Chapter 45, 37 verses
Ha - Mim.
Ha, Meem.
হা মিম।
حمٓ
The revelation of the Book is from Allah the Exalted in Power, Full of Wisdom.
The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
এই কিতাব নাযিল হচ্ছে পরম পরাক্রমশালী মহাজ্ঞানী আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে।
تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ
Verily in the heavens and the earth, are Signs for those who believe.
Indeed, within the heavens and earth are signs for the believers.
নিশ্চয়ই মহাকাশ ও পৃথিবীতে রয়েছে বহু নিদর্শন বিশ্বাসীদের জন্যে,
إِنَّ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ لَءَايَٰتٍ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
And in the creation of yourselves and the fact that animals are scattered (through the earth), are Signs for those of assured Faith.
And in the creation of yourselves and what He disperses of moving creatures are signs for people who are certain [in faith].
তোমাদের সৃষ্টির মধ্যেও। আর জীবজন্তুর বিস্তারের মধ্যে রয়েছে নিদর্শন সেইসব লোকদের জন্যে যারা একীন রাখে।
وَفِى خَلْقِكُمْ وَمَا يَبُثُّ مِن دَآبَّةٍ ءَايَٰتٌ لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ
And in the alternation of Night and Day, and the fact that Allah sends down Sustenance from the sky, and revives therewith the earth after its death, and in the change of the winds, - are Signs for those that are wise.
And [in] the alternation of night and day and [in] what Allah sends down from the sky of provision and gives life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness and [in His] directing of the winds are signs for a people who reason.
যারা আকল (বুঝবুদ্ধি) খাটায়, তাদের জন্যে আরো নিদর্শন রয়েছে রাত আর দিনের পরিবর্তনের মধ্যে। আর যে আসমান থেকে রিযিক (পানি) নাযিল করেন এবং তা দিয়ে মরা জমিনকে জীবিত করেন তার মধ্যেও এবং বাতাসের গতি পরিবর্তনের মধ্যেও (রয়েছে নিদর্শন)।
وَٱخْتِلَٰفِ ٱلَّيْلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِ وَمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مِن رِّزْقٍ فَأَحْيَا بِهِ ٱلْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا وَتَصْرِيفِ ٱلرِّيَٰحِ ءَايَٰتٌ لِّقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُونَ
Such are the Signs of Allah, which We rehearse to thee in Truth; then in what exposition will they believe after (rejecting) Allah and His Signs?
These are the verses of Allah which We recite to you in truth. Then in what statement after Allah and His verses will they believe?
এগুলো আল্লাহর আয়াত আমরা তিলাওয়াত করছি তোমার প্রতি বাস্তবসম্মত ভাবে। সুতরাং তারা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে এবং তাঁর আয়াতের পরিবর্তে আর কোন্ হাদিসটার (কথাটার) প্রতি ঈমান আনবে?
تِلْكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱللَّهِ نَتْلُوهَا عَلَيْكَ بِٱلْحَقِّ فَبِأَىِّ حَدِيثٍۭ بَعْدَ ٱللَّهِ وَءَايَٰتِهِۦ يُؤْمِنُونَ
Woe to each sinful dealer in Falsehoods:
Woe to every sinful liar
প্রত্যেক কট্টর মিথ্যাবাদী পাপিষ্ঠের জন্যে রয়েছে চরম দুর্ভোগ।
وَيْلٌ لِّكُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٍ
He hears the Signs of Allah rehearsed to him, yet is obstinate and lofty, as if he had not heard them: then announce to him a Penalty Grievous!
Who hears the verses of Allah recited to him, then persists arrogantly as if he had not heard them. So give him tidings of a painful punishment.
সে আল্লাহর আয়াতের তিলাওয়াত শুনে, অথচ দাম্ভিকতার সাথে অবিচল থাকে (কুফুরির উপর) যেনো সে তা শুনেইনি। সুতরাং তাকে সংবাদ দাও বেদনাদায়ক আযাবের।
يَسْمَعُ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ يُصِرُّ مُسْتَكْبِرًا كَأَن لَّمْ يَسْمَعْهَا فَبَشِّرْهُ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ
And when he learns something of Our Signs, he takes them in jest: for such there will be a humiliating Penalty.
And when he knows anything of Our verses, he takes them in ridicule. Those will have a humiliating punishment.
যখন সে আমার কোনো আয়াত অবগত হয়, তা নিয়ে বিদ্রুপ করে। এদের জন্যে রয়েছে অপমানকর আযাব।
وَإِذَا عَلِمَ مِنْ ءَايَٰتِنَا شَيْـًٔا ٱتَّخَذَهَا هُزُوًا أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُّهِينٌ
In front of them is Hell: and of no profit to them is anything they may have earned, nor any protectors they may have taken to themselves besides Allah: for them is a tremendous Penalty.
Before them is Hell, and what they had earned will not avail them at all nor what they had taken besides Allah as allies. And they will have a great punishment.
তাদের পেছনেই রয়েছে জাহান্নাম। তাদের অর্জনসমূহ তাদের কোনো কাজেই আসবেনা। আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে তারা যাদের অলি বানিয়ে নিয়েছিল তারাও তাদের কোনো কাজে আসবেনা। তাদের জন্যে রয়েছে বিশাল আযাব।
مِّن وَرَآئِهِمْ جَهَنَّمُ وَلَا يُغْنِى عَنْهُم مَّا كَسَبُوا۟ شَيْـًٔا وَلَا مَا ٱتَّخَذُوا۟ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ أَوْلِيَآءَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ
This is (true) Guidance and for those who reject the Signs of their Lord, is a grievous Penalty of abomination.
This [Qur'an] is guidance. And those who have disbelieved in the verses of their Lord will have a painful punishment of foul nature.
এ (কুরআন) জীবন যাপনের দিশারি। যারা তাদের প্রভুর আয়াতের প্রতি কুফুরি করে তাদের জন্যে রয়েছে অতিশয় বেদনাদায়ক আযাব।
هَٰذَا هُدًى وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمْ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مِّن رِّجْزٍ أَلِيمٌ
It is Allah Who has subjected the sea to you, that ships may sail through it by His command, that ye may seek of his Bounty, and that ye may be grateful.
It is Allah who subjected to you the sea so that ships may sail upon it by His command and that you may seek of His bounty; and perhaps you will be grateful.
আল্লাহ্ই সমুদ্রকে তোমাদের কল্যাণে নিয়োজিত করেছেন, যাতে আল্লাহর অনুমতিক্রমে তাতে নৌযানসমূহ চলাচল করতে পারে এবং তোমরা সন্ধান করতে পারো তাঁর অনুগ্রহ এবং যাতে করে তোমরা শোকর আদায় করো।
ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِى سَخَّرَ لَكُمُ ٱلْبَحْرَ لِتَجْرِىَ ٱلْفُلْكُ فِيهِ بِأَمْرِهِۦ وَلِتَبْتَغُوا۟ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ
And He has subjected to you, as from Him, all that is in the heavens and on earth: Behold, in that are Signs indeed for those who reflect.
And He has subjected to you whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth - all from Him. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought.
তিনিই তোমাদের কল্যাণে নিয়োজিত করে দিয়েছেন মহাকাশ এবং পৃথিবীতে যা কিছু আছে সবই তাঁর অনুগ্রহে। নিশ্চয়ই এতে রয়েছে অনেক নিদর্শন চিন্তাশীল লোকদের জন্যে।
وَسَخَّرَ لَكُم مَّا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا مِّنْهُ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَٰتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
Tell those who believe, to forgive those who do not look forward to the Days of Allah: It is for Him to recompense (for good or ill) each People according to what they have earned.
Say, [O Muhammad], to those who have believed that they [should] forgive those who expect not the days of Allah so that He may recompense a people for what they used to earn.
(হে নবী!) তাদের বলো: যারা ঈমান এনেছে, তারা যেনো ঐ লোকদের ক্ষমা করে দেয়, যারা আল্লাহর দিনগুলোর প্রত্যাশা করেনা। এর কারণ, প্রত্যেক কওমকে তার কর্মের প্রতিদান দেবেন নিজেই।
قُل لِّلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ يَغْفِرُوا۟ لِلَّذِينَ لَا يَرْجُونَ أَيَّامَ ٱللَّهِ لِيَجْزِىَ قَوْمًۢا بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَكْسِبُونَ
If any one does a righteous deed, it ensures to the benefit of his own soul; if he does evil, it works against (his own soul). In the end will ye (all) be brought back to your Lord.
Whoever does a good deed - it is for himself; and whoever does evil - it is against the self. Then to your Lord you will be returned.
যে কেউ আমলে সালেহ্ করবে, সে তা করবে নিজেরই জন্যে। আর যে কেউ মন্দ কাজ করবে, সে তা করবে নিজেরই বিরুদ্ধে। তারপর তোমাদের ফিরিয়ে নেয়া হবে তোমাদেরই প্রভুর কাছে।
مَنْ عَمِلَ صَٰلِحًا فَلِنَفْسِهِۦ وَمَنْ أَسَآءَ فَعَلَيْهَا ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمْ تُرْجَعُونَ
We did aforetime grant to the Children of Israel the Book the Power of Command, and Prophethood; We gave them, for Sustenance, things good and pure; and We favoured them above the nations.
And We did certainly give the Children of Israel the Scripture and judgement and prophethood, and We provided them with good things and preferred them over the worlds.
আমরা বনি ইসরাঈলকে কিতাব দিয়েছিলাম, আরো দিয়েছিলাম কর্তৃত্ব আর নবুয়্যত। তাছাড়া আমরা তাদের উত্তম জীবিকা দিয়েছিলাম এবং তাদের মর্যাদা দিয়েছিলাম জগদ্বাসীর উপর।
وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ وَٱلْحُكْمَ وَٱلنُّبُوَّةَ وَرَزَقْنَٰهُم مِّنَ ٱلطَّيِّبَٰتِ وَفَضَّلْنَٰهُمْ عَلَى ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
And We granted them Clear Signs in affairs (of Religion): it was only after knowledge had been granted to them that they fell into schisms, through insolent envy among themselves. Verily thy Lord will judge between them on the Day of Judgment as to those matters in which they set up differences.
And We gave them clear proofs of the matter [of religion]. And they did not differ except after knowledge had come to them - out of jealous animosity between themselves. Indeed, your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that over which they used to differ.
আমরা তাদেরকে দীন সম্পর্কে সুস্পষ্ট প্রমাণ দিয়েছিলাম। তাদের কাছে জ্ঞান আসার পর তারা পরস্পর বিদ্বেষের কারণে বিরোধিতা করেছিল। তারা যে বিষয়ে বিরোধিতা করে কিয়ামতের দিন সে বিষয়ে তাদের মধ্যে ফায়সালা করে দেবেন তোমার প্রভু।
وَءَاتَيْنَٰهُم بَيِّنَٰتٍ مِّنَ ٱلْأَمْرِ فَمَا ٱخْتَلَفُوٓا۟ إِلَّا مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا جَآءَهُمُ ٱلْعِلْمُ بَغْيًۢا بَيْنَهُمْ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَقْضِى بَيْنَهُمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ فِيمَا كَانُوا۟ فِيهِ يَخْتَل
Then We put thee on the (right) Way of Religion: so follow thou that (Way), and follow not the desires of those who know not.
Then We put you, [O Muhammad], on an ordained way concerning the matter [of religion]; so follow it and do not follow the inclinations of those who do not know.
তারপরে আমরা তোমাকে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করেছি দীনের বিশেষ শরিয়তের উপর। অতএব তুমি কেবল এ শরিয়তকেই অনুসরণ করো। অজ্ঞদের খেয়াল খুশির অনুসরণ করোনা।
ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَٰكَ عَلَىٰ شَرِيعَةٍ مِّنَ ٱلْأَمْرِ فَٱتَّبِعْهَا وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَآءَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
They will be of no use to thee in the sight of Allah: it is only Wrong - doers (that stand as) protectors, one to another: but Allah is the Protector of the Righteous.
Indeed, they will never avail you against Allah at all. And indeed, the wrongdoers are allies of one another; but Allah is the protector of the righteous.
আল্লাহর মোকাবেলায় তারা তোমার কোনো উপকারই করতে পারবেনা। যালিমরা পরস্পরের অলি (বন্ধু, পৃষ্ঠপোষক), আর হলেন মুত্তাকিদের অলি।
إِنَّهُمْ لَن يُغْنُوا۟ عَنكَ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ شَيْـًٔا وَإِنَّ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَآءُ بَعْضٍ وَٱللَّهُ وَلِىُّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ
These are clear evidences to men and a Guidance and Mercy to those of assured Faith.
This [Qur'an] is enlightenment for mankind and guidance and mercy for a people who are certain [in faith].
এ কুরআন মানুষের জন্যে সুস্পষ্ট প্রমাণ এবং নিশ্চিত লোকদের জন্যে পথনির্দেশ ও রহমত।
هَٰذَا بَصَٰٓئِرُ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ
What! Do those who seek after evil ways think that We shall hold them equal with those who believe and do righteous deeds, - that equal will be their life and their death? Ill is the judgment that they make.
Or do those who commit evils think We will make them like those who have believed and done righteous deeds - [make them] equal in their life and their death? Evil is that which they judge.
দুষ্কৃতকারীরা কি ধরে নিয়েছে যে, আমরা জীবন ও মৃত্যুর দিক দিয়ে তাদেরকে ঐসব লোকদের সমতুল্য গণ্য করবো, যারা ঈমান আনে এবং আমলে সালেহ করে? তাদের সিদ্ধান্ত খুবই মন্দ।
أَمْ حَسِبَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱجْتَرَحُوا۟ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ أَن نَّجْعَلَهُمْ كَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ سَوَآءً مَّحْيَاهُمْ وَمَمَاتُهُمْ سَآءَ مَا يَحْكُمُونَ
Allah created the heavens and the earth for just ends, and in order that each soul may find the recompense of what it has earned, and none of them be wronged.
And Allah created the heavens and earth in truth and so that every soul may be recompensed for what it has earned, and they will not be wronged.
আল্লাহ্ই সৃষ্টি করেছেন মহাকাশ ও পৃথিবী সত্য ও বাস্তবতার সাথে এবং যাতে করে প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তিকে তার কর্ম অনুযায়ী দেয়া যেতে পারে প্রতিদান। কোনো প্রকার যুলুম করা হবেনা তাদের প্রতি।
وَخَلَقَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَلِتُجْزَىٰ كُلُّ نَفْسٍۭ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ
Then seest thou such a one as takes as his god his own vain desire? Allah has, knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart (and understanding), and put a cover on his sight. Who, then, will guide him after Allah (has withdrawn Guidance)? Will ye not then receive admonition?
Have you seen he who has taken as his god his [own] desire, and Allah has sent him astray due to knowledge and has set a seal upon his hearing and his heart and put over his vision a veil? So who will guide him after Allah? Then will you not be reminded?
তুমি কি ঐ ব্যক্তিকে দেখোনি, যে নিজের কামনা বাসনাকে নিজের ইলাহ্ (হুকুমকর্তা) বানিয়ে নিয়েছে এবং তাঁর বিশেষ জ্ঞানের ভিত্তিতে বিভ্রান্ত করে দিয়েছেন তাকে, তার কান ও অন্তরে সীলমোহর করে দিয়েছেন, আর তার চোখে ফেলে দিয়েছেন আবরণ? ফলে ছাড়া তাকে আর কে সঠিক পথ দেখাবে? তোমরা কি শিক্ষা গ্রহণ করবে না?
أَفَرَءَيْتَ مَنِ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَٰهَهُۥ هَوَىٰهُ وَأَضَلَّهُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ عِلْمٍ وَخَتَمَ عَلَىٰ سَمْعِهِۦ وَقَلْبِهِۦ وَجَعَلَ عَلَىٰ بَصَرِهِۦ غِشَٰوَةً فَمَن يَهْدِيهِ مِنۢ بَعْدِ ٱللَّهِ أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُو
And they say: "What is there but our life in this world? We shall die and we live, and nothing but time can destroy us." But of that they have no knowledge: they merely conjecture:
And they say, "There is not but our worldly life; we die and live, and nothing destroys us except time." And they have of that no knowledge; they are only assuming.
তারা বলে: ‘আমাদের এ জীবনের পরে আর কোনো জীবন নেই। এখানেই আমাদের জীবন মৃত্যু ঘটবে এবং কাল (সময়) ছাড়া আর কোনো কিছুই ধ্বংস করেনা আমাদের।’ অথচ এ বিষয়ে তাদের কোনো জ্ঞান নেই। তারা তো কেবল মনগড়া কথাই বলে চলেছে।
وَقَالُوا۟ مَا هِىَ إِلَّا حَيَاتُنَا ٱلدُّنْيَا نَمُوتُ وَنَحْيَا وَمَا يُهْلِكُنَآ إِلَّا ٱلدَّهْرُ وَمَا لَهُم بِذَٰلِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ إِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا يَظُنُّونَ
And when Our Clear Signs are rehearsed to them their argument is nothing but this: They say, "Bring (back) our forefathers, if what ye say is true!"
And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, their argument is only that they say, "Bring [back] our forefathers, if you should be truthful."
যখন তাদের কাছে আমাদের সুস্পষ্ট আয়াতসমূহ পাঠ করা হয়, তখন তাদের কাছে আর কোনো যুক্তিই থাকে না। তখন তারা শুধু একথাই বলে: ‘তোমরা সত্যবাদী হলে আমাদের পূর্ব পুরুষদের পুনরুত্থিত করে এনে দেখাও।’
وَإِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَٰتُنَا بَيِّنَٰتٍ مَّا كَانَ حُجَّتَهُمْ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُوا۟ ٱئْتُوا۟ بِـَٔابَآئِنَآ إِن كُنتُمْ صَٰدِقِينَ
Say: "It is Allah Who gives you life, then gives you death; then He will gather you together for the Day of Judgment about which there is no doubt": But most men do not understand.
Say, "Allah causes you to live, then causes you to die; then He will assemble you for the Day of Resurrection, about which there is no doubt, but most of the people do not know."
তুমি বলো: ‘আল্লাহ্ই তোমাদের হায়াত দান করেন এবং মউত ঘটান, অত:পর তিনিই তোমাদের কিয়ামতের দিন পুনরুত্থিত করে একত্রিত করবেন, এতে কোনো প্রকার সন্দেহ নেই। তবে অধিকাংশ মানুষই জানেনা।’
قُلِ ٱللَّهُ يُحْيِيكُمْ ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمْ ثُمَّ يَجْمَعُكُمْ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and the Day that the Hour of Judgment is established, - that Day will the dealers in Falsehood perish!
And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And the Day the Hour appears - that Day the falsifiers will lose.
মহাকাশ এবং পৃথিবীর কর্তৃত্ব একমাত্র আল্লাহর। যেদিন কিয়ামত অনুষ্ঠিত হবে, সেদিন ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে মিথ্যাবাদীরা।
وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَيَوْمَ تَقُومُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَخْسَرُ ٱلْمُبْطِلُونَ
And thou wilt see every sect bowing the knee: Every sect will be called to its Record: "This Day shall ye be recompensed for all that ye did!
And you will see every nation kneeling [from fear]. Every nation will be called to its record [and told], "Today you will be recompensed for what you used to do.
সেদিন তুমি দেখবে, প্রতিটি উম্মত (সম্প্রদায়) ভয়ে নতজানু। প্রতিটি উম্মতকে ডাকা হবে তাদের কিতাবের (আমলনামার) দিকে। বলা হবে: আজ প্রতিদান ও প্রতিফল দেয়া হবে তোমাদের দুনিয়ার জীবনের কৃতকর্মের।
وَتَرَىٰ كُلَّ أُمَّةٍ جَاثِيَةً كُلُّ أُمَّةٍ تُدْعَىٰٓ إِلَىٰ كِتَٰبِهَا ٱلْيَوْمَ تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
"This Our Record speaks about you with truth: For We were wont to put on Record all that ye did."
This, Our record, speaks about you in truth. Indeed, We were having transcribed whatever you used to do."
এই যে আমাদের করা রেকর্ড, এটি কথা বলবে তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে একেবারে সত্য ও হুবহু। তোমরা পৃথিবীর জীবনে যা করতে আমরা সবই রেকর্ড করে রেখেছি।
هَٰذَا كِتَٰبُنَا يَنطِقُ عَلَيْكُم بِٱلْحَقِّ إِنَّا كُنَّا نَسْتَنسِخُ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
Then, as to those who believed and did righteous deeds, their Lord will admit them to His Mercy that will be the achievement for all to see.
So as for those who believed and did righteous deeds, their Lord will admit them into His mercy. That is what is the clear attainment.
যারা ঈমান এনেছে এবং আমলে সালেহ করেছে, তাদের অবস্থা হবে সম্পূর্ণ ভিন্ন। তাদের প্রভু তাদের দাখিল করবেন তাঁর রহমতে (জান্নাতে)। এটাই সুস্পষ্ট সফলতা।
فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ فَيُدْخِلُهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ فِى رَحْمَتِهِۦ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْمُبِينُ
But as to those who rejected Allah, (to them will be said): "Were not Our Signs rehearsed to you? But ye were arrogant, and were a people given to sin!
But as for those who disbelieved, [it will be said], "Were not Our verses recited to you, but you were arrogant and became a people of criminals?
যারা কুফুরি করেছে, তাদের বলা হবে: তোমাদের প্রতি কি আমাদের আয়াত তিলাওয়াত করে (তোমাদের দাওয়াত) দেয়া হয়নি? কিন্তু তোমরা ঔদ্ধত্য প্রকাশ করেছিলে এবং তোমরা ছিলে অপরাধী গোষ্ঠী।
وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ أَفَلَمْ تَكُنْ ءَايَٰتِى تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَٱسْتَكْبَرْتُمْ وَكُنتُمْ قَوْمًا مُّجْرِمِينَ
"And when it was said that the promise of Allah was true, and that the Hour - there was no doubt about its (coming), ye used to say, 'We know not what is the hour: we only think it is an idea, and we have no firm assurance.'"
And when it was said, 'Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth and the Hour [is coming] - no doubt about it,' you said, 'We know not what is the Hour. We assume only assumption, and we are not convinced.' "
যখন বলা হতো: ‘আল্লাহর ওয়াদা সত্য, কিয়ামত সত্য, তাতে কোনো প্রকার সন্দেহ নেই।’ তখন তোমরা বলতে: ‘কিয়ামত কী আমরা তা বুঝি না, আমরা মনে করি এটা একটা অলীক ধারণা মাত্র, আমরা এতে নই।’
وَإِذَا قِيلَ إِنَّ وَعْدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقٌّ وَٱلسَّاعَةُ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهَا قُلْتُم مَّا نَدْرِى مَا ٱلسَّاعَةُ إِن نَّظُنُّ إِلَّا ظَنًّا وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُسْتَيْقِنِينَ
Then will appear to them the evil (fruits) of what they did, and they will be completely encircled by that which they used to mock at!
And the evil consequences of what they did will appear to them, and they will be enveloped by what they used to ridicule.
তখন তাদের সমস্ত বদ আমল তাদের কাছে প্রকাশ হয়ে পড়বে এবং যে বিষয়টা নিয়ে তারা বিদ্রুপ করতো, সেটা তাদের পরিবেষ্টন করে নেবে।
وَبَدَا لَهُمْ سَيِّـَٔاتُ مَا عَمِلُوا۟ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ
It will also be said: "This Day We will forget you as ye forgot the meeting of this Day of yours! and your abode is the Fire, and no helpers have ye!
And it will be said, "Today We will forget you as you forgot the meeting of this Day of yours, and your refuge is the Fire, and for you there are no helpers.
তাদের বলা হবে: ‘‘আজ আমরা তোমাদের ভুলে থাকবো, যেভাবে তোমরা আজকের সাক্ষাতের বিষয়টাকে ভুলে ছিলে। তোমাদের আবাস হবে জাহান্নাম এবং তোমাদের কোনো সাহায্যকারী থাকবে না।
وَقِيلَ ٱلْيَوْمَ نَنسَىٰكُمْ كَمَا نَسِيتُمْ لِقَآءَ يَوْمِكُمْ هَٰذَا وَمَأْوَىٰكُمُ ٱلنَّارُ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن نَّٰصِرِينَ
"This, because ye used to take the Signs of Allah in jest, and the life of the world deceived you:" (From) that Day, therefore, they shall not be taken out thence, nor shall they be received into Grace.
That is because you took the verses of Allah in ridicule, and worldly life deluded you." So that Day they will not be removed from it, nor will they be asked to appease [Allah].
এর কারণ, তোমরা আল্লাহর আয়াত নিয়ে বিদ্রুপ করেছিলে এবং দুনিয়ার জীবন তোমাদের প্রতারিত করে রেখেছিল। সুতরাং সেদিন তাদের জাহান্নাম থেকে বের করা হবেনা এবং আল্লাহর সন্তুষ্টি লাভেরও কোনো সুযোগ দেয়া হবেনা।’’
ذَٰلِكُم بِأَنَّكُمُ ٱتَّخَذْتُمْ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ هُزُوًا وَغَرَّتْكُمُ ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَا فَٱلْيَوْمَ لَا يُخْرَجُونَ مِنْهَا وَلَا هُمْ يُسْتَعْتَبُونَ
Then Praise be to Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, - Lord and Cherisher of all the Worlds!
Then, to Allah belongs [all] praise - Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, Lord of the worlds.
সুতরাং সমস্ত প্রশংসা ও কৃতজ্ঞতা মহাকাশ ও পৃথিবীর প্রভু রাববুল আলামিনের জন্যে।
فَلِلَّهِ ٱلْحَمْدُ رَبِّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَرَبِّ ٱلْأَرْضِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
To Him be glory throughout the heavens and the earth: and He is Exalted in Power, Full of Wisdom!
And to Him belongs [all] grandeur within the heavens and the earth, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
মহাকাশ এবং পৃথিবীতে সমস্ত শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব ও অহংকার কেবল তাঁরই এবং তিনি মহাশক্তিধর মহাপ্রজ্ঞাবান।
وَلَهُ ٱلْكِبْرِيَآءُ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ
