Saheeh International
By the sun and its brightness
Pickthall
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. By the sun and his brightness,
Arabic, with marks
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ وَالشَّمْسِ وَضُحَاهَا
বয়ান ফাউন্ডেশন
কসম সূর্যের ও তার কিরণের।
Saheeh International
And [by] the moon when it follows it
Pickthall
And the moon when she followeth him,
Arabic, with marks
وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا تَلَاهَا
বয়ান ফাউন্ডেশন
কসম চাঁদের, যখন তা সূর্যের অনুগামী হয়।
Saheeh International
And [by] the day when it displays it
Pickthall
And the day when it revealeth him,
Arabic, with marks
وَالنَّهَارِ إِذَا جَلَّاهَا
বয়ান ফাউন্ডেশন
কসম দিবসের, যখন তা সূর্যকে প্রকাশ করে।
Saheeh International
And [by] the night when it covers it
Pickthall
And the night when it enshroudeth him,

وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا يَغْشَاهَا
বয়ান ফাউন্ডেশন
কসম রাতের, যখন তা সূর্যকে ঢেকে দেয়।
Saheeh International
And [by] the sky and He who constructed it
Pickthall
And the heaven and Him Who built it,
Arabic, with marks
وَالسَّمَاءِ وَمَا بَنَاهَا
বয়ান ফাউন্ডেশন
কসম আসমানের এবং যিনি তা বানিয়েছেন।
Saheeh International
And [by] the earth and He who spread it
Pickthall
And the earth and Him Who spread it,
Arabic, with marks
وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا طَحَاهَا
বয়ান ফাউন্ডেশন
কসম যমীনের এবং যিনি তা বিস্তৃত করেছেন।
Saheeh International
And [by] the soul and He who proportioned it
Pickthall
And a soul and Him Who perfected it
Arabic, with marks
وَنَفْسٍ وَمَا سَوَّاهَا
বয়ান ফাউন্ডেশন
এবং প্রাণের, এবং তাঁর, যিনি তা সুগঠিত করেছেন,
Saheeh International
And inspired it [with discernment of] its wickedness and its righteousness,
Pickthall
And inspired it (with conscience of) what is wrong for it and (what is) right for it.

فَأَلْهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقْوَاهَا
বয়ান ফাউন্ডেশন
অতঃপর তিনি তাকে অবহিত করেছেন তার পাপসমূহ ও তার তাকওয়া সম্পর্কে।
Saheeh International
He has succeeded who purifies it,
Pickthall
He is indeed who causeth it to grow,
Arabic, with marks
قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَن زَكَّاهَا
বয়ান ফাউন্ডেশন
নিঃসন্দেহে সে হয়েছে, যে তাকে পরিশুদ্ধ করেছে।
Saheeh International
And he has failed who instills it [with corruption].
Pickthall
And he is indeed a failure who stunteth it.

وَقَدْ خَابَ مَن دَسَّاهَا
বয়ান ফাউন্ডেশন
এবং সে ব্যর্থ হয়েছে, যে তা (নাফস)-কে কলুষিত করেছে।
Saheeh International
Thamud denied [their prophet] by reason of their transgression,
Pickthall
(The tribe of) Thamud denied (the truth) in their rebellious pride,

كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ بِطَغْوَاهَا
বয়ান ফাউন্ডেশন
সামূদ জাতি আপন অবাধ্যতাবশত অস্বীকার করেছিল।
Saheeh International
When the most wretched of them was sent forth.
Pickthall
When the basest of them broke forth
Arabic, with marks
إِذِ انبَعَثَ أَشْقَاهَا
বয়ান ফাউন্ডেশন
যখন তাদের সর্বাধিক হতভাগা ব্যক্তিটি তৎপর হয়ে উঠল।
Saheeh International
And the messenger of Allah [Salih] said to them, "[Do not harm] the she - camel of Allah or [prevent her from] her drink."
Pickthall
And the messenger of Allah said: It is the she - camel of Allah, so let her drink!
Arabic, with marks
فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ نَاقَةَ اللَّهِ وَسُقْيَاهَا
বয়ান ফাউন্ডেশন
তখন আল্লাহর রাসূল তাদেরকে বলেছিল, ‘আল্লাহর উষ্ট্রী ও তার পানি পান সম্পর্কে সতর্ক হও।’
Saheeh International
But they denied him and hamstrung her. So their Lord brought down upon them destruction for their sin and made it equal [upon all of them].
Pickthall
But they denied him, and they hamstrung her, so Allah doomed them for their sin and rased (their dwellings).
Arabic, with marks
فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَعَقَرُوهَا فَدَمْدَمَ عَلَيْهِمْ رَبُّهُم بِذَنبِهِمْ فَسَوَّاهَا
বয়ান ফাউন্ডেশন
কিন্তু তারা তাকে অস্বীকার করল এবং উষ্ট্রীকে যবেহ করল। ফলে তাদের রব তাদের অপরাধের কারণে তাদেরকে সমূলে ধ্বংস করে দিলেন। অতঃপর তা একাকার করে দিলেন।
Saheeh International
And He does not fear the consequence thereof.
Pickthall
He dreadeth not the sequel (of events).

وَلَا يَخَافُ عُقْبَاهَا
বয়ান ফাউন্ডেশন
আর তিনি এর পরিণামকে ভয় করেন না।
