feuers geben wird.

That (is the award), so taste it, and (know) that for disbelievers is the torment of the Fire.

''এটিই তোমাদের জন্য! অতএব এর আস্বাদ গ্রহণ করো! আর অবিশ্বাসীদের জন্য নিশ্চয়ই রয়েছে আগুনের শাস্তি।’’
Deutsch
O die ihr glaubt, wenn ihr auf die, die ungläubig sind, trefft, während sie (zur Schlacht) anrücken, dann kehrt ihnen nicht den Rücken.
Pickthall
O ye who believe! When ye meet those who disbelieve in battle, turn not your backs to them.
জহুরুল হক
ওহে যারা ঈমান এনেছ! যারা অবিশ্বাস পোষণ করে তাদের যখন তোমরা দেখা পাও যুদ্ধযাত্রা করছে তখন তাদের দিকে পিঠ ফেরাবে না।
Deutsch
Wer ihnen an jenem Tag den Rücken kehrt - außer, er setzt sich ab zum Kampf, oder er schließt sich einer (anderen) Schar an -, zieht sich fürwahr Zorn von Allah zu, und sein Zufluchtsort ist die Hölle - ein schlimmer Ausgang!

Whoso on that day turneth his back to them, unless manoeuvring for battle or intent to join a company, he truly hath incurred wrath from Allah, and his habitation will be hell, a hapless journey's end.
জহুরুল হক
আর যে কেউ সেইদিন তার পিঠ ফেরাবে - - যুদ্ধের কেশল অবলন্বন ব্যতীত, অথবা দলে যোগ দেবার জন্যে, - - সে তাহলে নিশ্চয়ই র ক্রোধ অর্জন করবে, আর তার আশ্রয় হবে জাহান্নাম, আর তা হচ্ছে নিকৃষ্ট গন্তব্যস্থল!
Deutsch
Nicht ihr habt sie getötet, sondern Allah hat sie getötet. Und nicht du hast geworfen, als du geworfen hast, sondern Allah hat geworfen, und damit Er die Gläubigen einer schönen Prüfung von Ihm unterziehe. Gewiß, Allah ist Allhörend und Allwissend.

Ye (Muslims) slew them not, but Allah slew them. And thou (Muhammad) threwest not when thou didst throw, but Allah threw, that He might test the believers by a fair test from Him. Lo! Allah is Hearer, Knower.
জহুরুল হক
অতএব তোমরা তাদের বধ করো নি, বরং ই তাদের বধ করেছেন। আর তুমি ছুঁড়ে মারো নি যখন তুমি নিক্ষেপ করেছিলে বরং ই নিক্ষেপ করেছিলেন, আর যেন তিনি বিশ্বাসীদের প্রদান করেন তাঁর নিজের থেকে এক উত্তম পুরস্কার। নিঃসন্দেহ সর্বশ্রোতা, সর্বজ্ঞাতা।

Das (ist eure Prüfung), und (wisset), daß Allah die List der Ungläubigen abschwächt!

That (is the case); and (know) that Allah (it is) Who maketh weak the plan of disbelievers.
জহুরুল হক
এটিই তোমাদের জন্য! আর অবশ্যই অবিশ্বাসীদের চক্রান্ত দুর্বলকারী।
Deutsch
Wenn ihr nach einer Entscheidung sucht, so ist nunmehr die Entscheidung zu euch gekommen. Und wenn ihr aufhört, so ist es besser für euch. Aber wenn ihr (dazu) zurückkehrt, kehren Wir (auch) zurück. Und eure Schar wird euch nichts nützen, auch wenn sie zahlreich sein sollte. Und (wisset,) daß Allah mit den Gläubigen ist!

(O Qureysh!) If ye sought a judgment, now hath the judgment come unto you. And if ye cease (from persecuting the believers) it will be better for you, but if ye return (to the attack) We also shall return. And your host will avail you naught, however numerous it be, and (know) that Allah is with the believers (in His Guidance).
জহুরুল হক
তোমরা যখন বিজয় - কামনা করেছিলে তখন তোমাদের কাছে আলবৎ চূড়ান্ত বিজয় এসেছে। আর যদি তোমরা বিরত হও তবে তা হবে তোমাদের জন্য ভালো, কিন্তু যদি তোমরা ফিরে আসো, আমরাও ফিরে আসবো, আর তোমাদের ফৌজ তোমাদের কোনো কাজে আসবে না, যদিও তা সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠ হোক। আর নিঃসন্দেহ মুমিনদেরই সাথে রয়েছেন।

O die ihr glaubt, gehorcht Allah und Seinem Gesandten, und kehrt euch nicht von ihm ab, wo ihr doch hört!

O ye who believe! Obey Allah and His messenger, and turn not away from him when ye hear (him speak).
জহুরুল হক
ওহে যারা ঈমান এনেছ! ও তাঁর রসূলের আজ্ঞাপালন করো, আর তাঁর থেকে ফিরে যেও না যখন তোমরা শোনো।

Und seid nicht wie diejenigen, die sagen: "Wir hören", wo sie doch nicht hören!

Be not as those who say, we hear, and they hear not.
জহুরুল হক
আর তোমরা তাদের মতো হয়ো না যারা বলেছিল - - ''আমরা শুনলাম’’, কিন্তু তারা শোনে নি।
Deutsch
Gewiß, die schlimmsten Tiere bei Allah sind die tauben und stummen, die nicht begreifen'.
Pickthall
Lo! the worst of beasts in Allah's sight are the deaf, the dumb, who have no sense.
জহুরুল হক
নিঃসন্দেহ র নিকট নিকৃষ্টতম জীব হচ্ছে - - বধির বোবা - - যারা বোঝে না।
Deutsch
Wenn Allah von ihnen etwas Gutes gewußt hätte, hätte Er sie wahrlich hören lassen. Und wenn Er sie hätte hören lassen, so hätten sie sich dennoch widerstrebend abgekehrt.

Had Allah known of any good in them He would have made them hear, but had He made them hear they would have turned away, averse.
জহুরুল হক
আর যদি তাদের মধ্যে ভালো কিছু জানতেন তবে তিনি আলবৎ তাদের শোনাতেন। কিন্তু যদিও তিনি তাদের শোনাতেন তবু তারা ফিরে যেতো, যেহেতু তারা বিমুখ।

O die ihr glaubt, leistet Allah und dem Gesandten Folge, wenn er euch zu dem aufruft, was euch Leben gibt. Und wisset, daß Allah zwischen dem Menschen und seinem Herzen trennt und daß ihr zu Ihm versammelt werdet!

O ye who believe! Obey Allah, and the messenger when He calleth you to that which quickeneth you, and know that Allah cometh in between the man and his own heart, and that He it is unto Whom ye will be gathered.
জহুরুল হক
ওহে যারা ঈমান এনেছ! ও রসূলের প্রতি সাড়া দাও যখন তিনি তোমাদের আহ্বান করেন তাতে যা তোমাদের জীবন দান করে। আর জানো যে মানুষের ও তার অন্তঃকরণের মাঝখানে বিরাজ করছেন, আর নিঃসন্দেহ তিনি - - তাঁরই কাছে তোমাদের একত্রিত করা হবে।

Und hütet euch vor einer Versuchung, die nicht nur besonders diejenigen von euch treffen wird, die Unrecht taten. Und wisset, daß Allah streng im Bestrafen ist!

And guard yourselves against a chastisement which cannot fall exclusively on those of you who are wrong - doers, and know that Allah is severe in punishment.
জহুরুল হক
আর ধর্মভীরুতা অবলন্বন করো সেই বিপদ সন্বন্ধে যা তোমাদের মধ্যের যারা অত্যাচারী শুধুমাত্র তাদের উপরেই পড়ে না। আর জেনে রেখো যে আলবৎ প্রতিফল দানে কঠোর।
Deutsch
Und gedenkt, als ihr wenige wart und auf der Erde unterdrückt wurdet und fürchtetet, daß euch die Menschen wegschnappen würden! Da hat Er euch Zuflucht gewährt, euch mit Seiner Hilfe gestärkt und euch mit (einigen von) den guten Dingen versorgt, auf daß ihr dankbar sein möget.

And remember, when ye were few and reckoned feeble in the land, and were in fear lest men should extirpate you, how He gave you refuge, and strengthened you with His help, and made provision of good things for you, that haply ye might be thankful.
জহুরুল হক
আর স্মরণ করো! যখন তোমরা ছিলে স্বল্পসংখ্যক, দুনিয়াতে তোমরা দুর্বলরূপে পরিগণিত হতে, তোমরা ভয় করতে যে লোকেরা তোমাদের আচমকা ধরে নিয়ে যাবে, তখন তিনি তোমাদের আশ্রয় দেন, আর তোমাদের বলবৃদ্ধি করেন তাঁর সাহায্যের দ্বারা, আর তোমাদের জীবিকা দান করলেন উত্তম বিষয় - বস্তু থেকে, যেন তোমরা ধন্যবাদ জানাতে পারো।
Deutsch
O die ihr glaubt, verratet nicht Allah und den Gesandten, und handelt nicht verräterisch in Bezug auf die euch anvertrauten Güter, wo ihr wisset!

O ye who believe! Betray not Allah and His messenger, nor knowingly betray your trusts.
জহুরুল হক
ওহে যারা ঈমান এনেছ! ও রসূলের প্রতি বিশ্বাসভঙ্গ করো না, আর না তোমাদের আমানত খিয়ানত করবে, - - তাও তোমরা জেনে - শুনে।
Deutsch
Und wißt, daß euer Besitz und eure Kinder eine Versuchung sind und daß es bei Allah großartigen Lohn gibt!

And know that your possessions and your children are a test, and that with Allah is immense reward.
জহুরুল হক
আর জেনে রেখো যে নিঃসন্দেহ তোমাদের ধনদৌলত ও তোমাদের সন্তানসন্ততি তোমাদের জন্য এক পরীক্ষা, আর নিঃ সন্দেহ - - তাঁরই কাছে রয়েছে বিরাট পুরস্কার।

O die ihr glaubt, wenn ihr Allah fürchtet, bestimmt Er euch eine Unterscheidung(snorm), tilgt euch eure bösen Taten und vergibt euch. Und Allah besitzt große Huld.
Pickthall
O ye who believe! If ye keep your duty to Allah, He will give you discrimination (between right and wrong) and will rid you of your evil thoughts and deeds, and will forgive you. Allah is of Infinite Bounty.
জহুরুল হক
ওহে যারা ঈমান এনেছ! তোমরা যদি কে ভয়ভক্তি করো তবে তিনি তোমাদের দেবেন , আর তোমাদের থেকে তোমাদের মন্দ ঘুচিয়ে দেবেন, আর তোমাদের পরিত্রাণ করবেন। আর বিপুল কল্যাণের অধিকর্তা।
Deutsch
Und als diejenigen, die ungläubig sind, gegen dich Ränke schmiedeten, um dich festzusetzen oder zu töten oder zu vertreiben. Sie schmiedeten Ränke, und (auch) Allah schmiedete Ränke. Aber Allah ist der beste Ränkeschmied.

And when those who disbelieve plot against thee (O Muhammad) to wound thee fatally, or to kill thee or to drive thee forth; they plot, but Allah (also) plotteth; and Allah is the best of plotters.
জহুরুল হক
আর স্মরণ করো! যারা অবিশ্বাস পোষণ করে তারা তোমার বিরুদ্ধে ষড়যন্ত্র করেছিল যে তারা তোমাকে আটক করবে, অথবা তারা তোমাকে হত্যা করবে, অথবা তারা তোমাকে নির্বাসিত করবে। আর তারা ষড়যন্ত্র করেছিল, আর ও পরিকল্পনা করেছিলেন। আর পরিকল্পনাকারীদের মধ্যে ই শ্রেষ্ঠ।

Und wenn ihnen Unsere Zeichen verlesen werden, sagen sie: "Wir haben es bereits gehört. Wenn wir wollten, könnten wir fürwahr etwas Gleichartiges sagen. Das sind nur Fabeln der Früheren."

And when Our revelations are recited unto them they say: We have heard. If we wish we can speak the like of this. Lo! this is naught but fables of the men of old.

আর যখন তাদের কাছে আমাদের বাণী পড়ে শোনানো হয় তারা বলে - - ''আমরা ইতিমধ্যেই শুনেছি, আমরাও ইচ্ছা করলে এর ন্যায় অবশ্যই বলতে পারি, এ তো পুরাকালের উপকথা বৈ নয়’’।

Und als sie sagten: "O Allah, wenn dies tatsächlich die Wahrheit von Dir ist, dann lasse auf uns Steine vom Himmel regnen, oder bringe schmerzhafte Strafe über uns!"

And when they said: O Allah! If this be indeed the truth from Thee, then rain down stones on us or bring on us some painful doom!

আরও স্মরণ করো! তারা বলেছিল - - ''হে , এই যদি তোমার কাছ থেকে আসা যথার্থ সত্য হয় তবে আমাদের উপরে আকাশ থেকে পাথর বর্ষণ করো কিংবা আমাদের কাছে মর্মন্তুদ শাস্তি নিয়ে এস!’’
Deutsch
Aber Allah würde sie nimmer strafen, solange du unter ihnen bist; und Allah würde sie nimmer strafen, solange sie um Vergebung bitten.

But Allah would not punish them while thou wast with them, nor will He punish them while they seek forgiveness.
জহুরুল হক
আর তাদের শাস্তি দেবেন না যতক্ষণ তুমি তাদের মধ্যে রয়েছে। আর এরূপ নন যে তিনি তাদের শাস্তিদাতা হবেন যখন তারা ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করে।

Und was haben sie nun, daß Allah sie nicht strafen sollte, wo sie (euch) von der geschützten Gebetsstätte abhalten? Und sie waren nicht ihre Beschützer. Ihre Beschützer sind ja nur die Gottesfürchtigen'! Aber die meisten von ihnen wissen nicht.

What (plea) have they that Allah should not punish them, when they debar (His servants) from the Inviolable Place of Worship, though they are not its fitting guardians. Its fitting guardians are those only who keep their duty to Allah. But most of them know not.

আর কি তাদের থাকতে পারে যে তাদের শাস্তি দেবেন না যখন তারা পবিত্র মসজিদ থেকে বাধা দেয়, অথচ তারা এর তত্ত্বাবধায়ক হতে পারে না। এর তত্ত্বাবধায়ক হচ্ছে শুধু মুত্তকীরা, কিন্তু তাদের অধিকাংশই জানে না।

Und ihr Gebet beim Haus ist nur Pfeifen und Klatschen. Kostet nun die Strafe dafür, daß ihr stets ungläubig wart.

And their worship at the (holy) House is naught but whistling and hand - clapping. Therefore (it is said unto them): Taste of the doom because ye disbelieve.

Diejenigen, die ungläubig sind, geben ihren Besitz aus, um von Allahs Weg abzuhalten. Sie werden ihn ausgeben, und hierauf wird es eine gramvolle Reue für sie sein. Hierauf werden sie besiegt werden. Und diejenigen, die ungläubig sind, werden zur Hölle versammelt werden,

Lo! those who disbelieve spend their wealth in order that they may debar (men) from the way of Allah. They will spend it, then it will become an anguish for them, then they will be conquered. And those who disbelieve will be gathered unto hell,

নিঃসন্দেহ যারা অবিশ্বাস পোষণ করে তারা তাদের ধনসম্পত্তি খরচ করে র পথ থেকে বাধা দেবার জন্যে। তারা এটা খরচ করবেই, তারপর এটি হবে তাদের জন্য মনস্তাপের কারণ, তারপর তাদের পরাজিত করা হবে। আর যারা অবিশ্বাস পোষণ করে তাদের জাহান্নামের দিকে একত্রিত করা হবে, - -

damit Allah das Schlechte vom Guten sondere und das Schlechte übereinander tue, es alles zusammenhäufe und in die Hölle bringe. Das sind die Verlierer.

That Allah may separate the wicked from the good, The wicked will He place piece upon piece, and heap them all together, and consign them unto hell. Such verily are the losers.

যেন পৃথক করতে পারেন মন্দকে ভালো থেকে, আর মন্দকে তিনি স্থাপন করবেন তাদের একটিকে অন্যটির উপরে, তারপর সবটাকে তিনি একত্রে স্তূপীকৃত করবেন এবং তাকে ফেলবেন জাহান্নামে। তারা নিজেরাই হচ্ছে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।

Sag zu denen, die ungläubig sind: Wenn sie aufhören, wird ihnen vergeben, was bereits vergangen ist. Wenn sie aber (dazu) zurückkehren, - so hat sich schon die Gesetzmäßigkeit an den Früheren vollzogen.

Tell those who disbelieve that if they cease (from persecution of believers) that which is past will be forgiven them; but if they return (thereto) then the example of the men of old hath already gone (before them, for a warning).

যারা অবিশ্বাস পোষণ করে তাদের বলো - - যদি তারা নিবৃত্ত হয় তবে যা গত হয়ে গেছে তা তাদের ক্ষমা করা হবে, আর যদি তারা ফিরে যায় তবে পূর্ববর্তীদের ঘটনাবলী ইতিপূর্বে ঘটে গেছে।

Und kämpft gegen sie, bis es keine Verfolgung mehr gibt und (bis) die Religion gänzlich Allahs ist. Wenn sie jedoch aufhören, so sieht Allah wohl, was sie tun.

And fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is all for Allah. But if they cease, then lo! Allah is Seer of what they do.

আর তোমরা তাদের বিরুদ্ধে সংগ্রাম করতে থাকবে যতক্ষণ উৎপীড়ন আর না থাকে, আর ধর্ম তো সামগ্রিকভাবে র জন্যেই হবে। অতএব যদি তারা বিরত হয় তবে তারা যা করে নিশ্চয়ই তার দর্শক।

Und wenn sie sich abkehren, so wisset, daß Allah euer Schutzherr ist. Wie trefflich ist der Schutzherr, und wie trefflich ist der Helfer!

And if they turn away, then know that Allah is your Befriender - a Transcendent Patron, a Transcendent Helper!

কিন্তু যদি তারা ফিরে যায় তবে জেনে রেখো যে নিঃসন্দেহ তোমাদের অভিভাবক, - - কতো উত্তম অভিভাবক ও উত্তম সাহায্যকারী!

Und wisset: Was immer ihr erbeutet, so gehört Allah ein Fünftel davon und dem Gesandten, und den Verwandten, den Waisen, den Armen und dem Sohn des Weges, wenn ihr an Allah glaubt und an das, was Wir auf Unseren Diener am Tag der Unterscheidung (als Offenbarung) hinabgesandt haben, an dem Tag, da die beiden Heere aufeinandertrafen. Und Allah hat zu allem die Macht.

And know that whatever ye take as spoils of war, lo! a fifth thereof is for Allah, and for the messenger and for the kinsman (who hath need) and orphans and the needy and the wayfarer, if ye believe in Allah and that which We revealed unto Our slave on the Day of Discrimination, the day when the two armies met. And Allah is Able to do all things.

আর জেনে রেখো যা কিছু তোমরা যুদ্ধক্ষেত্রে লাভ করো তার পঞ্চমাংশ তাহলে র, জন্য যথা রসূলের জন্য, আর নিকটাত্মীয়ের জন্য, আর এতীমদের, মিসকিনদের, ও পথচারীদের জন্য, যদি তোমরা বিশ্বাস করো তে আর তাতে যা আমরা আমাদের বান্দার কাছে অবতারণ করেছি সেই ফুরকানের দিনে, যেদিন দুই দল মুখোমুখি হয়েছিল। আর সব - কিছুর উপরে সর্বশক্তিমান।

Als ihr auf der näheren Talseite wart, sie auf der ferneren Talseite und die Karawane unterhalb von euch. Und wenn ihr euch verabredet hättet, wäret ihr über die Verabredung fürwahr uneinig gewesen, aber (es geschah so), damit Allah eine Angelegenheit entscheide, die ausgeführt werden sollte, damit, wer umkam, auf Grund eines klaren Beweises umkäme, und wer am Leben bliebe, auf Grund eines klaren Beweises am Leben bliebe. Allah ist wahrlich Allhörend und Allwissend.

When ye were on the near bank (of the valley) and they were on the yonder bank, and the caravan was below you (on the coast plain). And had ye trysted to meet one another ye surely would have failed to keep the tryst, but (it happened, as it did, without the forethought of either of you) that Allah might conclude a thing that must be done; that he who perished (on that day) might perish by a clear proof (of His Sovereignty) and he who survived might survive by a clear proof (of His Sovereignty). Lo! Allah in truth is Hearer, Knower.

স্মরণ করো! তোমরা ছিলে উপত্যকার নিকট প্রান্তে আর তারা উপত্যকার দূর প্রান্তে, আর কাফেলা ছিল তোমাদের চেয়ে নিন্ম ভূমিতে। আর যদি তোমরা পরস্পরের মধ্যে কোনো বন্দোবস্ত করে থাকতে তবে এ সিদ্ধান্তে তোমরা মতভেদ করতে, কিন্তু - - যেন ব্যাপার একটা ঘটাতে পারেন যেটা ঘটেই গেছে, যেন যার ধ্বংস হবার সে ধ্বংস হতে পারে স্পষ্ট প্রমাণের ফলে, আর যার বাঁচবার সে বাঁচতে পারে স্পষ্ট প্রমাণের ফলে। আর নিঃসন্দেহ অবশ্যই সর্বশ্রোতা, সর্বজ্ঞাতা।

Als Allah sie dir in deinem Schlaf als wenige zeigte -, und wenn Er sie dir als viele gezeigt hätte, hättet ihr wahrlich den Mut verloren und über die Angelegenheit miteinander gestritten. Aber Allah hat (euch) bewahrt. Gewiß, Er weiß über das Innerste der Brüste Bescheid.

When Allah showed them unto thee (O Muhammad) in thy dream as few in number, and if He had shown them to thee as many, ye (Muslims) would have faltered and would have quarrelled over the affair. But Allah saved (you). Lo! He knoweth what is in the breasts (of men).

স্মরণ করো! তোমার কাছে তাদের দেখিয়েছিলেন তোমার স্বরে মধ্যে অল্পসংখ্যক। আর তিনি যদি তোমার কাছে তাদের দেখাতেন বহুসংখ্যক তবে তোমরা অবশ্যই দুর্বল - চিত্ত হয়ে পড়তে এবং ব্যাপারটি সন্বন্ধে তোমরা তর্কবিতর্ক করতে, কিন্তু রক্ষা করেছেন। নিঃসন্দেহ তিনি বিশেষভাবে অবহিত আছেন বুকের ভেতরে যা রয়েছে সে - সন্বন্ধে।

Und als Er sie euch, als ihr aufeinandertraft, in euren Augen als wenige erscheinen ließ, und (auch) euch in ihren Augen weniger machte, damit Allah eine Angelegenheit entscheide, die ausgeführt werden sollte. Und zu Allah werden (all) die Angelegenheiten zurückgebracht.

And when He made you (Muslims), when ye met (them), see them with your eyes as few, and lessened you in their eyes, (it was) that Allah might conclude a thing that must be done. Unto Allah all things are brought back.

আর স্মরণ করো! তিনি তোমাদের কাছে তাদের দেখিয়ে - ছিলেন, যখন তোমরা মুখোমুখি হয়েছিলে, তোমাদের চোখে অল্পসংখ্যক, আর তিনি তোমাদের করেছিলেন স্বল্পসংখ্যক তাদের চোখে, এইজন্য যেন ব্যাপার একটা ঘটাতে পারেন যা ঘটেই গেছে। আর র কাছেই সব ব্যাপার ফিরিয়ে আনা হয়।

O die ihr glaubt, wenn ihr auf eine Schar trefft, so steht fest und gedenkt Allahs häufig, auf daß es euch wohl ergehen möge!

O ye who believe! When ye meet an army, hold firm and think of Allah much, that ye may be .

ওহে যারা ঈমান এনেছ! তোমরা যখন কোনো সৈন্যদলের সম্মুখীন হও তখন দৃঢ়সংকল্প হবে, আর কে বেশী ক’রে স্মরণ করবে যেন তোমরা হও।

Und gehorcht Allah und Seinem Gesandten, und streitet nicht miteinander, sonst würdet ihr den Mut verlieren, und eure Kraft würde vergehen! Und seid standhaft! Gewiß, Allah ist mit den Standhaften.

And obey Allah and His messenger, and dispute not one with another lest ye falter and your strength depart from you; but be steadfast! Lo! Allah is with the steadfast.

আর ও তাঁর রসূলকে মেনে চলো, আর বিবাদ করো না পাছে তোমরা দুর্বলচিত্ত হও, ও তোমাদের বায়ুপ্রবাহ চলে যাক, আর অধ্যবসায় অবলন্বন করো। নিঃসন্দেহ অধ্যবসায়ীদের সাথে রয়েছেন।

Und seid nicht wie diejenigen, die aus ihren Wohnstätten hinauszogen, in Übermut und aus Augendienerei vor den Menschen, und die von Allahs Weg abhalten. Allah umfaßt, was sie tun.

Be not as those who came forth from their dwellings boastfully and to be seen of men, and debar (men) from the way of Allah, while Allah is surrounding all they do.

আর তোমরা তাদের মতো হয়ো না যারা তাদের ঘর থেকে বেরিয়েছিল গর্বভরে ও লোক দেখানোর জন্যে, আর বাধা দেয় র পথ থেকে। আর তারা যা করে তা ঘিরে রয়েছেন।

Und als der Satan ihnen ihre Werke ausschmückte und sagte: "Es gibt heute keinen unter den Menschen, der euch besiegen könnte. Und ich bin euch ein Beschützer. Als aber die beiden Scharen einander sahen, machte er auf seinen Fersen kehrt und sagte: "Gewiß, ich sage mich von euch los. Ich sehe, was ihr nicht seht. Ich fürchte Allah. Und Allah ist streng im Bestrafen."

And when Satan made their deeds seem fair to them and said: No - one of mankind can conquer you this day, for I am your protector. But when the armies came in sight of one another, he took flight, saying: Lo! I am guiltless of you. Lo! I see that which ye see not. Lo! I fear Allah. And Allah is severe in punishment.

আর স্মরণ করো! শয়তানটি তাদের কার্যাবলী তাদের কাছে চিত্তাকর্ষক করেছিল ও বলেছিল - - ''আজকের দিনে লোকদের মধ্যে কেউই তোমাদের উপরে বিজয়ী হতে পারবে না, আর নিঃসন্দেহ আমি তো রয়েছি তোমাদের সাহায্যকারী।’’ কিন্তু তারপর যখন দুই সৈন্যদলে দেখাদেখি হলো, সে তার গোড়ালির উপরে মোড় ফেরালো আর বললে - - ''আমি আলবৎ তোমাদের থেকে বিদায়, আমি নিঃসন্দেহ দেখতে পাচ্ছি যা তোমরা দেখছো না, আমি অবশ্যই কে ভয় করি, আর প্রতিফল দানে অতি কঠোর।’’

Als die Heuchler und diejenigen, in deren Herzen Krankheit ist, sagten: "Getäuscht hat diese da ihre Religion!" Wer sich aber auf Allah verläßt, - so ist Allah Allmächtig und Allwissend.

When the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease said: Their religion hath deluded these. Whoso putteth his trust in Allah (will find that) lo! Allah is Mighty, Wise.

স্মরণ করো! কপটরা আর যাদের অন্তরে ব্যাধি রয়েছে তারা বলে - - ''তাদের ধর্মই তাদের বিভ্রান্ত করেছে।’’ বস্তুত যে কেউ র উপরে নির্ভর করে, তবে নিঃসন্দেহ মহাশক্তিশালী, পরমজ্ঞানী।

Und wenn du sehen würdest, wenn die Engel diejenigen abberufen, die ungläubig sind, wobei sie sie ins Gesicht und auf den Rücken schlagen und (sagen): "Kostet die Strafe des Brennens!

If thou couldst see how the angels receive those who disbelieve, smiting faces and their backs and (saying): Taste the punishment of burning!

আর তুমি যদি দেখতে পেতে যখন যারা অবিশ্বাস পোষণ করে তাদের প্রাণ হরণ করছে, ফিরিশ্তারা আঘাত করছে তাদের মুখে ও তাদের পিঠে, আর - - ''পোড়ার যন্ত্রণা আস্বাদ করো!’’

Dies (geschieht) wegen dessen, was eure Hände vorausgeschickt haben, und deshalb, weil Allah keiner ist, der den Menschen Unrecht zufügt."

This is for that which your own hands have sent before (to the Judgment), and (know) that Allah is not a tyrant to His slaves.

''এ এ - জন্য যা তোমাদের হাত আগবাড়িয়ে দিয়েছিল, আর কখনো বান্দাদের প্রতি অত্যাচারী নন।’’

Nach der Art der Leute Fir'auns und derjenigen vor ihnen: Sie verleugneten Allahs Zeichen, und da ergriff Allah sie für ihre Sünden. Gewiß, Allah ist Stark und streng im Bestrafen.

(Their way is) as the way of Pharaoh's folk and those before them; they disbelieved the revelations of Allah, and Allah took them in their sins. Lo! Allah is Strong, severe in punishment.

ফিরআউনের সাঙ্গপাঙ্গদের অবস্থায় ন্যায় আর যারা তাদের পূর্ববর্তী ছিল। তারা র নিদর্শনসমূহ প্রত্যাখ্যান করেছিল, তাই তাদের পাকড়াও করলেন তাদের পাপের দরুন। নিঃসন্দেহ অসীম ক্ষমতাশালী, প্রতিফল দানে অতি কঠোর।

Dies, weil Allah nimmer eine Gunst, die Er einem Volk erwiesen hat, ändert, bis sie das ändern, was in ihnen selbst ist, und weil Allah Allhörend und Allwissend ist.

That is because Allah never changeth the grace He hath bestowed on any people until they first change that which is in their hearts, and (that is) because Allah is Hearer, Knower.

এ এজন্য যে অনুগ্রহ পরিবর্তনকারী হোন না যা কোনো জাতির প্রতি তিনি অর্পণ করেছেন, যতক্ষণ না তারা নিজেরা সে - সব বদলিয়ে ফেলে। আর নিঃসন্দেহ সর্বশ্রোতা, সর্বজ্ঞাতা।

Nach der Art der Leute Fir'auns und derjenigen vor ihnen: Sie erklärten die Zeichen ihres Herrn für Lüge, und da vernichteten Wir sie für ihre Sünden, und Wir ließen die Leute Fir'auns ertrinken. Sie alle waren ungerecht.

(Their way is) as the way of Pharaoh's folk and those before them; they denied the revelations of their Lord, so We destroyed them in their sins. And We drowned the folk of Pharaoh. All were evil - doers.

ফিরআউনের গোষ্ঠীর অবস্থার ন্যায় আর যারা তাদের পূর্ববর্তী ছিল। তারা তাদের প্রভুর বাণীসমূহে মিথ্যারোপ করেছিল, কাজেই তাদের পাপের দরুন আমরা তাদের ধ্বংস করেছিলাম আর ফিরআউনের সাঙ্গোপাঙ্গদের আমরা ডুবিয়ে দিয়েছিলাম, আর তারা সবাই ছিল অত্যাচারী।

Gewiß, die schlimmsten Tiere bei Allah sind die, die ungläubig sind und (auch) weiterhin nicht glauben,

Lo! the worst of beasts in Allah's sight are the ungrateful who will not believe.

নিঃসন্দেহ র কাছে নিকৃষ্টতম জীব হচ্ছে তারা যারা অবিশ্বাস পোষণ করে, কাজেই তারা ঈমান আনে না ।

mit denen du eine Verpflichtung eingegangen bist, die aber dann ihre Verpflichtung jedesmal brechen und nicht gottesfürchtig sind.

Those of them with whom thou madest a treaty, and then at every opportunity they break their treaty, and they keep not duty (to Allah).

ওদের মধ্যে যাদের সঙ্গে তুমি চুক্তি সম্পাদন করো, - - তারপর তারা তাদের চুক্তি প্রত্যেক বারেই ভঙ্গ করে, আর তারা ভয়ভক্তি করে না।

Wenn du nun auf sie im Krieg triffst, dann verscheuche mit ihnen diejenigen, die hinter ihnen stehen, auf daß sie bedenken mögen.

If thou comest on them in the war, deal with them so as to strike fear in those who are behind them, that haply they may remember.

সুতরাং যুদ্ধের মধ্যে যদি তাদের করায়ত্ত করো তবে তাদের দ্বারা যারা তাদের পশ্চাদনুসরণ করে তাদের বিধবস্ত করো, যেন তারা সতর্কতা অবলন্বন করে।

Und wenn du dann von irgendwelchen Leuten Verrat befürchtest, so verwirf ihnen (die Verpflichtung) in gleicher Weise. Gewiß, Allah liebt nicht die Verräter.

And if thou fearest treachery from any folk, then throw back to them (their treaty) fairly. Lo! Allah loveth not the treacherous.

আর যদি তুমি কোনো দল থেকে বিশ্বাসঘাতকতার আশঙ্কা করো, তবে ছোঁড়ে দাও তাদের দিকে সমান - সমানভাবে। নিঃসন্দেহ বিশ্বাসঘাতকদের ভালোবাসেন না।

Und diejenigen, die ungläubig sind, sollen ja nicht meinen, sie könnten zuvorkommen. Sie werden sich (Mir) gewiß nicht entziehen.

And let not those who disbelieve suppose that they can outstrip (Allah's Purpose). Lo! they cannot escape.

আর যারা অবিশ্বাস পোষণ করে তারা যেন না ভাবে যে তারা ডিঙিয়ে যেতে পারবে। নিঃসন্দেহ তারা পরিত্রাণ পাবে না।

Und haltet für sie bereit, was ihr an Kraft und an kampfbereiten Pferden (haben) könnt, um damit den Feinden Allahs und euren Feinden Angst zu machen, sowie anderen außer ihnen, die ihr nicht kennt; Allah aber kennt sie! Und was immer ihr auf Allahs Weg ausgebt, wird euch in vollem Maß zukommen, und es wird euch kein Unrecht zugefügt.

Make ready for them all thou canst of (armed) force and of horses tethered, that thereby ye may dismay the enemy of Allah and your enemy, and others beside them whom ye know not. Allah knoweth them. Whatsoever ye spend in the way of Allah it will be repaid to you in full, and ye will not be wronged.

আর তোমরা তাদের বিরুদ্ধে প্রস্তুত রাখবে যা - কিছুতে তোমরা সমর্থ হও - - শৌর্য - বীর্যে ও হৃস্পুষ্ট ঘোড়াগুলোয়, - - তার দ্বারা ভীত - সন্ত্রস্ত রাখবে র শত্রুদের তথা তোমাদের শত্রুদের, আর তাদের ছাড়া অন্যদেরও, তাদের তোমরা জানো না, তাদের জানেন। আর যা - কিছু তোমরা র পথে ব্যয় করবে তা তোমাদের পুরোপুরি প্রতিদান দেওয়া হবে, আর তোমরা অত্যাচারিত হবে না।

Und wenn sie sich dem Frieden zuneigen, dann neige auch du dich ihm zu und verlasse dich auf Allah! Gewiß, Er ist ja der Allhörende und Allwissende.

And if they incline to peace, incline thou also to it, and trust in Allah. Lo! He, even He, is the Hearer, the Knower.

আর যদি তারা শান্তির দিকে ঝোঁকে তবে তুমিও এর দিকে ঝুকঁবে, আর র প্রতি নির্ভর করো। নিঃসন্দেহ তিনিই সর্বশ্রোতা, সর্বজ্ঞাতা।

Und wenn sie dich betrügen wollen - gewiß, so ist deine Genüge Allah. Er ist es, Der dich mit Seiner Hilfe und mit den Gläubigen gestärkt hat.

And if they would deceive thee, then lo! Allah is Sufficient for thee. He it is Who supporteth thee with His help and with the believers,

আর যদি তারা চায় যে তারা তোমাকে ফাঁকি দেবে, তবে নিঃসন্দেহ তোমার জন্য যথেষ্ট। তিনিই সেই জন যিনি তোমাকে বলীয়ান করেন তাঁর সহায়তার দ্বারা আর মুমিনদের দ্বারা।

Und Er hat ihre Herzen zusammengefügt. Wenn du alles, was auf der Erde ist, (dafür) ausgegeben hättest, hättest du ihre Herzen nicht zusammenfügen können. Aber Allah hat sie zusammengefügt. Gewiß, Er ist Allmächtig und Allweise.

And (as for the believers) hath attuned their hearts. If thou hadst spent all that is in the earth thou couldst not have attuned their hearts, but Allah hath attuned them. Lo! He is Mighty, Wise.

আর তাদের হৃদয়ের মধ্যে তিনি প্রীতি স্থাপন করেছেন। তুমি যদি পৃথিবীতে যা আছে তার সবটাই খরচ করতে তবু তুমি তাদের হৃদয়ের মধ্যে সম্প্রীতি স্থাপন করতে পারতে না, কিন্তু তাদের মধ্যে প্রীতি স্থাপন করেছেন। নিঃসন্দেহ তিনি মহাশক্তিশালী, পরমজ্ঞানী।

O Prophet, deine Genüge ist Allah und (auch) derer von den Gläubigen, die dir folgen.

O Prophet! Allah is Sufficient for thee and those who follow thee of the believers.

হে প্রিয় নবী! ই তোমার জন্য আর সেইসব মুমিনদের জন্য যথেষ্ট যারা তোমার অনুসরণ করে।

O Prophet, sporne die Gläubigen zum Kampf an! Wenn es unter euch zwanzig Standhafte gibt, werden sie zweihundert besiegen. Und wenn es unter euch hundert gibt, werden sie Tausend von denen, die ungläubig sind, besiegen, weil sie Leute sind, die nicht verstehen.

O Prophet! Exhort the believers to fight. If there be of you twenty steadfast they shall overcome two hundred, and if there be of you a hundred (steadfast) they shall overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they (the disbelievers) are a folk without intelligence.

হে প্রিয় নবী! মুমিনদের যুদ্ধের জন্য উৎসাহিত করো। যদি তোমাদের মধ্যে কুড়িজন ধৈর্যশীল থাকে তবে তারা দু’শ জনকে পরাজিত করবে, আর যদি তোমাদের মধ্যে একশত জন থাকে তবে তারা পরাজিত করবে যারা অবিশ্বাস পোষণ করে তাদের একহাজার জনকে, যেহেতু তারা হচ্ছে একটি সম্প্রদায় যারা বোঝে না।

Jetzt (aber) hat Allah es euch leicht gemacht. Er weiß ja, daß in euch Schwaches (angelegt) ist. Wenn es nun unter euch hundert Standhafte gibt, werden sie zweihundert besiegen, und wenn es unter euch Tausend gibt, werden sie Zweitausend besiegen, mit Allahs Erlaubnis. Allah ist mit den Standhaften.

Now hath Allah lightened your burden, for He knoweth that there is weakness in you. So if there be of you a steadfast hundred they shall overcome two hundred, and if there be of you a thousand (steadfast) they shall overcome two thousand by permission of Allah. Allah is with the steadfast.

এখনকার সময়ে তোমাদের বোঝা হাল্কা করেছেন, কেননা তিনি জানেন যে তোমাদের মধ্যে দুর্বলতা আছে। সেজন্য যদি তোমাদের মধ্যে একশত জন ধৈর্যশীল থাকে তবে তারা দু’শ জনকে পরাজিত করবে, আর যদি তোমাদের মধ্যে একহাজার জন থাকে তবে তারা র অনুমতিক্রমে দুইহাজারকে পরাজিত করবে। আর ধৈর্যশীলদের সাথে রয়েছেন।

Es steht keinem Propheten zu, Gefangene zu haben, bis er (den Feind überall) im Land schwer niedergekämpft hat. Ihr wollt Glücksgüter des Diesseitigen, aber Allah will das Jenseits. Allah ist Allmächtig und Allweise.

It is not for any prophet to have captives until he hath made slaughter in the land. Ye desire the lure of this world and Allah desireth (for you) the Hereafter, and Allah is Mighty, Wise.

একজন নবীর জন্য সংগত নয় যে তাঁর জন্য বন্দীদের রাখা হোক যে পর্যন্ত না তিনি দেশে জয়লাভ করেছেন। তোমরা চাও পার্থিব সম্পদ, অথচ চান পরলোক। আর মহাশক্তিশালী, পরমজ্ঞানী।

Wenn nicht von Allah eine früher ergangene Bestimmung wäre, würde euch für das, was ihr genommen habt, wahrlich gewaltige Strafe widerfahren.

Had it not been for an ordinance of Allah which had gone before, an awful doom had come upon you on account of what ye took.

যদি র তরফ থেকে বিধান না থাকতো যা পূর্বেই উল্লেখ হয়েছে, তবে তোমরা যা গ্রহণ করতে যাচ্ছিলে সেজন্য তোমাদের উপরে পড়তো এক বিরাট শাস্তি।
Deutsch
Eßt nun von dem, was ihr erbeutet habt, als etwas Erlaubtes und Gutes, und fürchtet Allah! Gewiß, Allah ist Allvergebend und Barmherzig.

Now enjoy what ye have won, as lawful and good, and keep your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

অতএব ভোগ করো যে - সব বৈধ ও পবিত্র দ্রব্য তোমরা যুদ্ধক্ষেত্রে সংগ্রহ করেছ, আর কে ভয়ভক্তি করো। নিঃসন্দেহ পরিত্রাণকারী, অফুরন্ত ফলদাতা।

O Prophet, sag zu denen von den Gefangenen (, die sich) in euren Händen (befinden): "Wenn Allah in euren Herzen etwas Gutes weiß, wird Er euch etwas Besseres geben als das, was euch genommen worden ist, und wird euch vergeben. Allah ist Allvergebend und Barmherzig."

O Prophet! Say unto those captives who are in your hands: If Allah knoweth any good in your hearts He will give you better than that which hath been taken from you, and will forgive you. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

হে প্রিয় নবী! তোমাদের হাতে বন্দীদের যারা আছে তাদের বলো - - '' যদি তোমাদের হৃদয়ে ভালো কিছু জানতে পারেন তবে তিনি তোমাদের দান করবেন আরো ভালো কিছু যা তোমাদের কাছ থেকে নেয়া হয়েছে তা থেকেও, আর তিনি তোমাদের পরিত্রাণ করবেন। আর পরিত্রাণকারী, অফুরন্ত ফলদাতা।’’

Und wenn sie dich verraten wollen, so haben sie schon zuvor Allah verraten, und dann hat Er (euch) Macht über sie gegeben. Allah ist Allwissend und Allweise.

And if they would betray thee, they betrayed Allah before, and He gave (thee) power over them. Allah is Knower, Wise.

কিন্তু যদি তারা চায় তোমার প্রতি বিশ্বাসঘাতকতা করতে, তবে এর আগেও তারা অবশ্যই র প্রতি বিশ্বাসভঙ্গ করেছে, সুতরাং তিনি কর্তৃত্ব দিলেন তাদের অনেকের উপরে। আর সর্বজ্ঞাতা, পরমজ্ঞানী।

Gewiß, diejenigen, die glauben und ausgewandert sind und sich mit ihrem Besitz und ihrer eigenen Person auf Allahs Weg abgemüht haben, und diejenigen, die (jenen) Zuflucht gewährt und (ihnen) geholfen haben, sie sind einer des anderen Schutzherren. Zu denjenigen aber, die glauben und nicht ausgewandert sind, habt ihr kein Schutzverhältnis, bis sie auswandern. Wenn sie euch jedoch um der (euch gemeinsamen) Religion willen um Hilfe bitten, dann obliegt euch die Hilfe, außer gegen Leute, zwischen euch und denen ein Abkommen besteht. Und was ihr tut, sieht Allah wohl.

Lo! those who believed and left their homes and strove with their wealth and their lives for the cause of Allah, and those who took them in and helped them: these are protecting friends one of another. And those who believed but did not leave their homes, ye have no duty to protect them till they leave their homes; but if they seek help from you in the matter of religion then it is your duty to help (them) except against a folk between whom and you there is a treaty. Allah is Seer of what ye do.

নিঃসন্দেহ যারা ঈমান এনেছে ও হিজরত করেছে, আর তাদের ধনদৌলত ও তাদের জান - প্রাণ দিয়ে র পথে সংগ্রাম করেছে, আর যারা আশ্রয় দান করেছে ও সাহায্য করেছে, - - এরাই হচ্ছে পরস্পর পরস্পরের বন্ধু। আর যারা ঈমান এনেছে, অথচ হিজরত করে নি, তাদের অভিভাবকত্ব কোনোভাবেই তোমাদের দায়িত্ব নয় যে পর্যন্ত না তারাও হিজরত করে। কিন্তু যদি তারা তোমাদের কাছে ধর্মের ব্যাপারে সাহায্য প্রার্থনা করে তবে সাহায্য করা তোমাদের কর্তব্য, অবশ্য সে - সম্প্রদায়ের বিরুদ্ধে ছাড়া যাদের মধ্যে চুক্তি রয়েছে। আর তোমরা যা করো তার সম্যক দ্রষ্টা।

Und diejenigen, die ungläubig sind, sind einer des anderen Schutzherren. - Wenn ihr es nicht tut, wird es im Land Aufruhr und großes Unheil geben.

And those who disbelieve are protectors one of another - If ye do not so, there will be confusion in the land, and great corruption.

আর যারা অবিশ্বাস পোষণ করে - - তাদের কেউ কেউ অপরদের বন্ধু। যদি তোমরা এ না করো তবে দেশে অনাচার ও বিরাট - বিপর্যয় সৃষ্টি হবে।

Und diejenigen, die glauben und ausgewandert sind und sich auf Allahs Weg abgemüht haben, und diejenigen, die (jenen) Zuflucht gewährt und geholfen haben, das sind die wahren Gläubigen. Für sie gibt es Vergebung und ehrenvolle Versorgung.

Those who believed and left their homes and strove for the cause of Allah, and those who took them in and helped them - these are the believers in truth. For them is pardon, and bountiful provision.

আর যারা ঈমান এনেছে ও হিজরত করেছে ও র পথে জিহাদ করেছে, আর যারা আশ্রয় দিয়েছে ও সাহায্য করেছে, - - এরা নিজেরাই হচ্ছে প্রকৃত । এদের জন্যেই রয়েছে পরিত্রাণ ও মহৎ জীবিকা।

Und diejenigen, die danach geglaubt haben und ausgewandert sind und sich mit euch abgemüht haben, sie gehören zu euch. Aber die Blutsverwandten stehen einander am nächsten; (dies steht) im Buch Allahs. Gewiß, Allah weiß über alles Bescheid.

And those who afterwards believed and left their homes and strove along with you, they are of you; and those who are akin are nearer one to another in the ordinance of Allah. Lo! Allah is Knower of all things.
