1 In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. By the winds (or angels or the Messengers of Allah) sent forth one after another.

23 So We did measure; and We are the Best to measure (the things).

২৭ আর তাতেই তো আমরা বানিয়েছি উঁচু পাহাড় - পর্বত, আর তোমাদের পান করতে দিয়েছি সুপেয় পানি?

27 And have placed therein firm, and tall mountains, and have given you to drink sweet water?

29 (It will be said to the disbelievers): "Depart you to that which you used to deny!

৩০ ''চলো সেই ছায়ার দিকে যার রয়েছে তিনটি স্তর, - -

30 "Depart you to a shadow (of Hell-Fire smoke ascending) in three columns,

31 La th a yughnee mina allahabi

৩১ ''যা ছায়াময় নয় এবং অগ্নিশিখা থেকে রক্ষা করার মতোও নয়।

31 Neither shady, nor of any use against the fierce flame of the Fire."

৩২ ''নিঃসন্দেহ এটি স্ফুলিঙ্গ তোলে অট্টালিকার আকারে,

32 Verily, it (Hell) throws sparks (huge) as Al-Qasr (a fort or a huge log of wood),

৩৯ সুতরাং তোমাদের যদি কোনো কলাকৌশল থাকে তাহলে আমার বিরুদ্ধে অপকৌশল চালাও।

41 Verily, the Muttaqun (the pious. See V.2:2) shall be amidst shades and springs.

44 Verily, thus We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers. See V.2:112).

৪৬ খাও - দাও আর ভোগ করে নাও অল্পকালের জন্য - - তোমরা তো অপরাধী!’’

46 (O you disbelievers)! Eat and enjoy yourselves (in this worldly life) for a little while. Verily, you are the Mujrimun (polytheists, disbelievers, sinners, criminals).

48 And when it is said to them: "Bow down yourself (in prayer)!" They bow not down (offer not their prayers).
