০১-১৯যিনি মানুষ সৃষ্টি করেছেন তিনি তার গোপন ও প্রকাশ্য সবই জানেন। উপদেশ দিতে থাকো, যদি উপদেশ কাজে লাগে। যে আত্মোন্নয়ন করে সেই সফল। মানুষ দুনিয়ার প্রতি গুরুত্ব দেয়, অথচ আখিরাতই চিরস্থায়ী।

১ তসবিহ্ করো তোমার মহান প্রভুর নামের,

1 Preise den Namen deines höchsten Herrn,

1 In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. Praise the name of thy Lord the Most High,

١ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى

২ যিনি সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং সুষম করেছেন,

2 Der erschafft und dann zurechtformt

2 Who createth, then disposeth;

৩ যিনি সামঞ্জ্যপূর্ণ অনুপাত নির্ধারণ করেছেন এবং পথ প্রদর্শন করেছেন।

3 und Der das Maß festsetzt und dann rechtleitet

3 Who measureth, then guideth;

٣ وَالَّذِي قَدَّرَ فَهَدَىٰ

৪ এবং যিনি (জমিন থেকে) বের করে আনেন উদ্ভিদ।

4 und Der die Weide hervorbringt

4 Who bringeth forth the pasturage,

৫ তারপর সেগুলোকে পরিণত করেন কালো আবর্জনায়।

5 und sie dann zu dunkelbrauner Spreu macht.

5 Then turneth it to russet stubble.

٥ فَجَعَلَهُ غُثَاءً أَحْوَىٰ

আবদুস শহীদ নাসিম
৬ আমরা তোমাকে পড়িয়ে দেবো (কুরআন), তারপর তুমি আর তা ভুলবেনা।
Deutsch
6 Wir werden dich lesen lassen, und dann wirst du nichts vergessen,

6 We shall make thee read (O Muhammad) so that thou shalt not forget

٦ سَنُقْرِئُكَ فَلَا تَنسَىٰ

٦ سَنُقْرِئُكَ فَلَا تَنسَىٰٓ
আবদুস শহীদ নাসিম
৭ তবে আল্লাহ যা ইচ্ছা করেন, নিশ্চয়ই তিনি জানেন প্রকাশ্য এবং গোপনীয় সবকিছু।
Deutsch
7 außer dem, was Allah will. Er weiß ja, was laut vernehmbar geäußert wird und was verborgen bleibt.

7 Save that which Allah willeth. Lo! He knoweth the disclosed and that which still is hidden;

٧ إِلَّا مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّهُ يَعْلَمُ الْجَهْرَ وَمَا يَخْفَىٰ

٧ إِلَّا مَا شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ إِنَّهُۥ يَعْلَمُ ٱلْجَهْرَ وَمَا يَخْفَىٰ
আবদুস শহীদ নাসিম
৮ আমরা তোমার জন্যে সহজ পথকে সহজ করে দেবো।
Deutsch
8 Und Wir werden dir den Weg zum Leichteren leicht machen.

8 And We shall ease thy way unto the state of ease.

٨ وَنُيَسِّرُكَ لِلْيُسْرَىٰ

٨ وَنُيَسِّرُكَ لِلْيُسْرَىٰ
আবদুস শহীদ নাসিম
৯ তাই তুমি (মানুষকে) উপদেশ দিতে থাকো, যদি উপদেশ তাদের উপকারে আসে।
Deutsch
9 So ermahne -, wenn die Ermahnung nützt.

9 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder.

٩ فَذَكِّرْ إِن نَّفَعَتِ الذِّكْرَىٰ

১০ ঐ ব্যক্তি অবশ্যি উপদেশ গ্রহণ করবে, যে ভয় করে (আল্লাহকে)।

10 Bedenken wird jemand, der gottesfürchtig ist.

১১ আর তা উপেক্ষা করবে ঐ ব্যক্তি, যে বড়ই দুর্ভাগা,

11 Meiden aber wird es der Unseligste,

১২ যে প্রবেশ করবে সাংঘাতিক আগুনে।

12 der dem größten (Höllen)feuer ausgesetzt sein wird;

১৩ অতপর সেখানে সে মরবেওনা, বাঁচবেওনা।
Deutsch
13 darin wird er hierauf weder sterben noch leben.

13 Wherein he will neither die nor live.

١٣ ثُمَّ لَا يَمُوتُ فِيهَا وَلَا يَحْيَىٰ

১৪ নিশ্চয়ই সাফল্য অর্জন করবে ঐ ব্যক্তি, যে তাযকিয়া করবে,

14 Wohl ergehen wird es ja jemandem, der sich läutert,

١٤ قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَن تَزَكَّىٰ

١٤ قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَن تَزَكَّىٰ
আবদুস শহীদ নাসিম
১৫ এবং তার প্রভুর নাম যিকির (উচ্চারণ, আলোচনা, স্মরণ) করবে, আর আদায় করবে সালাত ।

15 und des Namens seines Herrn gedenkt; so betet er.

15 And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth,

١٥ وَذَكَرَ اسْمَ رَبِّهِ فَصَلَّىٰ

١٥ وَذَكَرَ ٱسْمَ رَبِّهِۦ فَصَلَّىٰ
আবদুস শহীদ নাসিম
১৬ কিন্তু তোমরা প্রাধান্য দিয়ে চলছো দুনিয়ার হায়াতকে।

16 Nein! Vielmehr zieht ihr das diesseitige Leben vor,

١٦ بَلْ تُؤْثِرُونَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا

١٦ بَلْ تُؤْثِرُونَ ٱلْحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنْيَا
আবদুস শহীদ নাসিম
১৭ অথচ আখিরাত ( - এর হায়াতই) হবে উত্তম এবং তা বাকি (স্থায়ী) থাকবে চিরকাল।
Deutsch
17 während das Jenseits besser und beständiger ist.

17 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting.

١٧ وَالْآخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَىٰ

১৮ নিশ্চয়ই এই উপদেশ পূর্বের সহিফাগুলোতেও (কিতাবগুলোতেও) রয়েছে,

18 Dies ist wahrlich in den früheren Blättern (enthalten),
