১১-২৯প্রত্যাখ্যানকারীরা ধ্বংস হয়েছে। আল্লাহ্ হক দিয়ে বাতিলকে আঘাত করেন, তার পরিণতিতে বাতিল বিদূরিত হয়ে যায়। একাধিক ইলাহ্ থাকলে সবকিছু ধ্বংস হয়ে যেতো। আল্লাহর এককত্ব এবং শিরকের বাতুলতা।
৩০-৩৩জীবন সৃষ্টির তত্ত্ব।
৩৪-৩৫নবী এবং সব মানুষ মরণশীল।
৩৬-৫০নবীদের প্রতি সমাজের বিরূপ আচরণ। কাফিররা যালিম। কিয়ামতের দিন আল্লাহ্ সুবিচার করবেন।
৫১-৭৫নিজ পিতা ও জাতির কাছে ইবরাহিম আ. কর্তৃক তাওহীদের দাওয়াত। ইবরাহিম কর্তৃক তাওহীদের যুক্তি। ইবরাহিমকে অগ্নিকুন্ডে নিক্ষেপ। আল্লাহ্ আগুনকে সুশীতল করে দেন। ইবরাহিমের বংশধরদের নেতৃত্ব প্রদান এবং তাদের জন্য কল্যাণের নির্দেশ। লুত জাতির অপকর্ম।
৭৬-৭৭নূহ আ.-কে তাঁর জাতির চক্রান্ত থেকে উদ্ধার।
৭৮-৮২দাউদ ও সুলাইমানের প্রতি আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ।
৮৩-৯৪আইউব, ইসমাঈল, ইদরিস, যুলকিফল, ইউনুস, যাকারিয়া এবং মরিয়মের প্রতি আল্লাহ্ অনুগ্রহ। এরা সবাই ছিলেন একই আদর্শের অনুসারী।
৯৫-১১২ইয়াজুজ মাজুযের প্রকাশ। কিয়ামত নিকটবর্তী। আল্লাহ্ ছাড়া সব উপাস্য ও তাদের উপাসকরা জাহান্নামি। যারা ভালো কাজে প্রতিযোগিতা করে তারা থাকবে জান্নাতে। পৃথিবীর ওয়ারিশ হবে সালেহ্ লোকেরা। মুহাম্মদ রসূলুল্লাহ রহমতুল্লিল আলামিন।

মানুষের হিসাব দেয়ার সময় তাদের নিকটেই চলে এসেছে, অথচ তারা গাফলতিতে তা উপেক্ষা করে চলেছে।

Closer and closer to mankind comes their Reckoning: yet they heed not and they turn away.
তাদের কলব থাকে অমনোযোগী। যালিমরা গোপন শলাপরামর্শ করে বলে: ‘এতো তোমাদের মতোই একজন মানুষ ছাড়া আর কিছু নয়। তোমরা কি দেখে শুনে ম্যাজিকের পিছে ছুটবে।’

Their hearts toying as with trifles. The wrong - doers conceal their private counsels, (saying), "Is this (one) more than a man like yourselves? Will ye go to witchcraft with your eyes open?"
Transliteration
Lahiyatan quloobuhum waasarroo alnnajwa allatheena thalamoo hal hatha illa basharun mithlukum afatatoona alssihra waantum tubsiroona
বরং তারা বলে: এগুলো হলো অলীক কল্পনা। হয় সে এগুলো উদ্ভাবন করে নিয়েছে, নয়তো সে একজন কবি। সুতরাং সে আমাদের কাছে কোনো নিদর্শন নিয়ে আসুক, যেভাবে নিদর্শনসহ প্রেরিত হয়েছিল পূর্বের রসূলরা।

"Nay," they say, "(these are) medleys of dream! - Nay, He forged it! - Nay, He is (but) a poet! Let him then bring us a Sign like the ones that were sent to (Prophets) of old!"
Transliteration
Bal qaloo adghathu ahlamin bali iftarahu bal huwa shaAAirun falyatina biayatin kama orsila alawwaloona
তোমার আগে আমরা যতো রসূলই পাঠিয়েছিলাম, তারা সবাই ছিলো মানুষ। তাদের কাছেই আমরা অহি পাঠাতাম। তোমরা যদি না জানো, তাহলে কিতাবধারীদের (জ্ঞানীদের) জিজ্ঞাসা করো।

Before thee, also, the messengers We sent were but men, to whom We granted inspiration: If ye realise this not, ask of those who possess the Message.
Transliteration
Wama arsalna qablaka illa rijalan noohee ilayhim faisaloo ahla alththikri in kuntum la taAAlamoona
বরং আমরা সত্যকে দিয়ে আঘাত হানি মিথ্যার উপর। তখন তা মিথ্যাকে চূর্ণ - বিচূর্ণ করে দেয়, আর তখন মিথ্যা হয়ে যায় অপসৃত। তোমরা যেসব কথা বানাচ্ছো, সেজন্যে তোমাদের দুর্ভোগ।

Nay, We hurl the Truth against falsehood, and it knocks out its brain, and behold, falsehood doth perish! Ah! woe be to you for the (false) things ye ascribe (to Us).
Transliteration
Bal naqthifu bialhaqqi AAala albatili fayadmaghuhu faitha huwa zahiqun walakumu alwaylu mimma tasifoona
মহাকাশ এবং পৃথিবীতে যারাই আছে সবাই তাঁর। তাঁর কাছে যারা (যেসব ফেরশতা) রয়েছে তারা তাঁর দাসত্ব ও আনুগত্যের ব্যাপারে অহংকার করেনা এবং ক্লান্তিও বোধ করেনা।

To Him belong all (creatures) in the heavens and on earth: Even those who are in His (very) Presence are not too proud to serve Him, nor are they (ever) weary (of His service):
Transliteration
Walahu man fee alssamawati waalardi waman AAindahu la yastakbiroona AAan AAibadatihi wala yastahsiroona
যদি মহাকাশ ও পৃথিবীতে ছাড়া অনেক ইলাহ্ থাকতো তাহলে উভয়টাই ধ্বংস হয়ে যেতো। সুতরাং তাদের আরোপিত এসব অপবাদ থেকে আরশের মালিক অনেক ঊর্ধ্বে, মহান ও পবিত্র।

If there were, in the heavens and the earth, other gods besides Allah, there would have been confusion in both! but glory to Allah, the Lord of the Throne: (High is He) above what they attribute to Him!

Law kana feehimaalihatun illa Allahu lafasadata fasubhana Allahi rabbi alAAarshi AAamma yasifoona
তাঁর কর্ম সম্পর্কে প্রশ্ন করা হবেনা (প্রশ্ন করার কেউ নেই), অথচ তাদেরকে প্রশ্ন করা হবে।

He cannot be questioned for His acts, but they will be questioned (for theirs).

La yusalu AAamma yafAAalu wahum yusaloona

لَا يُسْـَٔلُ عَمَّا يَفْعَلُ وَهُمْ يُسْـَٔلُونَ
আবদুস শহীদ নাসিম
তারা কি তাঁর পরিবর্তে অন্যদেরকে ইলাহ্ গ্রহণ করেছে? হে নবী! বলো: ‘(তাদের ইলাহ্ হবার) প্রমাণ উপস্থিত করো। এটা (এই কুরআন) উপদেশ যারা আমার কালে আছে তাদের জন্যে, এবং উপদেশ তাদের জন্যে যারা ছিলো আমার আগে।’ বরং তাদের অধিকাংশই জানেনা প্রকৃত সত্য। ফলে তারা মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়।

Or have they taken for worship (other) gods besides him? Say, "Bring your convincing proof: this is the Message of those with me and the Message of those before me." But most of them know not the Truth, and so turn away.
Transliteration
Ami ittakhathoo min doonihi alihatan qul hatoo burhanakum hathathikru man maAAiya wathikru man qablee bal aktharuhum la yaAAlamoona alhaqqa fahum muAAridoona
তিনি তাদের সামনের ও পেছনের সবকিছু অবগত! তারা শাফায়াত করবেনা, তবে যাদের ব্যাপারে সন্তুষ্ট। আর তারা সব সময় ভীত সন্ত্রস্ত থাকে তাঁর ভয়ে।

He knows what is before them, and what is behind them, and they offer no intercession except for those who are acceptable, and they stand in awe and reverence of His (Glory).
Transliteration
YaAAlamu ma bayna aydeehim wama khalfahum wala yashfaAAoona illa limani irtada wahum min khashyatihi mushfiqoona
যারা কুফুরি করে তারা কি ভেবে দেখেনা, মহাকাশ আর পৃথিবী তো প্রথমে ছিলো ওতপ্রোত জড়িত থাকা একটি পিন্ড। তারপর আমরা তাদের পৃথক করে দিয়েছি, আর সমস্ত প্রাণবানকেই আমরা সৃষ্টি করেছি পানি থেকে। তবু কি তারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করবেনা।

Do not the Unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together (as one unit of creation), before we clove them asunder? We made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?
Transliteration
Awalam yara allatheena kafaroo anna alssamawati waalarda kanata ratqan fafataqnahuma wajaAAalna mina almai kulla shayin hayyin afala yuminoona
আর আমরা পৃথিবীতে সৃষ্টি করে দিয়েছি পাহাড় পর্বত, যাতে করে পৃথিবী তাদের নিয়ে এদিক সেদিক ঢলে না পড়ে। আর আমরা তাতে প্রশস্ত পথও সৃষ্টি করে দিয়েছি, যাতে তারা পৌঁছাতে পারে গন্তব্যস্থলে।

And We have set on the earth mountains standing firm, lest it should shake with them, and We have made therein broad highways (between mountains) for them to pass through: that they may receive Guidance.
কাফিররা যখনই তোমাকে দেখে, তখনই তারা তোমাকে বিদ্রুপের পাত্র হিসেবে গ্রহণ করে। তারা বলে: ‘এই লোকটিই কি তোমাদের ইলাহ্দের (দেবদেবীর) সমালোচনা করে?’ অথচ তারাই (এই কাফিররাই) রহমানের যিকির - এর বিরোধিতা করে।

When the Unbelievers see thee, they treat thee not except with ridicule. "Is this," (they say), "the one who talks of your gods?" and they blaspheme at the mention of (Allah) Most Gracious!
Transliteration
Waitha raaka allatheena kafaroo in yattakhithoonaka illa huzuwan ahatha allathee yathkuru alihatakum wahum bithikri alrrahmani hum kafiroona
হায়, কাফিররা যদি জানতো, সে সময়টি যখন আসবে, তখন তারা তাদের সামনে এবং পেছনে থেকে আসা আগুন প্রতিরোধ করতে পারবেনা এবং তাদেরকে কোনো প্রকার সাহায্যও করা হবেনা।

If only the Unbelievers knew (the time) when they will not be able to ward off the fire from their faces, nor yet from their backs, and (when) no help can reach them!
Transliteration
Law yaAAlamu allatheena kafaroo heena la yakuffoona AAan wujoohihimu alnnara wala AAan thuhoorihim wala hum yunsaroona
তাহলে কি আমরা ছাড়াও তাদের আরো ইলাহ্ আছে যারা তাদের রক্ষা করবে? তারা তো তাদের নিজেদেরকেও সাহায্য করতে পারবেনা, আর আমাদের বিরুদ্ধে তাদের কোনো সাহায্যকারীও থাকবেনা।

Or have they gods that can guard them from Us? They have no power to aid themselves, nor can they be defended from Us.
Transliteration
Am lahum alihatun tamnaAAuhum min doonina la yastateeAAoona nasra anfusihim wala hum minna yushaboona
বরং আমরাই তাদের এবং তাদের পূর্ব পুরুষদের ভোগবিলাসের উপকরণ দিয়েছি, তাছাড়া তাদের বয়সকালও হয়েছিল দীর্ঘ। তারা কি দেখেনা, আমরা তাদের দেশকে চারদিক থেকে সংকুচিত করে আনছি, তবু কি তারা বিজয়ী হবে?

Nay, We gave the good things of this life to these men and their fathers until the period grew long for them; See they not that We gradually reduce the land (in their control) from its outlying borders? Is it then they who will win?
Transliteration
Bal mattaAAna haolai waabaahum hattatala AAalayhimu alAAumuru afala yarawna anna natee alarda nanqusuha min atrafiha afahumu alghaliboona
কিয়ামতকালে আমরা স্থাপন করবো ন্যায়বিচারের দন্ড। তখন কারো প্রতি বিন্দুমাত্র যুলুম করা হবেনা। কারো কর্ম যদি শস্য পরিমাণ ওজনেরও হয়, সেটাও আমরা ওজনের আওতায় নিয়ে আসবো। হিসাবগ্রহণকারী হিসেবে আমরাই যথেষ্ট।

We shall set up scales of justice for the Day of Judgment, so that not a soul will be dealt with unjustly in the least, and if there be (no more than) the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it (to account): and enough are We to take account.
Transliteration
WanadaAAu almawazeena alqista liyawmi alqiyamati fala tuthlamu nafsun shayan wain kana mithqala habbatin min khardalin atayna biha wakafa binahasibeena
আর তাদেরকে আমরা বানিয়েছি ইমাম (নেতা), তারা আমাদের নির্দেশ মতো মানুষকে সঠিক পথ দেখাতো। আমরা তাদেরকে অহির মাধ্যমে নির্দেশ দিয়েছি জনকল্যাণের কাজ করতে, কায়েম করতে এবং যাকাত প্রদান করতে। তারা ছিলো আমার অনুগত দাস (উপাসক)।

And We made them leaders, guiding (men) by Our Command, and We sent them inspiration to do good deeds, to establish regular prayers, and to practise regular charity; and they constantly served Us (and Us only).
আর লুতকে আমরা দিয়েছিলাম হিকমাহ এবং এলেম। তাকেও আমরা নাজাত দিয়েছিলাম অশ্লীল কাজে লিপ্ত এক খবিছ জনপদ থেকে। তারা ছিলো এক নিকৃষ্ট সীমালঙ্ঘনকারী কওম।

And to Lut, too, We gave Judgment and Knowledge, and We saved him from the town which practised abominations: truly they were a people given to Evil, a rebellious people.
Transliteration
Walootan ataynahu hukman waAAilman wanajjaynahu mina alqaryati allatee kanat taAAmalu alkhabaitha innahum kanoo qawma sawin fasiqeena
আমরা তাকে সাহায্য করেছিলাম এমন একটি কওমের বিরুদ্ধে যারা প্রত্যাখ্যান করেছিল আমাদের আয়াত। তারা ছিলো একটি মন্দ কওম, ফলে আমরা তাদের সবাইকে ডুবিয়ে দিয়েছিলাম পানিতে।

We helped him against people who rejected Our Signs: truly they were a people given to Evil: so We drowned them (in the Flood) all together.
আরো স্মরণ করো দাউদ আর সুলাইমানের কথা। তারা যখন শস্যক্ষেত সম্পর্কে ফায়সালা দিচ্ছিল, তাতে রাতের বেলায় অন্য লোকের মেষপাল ঢুকে পড়েছিল, আমরা তাদের বিচার কাজ প্রত্যক্ষ করছিলাম।

And remember David and Solomon, when they gave judgment in the matter of the field into which the sheep of certain people had strayed by night: We did witness their judgment.
আমরা বিষয়টি সম্পর্কে সুলাইমানকে সঠিক বুঝ দিয়েছিলাম, তবে দুজনকেই দিয়েছিলাম প্রজ্ঞা এবং এলেম। আমরা পাহাড় পর্বত আর পাখিদেরকে অধীনস্থ করে দিয়েছিলাম দাউদের সাথে তারা তসবিহ করতো। এসব কিছুর কর্তা ছিলাম আমরাই।

To Solomon We inspired the (right) understanding of the matter: to each (of them) We gave Judgment and Knowledge; it was Our power that made the hills and the birds celebrate Our praises, with David: it was We Who did (all these things).
আর আমরা সুলাইমানের অধীন করে দিয়েছিলাম উদ্দাম বাতাসকে, তা তার আদেশক্রমে বয়ে চলতো এমন দেশের দিকে, যেখানে আমরা কল্যাণ রেখেছি, আর প্রত্যেক বিষয়ে আমরা অবগত।

(It was Our power that made) the violent (unruly) wind flow (tamely) for Solomon, to his order, to the land which We had blessed: for We do know all things.
তখন আমরা তার ডাকে সাড়া দিয়েছিলাম, তার অসুখ দূর করে দিয়েছিলাম, ফিরিয়ে দিয়েছিলাম তার পরিবার পরিজন এবং তাদের সাথে অনুরূপ আরো দিয়েছিলাম আমার বিশেষ রহমত হিসেবে আর ইবাদতকারীদের জন্যে উপদেশ হিসেবে।

So We listened to him: We removed the distress that was on him, and We restored his people to him, and doubled their number, - as a Grace from Ourselves, and a thing for commemoration, for all who serve Us.
Transliteration
Faistajabna lahu fakashafna ma bihi min durrin waataynahu ahlahu wamithlahum maAAahum rahmatan min AAindina wathikra lilAAabideena
আরো স্মরণ করো মাছওয়ালার (ইউনুসের) কথা। সে গোস্বা নিয়ে বের হয়ে গিয়েছিল এবং ধারণা করেছিল আমরা তার বিরুদ্ধে কোনো শাস্তিমূলক পদক্ষেপ নেবোনা। কিন্তু পরে সে অন্ধকার থেকে আমাদের ডেকে বলেছিল: ‘(প্রভু!) তুমি ছাড়া কোনো উদ্ধারকারী নেই, তুমি পবিত্র, মহান। আমি তো যালিম, অন্যায়কারী।’

And remember Zun - nun, when he departed in wrath: He imagined that We had no power over him! But he cried through the deptHs of darkness, "There is no god but thou: glory to thee: I was indeed wrong!"
Transliteration
Watha alnnooni iththahaba mughadiban fathanna an lan naqdira AAalayhi fanada fee alththulumati an la ilaha illa anta subhanaka innee kuntu mina alththalimeena
ফলে আমরা তার ডাকে সাড়া দিয়েছি এবং তার জন্যে দান করেছি ইয়াহিয়াকে, আর তার জন্যে তার স্ত্রীকে করে দিয়েছি (সন্তান ধারণের) যোগ্য। এরা সবাই ছিলো কল্যাণের কাজে প্রতিযোগিতাকারী। তারা আমাকে ডাকতো আশা ও ভয় নিয়ে এবং তারা ছিলো আমার প্রতি বিনয়ী।

So We listened to him: and We granted him Yahya: We cured his wife's (Barrenness) for him. These (three) were ever quick in emulation in good works; they used to call on Us with love and reverence, and humble themselves before Us.
আর স্মরণ করো ঐ নারীর কথা, যে রক্ষা করেছিল তার সতীত্ব। তারপর আমরা তার মধ্যে ফুঁকে দিয়েছি আমাদের রূহ। আর আমরা তাকে এবং তার পুত্রকে বানিয়েছি জগদ্বাসীর জন্যে একটি নিদর্শন।

And (remember) her who guarded her chastity: We breathed into her of Our spirit, and We made her and her son a sign for all peoples.
Transliteration
Waallatee ahsanat farjaha fanafakhna feeha min roohina wajaAAalnaha waibnahaayatan lilAAalameena
এবং প্রতিশ্রুত সময়টি নিকটে আসবে। তখন তা অকস্মাৎ সংঘটিত হতেই কাফিরদের চোখগুলো স্থির হয়ে যাবে। তারা বলবে: হায়, ধ্বংস আমাদের, আমরা তো এ বিষয়ে গাফলতির মধ্যে ছিলাম, বরং আমরা ছিলাম যালিম।

Then will the true promise draw nigh (of fulfilment): then behold! the eyes of the Unbelievers will fixedly stare in horror: "Ah! Woe to us! we were indeed heedless of this; nay, we truly did wrong!"
Transliteration
Waiqtaraba alwaAAdu alhaqqu faitha hiya shakhisatun absaru allatheena kafaroo ya waylana qad kunna fee ghaflatin min hatha bal kunnathalimeena
মহাভীতি তাদেরকে চিন্তিত করবেনা। ফেরেশতারা তাদের সাথে মোলাকাত করে বলবে: ‘এটাই হলো আপনাদের সেইদিন, যার ওয়াদা আপনাদের দেয়া হয়েছিল।’

The Great Terror will bring them no grief: but the angels will meet them (with mutual greetings): "This is your Day, - (the Day) that ye were promised."
সেদিন আমরা আকাশ গুটিয়ে ফেলবো, যেভাবে গুটানো হয় লিখিত দস্তাবেজ। যেভাবে আমরা প্রথমবার সৃষ্টি করেছি, সেভাবেই পুনরায় সৃষ্টি করবো। ওয়াদা পালন করা আমাদের দায়িত্ব। আমরা এটা করেই ছাড়বো।

The Day that We roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books (completed), - even as We produced the first creation, so shall We produce a new one: a promise We have undertaken: truly shall We fulfil it.
Transliteration
Yawma natwee alssamaa katayyi alssijlli lilkutubi kama badana awwala khalqin nuAAeeduhu waAAdan AAalayna inna kunna faAAileena
তারা যদি মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়, তুমি বলে দাও: ‘‘আমি তোমাদেরকে যথাযথ আহবান জানিয়েছি। আমি জানিনা, তোমাদেরকে যে বিষয়ে ওয়াদা দেয়া হয়েছে, সেটা কি নিকটে নাকি দূরে।

But if they turn back, Say: "I have proclaimed the Message to you all alike and in truth; but I know not whether that which ye are promised is near or far.
Transliteration
Fain tawallaw faqul athantukum AAala sawain wain adree aqareebun am baAAeedun ma tooAAadoona
সে (রসূল) আরো বলেছে: ‘আমার প্রভু! তুমি সত্য ও ন্যায্য ফায়সালা করে দাও। (আর হে মানুষ!) আমাদের প্রভু দয়াময় - রহমান। তোমরা যা বলছো, সে বিষয়ে তাঁরই সাহায্য চাওয়া যেতে পারে।’

Say: "O my Lord! judge Thou in truth!""Our Lord Most Gracious is the One Whose assistance should be sought against the blasphemies ye utter!"

Qala rabbi ohkum bialhaqqi warabbuna alrrahmanu almustaAAanu AAala ma tasifoona
