Chapter 61, 14 verses
আল্লাহর নামে শুরু করছি, পরম করুণাময় পরম দয়ালু; আকাশসমূহে এবং পৃথিবীতে যা আছে, সবকিছুই আল্লাহর পবিত্রতা ঘোষণা করে। আর তিনিই মহাশক্তিশালী, মহাপ্রজ্ঞাবান।
Sabbaha lillahi ma fee alssamawati wama fee alardi wahuwa alAAazeezu alhakeemu
Whatever is in the heavens and on earth, let it declare the Praises and Glory of Allah: for He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ
হে যারা ঈমান এনেছো, তোমরা এমন কথা কেন বলো, যা তোমরা করো না?
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo lima taqooloona ma la tafAAaloona
O ye who believe! Why say ye that which ye do not?
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ
আল্লাহর কাছে এটি অত্যন্ত অপছন্দনীয় যে, তোমরা এমন কথা বলো, যা তোমরা করো না।
Kabura maqtan AAinda Allahi an taqooloo ma la tafAAaloona
Grievously odious is it in the sight of Allah that ye say that which ye do not.
كَبُرَ مَقْتًا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ أَن تَقُولُوا۟ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ
নিশ্চয়ই তাদেরকে ভালোবাসেন, যারা তাঁর পথে এমনভাবে সারিবদ্ধ হয়ে যুদ্ধ করে, যেন তারা সীসা দিয়ে গাঁথা এক সুদৃঢ় প্রাচীর।
Inna Allaha yuhibbu allatheena yuqatiloona fee sabeelihi saffan kaannahum bunyanun marsoosun
Truly Allah loves those who fight in His Cause in battle array, as if they were a solid cemented structure.
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُقَٰتِلُونَ فِى سَبِيلِهِۦ صَفًّا كَأَنَّهُم بُنْيَٰنٌ مَّرْصُوصٌ
আর যখন মূসা তাঁর সম্প্রদায়কে বলেছিলেন, “হে আমার সম্প্রদায়, তোমরা আমাকে কেন কষ্ট দিচ্ছো? অথচ তোমরা তো জানো যে, আমি তোমাদের প্রতি আল্লাহর রাসূল।” অতঃপর যখন তারা বক্রপথে চলল, তখন তাদের অন্তরকে বক্র করে দিলেন। আর অবাধ্য জাতিকে পথনির্দেশ করেন না।
বক্রপথে বা বাঁকা পথে
Waith qala moosa liqawmihi ya qawmi lima tuthoonanee waqad taAAlamoona annee rasoolu Allahi ilaykum falamma zaghoo azagha Allahu quloobahum waAllahu la yahdee alqawma alfasiqeena
And remember, Moses said to his people: "O my people! why do ye vex and insult me, though ye know that I am the messenger of Allah (sent) to you?" Then when they went wrong, Allah let their hearts go wrong. For Allah guides not those who are rebellious transgressors.
وَإِذْ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوْمِهِۦ يَٰقَوْمِ لِمَ تُؤْذُونَنِى وَقَد تَّعْلَمُونَ أَنِّى رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ إِلَيْكُمْ فَلَمَّا زَاغُوٓا۟ أَزَاغَ ٱللَّهُ قُلُوبَهُمْ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْفَٰسِقِينَ
আর যখন মারইয়ামের পুত্র ঈসা বলেছিলেন, “হে ইসরাঈলের সন্তানগণ, নিশ্চয়ই আমি তোমাদের প্রতি আল্লাহর রাসূল; আমার পূর্বে যে তাওরাত রয়েছে, আমি তার সত্যায়নকারী এবং আমার পরে এমন এক রাসূলের সুসংবাদদাতা, যার নাম আহমাদ।” অতঃপর যখন তিনি তাদের কাছে সুস্পষ্ট প্রমাণ নিয়ে এলেন, তারা বলল, “এ তো স্পষ্ট জাদু।”
Waith qala AAeesa ibnu maryama ya banee israeela innee rasoolu Allahi ilaykum musaddiqan lima bayna yadayya mina alttawrati wamubashshiran birasoolin yatee min baAAdee ismuhu ahmadu falamma jaahum bialbayyinati qaloo hatha sihrun mubeenun
And remember, Jesus, the son of Mary, said: "O Children of Israel! I am the messenger of Allah (sent) to you, confirming the Law (which came) before me, and giving Glad Tidings of a Messenger to come after me, whose name shall be Ahmad." But when he came to them with Clear Signs, they said, "this is evident sorcery!"
وَإِذْ قَالَ عِيسَى ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَ يَٰبَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ إِنِّى رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ إِلَيْكُم مُّصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَىَّ مِنَ ٱلتَّوْرَىٰةِ وَمُبَشِّرًۢا بِرَسُولٍ يَأْتِى مِنۢ بَعْدِى ٱسْمُهُۥٓ أَحْمَدُ
আর তার চেয়ে বড় যালিম আর কে, যে আল্লাহর সম্পর্কে মিথ্যা রচনা করে, অথচ তাকে ইসলামের দিকে আহ্বান করা হয়? আর যালিম জাতিকে পথনির্দেশ করেন না।
Waman athlamu mimmani iftara AAala Allahi alkathiba wahuwa yudAAa ila alislami waAllahu la yahdee alqawma alththalimeena
Who doth greater wrong than one who invents falsehood against Allah, even as he is being invited to Islam? And Allah guides not those who do wrong.
وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفْتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلْكَذِبَ وَهُوَ يُدْعَىٰٓ إِلَى ٱلْإِسْلَٰمِ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
তারা তাদের মুখের ফুঁ দিয়ে আল্লাহর নূর নিভিয়ে দিতে চায়। কিন্তু তাঁর নূর পূর্ণ করবেন, যদিও অস্বীকারকারীরা তা অপছন্দ করে।
Yureedoona liyutfioo noora Allahi biafwahihim waAllahu mutimmu noorihi walaw kariha alkafiroona
Their intention is to extinguish Allah's Light (by blowing) with their mouths: But Allah will complete (the revelation of) His Light, even though the Unbelievers may detest (it).
يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطْفِـُٔوا۟ نُورَ ٱللَّهِ بِأَفْوَٰهِهِمْ وَٱللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِۦ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ
তিনিই যিনি তাঁর রাসূলকে পথনির্দেশ এবং সত্য ধর্মসহ প্রেরণ করেছেন, যাতে তিনি একে সব ধর্মের উপর বিজয়ী করেন, যদিও মুশরিকরা তা অপছন্দ করে।
Huwa allathee arsala rasoolahu bialhuda wadeeni alhaqqi liyuthhirahu AAala alddeeni kullihi walaw kariha almushrikoona
It is He Who has sent His Messenger with Guidance and the Religion of Truth, that he may proclaim it over all religion, even though the Pagans may detest (it).
هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُۥ بِٱلْهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ ٱلْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُۥ عَلَى ٱلدِّينِ كُلِّهِۦ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْمُشْرِكُونَ
হে যারা ঈমান এনেছো, আমি কি তোমাদেরকে এমন এক বাণিজ্যের সন্ধান দেবো , যা তোমাদেরকে যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি থেকে রক্ষা করবে?
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo hal adullukum AAala tijaratin tunjeekum min AAathabin aleemin
O ye who believe! Shall I lead you to a bargain that will save you from a grievous Penalty? -
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَىٰ تِجَٰرَةٍ تُنجِيكُم مِّنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ
তোমরা ও তাঁর রাসূলের প্রতি ঈমান আনবে এবং আল্লাহর পথে তোমাদের সম্পদ ও জীবন দিয়ে সংগ্রাম করবে। এটি তোমাদের জন্য উত্তম, যদি তোমরা জানতে।
Tuminoona biAllahi warasoolihi watujahidoona fee sabeeli Allahi biamwalikum waanfusikum thalikum khayrun lakum in kuntum taAAlamoona
That ye believe in Allah and His Messenger, and that ye strive (your utmost) in the Cause of Allah, with your property and your persons: That will be best for you, if ye but knew!
تُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَتُجَٰهِدُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ بِأَمْوَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
তিনি তোমাদের পাপসমূহ ক্ষমা করবেন এবং তোমাদেরকে এমন উদ্যানসমূহে প্রবেশ করাবেন, যার নিচ দিয়ে নদী প্রবাহিত হয়, এবং স্থায়ী উদ্যানসমূহে উত্তম বাসস্থানে। এটাই মহাসাফল্য।
Yaghfir lakum thunoobakum wayudkhilkum jannatin tajree min tahtiha alanharu wamasakina tayyibatan fee jannati AAadnin thalika alfawzu alAAatheemu
He will forgive you your sins, and admit you to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, and to beautiful mansions in Gardens of Eternity: that is indeed the Supreme Achievement.
يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَيُدْخِلْكُمْ جَنَّٰتٍ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ وَمَسَٰكِنَ طَيِّبَةً فِى جَنَّٰتِ عَدْنٍ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ
আর আরেকটি, যা তোমরা ভালোবাসো; আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে সাহায্য এবং আসন্ন বিজয়। আর মুমিনদের সুসংবাদ দাও।
Waokhra tuhibboonaha nasrun mina Allahi wafathun qarreebun wabashshiri almumineena
And another (favour will He bestow,) which ye do love, - help from Allah and a speedy victory. So give the Glad Tidings to the Believers.
وَأُخْرَىٰ تُحِبُّونَهَا نَصْرٌ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَفَتْحٌ قَرِيبٌ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
হে যারা ঈমান এনেছো, তোমরা আল্লাহর সাহায্যকারী হও; যেমন মারইয়ামের পুত্র ঈসা শিষ্যদের বলেছিলেন, “আল্লাহর পথে আমার সাহায্যকারী কারা?” শিষ্যরা বলেছিল, “আমরাই আল্লাহর সাহায্যকারী।” অতঃপর ইসরাঈলের সন্তানদের একটি দল ঈমান এনেছিল এবং একটি দল অবিশ্বাস করেছিল। তারপর আমরা যারা ঈমান এনেছিল তাদেরকে তাদের শত্রুদের বিরুদ্ধে শক্তি দিয়েছিলাম। ফলে তারাই বিজয়ী হয়েছিল।
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo koonoo ansara Allahi kama qala AAeesa ibnu maryama lilhawariyyeena man ansaree ila Allahi qala alhawariyyoona nahnu ansaru Allahi faamanat taifatun min banee israeela wakafarat taifatun faayyadna allatheena amanoo AAala AAaduwwihim faasbahoo thahireena
O ye who believe! Be ye helpers of Allah: As said Jesus the son of Mary to the Disciples, "Who will be my helpers to (the work of) Allah?" Said the disciples, "We are Allah's helpers!" then a portion of the Children of Israel believed, and a portion disbelieved: But We gave power to those who believed, against their enemies, and they became the ones that prevailed.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ كُونُوٓا۟ أَنصَارَ ٱللَّهِ كَمَا قَالَ عِيسَى ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَ لِلْحَوَارِيِّۦنَ مَنْ أَنصَارِىٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ قَالَ ٱلْحَوَارِيُّونَ نَحْنُ أَنصَارُ ٱللَّهِ فَـَٔامَنَت طَّآئِفَ
