بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم سبحان الذي أسرى بعبده ليلا من المسجد الحرام إلى المسجد الأقصى الذي باركنا حوله لنريه من آياتنا ۚ إنه هو السميع البصير
Saheeh International
Exalted is He who took His Servant by night from al - Masjid al - Haram to al - Masjid al - Aqsa, whose surroundings We have blessed, to show him of Our signs. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Seeing.
আর আমি বনী ইসরাঈলকে কিতাবে সিদ্ধান্ত জানিয়েছিলাম যে, তোমরা যমীনে দু’বার অবশ্যই ফাসাদ করবে এবং ঔদ্ধত্য দেখাবে মারাত্মকভাবে।
Arabic
وقضينا إلى بني إسرائيل في الكتاب لتفسدن في الأرض مرتين ولتعلن علوا كبيرا
Saheeh International
And We conveyed to the Children of Israel in the Scripture that, "You will surely cause corruption on the earth twice, and you will surely reach [a degree of] great haughtiness.
অতঃপর যখন এ দু’য়ের প্রথম ওয়াদা আসল, তখন আমি তোমাদের উপর আমার কিছু বান্দা পাঠালাম, যারা কঠোর যুদ্ধবাজ। অতঃপর তারা ঘরে ঘরে ঢুকে ধ্বংসযজ্ঞ চালাল। আর এ ওয়াদা পূর্ণ হওয়ারই ছিল।
Arabic
فإذا جاء وعد أولاهما بعثنا عليكم عبادا لنا أولي بأس شديد فجاسوا خلال الديار ۚ وكان وعدا مفعولا
Saheeh International
So when the [time of] promise came for the first of them, We sent against you servants of Ours - those of great military might, and they probed [even] into the homes, and it was a promise fulfilled.
তারপর আমি তাদের বিরুদ্ধে তোমাদের জন্য পালা ঘুরিয়ে দিলাম, ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি দিয়ে তোমাদেরকে মদদ করলাম এবং জনবলে তোমাদেরকে সংখ্যাধিক্যে পরিণত করলাম।
Arabic
ثم رددنا لكم الكرة عليهم وأمددناكم بأموال وبنين وجعلناكم أكثر نفيرا
Saheeh International
Then We gave back to you a return victory over them. And We reinforced you with wealth and sons and made you more numerous in manpower
তোমরা যদি ভাল কর, তবে নিজদের জন্যই ভাল করবে এবং যদি মন্দ কর তবে তা নিজদের জন্যই। এরপর যখন পরবর্তী ওয়াদা এল, (তখন অন্য বান্দাদের প্রেরণ করলাম) যাতে তারা তোমাদের চেহারাসমূহ মলিন করে দেয়, আর যেন মসজিদে ঢুকে পড়ে যেমন ঢুকে পড়েছিল প্রথমবার এবং যাতে সম্পূর্ণরূপে
Arabic
إن أحسنتم أحسنتم لأنفسكم ۖ وإن أسأتم فلها ۚ فإذا جاء وعد الآخرة ليسوءوا وجوهكم وليدخلوا المسجد كما دخلوه أول مرة وليتبروا ما علوا تتبيرا
Saheeh International
[And said], "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, [you do it] to yourselves." Then when the final promise came, [We sent your enemies] to sadden your faces and to enter the temple in Jerusalem, as they entered it the first time, and to destroy what they had taken over with [total] destruction.
আশা করা যায় তোমাদের রব তোমাদের উপর রহম করবেন। কিন্তু তোমরা যদি পুনরায় কর, তাহলে আমিও পুনরায় করব। আর আমি জাহান্নামকে করেছি কাফিরদের জন্য কয়েদখানা।
Arabic
عسى ربكم أن يرحمكم ۚ وإن عدتم عدنا ۘ وجعلنا جهنم للكافرين حصيرا
Saheeh International
[Then Allah said], "It is expected, [if you repent], that your Lord will have mercy upon you. But if you return [to sin], We will return [to punishment]. And We have made Hell, for the disbelievers, a prison - bed."
নিশ্চয় এ কুরআন এমন একটি পথ দেখায় যা সবচেয়ে সরল এবং যে মুমিনগণ নেক আমল করে তাদেরকে সুসংবাদ দেয় যে, তাদের জন্য রয়েছে মহাপুরস্কার।

إن هذا القرآن يهدي للتي هي أقوم ويبشر المؤمنين الذين يعملون الصالحات أن لهم أجرا كبيرا
Saheeh International
Indeed, this Qur'an guides to that which is most suitable and gives good tidings to the believers who do righteous deeds that they will have a great reward.
আর আমি রাত ও দিনকে করেছি দু’টো নিদর্শন। অতঃপর মুছে দিয়েছি রাতের নিদর্শন এবং দিনের নিদর্শনকে করেছি আলোকময়, যাতে তোমরা তোমাদের রবের অনুগ্রহ সন্ধান করতে পার এবং যাতে তোমরা বর্ষসংখ্যা ও হিসাব জানতে পার। আর আমি প্রত্যেক বিষয় বিস্তারিতভাবে বর্ণনা করেছি।
Arabic
وجعلنا الليل والنهار آيتين ۖ فمحونا آية الليل وجعلنا آية النهار مبصرة لتبتغوا فضلا من ربكم ولتعلموا عدد السنين والحساب ۚ وكل شيء فصلناه تفصيلا
Saheeh International
And We have made the night and day two signs, and We erased the sign of the night and made the sign of the day visible that you may seek bounty from your Lord and may know the number of years and the account [of time]. And everything We have set out in detail.
আর আমি প্রত্যেক মানুষের কর্মকে তার ঘাড়ে সংযুক্ত করে দিয়েছি এবং কিয়ামতের দিন তার জন্য আমি বের করব একটি কিতাব, যা সে পাবে উন্মুক্ত।
Arabic
وكل إنسان ألزمناه طائره في عنقه ۖ ونخرج له يوم القيامة كتابا يلقاه منشورا
Saheeh International
And [for] every person We have imposed his fate upon his neck, and We will produce for him on the Day of Resurrection a record which he will encounter spread open.
যে হিদায়াত গ্রহণ করে, সে তো নিজের জন্যই হিদায়াত গ্রহণ করে এবং যে পথভ্রষ্ট হয় সে নিজের (স্বার্থের) বিরুদ্ধেই পথভ্রষ্ট হয়। আর কোন বহনকারী অপরের (পাপের) বোঝা বহন করবে না। আর রাসূল প্রেরণ না করা পর্যন্ত আমি আযাবদাতা নই।

من اهتدى فإنما يهتدي لنفسه ۖ ومن ضل فإنما يضل عليها ۚ ولا تزر وازرة وزر أخرى ۗ وما كنا معذبين حتى نبعث رسولا
Saheeh International
Whoever is guided is only guided for [the benefit of] his soul. And whoever errs only errs against it. And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. And never would We punish until We sent a messenger.
আর যখন আমি কোন জনপদ ধ্বংস করার ইচ্ছা করি, তখন তার সম্পদশালীদেরকে (সৎকাজের) আদেশ করি। অতঃপর তারা তাতে সীমালঙ্ঘন করে। তখন তাদের উপর নির্দেশটি সাব্যস্ত হয়ে যায় এবং আমি তা সম্পূর্ণরূপে বিধ্বস্ত করি।
Arabic
وإذا أردنا أن نهلك قرية أمرنا مترفيها ففسقوا فيها فحق عليها القول فدمرناها تدميرا
Saheeh International
And when We intend to destroy a city, We command its affluent but they defiantly disobey therein; so the word comes into effect upon it, and We destroy it with [complete] destruction.
আর নূহের পর আমি কত প্রজন্ম ধ্বংস করেছি! তোমার রব তাঁর বান্দাদের পাপের ব্যাপারে পূর্ণ অবহিত ও সর্বদ্রষ্টা হিসেবে যথেষ্ট।
Arabic
وكم أهلكنا من القرون من بعد نوح ۗ وكفى بربك بذنوب عباده خبيرا بصيرا
Saheeh International
And how many have We destroyed from the generations after Noah. And sufficient is your Lord, concerning the sins of His servants, as Acquainted and Seeing.
যে দুনিয়া চায় আমি সেখানে তাকে দ্রুত দিয়ে দেই, যা আমি চাই, যার জন্য চাই। তারপর তার জন্য নির্ধারণ করি জাহান্নাম, সেখানে সে প্রবেশ করবে নিন্দিত, বিতাড়িত অবস্থায়।
Arabic
من كان يريد العاجلة عجلنا له فيها ما نشاء لمن نريد ثم جعلنا له جهنم يصلاها مذموما مدحورا
Saheeh International
Whoever should desire the immediate - We hasten for him from it what We will to whom We intend. Then We have made for him Hell, which he will [enter to] burn, censured and banished.
আর তোমার রব আদেশ দিয়েছেন যে, তোমরা তাঁকে ছাড়া অন্য কারো ইবাদাত করবে না এবং পিতা-মাতার সাথে সদাচরণ করবে। তাদের একজন অথবা উভয়েই যদি তোমার নিকট বার্ধক্যে উপনীত হয়, তবে তাদেরকে ‘উফ’ বলো না এবং তাদেরকে ধমক দিও না। আর তাদের সাথে সম্মানজনক কথা বল।
Arabic
۞ وقضى ربك ألا تعبدوا إلا إياه وبالوالدين إحسانا ۚ إما يبلغن عندك الكبر أحدهما أو كلاهما فلا تقل لهما أف ولا تنهرهما وقل لهما قولا كريما
Saheeh International
And your Lord has decreed that you not worship except Him, and to parents, good treatment. Whether one or both of them reach old age [while] with you, say not to them [so much as], "uff," and do not repel them but speak to them a noble word.
তোমাদের অন্তরে যা আছে, সে সম্পর্কে তোমাদের রবই অধিক জ্ঞাত। যদি তোমরা নেককার হও তবে তিনি তাঁর দিকে প্রত্যাবর্তনকারীদের প্রতি অধিক ক্ষমাশীল।
Arabic
ربكم أعلم بما في نفوسكم ۚ إن تكونوا صالحين فإنه كان للأوابين غفورا
Saheeh International
Your Lord is most knowing of what is within yourselves. If you should be righteous [in intention] - then indeed He is ever, to the often returning [to Him], Forgiving.
আর তুমি তোমার হাত তোমার ঘাড়ে আবদ্ধ রেখো না এবং তা পুরোপুরি প্রসারিত করো না*, তাহলে তুমি নিন্দিত ও নিঃস্ব হয়ে বসে পড়বে। * আয়াত দ্বারা উদ্দেশ্য- একেবারে কৃপণও হয়ো না, আবার একেবারে ধন-সম্পদ উজাড় করেও দিও না।
Arabic
ولا تجعل يدك مغلولة إلى عنقك ولا تبسطها كل البسط فتقعد ملوما محسورا
Saheeh International
And do not make your hand [as] chained to your neck or extend it completely and [thereby] become blamed and insolvent.
আর তোমরা সেই নাফ্সকে হত্যা করো না, যা হারাম করেছেন, সঙ্গত কারণ ছাড়া। যে অন্যায়ভাবে নিহত হয় আমি অবশ্যই তার অভিভাবককে ক্ষমতা দিয়েছি। সুতরাং হত্যার ব্যাপারে সে সীমালঙ্ঘন করবে না; নিশ্চয় সে হবে সাহায্যপ্রাপ্ত।
Arabic
ولا تقتلوا النفس التي حرم الله إلا بالحق ۗ ومن قتل مظلوما فقد جعلنا لوليه سلطانا فلا يسرف في القتل ۖ إنه كان منصورا
Saheeh International
And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden, except by right. And whoever is killed unjustly - We have given his heir authority, but let him not exceed limits in [the matter of] taking life. Indeed, he has been supported [by the law].
আর তোমরা ইয়াতীমের সম্পদের কাছে যেয়ো না সুন্দরতম পন্থা* ছাড়া, যতক্ষণ না সে বয়সের পূর্ণতায় উপনীত হয়। আর অঙ্গীকার পূর্ণ কর, নিশ্চয় অঙ্গীকার সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করা হবে। * অর্থাৎ তার সম্পদ বৃদ্ধি, তার নিজের খরচ এবং দরিদ্র হলে বেতন গ্রহণ বৈধ।
Arabic
ولا تقربوا مال اليتيم إلا بالتي هي أحسن حتى يبلغ أشده ۚ وأوفوا بالعهد ۖ إن العهد كان مسئولا
Saheeh International
And do not approach the property of an orphan, except in the way that is best, until he reaches maturity. And fulfill [every] commitment. Indeed, the commitment is ever [that about which one will be] questioned.
এগুলো সেই হিকমতভুক্ত, যা তোমার রব তোমার নিকট ওহীরূপে পাঠিয়েছেন। আর তুমি আল্লাহর সাথে অন্য কোন উপাস্য নির্ধারণ করো না, তাহলে তুমি জাহান্নামে নিক্ষিপ্ত হবে নিন্দিত ও বিতাড়িত হয়ে।
Arabic
ذلك مما أوحى إليك ربك من الحكمة ۗ ولا تجعل مع الله إلها آخر فتلقى في جهنم ملوما مدحورا
Saheeh International
That is from what your Lord has revealed to you, [O Muhammad], of wisdom. And, [O mankind], do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity, lest you be thrown into Hell, blamed and banished.
আর অবশ্যই আমি এ কুরআনে বিস্তারিত ব্যাখ্যা দিয়েছি, যাতে তারা উপদেশ গ্রহণ করে; কিন্তু তা কেবল তাদের বিমুখতাই বৃদ্ধি করে।
Arabic
ولقد صرفنا في هذا القرآن ليذكروا وما يزيدهم إلا نفورا
Saheeh International
And We have certainly diversified [the contents] in this Qur'an that mankind may be reminded, but it does not increase the disbelievers except in aversion.
সাত আসমান ও যমীন এবং এগুলোর মধ্যে যা কিছু আছে সব কিছু তাঁর তাসবীহ পাঠ করে এবং এমন কিছু নেই যা তাঁর প্রসংশায় তাসবীহ পাঠ করে না; কিন্তু তাদের তাসবীহ তোমরা বুঝ না। নিশ্চয় তিনি সহনশীল, ক্ষমাপরায়ণ।
Arabic
تسبح له السماوات السبع والأرض ومن فيهن ۚ وإن من شيء إلا يسبح بحمده ولكن لا تفقهون تسبيحهم ۗ إنه كان حليما غفورا
Saheeh International
The seven heavens and the earth and whatever is in them exalt Him. And there is not a thing except that it exalts [Allah] by His praise, but you do not understand their [way of] exalting. Indeed, He is ever Forbearing and Forgiving.
আর আমি তাদের অন্তরের উপর ঢাকনা রেখে দিয়েছি, যাতে তারা তা বুঝতে না পারে এবং তাদের কানে দিয়েছি বধিরতা। আর যখন তুমি কুরআনে তোমার রব এক হওয়ার কথা উল্লেখ কর, তখন তারা পৃষ্ঠপ্রদর্শন করে পালায়।
Arabic
وجعلنا على قلوبهم أكنة أن يفقهوه وفي آذانهم وقرا ۚ وإذا ذكرت ربك في القرآن وحده ولوا على أدبارهم نفورا
Saheeh International
And We have placed over their hearts coverings, lest they understand it, and in their ears deafness. And when you mention your Lord alone in the Qur'an, they turn back in aversion.
যখন তারা তোমার প্রতি কান পেতে শুনে, তখন আমি জানি কেন তারা কান পাতে এবং যখন গোপন আলোচনায় মিলিত হয়ে যালিমরা বলে, ‘তোমরা তো কেবল এক যাদুগ্রস্ত লোকের অনুসরণ করছ’।
Arabic
نحن أعلم بما يستمعون به إذ يستمعون إليك وإذ هم نجوى إذ يقول الظالمون إن تتبعون إلا رجلا مسحورا
Saheeh International
We are most knowing of how they listen to it when they listen to you and [of] when they are in private conversation, when the wrongdoers say, "You follow not but a man affected by magic."
‘অথবা এমন কোন সৃষ্টি, যা তোমাদের অন্তরে বড় মনে হয়।’ তবুও তারা বলবে, ‘কে আমাদের পুনরায় (সৃষ্টি) করবে?’ বল, ‘যিনি তোমাদের প্রথমবার সৃষ্টি করেছেন।’ অতঃপর তারা তোমার সামনে মাথা নাড়বে এবং বলবে, ‘কবে এটা?’ বল, ‘আশা করা যায় যে, তা নিকটেই হবে।’
Arabic
أو خلقا مما يكبر في صدوركم ۚ فسيقولون من يعيدنا ۖ قل الذي فطركم أول مرة ۚ فسينغضون إليك رءوسهم ويقولون متى هو ۖ قل عسى أن يكون قريبا
Saheeh International
Or [any] creation of that which is great within your breasts." And they will say, "Who will restore us?" Say, "He who brought you forth the first time." Then they will nod their heads toward you and say, "When is that?" Say, "Perhaps it will be soon -
তোমাদের রব তোমাদের সম্পর্কে অধিক অবগত। তিনি যদি চান তোমাদের প্রতি রহম করবেন অথবা যদি চান তবে তোমাদেরকে শাস্তি দেবেন; আমি তোমাকে তাদের কর্মবিধায়ক করে প্রেরণ করিনি।
Arabic
ربكم أعلم بكم ۖ إن يشأ يرحمكم أو إن يشأ يعذبكم ۚ وما أرسلناك عليهم وكيلا
Saheeh International
Your Lord is most knowing of you. If He wills, He will have mercy upon you; or if He wills, He will punish you. And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], over them as a manager.
আর তোমার রব অধিক অবগত তাদের সম্পর্কে যারা আসমানসমূহ ও যমীনে রয়েছে। আর আমি তো কতক নবীকে কতকের উপর শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব দিয়েছি এবং দাঊদকে দিয়েছি যাবূর।
Arabic
وربك أعلم بمن في السماوات والأرض ۗ ولقد فضلنا بعض النبيين على بعض ۖ وآتينا داوود زبورا
Saheeh International
And your Lord is most knowing of whoever is in the heavens and the earth. And We have made some of the prophets exceed others [in various ways], and to David We gave the book [of Psalms].
বল, ‘তাদেরকে ডাক, ছাড়া তোমরা যাদেরকে (উপাস্য) মনে কর। তারা তো তোমাদের দুঃখ-দুর্দশা দূর করার ও পরিবর্তন করার ক্ষমতা রাখে না’।
Arabic
قل ادعوا الذين زعمتم من دونه فلا يملكون كشف الضر عنكم ولا تحويلا
Saheeh International
Say, "Invoke those you have claimed [as gods] besides Him, for they do not possess the [ability for] removal of adversity from you or [for its] transfer [to someone else]."
তারা যাদেরকে ডাকে, তারা নিজেরাই তো তাদের রবের কাছে নৈকট্যের মাধ্যমে অনুসন্ধান করে যে, তাদের মধ্যে কে তাঁর নিকটতর? আর তারা তাঁর রহমতের আশা করে এবং তাঁর আযাবকে ভয় করে। নিশ্চয় তোমার রবের আযাব ভীতিকর।
Arabic
أولئك الذين يدعون يبتغون إلى ربهم الوسيلة أيهم أقرب ويرجون رحمته ويخافون عذابه ۚ إن عذاب ربك كان محذورا
Saheeh International
Those whom they invoke seek means of access to their Lord, [striving as to] which of them would be nearest, and they hope for His mercy and fear His punishment. Indeed, the punishment of your Lord is ever feared.
আর এমন কোন জনপদ নেই, যা আমি কিয়ামতের দিনের পূর্বে ধ্বংস করব না অথবা যাকে কঠোর আযাব দেব না; এটা তো কিতাবে লিখিত আছে।
Arabic
وإن من قرية إلا نحن مهلكوها قبل يوم القيامة أو معذبوها عذابا شديدا ۚ كان ذلك في الكتاب مسطورا
Saheeh International
And there is no city but that We will destroy it before the Day of Resurrection or punish it with a severe punishment. That has ever been in the Register inscribed.
আর পূর্ববর্তীগণ কর্তৃক নিদর্শনাবলীকে অস্বীকার করাই আমাকে তা (নিদর্শনাবলী) প্রেরণ করা হতে বিরত রেখেছে। আর আমি শিক্ষাপ্রদ নিদর্শনস্বরূপ সামূদ জাতিকে উষ্ট্রী দিয়েছিলাম, অতঃপর তারা তার উপর যুলম করেছিল। আমি কেবল ভীতি প্রদর্শনের উদ্দেশ্যে নিদর্শনসমূহ পাঠাই।
Arabic
وما منعنا أن نرسل بالآيات إلا أن كذب بها الأولون ۚ وآتينا ثمود الناقة مبصرة فظلموا بها ۚ وما نرسل بالآيات إلا تخويفا
Saheeh International
And nothing has prevented Us from sending signs except that the former peoples denied them. And We gave Thamud the she - camel as a visible sign, but they wronged her. And We send not the signs except as a warning.
আর স্মরণ কর, যখন আমি তোমাকে বললাম, ‘নিশ্চয় তোমার রব মানুষকে ঘিরে রেখেছেন। আর যে ‘দৃশ্য’* আমি তোমাকে দেখিয়েছি তা এবং কুরআনে বর্ণিত অভিশপ্ত বৃক্ষ** কেবল মানুষের পরীক্ষাস্বরূপ নির্ধারণ করেছি’। আমি তাদের ভয় দেখাই; কিন্তু তা কেবল তাদের চরম অবাধ্যতা বাড়িয়ে দেয়।
Arabic
وإذ قلنا لك إن ربك أحاط بالناس ۚ وما جعلنا الرؤيا التي أريناك إلا فتنة للناس والشجرة الملعونة في القرآن ۚ ونخوفهم فما يزيدهم إلا طغيانا كبيرا
Saheeh International
And [remember, O Muhammad], when We told you, "Indeed, your Lord has encompassed the people." And We did not make the sight which We showed you except as a trial for the people, as was the accursed tree [mentioned] in the Qur'an. And We threaten them, but it increases them not except in great transgression.
আর স্মরণ কর, যখন আমি ফেরেশতাদের বললাম, ‘আদমকে সিজদা কর’, তখন ইবলীস ছাড়া সকলে সিজদা করল। সে বলল, ‘আমি কি এমন ব্যক্তিকে সিজদা করব যাকে আপনি কাদামাটি থেকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন’?
Arabic
وإذ قلنا للملائكة اسجدوا لآدم فسجدوا إلا إبليس قال أأسجد لمن خلقت طينا
Saheeh International
And [mention] when We said to the angles, "Prostrate to Adam," and they prostrated, except for Iblees. He said, "Should I prostrate to one You created from clay?"
সে বলল, ‘দেখুন, এ ব্যক্তি, যাকে আপনি আমার উপর সম্মান দিয়েছেন, যদি আপনি আমাকে কিয়ামত পর্যন্ত সময় দেন, তবে অতি সামান্য সংখ্যক ছাড়া তার বংশধরদেরকে অবশ্যই পথভ্রষ্ট করে ছাড়ব’।
Arabic
قال أرأيتك هذا الذي كرمت علي لئن أخرتن إلى يوم القيامة لأحتنكن ذريته إلا قليلا
Saheeh International
[Iblees] said, "Do You see this one whom You have honored above me? If You delay me until the Day of Resurrection, I will surely destroy his descendants, except for a few."
‘তোমার কণ্ঠ দিয়ে তাদের মধ্যে যাকে পারো প্ররোচিত কর, তাদের উপর ঝাপিয়ে পড় তোমার অশ্বারোহী ও পদাতিক বাহিনী নিয়ে এবং তাদের ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততিতে অংশীদার হও এবং তাদেরকে ওয়াদা দাও’। আর শয়তান প্রতারণা ছাড়া তাদেরকে কোন ওয়াদাই দেয় না।
Arabic
واستفزز من استطعت منهم بصوتك وأجلب عليهم بخيلك ورجلك وشاركهم في الأموال والأولاد وعدهم ۚ وما يعدهم الشيطان إلا غرورا
Saheeh International
And incite [to senselessness] whoever you can among them with your voice and assault them with your horses and foot soldiers and become a partner in their wealth and their children and promise them." But Satan does not promise them except delusion.
আর যখন তোমাদেরকে সমুদ্রে বিপদ স্পর্শ করে, তখন তিনি ছাড়া যাদেরকে তোমরা ডাক, তারা (তোমাদের মন থেকে) হারিয়ে যায়; অতঃপর তিনি যখন তোমাদেরকে রক্ষা করে স্থলে আনেন, তখন তোমরা বিমুখ হয়ে যাও। আর মানুষ তো খুব অকৃতজ্ঞ।
Arabic
وإذا مسكم الضر في البحر ضل من تدعون إلا إياه ۖ فلما نجاكم إلى البر أعرضتم ۚ وكان الإنسان كفورا
Saheeh International
And when adversity touches you at sea, lost are [all] those you invoke except for Him. But when He delivers you to the land, you turn away [from Him]. And ever is man ungrateful.
তোমরা কি নিরাপদ হয়ে গিয়েছ যে, তিনি তোমাদেরসহ স্থলের কোন দিক ধ্বসিয়ে দেবেন না অথবা তোমাদের উপর শিলা বর্ষণকারী বাতাস প্রেরণ করবেন না? তারপর তোমরা তোমাদের জন্য কোন কর্মবিধায়ক পাবে না।
Arabic
أفأمنتم أن يخسف بكم جانب البر أو يرسل عليكم حاصبا ثم لا تجدوا لكم وكيلا
Saheeh International
Then do you feel secure that [instead] He will not cause a part of the land to swallow you or send against you a storm of stones? Then you would not find for yourselves an advocate.
অথবা তোমরা কি নিরাপদ হয়ে গিয়েছ যে, তিনি তোমাদেরকে আরেকবার সমুদ্রে ফিরিয়ে নেবেন না, অতঃপর তোমাদের উপর প্রচন্ড বাতাস পাঠাবেন না এবং তোমাদেরকে ডুবিয়ে দেবেন না, তোমরা করার কারণে? তারপর তোমরা আমার বিরুদ্ধে এ বিষয়ে কোন সাহায্যকারী পাবে না।
Arabic
أم أمنتم أن يعيدكم فيه تارة أخرى فيرسل عليكم قاصفا من الريح فيغرقكم بما كفرتم ۙ ثم لا تجدوا لكم علينا به تبيعا
Saheeh International
Or do you feel secure that He will not send you back into the sea another time and send upon you a hurricane of wind and drown you for what you denied? Then you would not find for yourselves against Us an avenger.
আর আমি তো আদম সন্তানদের সম্মানিত করেছি এবং আমি তাদেরকে স্থলে ও সমুদ্রে বাহন দিয়েছি এবং তাদেরকে দিয়েছি উত্তম রিয্ক। আর আমি যা সৃষ্টি করেছি তাদের থেকে অনেকের উপর আমি তাদেরকে অনেক মর্যাদা দিয়েছি।
Arabic
۞ ولقد كرمنا بني آدم وحملناهم في البر والبحر ورزقناهم من الطيبات وفضلناهم على كثير ممن خلقنا تفضيلا
Saheeh International
And We have certainly honored the children of Adam and carried them on the land and sea and provided for them of the good things and preferred them over much of what We have created, with [definite] preference.
স্মরণ কর, যেদিন আমি প্রত্যেক মানুষকে তাদের ইমামসহ* ডাকব। অতঃপর যাকে তার আমলনামা ডান হাতে দেয়া হবে তারা নিজদের আমলনামা পাঠ করবে এবং তাদের প্রতি সামান্য পরিমাণ অবিচার করা হবে না। * ‘ইমাম’ অর্থ এখানে নেতা, আমলনামা, নবী বা প্রতিটি জাতির স্ব স্ব ঐশী কিতাব।
Arabic
يوم ندعو كل أناس بإمامهم ۖ فمن أوتي كتابه بيمينه فأولئك يقرءون كتابهم ولا يظلمون فتيلا
Saheeh International
[Mention, O Muhammad], the Day We will call forth every people with their record [of deeds]. Then whoever is given his record in his right hand - those will read their records, and injustice will not be done to them, [even] as much as a thread [inside the date seed].
আর তাদের অবস্থা এমন ছিল যে, আমি তোমাকে যে ওহী দিয়েছি, তা থেকে তারা তোমাকে প্রায় ফিতনায় ফেলে দিয়েছিল, যাতে তুমি আমার নামে এর বিপরীত মিথ্যা রটাতে পার এবং তখন তারা অবশ্যই তোমাকে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ করত।
Arabic
وإن كادوا ليفتنونك عن الذي أوحينا إليك لتفتري علينا غيره ۖ وإذا لاتخذوك خليلا
Saheeh International
And indeed, they were about to tempt you away from that which We revealed to you in order to [make] you invent about Us something else; and then they would have taken you as a friend.
তখন আমি অবশ্যই তোমাকে আস্বাদন করাতাম জীবনের দ্বিগুণ ও মরণের দ্বিগুণ আযাব।* তারপর তুমি তোমার জন্য আমার বিরুদ্ধে কোন সাহায্যকারী পাবে না। * এখানে জীবনের দিগুণ ও মরণের দিগুণ আযাব দ্বারা দুনিয়াবী জীবন ও আখিরাতের জীবনের দিগুণ আযাব উদ্দেশ্য।
Arabic
إذا لأذقناك ضعف الحياة وضعف الممات ثم لا تجد لك علينا نصيرا
Saheeh International
Then [if you had], We would have made you taste double [punishment in] life and double [after] death. Then you would not find for yourself against Us a helper.
আর তাদের অবস্থা এমন ছিল যে, তারা তোমাকে যমীন থেকে উৎখাত করে দেবে, যাতে তোমাকে সেখান থেকে বের করে দিতে পারে এবং তখন তারা তোমার পরে স্বল্প সময়ই টিকে থাকতে পারত।
Arabic
وإن كادوا ليستفزونك من الأرض ليخرجوك منها ۖ وإذا لا يلبثون خلافك إلا قليلا
Saheeh International
And indeed, they were about to drive you from the land to evict you therefrom. And then [when they do], they will not remain [there] after you, except for a little.
সূর্য হেলে পড়ার সময় থেকে রাতের অন্ধকার পর্যন্ত কায়েম কর এবং ফজরের কুরআন*। নিশ্চয় ফজরের কুরআন (ফেরেশতাদের) উপস্থিতির সময়।** *‘ফজরের কুরআন’ দ্বারা উদ্দেশ্য ফজরের ।
Arabic
أقم الصلاة لدلوك الشمس إلى غسق الليل وقرآن الفجر ۖ إن قرآن الفجر كان مشهودا
Saheeh International
Establish prayer at the decline of the sun [from its meridian] until the darkness of the night and [also] the Qur'an of dawn. Indeed, the recitation of dawn is ever witnessed.
আর বল, ‘হে আমার রব, আমাকে প্রবেশ করাও উত্তমভাবে এবং বের কর উত্তমভাবে*। আর তোমার পক্ষ থেকে আমাকে সাহায্যকারী শক্তি দান কর’। * উত্তমভাবে প্রবেশ করাও অর্থাৎ সসম্মানে ও মর্যাদার সাথে মদীনায় প্রবেশ করাও এবং বের কর উত্তমভাবে অর্থাৎ মক্কা থেকে বের কর বিজয়ী বেশে
Arabic
وقل رب أدخلني مدخل صدق وأخرجني مخرج صدق واجعل لي من لدنك سلطانا نصيرا
Saheeh International
And say, "My Lord, cause me to enter a sound entrance and to exit a sound exit and grant me from Yourself a supporting authority."
আর তারা তোমাকে রূহ সম্পর্কে প্রশ্ন করে। বল, ‘রূহ আমার রবের আদেশ থেকে, আর তোমাদেরকে জ্ঞান থেকে অতি সামান্যই দেয়া হয়েছে’।
Arabic
ويسألونك عن الروح ۖ قل الروح من أمر ربي وما أوتيتم من العلم إلا قليلا
Saheeh International
And they ask you, [O Muhammad], about the soul. Say, "The soul is of the affair of my Lord. And mankind have not been given of knowledge except a little."
আর আমি ইচ্ছা করলে তোমার কাছে ওহীর মাধ্যমে যা পাঠিয়েছি তা অবশ্যই নিয়ে নিতে পারতাম; অতঃপর তুমি এ বিষয়ে আমার বিরুদ্ধে তোমার জন্য কোন কর্মবিধায়ক পেতে না।
Arabic
ولئن شئنا لنذهبن بالذي أوحينا إليك ثم لا تجد لك به علينا وكيلا
Saheeh International
And if We willed, We could surely do away with that which We revealed to you. Then you would not find for yourself concerning it an advocate against Us.
বল, ‘যদি মানুষ ও জিন এ কুরআনের অনুরূপ হাযির করার জন্য একত্রিত হয়, তবুও তারা এর অনুরূপ হাযির করতে পারবে না যদিও তারা একে অপরের সাহায্যকারী হয়’।
Arabic
قل لئن اجتمعت الإنس والجن على أن يأتوا بمثل هذا القرآن لا يأتون بمثله ولو كان بعضهم لبعض ظهيرا
Saheeh International
Say, "If mankind and the jinn gathered in order to produce the like of this Qur'an, they could not produce the like of it, even if they were to each other assistants."
আর অবশ্যই মানুষের জন্য এ কুরআনে আমি নানাভাবে বিভিন্ন উপমা বর্ণনা করেছি; কিন্তু অধিকাংশ মানুষ না করে থাকেনি।
Arabic
ولقد صرفنا للناس في هذا القرآن من كل مثل فأبى أكثر الناس إلا كفورا
Saheeh International
And We have certainly diversified for the people in this Qur'an from every [kind] of example, but most of the people refused [anything] except disbelief.
‘অথবা তোমার জন্য স্বর্ণের একটি ঘর হবে অথবা তুমি আসমানে উঠবে, কিন্তু তোমার উঠাতেও আমরা ঈমান আনব না, যতক্ষণ না তুমি আমাদের প্রতি এক কিতাব নাযিল করবে যা আমরা পাঠ করব’। বল, ‘পবিত্র মহান আমার রব! আমি তো একজন মানব-রাসূল ছাড়া কিছু নই’?
Arabic
أو يكون لك بيت من زخرف أو ترقى في السماء ولن نؤمن لرقيك حتى تنزل علينا كتابا نقرؤه ۗ قل سبحان ربي هل كنت إلا بشرا رسولا
Saheeh International
Or you have a house of gold or you ascend into the sky. And [even then], we will not believe in your ascension until you bring down to us a book we may read." Say, "Exalted is my Lord! Was I ever but a human messenger?"
আর যাকে হিদায়াত দান করেন সে-ই হিদায়াতপ্রাপ্ত এবং যাকে তিনি পথহারা করেন তুমি কখনো তাদের জন্য তাঁকে ছাড়া অভিভাবক পাবে না। আর আমি কিয়ামতের দিনে তাদেরকে একত্র করব উপুড় করে, অন্ধ, মূক ও বধির অবস্থায়। তাদের আশ্রয়স্থল জাহান্নাম; যখনই তা নিস্তেজ হবে তখনই আ
Arabic
ومن يهد الله فهو المهتد ۖ ومن يضلل فلن تجد لهم أولياء من دونه ۖ ونحشرهم يوم القيامة على وجوههم عميا وبكما وصما ۖ مأواهم جهنم ۖ كلما خبت زدناهم سعيرا
Saheeh International
And whoever Allah guides - he is the [rightly] guided; and whoever He sends astray - you will never find for them protectors besides Him, and We will gather them on the Day of Resurrection [fallen] on their faces - blind, dumb and deaf. Their refuge is Hell; every time it subsides We increase them in blazing fire.
এটাই তাদের প্রতিদান, কারণ তারা আমার আয়াতসমূহ অস্বীকার করেছে এবং বলেছে, ‘আমরা যখন হাড্ডি ও ছিন্ন-ভিন্ন হয়ে যাব, তখন আমরা কি নতুন সৃষ্টিরূপে পুনরুজ্জীবিত হব’?
That is their recompense because they disbelieved in Our verses and said, "When we are bones and crumbled particles, will we [truly] be resurrected [in] a new creation?"
তারা কি দেখে না যে, আসমানসমূহ ও যমীন সৃষ্টি করেছেন, তিনি তাদের অনুরূপ সৃষ্টি করতে সক্ষম? আর তিনি তাদের জন্য একটি সময় নির্ধারণ করেছেন যাতে কোন সন্দেহ নেই। কিন্তু যালিমরা না করে থাকেনি।
Arabic
۞ أولم يروا أن الله الذي خلق السماوات والأرض قادر على أن يخلق مثلهم وجعل لهم أجلا لا ريب فيه فأبى الظالمون إلا كفورا
Saheeh International
Do they not see that Allah, who created the heavens and earth, is [the one] Able to create the likes of them? And He has appointed for them a term, about which there is no doubt. But the wrongdoers refuse [anything] except disbelief.
বল, ‘যদি তোমরা আমার রবের রহমতের ভান্ডারসমূহের মালিক হতে, তবুও খরচ হয়ে যাওয়ার ভয়ে তোমরা তা আটকে রাখতে; আর মানুষ তো অতি কৃপণ’।
Arabic
قل لو أنتم تملكون خزائن رحمة ربي إذا لأمسكتم خشية الإنفاق ۚ وكان الإنسان قتورا
Saheeh International
Say [to them], "If you possessed the depositories of the mercy of my Lord, then you would withhold out of fear of spending." And ever has man been stingy.
আর আমি মূসাকে নয়টি স্পষ্ট নিদর্শন দিয়েছিলাম, সুতরাং তুমি বনী ইসরাঈলকে জিজ্ঞাসা কর, যখন সে তাদের কাছে আসল তখন ফির‘আউন তাকে বলল, ‘হে মূসা, আমিতো ধারণা করি তুমি যাদুগ্রস্ত’।
Arabic
ولقد آتينا موسى تسع آيات بينات ۖ فاسأل بني إسرائيل إذ جاءهم فقال له فرعون إني لأظنك يا موسى مسحورا
Saheeh International
And We had certainly given Moses nine evident signs, so ask the Children of Israel [about] when he came to them and Pharaoh said to him, "Indeed I think, O Moses, that you are affected by magic."
সে বলল, ‘তুমি জান যে, এ সকল বিষয় কেবল আসমানসমূহ ও যমীনের রবই নাযিল করেছেন প্রত্যক্ষ প্রমাণ হিসেবে। আর হে ফির‘আউন, আমি তো ধারণা করি তুমি ধ্বংসপ্রাপ্ত।
Arabic
قال لقد علمت ما أنزل هؤلاء إلا رب السماوات والأرض بصائر وإني لأظنك يا فرعون مثبورا
Saheeh International
[Moses] said, "You have already known that none has sent down these [signs] except the Lord of the heavens and the earth as evidence, and indeed I think, O Pharaoh, that you are destroyed."
আর আমি এরপর বনী ইসরাঈলকে বললাম, ‘তোমরা যমীনে বাস কর, অতঃপর যখন আখিরাতের ওয়াদা আসবে তখন আমি তোমাদেরকে জড়ো করে নিয়ে আসব’।
Arabic
وقلنا من بعده لبني إسرائيل اسكنوا الأرض فإذا جاء وعد الآخرة جئنا بكم لفيفا
Saheeh International
And We said after Pharaoh to the Children of Israel, "Dwell in the land, and when there comes the promise of the Hereafter, We will bring you forth in [one] gathering."
আর আমি তা যথাযথভাবে নাযিল করেছি এবং যথাযথভাবে তা নাযিল হয়েছে। আমি তো তোমাকে কেবল সুসংবাদদাতা ও সতর্ককারীরূপে পাঠিয়েছি।
Arabic
وبالحق أنزلناه وبالحق نزل ۗ وما أرسلناك إلا مبشرا ونذيرا
Saheeh International
And with the truth We have sent the Qur'an down, and with the truth it has descended. And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a bringer of good tidings and a warner.
আর কুরআন আমি নাযিল করেছি কিছু কিছু করে, যেন তুমি তা মানুষের কাছে পাঠ করতে পার ধীরে ধীরে এবং আমি তা নাযিল করেছি পর্যায়ক্রমে।
Arabic
وقرآنا فرقناه لتقرأه على الناس على مكث ونزلناه تنزيلا
Saheeh International
And [it is] a Qur'an which We have separated [by intervals] that you might recite it to the people over a prolonged period. And We have sent it down progressively.
বল, ‘তোমরা এতে ঈমান আন বা ঈমান না আন, নিশ্চয় এর পূর্বে যাদেরকে জ্ঞান দেয়া হয়েছে, তাদের কাছে যখন এটা পাঠ করা হয় তখন তারা সিজদাবনত হয়ে লুটিয়ে পড়ে।
Arabic
قل آمنوا به أو لا تؤمنوا ۚ إن الذين أوتوا العلم من قبله إذا يتلى عليهم يخرون للأذقان سجدا
Saheeh International
Say, "Believe in it or do not believe. Indeed, those who were given knowledge before it - when it is recited to them, they fall upon their faces in prostration,
বল, ‘তোমরা (তোমাদের রবকে) ‘’ নামে ডাক অথবা ‘রাহমান’ নামে ডাক, যে নামেই তোমরা ডাক না কেন, তাঁর জন্যই তো রয়েছে সুন্দর নামসমূহ। তুমি তোমার সালাতে স্বর উঁচু করো না এবং তাতে মৃদুও করো না; বরং এর মাঝামাঝি পথ অবলম্বন কর।
Arabic
قل ادعوا الله أو ادعوا الرحمن ۖ أيا ما تدعوا فله الأسماء الحسنى ۚ ولا تجهر بصلاتك ولا تخافت بها وابتغ بين ذلك سبيلا
Saheeh International
Say, "Call upon Allah or call upon the Most Merciful. Whichever [name] you call - to Him belong the best names." And do not recite [too] loudly in your prayer or [too] quietly but seek between that an [intermediate] way.
আর বল, ‘সমস্ত প্রশংসা আললাহরই, যিনি কোন সন্তান গ্রহণ করেননি, রাজত্বে তাঁর কোন শরীক নেই এবং অপমান থেকে বাঁচতে তাঁর কোন অভিভাবকের দরকার নেই।’ সুতরাং তুমি পূর্ণরূপে তাঁর বড়ত্ব ঘোষণা কর।
Arabic
وقل الحمد لله الذي لم يتخذ ولدا ولم يكن له شريك في الملك ولم يكن له ولي من الذل ۖ وكبره تكبيرا
Saheeh International
And say, "Praise to Allah, who has not taken a son and has had no partner in [His] dominion and has no [need of a] protector out of weakness; and glorify Him with [great] glorification."
