আমি কি তোমার বক্ষ তোমার কল্যাণে প্রশস্ত করিয়া দেই নাই?

Saheeh International

Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast?

ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন

আমি অপসারণ করিয়াছি তোমার ভার,

Saheeh International

And We removed from you your burden

যাহা ছিল তোমার জন্য অতিশয় কষ্টদায়ক,

Saheeh International

Which had weighed upon your back

ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন

এবং আমি তোমার খ্যাতিকে উচ্চমর্যাদা দান করিয়াছি।

Saheeh International

And raised high for you your repute.

ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন

কষ্টের সঙ্গেই তো স্বস্তি আছে,

Saheeh International

For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

অবশ্য কষ্টের সঙ্গেই স্বস্তি আছে।

Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন

অতএব তুমি যখনই অবসর পাও একান্তে ‘ইবাদত করিও।

Saheeh International

So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].

ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন

এবং তোমার প্রতিপালকের প্রতি মনোনিবেশ করিও।

Saheeh International

And to your Lord direct [your] longing.
