قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ

وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ

und vor dem Übel eines (jeden) Neidenden, wenn er neidet.
