Chapter 62, 11 verses
মহাকাশ এবং পৃথিবীতে যা কিছু আছে, সবই তসবিহ করছে আল্লাহর, যিনি মহান সম্রাট, অতিশয় পবিত্র, মহাশক্তিধর, মহাপ্রজ্ঞাবান।
Yusabbihu lillahi ma fee alssamawati wama fee alardi almaliki alquddoosi alAAazeezi alhakeemi
Whatever is in the heavens and on earth, doth declare the Praises and Glory of Allah, - the Sovereign, the Holy One, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
يُسَبِّحُ لِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ٱلْمَلِكِ ٱلْقُدُّوسِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ
তিনি সেই মহান সত্তা, যিনি উম্মিদের (নিরক্ষরদের) মাঝে পাঠিয়েছেন একজন রসূল তাদের মধ্য থেকেই, যে তাদের প্রতি তিলাওয়াত করে তাঁর আয়াত, তাদের পরিশুদ্ধ ও উন্নত করে এবং তাদের শিক্ষা দেয় আল কিতাব (আল কুরআন) আর হিকমাহ। যদিও ইতোপূর্বে তারা নিমজ্জিত ছিলো সুস্পষ্ট গোমরাহিতে;
Huwa allathee baAAatha fee alommiyyeena rasoolan minhum yatloo AAalayhim ayatihi wayuzakkeehim wayuAAallimuhumu alkitaba waalhikmata wain kanoo min qablu lafee dalalin mubeenin
It is He Who has sent amongst the Unlettered a messenger from among themselves, to rehearse to them His Signs, to sanctify them, and to instruct them in Scripture and Wisdom, - although they had been, before, in manifest error; -
هُوَ ٱلَّذِى بَعَثَ فِى ٱلْأُمِّيِّۦنَ رَسُولًا مِّنْهُمْ يَتْلُوا۟ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ وَيُزَكِّيهِمْ وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ وَٱلْحِكْمَةَ وَإِن كَانُوا۟ مِن قَبْلُ لَفِى ضَلَٰلٍ مُّبِينٍ
এবং তিনি এ রসূলকে পাঠিয়েছেন অন্যদের প্রতিও যারা এখনো তাদের সাথে মিলিত হয়নি। তিনি মহাপরাক্রমশালী, মহাপ্রজ্ঞাবান।
Waakhareena minhum lamma yalhaqoo bihim wahuwa alAAazeezu alhakeemu
As well as (to confer all these benefits upon) others of them, who have not already joined them: And He is exalted in Might, Wise.
وَءَاخَرِينَ مِنْهُمْ لَمَّا يَلْحَقُوا۟ بِهِمْ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ
এটা আল্লাহরই অনুগ্রহ, তিনি যাকে ইচ্ছা করেন, তা দিয়ে থাকেন। আর তো মহা অনুগ্রহপরায়ণ।
Thalika fadlu Allahi yuteehi man yashao waAllahu thoo alfadli alAAatheemi
Such is the Bounty of Allah, which He bestows on whom He will: and Allah is the Lord of the highest bounty.
ذَٰلِكَ فَضْلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلْفَضْلِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
যাদের উপর তাওরাতের দায়িত্বভার অর্পণ করা হয়েছিল, অথচ তারা সে দায়িত্ব পালন করেনি, তাদের দৃষ্টান্ত হলো গাধা, যারা কিতাবের বোঝা বহন করে (কিন্তু তা পাঠ করেনা, বুঝেনা এবং অনুসরণ ও বাস্তবায়ন করেনা)। কতো যে নিকৃষ্ট সেই লোকদের দৃষ্টান্ত যারা আল্লাহর আয়াত প্রত্যাখ্যান করে। যালিম লোকদের সঠিক পথে পরিচালিত করেননা।
Mathalu allatheena hummiloo alttawrata thumma lam yahmilooha kamathali alhimari yahmilu asfaran bisa mathalu alqawmi allatheena kaththaboo biayati Allahi waAllahu la yahdee alqawma alththalimeena
The similitude of those who were charged with the (obligations of the) Mosaic Law, but who subsequently failed in those (obligations), is that of a donkey which carries huge tomes (but understands them not). Evil is the similitude of people who falsify the Signs of Allah: and Allah guides not people who do wrong.
مَثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ حُمِّلُوا۟ ٱلتَّوْرَىٰةَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَحْمِلُوهَا كَمَثَلِ ٱلْحِمَارِ يَحْمِلُ أَسْفَارًۢا بِئْسَ مَثَلُ ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰل
(হে নবী!) বলো: হে ইহুদিরা! তোমরা যদি মনে করো, তোমরাই আল্লাহর অলি, অন্য লোকেরা নয়, তাহলে তোমরা মউত কামনা করো যদি তোমরা সত্যবাদী হয়ে থাকো।
Qul ya ayyuha allatheena hadoo in zaAAamtum annakum awliyao lillahi min dooni alnnasi fatamannawoo almawta in kuntum sadiqeena
Say: "O ye that stand on Judaism! If ye think that ye are friends to Allah, to the exclusion of (other) men, then express your desire for Death, if ye are truthful!"
قُلْ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ هَادُوٓا۟ إِن زَعَمْتُمْ أَنَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَآءُ لِلَّهِ مِن دُونِ ٱلنَّاسِ فَتَمَنَّوُا۟ ٱلْمَوْتَ إِن كُنتُمْ صَٰدِقِينَ
কিন্তু তারা তা কখনো কামনা করবেনা তারা যা কামাই করে পাঠিয়েছে তার কারণে। এই যালিমদের ভালো করেই জানেন।
Wala yatamannawnahu abadan bima qaddamat aydeehim waAllahu AAaleemun bialththalimeena
But never will they express their desire (for Death), because of the (deeds) their hands have sent on before them! and Allah knows well those that do wrong!
وَلَا يَتَمَنَّوْنَهُۥٓ أَبَدًۢا بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌۢ بِٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
(হে নবী!) বলো তোমরা যে মউত থেকে পালাচ্ছো, সে মউত তোমাদের সাথে অবশ্যি মোলাকাত (সাক্ষাত) করবে। তারপর তোমাদের ফেরত নেয়া হবে ও দৃশ্যের জ্ঞানীর কাছে। তখন তোমাদের অবহিত করা হবে, তোমরা (পৃথিবীর জীবনে) কী কাজ করেছিলে?
Qul inna almawta allathee tafirroona minhu fainnahu mulaqeekum thumma turaddoona ila AAalimi alghaybi waalshshahadati fayunabbiokum bima kuntum taAAmaloona
Say: "The Death from which ye flee will truly overtake you: then will ye be sent back to the Knower of things secret and open: and He will tell you (the truth of) the things that ye did!"
قُلْ إِنَّ ٱلْمَوْتَ ٱلَّذِى تَفِرُّونَ مِنْهُ فَإِنَّهُۥ مُلَٰقِيكُمْ ثُمَّ تُرَدُّونَ إِلَىٰ عَٰلِمِ ٱلْغَيْبِ وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
হে লোকেরা! জুমাবারে যখন তোমাদের আহবান করা হয় সালাতের জন্যে, তখন তোমরা আল্লাহর যিকিরের (সালাতের) দিকে দৌড়াও এবং স্থগিত রাখো ব্যবসায়িক কার্যক্রম। এটাই তোমাদের জন্যে কল্যাণকর, যদি তোমরা জানতে!
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo itha noodiya lilssalati min yawmi aljumuAAati faisAAaw ila thikri Allahi watharoo albayAAa thalikum khayrun lakum in kuntum taAAlamoona
O ye who believe! When the call is proclaimed to prayer on Friday (the Day of Assembly), hasten earnestly to the Remembrance of Allah, and leave off business (and traffic): That is best for you if ye but knew!
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِذَا نُودِىَ لِلصَّلَوٰةِ مِن يَوْمِ ٱلْجُمُعَةِ فَٱسْعَوْا۟ إِلَىٰ ذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ وَذَرُوا۟ ٱلْبَيْعَ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
তারপর শেষ হলে তোমরা ছড়িয়ে পড়ো জমিনে এবং সন্ধান করো আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ, আর বেশি বেশি যিকির করো আল্লাহকে, অবশ্যি হবে তোমরা।
Faitha qudiyati alssalatu faintashiroo fee alardi waibtaghoo min fadli Allahi waothkuroo Allaha katheeran laAAallakum tuflihoona
And when the Prayer is finished, then may ye disperse through the land, and seek of the Bounty of Allah: and celebrate the Praises of Allah often (and without stint): that ye may prosper.
فَإِذَا قُضِيَتِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةُ فَٱنتَشِرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱبْتَغُوا۟ مِن فَضْلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱذْكُرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرًا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ
তারা যখন ব্যবসায় এবং তামাশা - কৌতুক দেখতে পেলো, তখন তোমাকে দাঁড়ানো অবস্থায় রেখে তারা ছুটে গেলো সেদিকে। তুমি বলো: আল্লাহর কাছে যা রয়েছে সেটা খেলতামাশা এবং ব্যবসার থেকে কল্যাণকর।’ আল্লাহ্ই সর্বোত্তম রিযিকদাতা।
Waitha raaw tijaratan aw lahwan infaddoo ilayha watarakooka qaiman qul ma AAinda Allahi khayrun mina allahwi wamina alttijarati waAllahu khayru alrraziqeena
But when they see some bargain or some amusement, they disperse headlong to it, and leave thee standing. Say: "The (blessing) from the Presence of Allah is better than any amusement or bargain! and Allah is the Best to provide (for all needs)."
وَإِذَا رَأَوْا۟ تِجَٰرَةً أَوْ لَهْوًا ٱنفَضُّوٓا۟ إِلَيْهَا وَتَرَكُوكَ قَآئِمًا قُلْ مَا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ خَيْرٌ مِّنَ ٱللَّهْوِ وَمِنَ ٱلتِّجَٰرَةِ وَٱللَّهُ خَيْرُ ٱلرَّٰزِقِينَ
