2 für die Ungläubigen, (einer Strafe,) die niemand abwehren kann;

৪ ফেরেশতাগণ ও রূহ এমন এক দিনে আল্লাহর পানে ঊর্ধ্বগামী হয়, যার পরিমাণ পঞ্চাশ হাজার বছর।

4 Es steigen die Engel und der Geist zu Ihm auf an einem Tag, dessen (Aus)maß fünfzigtausend Jahre ist.

4 To Him ascend the angels and the Spirit in a day the measure of which is fifty thousand years.

৫ অতএব তুমি উত্তমরূপে ধৈর্যধারণ কর।

5 Darum sei standhaft in schöner Geduld.

১১ তাদেরকে একে অপরের দৃষ্টিগোচর করা হবে। অপরাধী চাইবে যদি সে সেদিনের শাস্তি থেকে তার সন্তান-সন্ততিকে পণ হিসেবে দিয়ে মুক্তি পেতে,

11 obwohl sie ihrem Anblick ausgesetzt sein werden. Der Übeltäter hätte es gern, wenn er sich von der Strafe jenes Tages loskaufte mit seinen Söhnen

11 (Though) they shall be made to see each other. The guilty one would fain redeem himself from the chastisement of that day by (sacrificing) his children,

১৪ আর যমীনে যারা আছে তাদের সবাইকে, যাতে এটি তাকে রক্ষা করে।

14 und allen, die auf der Erde sind. (Er wünscht,) dies möge ihn hierauf retten.

17 das (den) rufen wird, wer den Rücken kehrt und sich abkehrt,

17 It shall claim him who turned and fled (from truth),

১৮ আর সম্পদ জমা করেছিল, অতঃপর তা সংরক্ষণ করে রেখেছিল।

18 (Besitz) zusammenträgt und dann in Behältern hortet.

20 Wenn ihm Schlechtes widerfährt, ist er sehr mutlos;

২১ আর যখন কল্যাণ তাকে স্পর্শ করে তখন সে হয়ে পড়ে অতিশয় কৃপণ।

21 und wenn ihm Gutes widerfährt, (ist er) ein stetiger Verweigerer,

২৭ আর যারা তাদের রবের আযাব সম্পর্কে ভীত-সন্ত্রস্ত।

27 und diejenigen, die wegen der Strafe ihres Herrn besorgt sind,

27 And those who are fearful of the chastisement of their Lord - -

٢٧ وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم مِّنْ عَذَابِ رَبِّهِم مُّشْفِقُونَ

২৮ নিশ্চয় তাদের রবের আযাব থেকে কেউ নিরাপদ নয়।

28 - denn gewiß, vor der Strafe ihres Herrn (kann) sich niemand sicher glauben,

28 Surely the chastisement of their Lord is (a thing) not to be felt secure of - -

২৯ আর যারা তাদের যৌনাংগসমূহের হিফাযতকারী।

29 - und diejenigen, die ihre Scham hüten,

29 And those who guard their private parts,

٢٩ وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَٰفِظُونَ

৩০ তবে তাদের স্ত্রী ও তাদের ডান হাত যাদের মালিক হয়েছে সে দাসীগণের ক্ষেত্র ছাড়া। তাহলে তারা সে ক্ষেত্রে নিন্দনীয় হবে না।

30 außer gegenüber ihren Gattinnen oder was ihre rechte Hand (an Sklavinnen) besitzt, denn sie sind (hierin) nicht zu tadeln,

30 Except in the case of their wives or those whom their right hands possess - - for these surely are not to be blamed,

٣٠ إِلَّا عَلَىٰٓ أَزْوَٰجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ

৩১ তবে যে কেউ এদের বাইরে অন্যকে কামনা করে, তারাই তো সীমালংঘনকারী।

31 - wer aber darüber hinaus (etwas) begehrt, das sind die Übertreter,

31 But he who seeks to go beyond this, these it is that go beyond the limits - -

৩২ আর যারা নিজদের আমানত ও ওয়াদা রক্ষাকারী,

32 - und diejenigen, die auf die ihnen anvertrauten Güter und ihre Verpflichtung achtgeben,

32 And those who are faithful to their trusts and their covenant

৩৩ আর যারা তাদের সাক্ষ্যদানে অটল,

33 und diejenigen, die ihr Zeugnis in Aufrichtigkeit ablegen,

33 And those who are upright in their testimonies,

35 Jene werden sich in Gärten befinden und (darin) geehrt.

36 Was ist mit denjenigen, die ungläubig sind, daß sie hastig auf dich zukommen

৩৯ কখনো নয়, নিশ্চয় আমি তাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করেছি তারা যা জানে তা থেকে।

39 Keineswegs! Wir haben sie doch aus dem erschaffen, was sie wissen.

39 By no means! Surely We have created them of what they know.

৪০ অতএব, আমি উদয়স্থল ও অস্তাচলসমূহের রবের কসম করছি যে, আমি অবশ্যই সক্ষম!

40 Nein! Ich schwöre beim Herrn der Osten und der Westen, Wir haben fürwahr die Macht dazu,

40 But nay! I swear by the Lord of the Easts and the Wests that We are certainly able

٤٠ فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْمَشَٰرِقِ وَٱلْمَغَٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَٰدِرُونَ

৪১ তাদের চাইতে উত্তমদেরকে তাদের স্থলে নিয়ে আসতে এবং আমি অক্ষম নই।
Deutsch
41 daß Wir sie durch bessere als sie austauschen. Und niemand kann Uns zuvorkommen.

41 To bring instead (others) better than them, and We shall not be overcome.

٤١ عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ

৪২ অতএব তাদেরকে ছেড়ে দাও, তারা (বেহুদা কথায়) মত্ত থাকুক আর খেল-তামাশা করুক যতক্ষণ না তারা দেখা পায় সেদিনের, যার প্রতিশ্রুতি তাদেরকে দেয়া হয়েছে।

42 So lasse sie nur schweifende Gespräche führen und ihr Spiel treiben, bis sie ihrem Tag begegnen, der ihnen angedroht ist,

42 Therefore leave them alone to go on with the false discourses and to sport until they come face to face with that day of theirs with which they are threatened;

٤٢ فَذَرْهُمْ يَخُوضُوا۟ وَيَلْعَبُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ يُلَٰقُوا۟ يَوْمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِى يُوعَدُونَ

৪৩ যেদিন দ্রুতবেগে তারা কবর থেকে বের হয়ে আসবে, যেন তারা কোন লক্ষ্যের দিকে ছুটছে,

43 dem Tag, da sie aus den Gräbern eilig herauskommen werden, als würden sie hastig zu einem aufgerichteten Opferstein laufen,

43 The day on which they shall come forth from their graves in haste, as if they were hastening on to a goal,

٤٣ يَوْمَ يَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ ٱلْأَجْدَاثِ سِرَاعًا كَأَنَّهُمْ إِلَىٰ نُصُبٍ يُوفِضُونَ

৪৪ অবনত চোখে। লাঞ্ছনা তাদেরকে আচ্ছন্ন করবে! এটিই সেদিন যার ওয়াদা তাদেরকে দেয়া হয়েছিল।

44 mit demütigen Blicken, bedeckt mit Erniedrigung. Das ist der Tag, der ihnen immer wieder angedroht wurde.

44 Their eyes cast down; disgrace shall overtake them; that is the day which they were threatened with.
